Description

电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟包括用于雾化烟油的雾化组件以及用于为雾化组件供电的电池组件。由于用户手持电子烟的时候通常夹持在雾化组件与电池组件的连接处或雾化组件对应的区域,在吸烟时雾化组件区域上的电热丝加热后会将热量传递至外壳,该区域的外壳比较热,当手指夹持在雾化组件区域时,导致用户感觉不适或甚至烫到用户的手指;另外,现有的所述雾化组件与电池组件的连接处通常设置有用于控制所述电池组件为所述雾化组件供电的按键开关,所述按键开关与所述外壳之间形成有较大间隙,因而电子烟外部的空气容易通过所述间隙进入所述雾化组件内,导致雾化组件内的烟油容易受到外部空气的氧化而变质;第三,现有的所述雾化组件中的烟油容易通过毛细作用或重力的作用渗漏到电池组件中,导致 渗漏的烟油使电池组件内的电路短路;而且从雾化组件渗漏到电池组件内的烟油会被氧化而使电子烟内产生异味,导致吸烟时吸食到异味的气体 。
现有技术存在缺陷,亟需改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种改进的电子烟。
本发明解决技术问题采用的技术手段是:提供一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有用于雾化烟油的雾化组件、用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池组件、用于感应吸烟动作的气流感应组件以及用于根据所述气流感应组件发送的吸烟信号控制电池组件为雾化组件供电的控制模块;

实施本发明提供的电子烟具有以下有益效果:
通过在雾化组件与电池组件之间设置有灯具组件及与所述灯具组件对应的透光部,该灯具组件工作时光线可透过透光部发射到电子烟外以起指示作用, 以使吸烟者获取清晰的警示,避免将手指夹持在设置有雾化组件的区域,从而解决现有技术中用户习惯将手指夹持在设置有雾化组件的区域而导致雾化组件工作时发出的热量烫手或引起用户感觉不适的问题;其次,由于所述 容纳空间与对应位置处的所述电子烟本体的外周面相互隔离,并通过用气流感应组件与控制器配合控制电子烟工作,避免了现有技术中利用按键控制电子烟工作导致外部空气随意进入雾化组件内氧化烟油的问题,且能够防止气流感应组件误触发;第三,在使用过程中若使用大功率灯具组件,灯具组件发热产生的热量还可用以烘烤从雾化组件朝电池组件方向渗漏的烟油, 以避免渗漏的烟油使电池组件内的电路短路; 且 通过灯具组件将渗漏出来的烟油及时烘干,因而避免其被氧化而使电子烟内产生异味,导致吸烟时吸食到异味的气体,此外 通过灯具组件发热将烟油 烘干巧妙地避免了用裸露的发热片或发热丝等发热元件进行加热而导致容易短路及漏电等问题,可靠性及安全性较高,提高了用户体验 。

图1示出了本发明第一实施例中的电子烟,同时参照图2,该电子烟包括电子烟本体10以及设置于该电子烟本体10上的吸烟端20。其中,电子烟本体10设置有用于雾化烟油的雾化组件11、灯具组件12、用于给雾化组件11和灯具组件12供电的电池组件13、用于感应吸烟动作的气流感应组件30以及用于根据所述气流感应组件30发送的吸烟信号控制电池组件13为雾化组件11供电的控制模块(未图示)。
雾化组件11和电池组件13之间形成有容纳空间10b,容纳空间10b与对应位置处的所述电子烟本体10的外周面相互隔离,灯具组件12收容于该容纳空间10b内,电子烟本体10的侧壁上对应容纳空间10b的位置处设置有用于将灯具组件12发出的光线透射至电子烟本体10外的透光部14。在本实施例中,吸烟端20为吸嘴盖,当然,吸烟端20也可以为独立的吸嘴或无需设置所述吸嘴盖等,其结构在此不作限定。
通过在雾化组件11与电池组件13之间设置有灯具组件12及与所述灯具组件12对应的透光部14,该灯具组件12工作时光线可透过透光部14发射到电子烟外以起指示作用,以使吸烟者获取清晰的警示,避免将手指夹持在设置有雾化组件11的区域,从而解决现有技术中用户习惯将手指夹持在设置有雾化组件11的区域而导致雾化组件11工作时发出的热量烫手或引起用户感觉不适的问题;其次,由于所述容纳空间10b与对应位置处的所述电子烟本体的外周面相互隔离,并通过用气流感应组件30与控制器配合控制电子烟工作,避免了现有技术中利用按键控制电子烟工作导致外部空气随意进入雾化组件11内氧化烟油的问题,且能够防止气流感应组件误触发;第三,在使用过程中若使用大功率灯具组件12,灯具组件12发热产生的热量还可用以烘烤从雾化组件11朝电池组件13方向渗漏的烟油,以避免渗漏的烟油使电池组件13内的电路短路;且通过灯具组件12将渗漏出来的烟油及时烘干,因而避免其被氧化而使电子烟内产生异味,导致吸烟时吸食到异味的气体,此外通过灯具组件12发热将烟油烘干巧妙地避免了用裸露的发热片或发热丝等发热元件进行加热而导致容易短路及漏电等问题,可靠性及安全性较高,提高了用户体验。
