Description

一种电子烟
本申请要求于 2014 年 04 月 02 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201420159142.8, 发明名称为 "一种电子烟" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全 部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种可有效降低烟雾温度、 降 低用户吸食未经雾化烟油的概率及防止用户夹持电子烟时雾化组件烫手的电 子烟。 背景技术
现有技术中的电子烟的具体结构请参见图 1所示, 由图 1可知,现有技术中 的电子烟包括雾化组件及电池杆组件。 所述雾化组件设置有吸烟端 100、 用于 存储烟油的储油棉 110及用于加热以使烟油雾化的电热丝组件 120,且所述电热 丝组件 120固定在由玻璃纤维制成的套管上,所述储油棉 110套设在所述套管外 部, 在该套管的侧壁上对应所述电热丝组件 120处开设有多个用于传导烟油的 通孔。 所述储油棉 110设置的位置靠近所述吸烟端 100。进一步的参见图 1所示, 在该电子烟内部位于所述储油棉 110的轴心处设置有烟雾通道, 该烟雾通道导 通吸烟端 100及位于电池杆组件上的进气口。 工作时, 雾化组件将储油棉 110 内部的烟油雾化,且该雾化后的烟雾流经该烟雾通道, 进而被用户通过吸烟端 100吸食。
然而, 因现有技术中的储油棉 110靠近吸烟端 100, 而且在储油棉 110的轴 心处设置有贯穿储油棉 110的烟雾通道, 以使得用户容易吸食到烟雾通道内冷 凝的烟油、 吸食到所述储油棉 110泄露至所述雾化通道内的烟油或通过所述套 管渗漏至所述雾化通道内的烟油, 影响用户吸烟时的体验。 由于所述雾化组件 的一端作为吸烟端, 因而电热丝组件 120雾化后的烟雾在温度较高的情况下直 接被用户吸食, 影响用户吸烟体验的同时还具有一定的安全隐患; 此外, 同时 由于吸烟端设置在所述雾化组件的一端,因而用户夹持电子烟时雾化组件工作 散发的热量容易烫手。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本实用新型提供了一种能够有效的降低烟雾温度、 降低用户吸 食未经雾化烟油的概率及防止用户夹持电子烟时雾化组件烫手的电子烟。
一种电子烟, 其中, 包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件以及用于给所述 雾化组件供电的电池杆组件;
所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件同轴设置;
所述雾化组件设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端并与所述 电池杆组件可拆卸连接;
所述雾化组件包括雾化套、插设在所述雾化套一端的用于与所述电池杆组 件电连接的雾化电极、设置在所述雾化套内并与所述雾化电极电连接的电热丝 组件、用于固定所述电热丝组件的固定套管及包覆在所述固定套管上的用于给 所述电热丝组件供油的储油棉。

本实用新型提供了一种电子烟, 该电子烟包括: 电子烟本体; 所述电子烟 本体设置有吸烟端、 雾化组件以及电池杆组件; 所述雾化组件设置于所述电子 烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端并与所述电池杆组件可拆卸连接;所述雾化组 件包括雾化套、 插设在所述雾化套一端的用于与电池杆组件电连接的雾化电 极、设置在所述雾化套内并与所述雾化电极电连接的电热丝组件、用于固定所 述电热丝的固定套管及包覆在所述固定套管上的用于给所述电热丝组件供油 的储油棉。本实用新型所提供的电子烟的雾化组件设置于所述电子烟本体上远 离所述吸烟端的位置,使得本实用新型所提供的电子烟能够有效降低用户吸食 未经雾化烟油的概率,由于用户吸烟时手指通常会夹持在离吸烟端较近的所述 电池杆组件上, 因而可防止用户夹持电子烟时雾化组件烫手。且雾化后的烟雾 在温度降低的情况下被用户吸食, 进一步的提升了用户吸食烟雾过程的体验, 且具有较高的安全性能。 附图说明

