技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟领域,尤其涉及一种雾化器及电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术中关于电子烟的记载,雾化烟油的雾化器中,加热装置通常是与烟油或者盛装烟油的容器直接接触,将烟油雾化,供使用者吸入。在这种传统的烟油雾化形式下,由于发热装置持续保持在一个较高温度的状态下,容易造成烟油的过热甚至烧焦,不仅影响电子烟口感,烧焦烟油还会对身体造成更大危害;同时,当有限空间内的烟油长时间处于过热状态时,可能会发生爆炸反应,造成安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种雾化器及电子烟,利用本发明的装置,可以将烟油雾化时的最高温度控制在一个合理的范围内,避免烟油的过热或者烧焦,在保证电子烟口感的同时消除过热爆炸带来的安全隐患。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种雾化器,包括雾化器外管、烟油容器以及发热体,所述烟油容器与所述发热体之间留有空隙。
在一种优选地实施方式中,所述烟油容器与所述发热体在所述雾化器外管内部,所述发热体位于所述烟油容器下方。
在一种优选的实施方式中,还包括一支撑座,所述支撑座位于所述发热体下方,所述支撑座顶部边缘向上凸起,凸起的边缘上开有槽,所述支撑座顶部中间为下凹腔体,用于容纳所述发热体。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述烟油容器与所述雾化器外管的内壁固定连接,或者由所述支撑座固定支撑。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述发热体边缘上有凸起,所述凸起与所述支撑座顶部凸起边缘上开设的槽适配,所述支撑座架设所述发热体。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述发热体设有向下脚支,所述支撑座在对应位置开有槽,使所述脚支向下穿过所述槽与下方部件固定连接架设所述发热体。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述烟油容器为上端开口的石英杯,所述发热体为薄片环状发热丝,所述支撑座为陶瓷座。
一种电子烟,包括上述任一项所述的雾化器。
在一种优选的实施方式中,还包括防溅网,所述防溅网位于所述烟嘴与所述雾化器之间,防止未完全雾化的烟油在加热过程中溅出。
在一种优选的实施方式中,还包括镍网或隔热棉,所述镍网或隔热棉覆盖于所述雾化器外管内壁做隔热用。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过在发热体与烟油容器之间留有空隙,使二者不直接接触,从而将烟油的最高受热温度控制在一个合理的范围内,使其避免过热甚至烧焦,保证烟油口感,同时防止烟油过热产生爆炸。

以下将结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整的描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、方案和效果。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,如无特殊说明,当某一特征被称为“固定”、“连接”在另一个特征,它可以直接固定、连接在另一个特征上,也可以间接地固定、连接在另一个特征上。此外,本发明中所使用的上、下、左、右等描述仅仅是相对于附图中本发明各组成部分的相互位置关系来说的。

图1是本发明雾化器的一个实施例的爆炸示意图,参照图1,该雾化器包括:
雾化器外管1,烟油容器2与发热体3。
本发明的雾化器包括雾化器外管1,烟油容器2与发热体3。其中烟油容器2可以与雾化器外管1的内壁固定连接,也可以增设图1中所示的支撑座4支撑固定烟油容器2。无论是否存在支撑座4,烟油容器2始终与发热体3不直接接触,二者之间存在空隙。其中,烟油容器2与发热体3位于雾化器外管1的内部,且发热体3位于烟油容器下方。
发热体与烟油容器之间始终留有空隙,可以避免发热体直接接触烟油容器加热,造成烟油容器内的烟油过热甚至烧焦,影响了电子烟的口感,产生的烧焦物质对人体造成危害,同时,有效避免了烟油在有限空间内长期处于过热状态可能发生的爆炸反应,更加安全,将烟油雾化时的最高温度始终控制在一个合理的范围内。
其中,烟油容器2可优选为上端开口的石英杯,石英的物理、化学性能稳定,并且具有较强的热传导性,底部受热后可以将热充分传导,雾化石英杯中的烟油。发热体3优选为薄片环状发热丝,体积小且发热面积大,位于石英杯的下方,对其进行加热。
如图1所示,支撑座4位于发热体3的下方,支撑座4顶部边缘形成向上的凸起边缘41,支撑座4顶部中间形成下凹腔体42,凸起边缘41上开有凹槽43。其中,下凹腔体42用于容纳发热体3。图1中发热体3的边缘上设有凸起,凸起与凹槽43适配,即支撑座4架设发热体3,结构简单,且能满足与烟油容器2之间留有空隙的基本要求。
其中,支撑座4优选为陶瓷座,起到良好的隔热作用,使发热丝产生的热量尽可能少的向下传导,避免影响下方结构的性能。
图2所示为雾化器另一个实施例的爆炸示意图,如本实施例所示,发热体上设有脚支31,当支撑座4存在时,支撑座4的对应位置开有通槽44,使脚支31能够顺利穿过通槽44与下方结构固定连接,即脚支31架设发热体3,使其在与烟油容器2之间留有空隙的同时,与支撑座4也留有一定空隙而非直接接触。这样避免了发热体接触支撑座而造成热量分散。
如本实施例所示,其中脚支31为两只,在发热体3的外缘对称设置,结构简单且稳定架设发热体3。此处对脚支的具体数量及位置不作限制,只要能够稳定架设发热体本身即可。
本实施例中,支撑座4上设有空气孔或者空气槽(图中未示出),如图3所示,当使用者从烟嘴5吸气时,空气流通,雾化烟油可随空气从烟嘴5中被顺利吸出。
本实施例中,还在烟嘴5与雾化器之间设置有防溅网6,所述防溅网6足够致密,可以防止烟油在受热过程中,未完全雾化的烟油沸腾溅起,损伤烟嘴5的结构或者烫伤使用者。
本实施例中,在雾化器外管的内壁上,还覆盖有镍网或者隔热棉(图中未示出),防止热量向外扩散。此处对隔热物质的种类不作限制,只要能起到隔热作用且本身性能稳定即可。
雾化器外侧的外壳7为碳纤材质,隔热效果好且从外观立体感强,增强美观性。当然,此处选用其他性能稳定的材质亦可。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:包括雾化器外管、烟油容器以及发热体,所述烟油容器与所述发热体之间留有空隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述烟油容器与所述发热体在所述雾化器外管内部,所述发热体位于所述烟油容器下方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:还包括一支撑座,所述支撑座位于所述发热体下方,所述支撑座顶部边缘向上凸起,凸起的边缘上开有槽,所述支撑座顶部中间为下凹腔体,用于容纳所述发热体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述烟油容器与所述雾化器外管的内壁固定连接,或者由所述支撑座固定支撑。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述发热体边缘上有凸起,所述凸起与所述支撑座顶部凸起边缘上开设的槽适配,所述支撑座架设所述发热体。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述发热体设有向下脚支,所述支撑座在对应位置开有槽,使所述脚支向下穿过所述槽与下方部件固定连接架设所述发热体。
  7. 根据权利要求3至权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述烟油容器为上端开口的石英杯,所述发热体为薄片环状发热丝,所述支撑座为陶瓷座。
  8. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至7中任一项所述的雾化器。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于:还包括防溅网,所述防溅网位于所述烟嘴与所述雾化器之间,防止未完全雾化的烟油在加热过程中溅出。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于:还包括镍网或隔热棉,所述镍网或隔热棉覆盖于所述雾化器外管内壁做隔热用。