电子烟本体10设置有供气流流入的进气通道(未示出)以及供雾化组件11产生的烟雾流出的烟雾通道10a,该烟雾通道 10a 的远离进气通道的一端与该吸烟端20连通, 容纳空间10b与进气通道及烟雾通道10a的另一端相连通。该进气通道可以形成于电池组件13与外套管15之间的间隙,也可以是直接形成于电池组件 13 内,在此不作限定 。
采用这种设置方式并配以能够发热的所述灯具组件 12 时 ,可以使得由进气通道进入的冷空气在该容纳空间 10b 中被灯具组件12发出的热量预热,防止温度过低的空气在进入到烟雾通道10a中遇到烟雾后,使得烟雾冷凝;并且,流经该容纳空间10b的气流还可以将灯具组件12烘烤倒流的烟油产生的烟雾带入烟雾通道10a,可进一步防止烟油在容纳空间10b中积累甚至流入电池组件13中。
具体地, 透光部14可以呈圆形、三角形或者正方形,当然不限于此。电子烟本体10外表面对应透光部14处设置有标识层,该标识层可形成文字或图案,例如,可以做成电子烟的商标或者其他图形,当灯具组件12发光时,使得该标识层更加显眼,便于用户观察,可提高用户体验。 该电子烟本体 10 还包括外套管15,该雾化组件11、电池组件13、灯具组件12均收容于该外套管15内。该吸烟端20设置于该外套管15的远离电池组件13的端部上,当然也可以设置于远离雾化组件11的一端。该透光部14设置于该外套管15上的对应区域。
该外套管15可以为透光体。该外套管15外侧壁上包覆有贴纸(未示出),对应地,该标识层设置于该贴纸上对应区域。或者该外套管15上外周面上涂覆设置有涂料层,优选为油漆层。该涂料层布满外套管15的侧壁面,该标识层设置在外套管15的涂料层上与透光部14对应的区域。该涂料层在标识层以外的区域为不透光或者透光性较差的涂料喷涂形成,该涂料层在与标识层对应的区域为透光的涂料喷涂形成,该标识层也可采用涂料在涂料层上的对应区域喷涂形成。当灯具组件12发射的光线经由透光部14射到标识层上时,将标识层照亮,便于用户识别。并且,由于标识层和涂料层的厚度均可忽略不计,因此,触摸起来没有凹凸感,可以提高用户体验。
该外套管15也可以采用不透光的材料制成。该透光部14为开设于该外套管15上透光孔,该外套管15外侧壁上包覆有贴纸(未示出),对应地,该标识层设置于该贴纸上与透光部14对应的区域。灯具组件12发出的光线通过透光部14射到标识层上,将标识层照亮,便于用户识别。其中,所述标识层优选为红色,所述贴纸的外表面的其它区域为黑色,从而更便于识别。此外,所述贴纸可以为PET( 聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 )材质或其它材质,在此不作限定。
电子烟本体10还包括雾化座113。并且,该雾化组件11包括固定在雾化座113上的固定管114、包覆在固定管114上并用于储存烟油的烟油锁存件111以及用于雾化烟油并固定在固定管114上的电热丝组件112。固定管114中形成该烟雾通道10a。该雾化座113为弹性材料制成,具有对固定管114起固定、防震的作用,还能防止烟油倒流到该容纳空间10b中。该烟油锁存件111包括用于储存烟油的储油棉111a以及用于导油的无纺布111b。该无纺布111b包覆在固定管114上,该储油棉111a包覆在无纺布111b上。当然,所述雾化组件11也可以为其它结构,例如,可以将所述电热丝组件112替换为超声波雾化装置或者用油杯替换所述烟油锁存件111进行存储烟油等,在此不作限定。
该电池组件13包括电池和电池套,该电池组件13为现有技术,其只要能够提供电能即可,因此不做限定。所述气流传感组件30收容于该外套管15的内侧的远离该吸烟端20的一端。吸烟时该气流传感组件30感测吸入进气通道的气流,并在感测到气流时发送吸烟信号给控制模块,控制模块根据该吸烟信号控制电池组件13为雾化组件11以及灯具组件12供电。其中,所述气流传感组件30及所述控制模块为市场上可购买到的部件,其结构在此不再赘述。
同时参照图3,该灯具组件12包括灯本体121、电路板122以及支架123,支架123内侧相对设置有两个卡槽124,灯本体121安装于电路板122上,电路板122卡设于两个卡槽124中,支架123卡持于外套管15内并位于电池组件13的电池与雾化组件11之间的容纳空间10b内。该支架123大致呈123呈圆筒状,其与外套管15内壁过盈配合且同轴设置;并且,该支架123的端部与雾化座113的端部相抵接。该支架123的侧壁的远离该雾化座113的一端设置有与该透光部14相对的透光口。在该实施例中,电路板122的板面平行于该支架123的轴向,该灯本体121沿着垂直于支架123的轴向的方向延伸并朝向透光口以及透光部14。该灯本体121可以由一个LED灯构成,LED灯发光稳定,并且可以产生较多的热量,可有效烘烤渗漏的烟油。可以理解地,该灯本体121可采用发热较多的灯本体。为了提高指示亮度以及发热量,该灯本体121可以包括多个LED灯。