具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种电子烟, 该电子烟的具体结构请见图 2所示; 电子烟本体,且所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端 201,用户通过该吸烟端 201 即可进行吸烟。 所述电子烟本体还包括用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件 202 以及为所述雾 化组件 202供电的电池杆组件 203。
本实施例中, 所述电池杆组件 203与所述雾化组件 202同轴设置。
具体的, 因所述电池杆组件 203与所述雾化组件 202同轴设置, 釆用该种 设置方式可使得电子烟的外形直观的模拟了真实的香烟,且使整体的烟雾通道 较直, 可有效减少积油的现象, 且符合用户的使用习惯。
且所述雾化组件 202设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端 201的一端 并与所述电池杆组件 203可拆卸连接。
且在本实施例中,所述雾化组件 202位于所述电池杆组件 203远离所述吸 烟端 201的一端, 即雾化组件 202离吸烟端 201的位置较远, 而用户釆用本实 施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时, 雾化组件 202 的位置离用户口腔的位置较 远, 即可使得雾化组件 202雾化烟油时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效的提 升了电子烟的使用安全,而且用户吸烟过程中通常会夹持电池杆组件 203进行 吸烟, 而避免了现有技术中夹持发热的雾化组件 202进行吸烟,使得用户在使 用本实施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效的模拟 了真实香烟的温度, 提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
具体的,所述雾化组件 202与所述电池杆组件 203的可拆卸的连接方式可 为螺纹连接或卡合连接等, 具体的连接方式在本实施例中不作限定, 只要使得 所述电池杆组件 203与所述雾化组件 202可拆卸连接即可。
釆用上述可拆卸的连接方式的优势在于, 方便用户随时更换雾化组件 202 或以及随时拆卸储油棉 2025。
具体的该雾化组件 202包括:
雾化套 2021 ;
插设在所述雾化套 2021—端的用于与所述电池杆组件 203电连接的雾化 电极 2022;
具体的, 该雾化电极 2022可包括内电极和外电极, 且所述内电极和所述 外电极之间设置有绝缘环,
设置在所述雾化套 2021 内并与所述雾化电极 2022 电连接的电热丝组件 2023; 且所述电热丝组件 2023分别与所述内电极和所述外电极电连接。
所述电热丝组件 2023在电池杆组件 202供电的情况下雾化烟油以形成可 供用户吸食的烟雾。
用于固定所述电热丝组件 2023的固定套管 2024;
较佳的, 在本实施例中, 所述固定套管 2024为玻纤材料制成并套设在所 述雾化电极 2022的一端,玻纤材料制成的固定套管 2024其耐高温的特性不仅 可艮好地固定所述电热丝组件 2023, 而且可避免电热丝组件 2023烧焦所述固 定套管 2024。
包覆在所述固定套管 2024上的用于给所述电热丝组件 2023供油的储油棉 2025。
在本实施例中, 所述电热丝组件 2023包括电热丝及贯穿所述电热丝的导 油绳, 所述导油绳用于将储油棉 2025上的烟油输送给所述电热丝进行雾化。
在该电子烟本体内还设置有用于流通已雾化的烟油的烟雾通道 2033, 使 得用户通过吸烟端 201吸食流经该烟雾通道 2033内的烟油。
本实施例中, 因所述储油棉 2025设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟 端 201的一端, 釆用此种设置方式的优势在于, 因储油棉 2025设置的位置远 离吸烟端 201, 使得位于该电子烟本体内的烟雾通道 2033不会穿过该储油棉 2025 , 从而使得降低了储油棉 2025内未经雾化的烟油泄露到烟雾通道内的概 率, 进而使得用户不会吸食到未经雾化的烟油,从而有效的降低了电子烟烟油 的泄露的概率。 而且不穿过储油棉 2025的烟雾通道还可降低烟雾在烟雾通道 内冷凝的概率, 从而有效的避免冷凝后的烟油堵塞烟雾通道。 此外, 所述雾化 组件设置在远离吸烟端的一端, 即使有泄露或冷凝的烟油, 用户也不容易吸食 到, 提高了用户体验。
更佳的,本实施例中为了模仿香烟, 则电子烟的长度一般与香烟的长度相 当, 且为了减少充电频率以及增加电池杆组件 203 的使用寿命, 电池杆组件 203的长度至少可占电子烟整体长度的一半以上, 在用户使用本实施例所示的 电子烟进行吸烟时,会自然的夹持电子烟的中上部靠近吸烟端 201的位置, 因 本实施例中的储油棉 2025设置在远离吸烟端 201 的一端, 所以储油棉 2025 避免受到用户夹持力, 从而使储油棉 2025向雾化组件 202输出烟油量较为均 衡的, 有效的保障了烟雾的稳定, 提高了用户体验。 避免了现有技术中, 因用 户对储油器端部的作用力不同, 而使烟油供给量不同, 导致烟雾量时大时小的 情况。
进一步参见图 2所示,对本实用新型所提供的电子烟的具体结构进行进一 步的详细说明:
所述电子烟本体的所述雾化组件 202上远离所述电池杆组件 203—端设置 有端盖 204。
即该端盖 204位于所述电子烟本体的底部。
其中, 所述端盖 204与所述雾化组件 202—体化连接设置, 或, 所述端盖 204与所述雾化组件 202可拆卸连接设置。
具体连接方式在本实施例中不作限定,但为了便于用户拆卸, 则在本实施 例中, 所述端盖 204与所述雾化组件 202可拆卸连接设置。
进一步的, 为使得通过本实施例所提供的电子烟能够具有灯光效果, 则所 述端盖 204内部设置有容置空间 2041 ;
所述容置空间 2041内部设置有发光元件 2042。
所述电池杆组件 203为该发光元件 2042供电,以使该发光元件 2042发光。 该容置空间 2041内的发光元件 2042可为一个;
则该发光元件 2042可在电池杆组件 203的控制下长亮, 以一定频率闪亮 或逐渐增大流经该发光元件 2042的电流,以使得该发光元件 2042所发出的光 线为渐吸渐亮的灯光效果。
该容置空间 2041内的发光元件 2042可为多个;
即若微控制器检测到用户吸烟的动作,则控制该每个发光元件 2042长亮, 以一定频率闪亮或逐渐增大流经该发光元件 2042的电流, 以使得该发光元件 2042所发出的光线为渐吸渐亮的灯光效果。
且所述发光元件 2042在所述容置空间 2041内部围绕成圓形设置或所述发 光元件在所述容置空间内部随机设置。 具体设置方式在本实施例中不作限定。
所述多个发光元件 2042可在电池杆组件 203的控制下交替导通, 较佳的 可呈现跑马灯的效果。 上述发光元件 2042的设置方式以及灯光效果只是一种示例, 还可釆用其 他设置方式, 例如在容置空间 2041内设置有环形灯板, 将发光元件 2042设置 在环形灯板上等。
即在具体应用时, 若电池杆组件 203感应到用户吸烟的动作, 则控制所述
用以指示吸烟动作只是一种举例, 该发光元件 2042还可用以指示电子烟的其 他状态, 例如储油棉 2025 内的烟油量低于一定阀值时, 例如电池杆组件 203 的电量低于一定阀值时, 通过该发光元件 2042特定的灯光效果可使得用户随 时获取上述情况, 具体的该发光元件 2042所指示的电子烟状态, 在本实施例 中不作限定。
其中, 所述发光元件为 LED灯。 当然, 在本实施例中发光元件 2042不并 限定于 LED灯, 还可釆用其他设置形式, 例如涂油荧光粉的发光元件。
为进一步的增强所述发光元件的发光效果, 较佳的是, 则所述端盖 204 为透明材料制成, 或, 所述端盖 204外表面与所述发光元件 2042对应位置设 置有用于使得所述发光元件 2042所发出的光线透出的透光部。
更佳的是, 为使用发光元件 2042所穿透所述端盖 204的灯光可呈现烟灰 的效果, 则所述端盖 204 外表面设置有若干透光率不同的明亮区域和暗淡区 域,以使所述发光元件发出的光线通过所述明亮区域和所述暗淡区域射出所述 电子烟本体以形成仿烟灰的透光效果。
其中, 所述透光率不同的明亮区域和暗淡区域可为纹路或凸起和凹槽, 具 体结构在本实施例中不作限定, 只要所述发光元件 2042穿透所述端盖 204的 灯光可呈现烟灰的效果即可。