图4示出了本发明第二实施例中的电子烟,该实施例中的电子烟与第一实施例中的电子烟的区别在于,雾化座113的至少一端收容在容纳空间10b内并与透光部14的位置相对应;该雾化座113的端部与支架123的端部抵接。该电路板122的板面垂直于雾化座113的轴向地卡持在该支架123内。该灯本体121安装在电路板122的朝向雾化座113的一面上,并临近于该雾化座113。其中,雾化座113为弹性导光件并用以将灯具组件12发射的光线导向透光部14。因此,雾化座113在本实施例中还具有导光的作用,灯本体121发出的光通过雾化座113的导光作用射至透光部14,并通过透光部14射至标识层,将该标识层照亮,并可以防止在标识层出现局部光太强形成亮点,从而影响用户观察该标识层。在本实施例中,所述雾化座113由硅胶材料制成,当然也可由其它材料制成,在此不作限定。
图5示出了本发明第三实施例中的电子烟,该实施例中的电子烟与第一实施例中的电子烟的区别在于,在该实施例中,外套管15包括可拆卸连接的雾化套管151和电池套管152。电池组件收容于电池套管152中,雾化组件11收容于雾化套管151中,吸烟端20连接于该雾化套管151的远离电池套管152的一端,该气流传感组件30设置于电池套管152内侧的远离雾化套管151的一端。
该雾化套管151的朝向电池套管152的一端设置有第一电极连接件17,该第一电极连接件17与雾化组件11电连接。该电池套管152的朝向雾化套管151的一端设置有第二电极连接件16,该第二电极连接件16与电池组件13电连接。该第一电极连接件17和第二电极连接件16可拆卸地连接并电连接。
具体地,该第一电极连接件17包括第一内电极171、第一绝缘套172以及第一螺纹电极173。该第一内电极171安装于该第一螺纹电极173内侧并通过第一绝缘套172与第一螺纹电极173绝缘。该第一内电极171和第一螺纹电极173分别和雾化组件11的电热丝组件112的两端电连接。
该第二电极连接件16包括第二内电极161、第二绝缘套162以及第一螺纹电极163。该第二内电极161安装于该第二螺纹电极163内侧并通过第一绝缘套162与第一螺纹电极163绝缘。该第二内电极161以及第一螺纹电极163分别与电池组件13的电池的两极电连接。
在本实施例中,容纳空间10b形成于外套管15内的电池与第二电极连接件16之间。并且,该灯具组件12可以只包括灯本体121和电路板122。电路板122插设于第二绝缘套162上并朝向电池的方向延伸,该灯本体121垂直设置在电路板122上并朝向透光部14。
第一电极连接件17的第一内电极171沿轴向开设有与容纳空间10b连通的第一贯穿孔17a。第二电极连接件16的第二内电极161沿轴向开设有与烟雾通道10a的远离吸烟端20的一端连通的第二贯穿孔16a,第一贯穿孔17a和第二贯穿孔16a连通。
在本发明中,由于该灯具组件12一方面可以起指示作用, 以使吸烟者获取清晰的警示,避免将手指夹持在设置有雾化组件11的区域,以解决现有技术中习惯将手指夹持在设置有雾化组件11的区域而导致雾化组件11工作时发出的热量烫手的问题; 另一方面,当灯具组件12工作时,灯具组件12发热产生的热量可烘烤从雾化组件11朝电池组件13方向渗漏的烟油, 以避免渗漏的烟油使电池组件13内的电路短路;其次,通过灯具组件12将渗漏出来的烟油及时烘干,因而避免其被氧化而使电子烟内产生异味,导致吸烟时吸食到异味的气体 。
由于安装灯具组件12的容纳空间10b与进气通道和烟雾通道10a连通, 可以使得由进气通道进入的冷空气在该容纳空间10b 中被灯具组件12发出的热量预热,防止温度过低的空气在进入到烟雾通道10a中遇到烟雾后,使得烟雾冷凝;并且,流经该容纳空间10b的气流还可以将灯具组件12烘烤烟油产生的烟雾带入烟雾通道10a,可进一步防止烟油在容纳空间10b中积累甚至流入电池组件13中。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,例如,所述灯具组件12可根据需要任意设置成小功率的仅用于提供亮光的光源等,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体(10),其特征在于,所述电子烟本体(10)设置有用于雾化烟油的雾化组件(11)、用于给所述雾化组件(11)供电的电池组件(13)、用于感应吸烟动作的气流感应组件(30)以及用于根据所述气流感应组件(30)发送的吸烟信号控制所述电池组件(13)为所述雾化组件(11)供电的控制模块;
    所述雾化组件(11)和所述电池组件(13)之间形成有容纳空间(10b),所述容纳空间(10b)与对应位置处的所述电子烟本体(10)的外周面相互隔离,以使所述容纳空间(10b)内的气体与对应位置处的所述电子烟本体(10)外周面的空气隔绝,所述容纳空间(10b)内收容有与所述电池组件(13)电连接用以在电子烟工作时发光的灯具组件(12),所述电子烟本体(10)的侧壁上对应所述容纳空间(10b)的位置处设置有用于将所述灯具组件(12)发出的光线透射至所述电子烟本体(10)外的透光部(14);
    所述电子烟本体(10)内设置有供气流流入的进气通道以及供所述雾化组件(11)产生的烟雾流出的烟雾通道(10a),所述容纳空间(10b)与所述进气通道及所述烟雾通道(10a)相连通,使电子烟外部气流流入所述进气通道后流经所述容纳空间(10b)再流入所述烟雾通道(10a)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述透光部(14)呈圆形、正方形或者三角形。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体(10)还包括雾化座(113),所述雾化组件(11)包括固定在所述雾化座(113)上的固定管(114)、包覆在所述固定管(114)上并用于储存烟油的烟油锁存件(111)以及用于雾化所述烟油的电热丝组件(112),所述固定管(114)中形成所述烟雾通道(10a),所述电热丝组件(112)设置于所述烟雾通道(10a)中并固定在所述固定管(114)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化座(113)的至少一端收容在所述容纳空间(10b)内并与所述透光部(14)的位置相对应;所述雾化座(113)为弹性导光件并用以将所述灯具组件(12)发射的光线导向所述透光部(14)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述灯具组件(12)包括灯本体(121)、电路板(122)以及支架(123),所述支架(123)呈圆筒状且与所述外套管(15)内壁过盈配合,所述支架(123)的端部与所述雾化座(113)的端部抵接;所述电路板(122)垂直所述支架(123)的轴向地卡设所述支架(123)内,所述灯本体(121)安装于所述电路板(122)的朝向所述雾化座(113)的一面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述灯本体(121)为LED灯。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体(10)外表面对应所述透光部(14)处设置有标识层。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体(10)还包括外套管(15),所述雾化组件(11)、所述电池组件(13)以及所述灯具组件(12)均收容于所述外套管(15)中,所述透光部(14)设置于所述外套管(15)上的对应区域。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括与所述烟雾通道(10a)连通的吸烟端(20),所述吸烟端(20)连接于所述外套管(15)上远离所述电池组件(13)的一端,所述气流传感组件(30)设置于所述外套管(15)内侧的远离所述雾化组件(11)的一端;所述气流传感组件(30)与所述进气通道连通。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(15)为透光体。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述透光部(14)为设置于所述外套管(15)上对应区域的透光孔。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体(10)还包括包覆于所述外套管(15)外侧壁上的贴纸,所述标识层设置于所述贴纸上与所述透光部(14)对应的区域。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(15)的外侧壁上还设置有涂料层,所述标识层设置于所述涂料层上与所述透光部(14)对应的区域。