进一步结合图 2对电池杆组件 203的具体结构进行详细说明:
所述电池杆组件 203包括:
电池套 2031 ;
容置在所述电池套 2031内部的电池 2032;
用于根据用户的操作生成触发信号的感应模块;
分别与所述电池 2032和所述感应模块电连接设置有微控制器; 所述微控制器与所述发光元件 2042电连接, 以使所述微控制器控制所述 发光元件 2042发光。
本实施例中,微控制器可根据感应模块感应到用户吸烟的动作对应控制电 热丝组件 2023和发光元件 2042。 具体的该感应模块可为:
用于根据用户的按压操作生成所述触发信号的开关按键;
或,
用于感应用户的吸烟动作生成所述触发信号的气流感应开关。
该感应模块具体的结构在本实施例中不作限定。
进一步的为使得储油棉 2025内存储的烟油不会发生泄漏, 则可在所述储 油棉 2025上与所述雾化组件 202连接处设置有用于密封该储油棉 2025的密封 塞 2026ο
当然该储油棉 2025的具体密封方式在本实施例中不作限定, 还可釆用其 他方式, 例如密封薄膜、 玻纤板等, 只要使得该储油棉 2025内的烟油不会泄 露即可。
图 2所示实施例对该电子烟的具体结构进行详细说明, 以下继续参见图 2 对该电子烟内部所形成的烟雾通道进行详细说明:
所述电池杆组件 203内部设置用于导通所述吸烟端 201和进气口的烟雾通 道 2033。
较佳的是, 该烟雾通道 2033在电池杆组件 203内部密封设置, 即与电池 杆组件 203内部的其他电子元器件隔离。
具体的, 与烟雾通道 2033导通的进气口的设置方式可为二种, 需明确的 是, 以下进气口的设置方式仅为举例进行说明, 并不作限定。
第一种设置方式为:
所述端盖 204上开设有至少一个所述进气口 2043, 更具体为, 所述进气 口 2043设置在所述端盖 204的与所述雾化套 2021相连接的侧壁上,所述端盖 204 的端壁内侧设置有面向所述吸烟端的凹槽(图中未标号), 该凹槽可用于 存储所述储油棉 2025渗漏下来的烟油, 避免烟油堵塞所述进气口 2043。
通过该端盖 204上的进气口 2043以使得空气流入烟雾通道 2033。 具体的本实施例中电子烟内部的气流方向为图 2所示的箭头方向。
即空气经由所述进气口 2043流入储油棉 2025沿其轴向方向贯通开设的通 道 2027;
所述雾化组件用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件 2023设置在所述通道 2027的顶 端; 其中, 所述电热丝组件 2023的具体组成和结构为现有技术, 在此不再赘 述。
所述空气带动所述电热丝组件 2023所雾化的烟雾,流通至电池杆组件 203 内部的烟雾通道 2033, 并顺沿该烟雾通道 2033流通至吸烟端 201。
通过本实施例所示可知, 因在电子烟本体底部的端盖 204 上设置进气口 2043 , 使得电子烟本体内部用于流通烟雾的烟雾通道 2033较长, 进而使得烟 雾在其中流通的时间相对于现有技术有所延长, 进而使得用户通过吸烟端 201 吸食到的烟雾的温度降低, 不会使得用户吸食到高温的烟雾从而影响口感,提 升了电子烟使用的安全性。
以下结合图 3对进气口的第二种设置方式进行说明:
如图 3所示可知, 所述进气口 2043设置在所述端盖 204的端壁上, 并与 所述固定套管 2024同轴设置,所述固定套管 2024内设置有供所述电热丝组件 2023雾化烟油的雾化腔,所述雾化腔与所述烟雾通道 2033及所述进气口 2043 相连通。
具体的本实施例中电子烟内部的气流方向为箭头所示的方向,由图 3所示 可知, 该气流从所述进气口 2043进入后无需改变气流方向, 便直接进入固定 套管 2024的雾化腔内, 因而可避免气流碰撞产生较大噪声的情况; 此外, 此 种结构容易将端盖 204内侧粘附的烟油从所述进气口 2043甩出来, 便于清理 烟油。
以下结合图 2和图 3所示对吸烟端 201的具体位置进行详细说明: 所述吸烟端 201位于所述电池杆组件 203的一端外侧、 或所述吸烟端 201 位于所述电池杆组件 203的中部、 或所述吸烟端 201位于所述电池杆组件 203 上远离所述雾化组件 202的位置。