  14. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(15)包括可拆卸连接的电池套管(152)和雾化套管(151),所述电池组件(13)收容于所述电池套管(152)内,所述雾化组件(11)收容于所述雾化套管(151)内,所述雾化套管(151)的靠近所述电池套管(161)的一端设置有与所述雾化组件(11)电连接的第一电极连接件(17),所述电池套管(152)上靠近所述雾化套管(151)的一端设置有与所述电池组件(13)电连接的第二电极连接件(16);
    所述第一电极连接件(17)和所述第二电极连接件(16)可拆卸地连接并电连接,所述第一电极连接件(17)沿轴向开设有与所述容纳空间(10b)连通的第一贯穿孔(17a),所述第二电极连接件(16)沿轴向开设有与所述烟雾通道(10a)的远离所述吸烟端(20)的一端连通的第二贯穿孔(16a),所述第一贯穿孔(17a)和所述第二贯穿孔(16a)连通。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池组件(13)包括电池,所述容纳空间(10b)形成于所述电池套管(152)内并位于所述电池与所述第二电极连接件(16)之间。
  16. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述灯具组件(12)包括灯本体(121)、电路板(122)以及支架(123),所述支架(123)呈圆筒状且与所述外套管(15)内壁过盈配合,所述支架(123)的端部与所述雾化座(113)的端部抵接;所述电路板(122)平行于所述支架(123)的轴向地卡设所述支架(123)内,所述支架(123)的侧壁的远离所述雾化座(113)的一端设置有与所述透光部(14)相对的透光孔,所述灯本体(121)设置于所述电路板(122)上并朝向所述透光孔。
  17. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体(10),其特征在于,所述电子烟本体(10)设置有用于雾化烟油的雾化组件(11)、用于给所述雾化组件(11)供电的电池组件(13)、用于感应吸烟动作的气流感应组件(30)以及用于根据所述气流感应组件(30)发送的吸烟信号控制电池组件(13)为雾化组件(11)供电的控制模块;
    所述雾化组件(11)和所述电池组件(13)之间形成有容纳空间(10b),所述容纳空间(10b)与对应位置处的所述电子烟本体(10)的外周面相互隔离,以使容纳空间(10b)内的气体与对应位置处的所述电子烟本体(10)外周面的空气隔绝,所述容纳空间(10b)内收容有与所述电池组件(13)电连接用以在电子烟工作时发光的灯具组件(12),所述电子烟本体(10)的侧壁上对应所述容纳空间(10b)的位置处设置有用于将所述灯具组件(12)发出的光线透射至所述电子烟本体(10)外的透光部(14);
    所述电子烟本体(10)内设置有供气流流入的进气通道以及供雾化组件(11)产生的烟雾流出的烟雾通道(10a),所述容纳空间(10b)与所述进气通道及所述烟雾通道(10a)相连通,使电子烟外部气流流入所述进气通道后流经所述容纳空间(10b)再流入所述烟雾通道(10a)内;
    所述电子烟本体(10)还包括雾化座(113),所述雾化组件(11)包括固定在所述雾化座(113)上的固定管(114)、包覆在所述固定管(114)上并用于储存烟油的烟油锁存件(111)以及用于雾化所述烟油的电热丝组件(112),所述固定管(114)中形成所述烟雾通道(10a);所述电热丝组件(112)设置于所述烟雾通道(10a)中并固定在所述固定管(114)上;
    所述雾化座(113)的至少一端收容在所述容纳空间(10b)内并与所述透光部(14)的位置相对应;所述雾化座(113)为弹性导光件并用以将所述灯具组件(12)发射的光线导向所述透光部(14);所述电子烟本体(10)外表面对应所述透光部(14)处设置有标识层;
    所述电子烟还包括吸烟端(20),所述电子烟本体(10)还包括外套管(15),所述雾化组件(11)、所述灯具组件(12)以及所述电池组件(13)均收容于所述外套管(15)中,所述吸烟端(20)连接于所述外套管(15)的远离所述电池组件(13)的一端,所述气流传感组件(30)设置于所述外套管(15)内侧的远离所述雾化组件(11)的一端;
    所述灯具组件(12)包括灯本体(121)、电路板(122)以及支架(123),所述支架(123)呈圆筒状且与所述外套管(15)内壁过盈配合,所述支架(123)的端部与所述雾化座(113)的端部抵接;所述电路板(122)垂直所述支架(123)的轴向地卡设所述支架(123)内,所述灯本体(121)安装于所述电路板(122)的朝向所述雾化座(113)的一面。