较佳的, 在本实施例中所述吸烟端 201、 所述电池杆组件 203和所述雾化 组件 204同轴设置, 从而较为直观的模拟香烟的外形, 符合用户的使用习惯。 更佳的,在本实施例中将该吸烟端 201设置为匹配用户嘴型的结构, 以提 升用户吸烟过程中的舒适感。
更佳的是,该匹配用户嘴型的吸烟端 201与电池杆组件 203为可拆卸连接, 以使得用户能够根据需要随时更换该吸烟端 201, 使得使用电子烟的过程中能 够保持吸烟端 201的干净卫生。

1、 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件以及用于给所述 雾化组件供电的电池杆组件;
所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件同轴设置;
所述雾化组件设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端并与所述 电池杆组件可拆卸连接;
所述雾化组件包括雾化套、插设在所述雾化套一端的用于与所述电池杆组 件电连接的雾化电极、设置在所述雾化套内并与所述雾化电极电连接的电热丝 组件、用于固定所述电热丝组件的固定套管及包覆在所述固定套管上的用于给 所述电热丝组件供油的储油棉。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件上远离所 述电池杆组件一端设置有端盖, 所述端盖上开设有至少一个进气口, 所述电池 杆组件内部设置有用于导通所述吸烟端和进气口的烟雾通道。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述进气口设置在所述端盖的端壁上, 并与所述固定套管同轴设置, 所述 固定套管内设置有供所述电热丝组件雾化烟油的雾化腔,所述雾化腔与所述烟 雾通道及所述进气口相连通。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述端盖的端壁内侧设置有面向所述吸烟端的凹槽,所述进气口设置在所 述端盖的侧壁上。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述端盖与所述雾化组件一体化连接设置;
或,
所述端盖与所述雾化组件可拆卸连接设置。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述端盖内部设置有容置空间;

7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述端盖为透明材料制成,
或,
所述端盖外表面与所述发光元件对应位置设置有用于使得所述发光元件 所发出的光线透出的透光部。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述端盖外表面设置有若干透光率不同的明亮区域和暗淡区域,以使当所 述发光元件发出的光线通过所述明亮区域和所述暗淡区域射出时所述电子烟 本体端部形成仿烟灰的透光效果。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述发光元件为 LED灯, 且所述发光元件在所述容置空间内部围绕成圓 形设置或所述发光元件在所述容置空间内部随机设置。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆组件包括: 电池套;
容置在所述电池套内部的电池;
用于根据用户的操作生成触发信号的感应模块;
分别与所述电池和所述感应模块电连接设置有微控制器;
所述微控制器与所述发光元件电连接,以使所述微控制器控制所述发光元 件发光。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述感应模块为: 用于根据用户的按压操作生成所述触发信号的开关按键;
或,
用于感应用户的吸烟动作生成所述触发信号的气流感应开关。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述吸烟端位于所述电 池杆组件的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件的中部、或所述吸烟 端位于所述电池杆组件上远离所述雾化组件的位置。
