对于没有设置烟灰灯的电子烟,在气流传感器感应吸烟气流时,电池组件中的控制器控制雾化组件执行雾化工作,而吸食真烟时,通常习惯性的按压烟头熄灭香烟,且熄灭之后,即使有吸烟的吸气动作,香烟也不会产生烟雾。现有技术的电子烟,通常是只要用户实施吸烟的动作,使气流传感器感应吸烟气流,控制器立即控制执行雾化工作,并没有熄烟的控制;对于设置烟灰灯的电子烟,通常是在气流传感器感应到气流的过程中烟灰灯才亮,同样不存在熄烟的工作,用户体验感不强。
虽然现有技术有通过在电子烟的套管上设置开关直接控制电子烟是否启动工作,但是现有技术是将开关设置在套管上,一方面,用户想熄灭电子烟时,需要专门的找到开关,并按压开关,而真实中吸烟时,用户习惯按压烟头以熄灭香烟,现有技术中这种开关的设置导致用户体验感大大降低;另一反面,容易不经意的按压到开关,引起误操作。
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,需要改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟熄灭操作的用户体验感不强、容易误操作的缺陷,提供一种电子烟及其熄烟方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括雾化组件和电池组件,所述电池组件包括套管、设置在所述套管内的控制器、电连接至所述控制器的吸烟开关以及设置在所述套管的远离吸烟端的端部且被按压时可触发所述控制器控制所述电子烟从正常工作状态切换到禁止工作状态的按压开关。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电子烟还包括设置在所述套管远离吸烟端的端部的用于模仿烟草燃烧的烟灰灯,所述吸烟开关开启后所述烟灰灯由亮变暗直至所述按压开关控制所述电子烟停止工作后,所述烟灰灯熄灭。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述按压开关包括与所述控制器电连接的开关本体及设置在所述套管的端面上的端盖。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述按压开关还包括设置在所述端盖与所述开关本体之间的按键盘,所述按键盘的硬度大于所述端盖的硬度,所述端盖与所述套管插接相连。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述按键盘为圆盘结构,所述按键盘朝向所述端盖的一侧形成与所述端盖的端部内侧壁相匹配的球形凸起,所述按键盘背离所述端盖的一侧开设有部分容纳所述开关本体的第一凹槽;
所述开关本体处于打开状态时与所述第一凹槽的底部相互抵持。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述端盖朝向所述开关本体的内壁沿所述套管轴向延伸形成有凸起,所述凸起沿所述套管轴向开设有部分地容纳所述开关本体的第二凹槽;
所述开关本体处于打开状态时与所述第二凹槽的底部相互抵持。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述套管的端面上还设置有连接件,所述连接件包括座体,
所述座体朝向所述开关本体的端面沿所述套管轴向延伸形成圆环状突起,所述圆环状突起套设在所述套管内,且所述套管的端部与所述座体的端部相互抵持;
所述座体中间开设有与所述端盖相匹配的通孔,所述端盖嵌入所述通孔内,且在所述开关本体处于打开状态时所述端盖的外壁与所述座体的外壁形成光滑过渡的表面。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述按压开关为压力传感器。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电子烟还包括设置在所述套管轴向的固定座以及PCB板,所述固定座靠近所述端盖的一端开设有安装槽,所述PCB板固定安装在所述安装槽内,所述开关本体设置在所述PCB板上。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述吸烟开关为设置在所述电子烟的气流通道内的气流传感器。
本发明还提供一种电子烟的熄烟方法,所述方法通过按压设置在套管的远离吸烟端的端部的按压开关触发设置在所述套管内的控制器控制所述电子烟从正常工作状态切换到禁止工作状态。
在本发明所述的电子烟的熄烟方法中,所述电子烟进入所述正常工作状态通过按压所述按压开关实现,且吸烟开关仅在所述电子烟进入所述正常工作状态时有效。
在本发明所述的电子烟的熄烟方法中,在所述吸烟开关触发的过程中,设置在所述套管远离吸烟端的端部的用于模仿烟草燃烧的烟灰灯亮。
在本发明所述的电子烟的熄烟方法中,所述电子烟进入所述正常工作状态通过触发吸烟开关实现,且在所述吸烟开关触发后,设置在所述套管远离吸烟端的端部的用于模仿烟草燃烧的烟灰灯由亮变暗直至所述吸烟开关触发后达到预设时间或者按压所述按压开关控制所述电子烟停止工作才熄灭。
实施本发明的电子烟及其熄烟方法,具有以下有益效果:本发明的电子烟及其熄烟方法,在套管的远离吸烟端的端部设置按压开关,且按压开关被按压时可触发控制器控制电子烟从正常工作状态切换到禁止工作状态,因此,本发明的电子烟可以通过按压端部模拟熄烟的动作,这种熄烟的方式既符合吸烟者的熄灭烟的习惯、提高了用户体验感及利于戒烟,且避免了现有技术中在套管上设置开关的误操作的缺陷。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本发明为了解决现有技术中电子烟熄灭操作的用户体验感不强、容易误操作的缺陷,提供一种电子烟 及其熄烟方法 。
本发明的电子烟,在套管的远离吸烟端的端部设置按压开关,且按压开关被按压时可触发控制器控制电子烟从正常工作状态切换到禁止工作状态,因此,本发明的电子烟可以通过按压端部模拟熄烟的动作,这种熄烟的方式既提高了用户体验感,且避免了现有技术中在套管上设置开关的误操作的缺陷。
参考图1A和图1B是本发明电子烟的工作原理框图;
电子烟包括控制器2以及分别与控制器2电连接的气流传感器、电池、烟灰灯、雾化组件,气流传感器设置在所述电子烟的气流通道内并作为所述电子烟的吸烟开关。本发明增设按压开关3,通过按压端部的按压开关3,触发电子烟退出正常工作状态,在电学上有两种方式触发,一种是直接将按压开关3设计为所有元器件与电池之间的连接的一个总开关,参考图1A,按压开关3分别连接电池和控制器2,切断按压开关3,即断开所有元器件的供电;另一种是将按压开关3设计为能够根据压力形变产生相应的电信号的感应元件或者直接改变电路组成从而提供触发电信号的开关,参考图1B,按压开关3直接连接至控制器2,通过触发控制器2控制电子烟使其处于正常工作状态。
参考图3是本发明电子烟的第一实施例的电池组件的结构示意图;图4A和图4B是本发明电子烟的第一实施例的电池组件的部分爆炸图;
电子烟包括雾化组件和电池组件,电池组件包括套管1、设置在套管1内的控制器2、电连接至控制器2的吸烟开关以及设置在套管1的远离吸烟端的端部且被按压时可触发控制器2控制电子烟从正常工作状态切换到禁止工作状态的按压开关3。
电子烟还可以包括设置在套管1远离吸烟端的端部的用于模仿烟草燃烧的烟灰灯,对于设置有烟灰灯的电子烟,为了模拟真烟的熄灭过程,控制在吸烟动作之后,烟灰灯在预设时间之内依然点亮,且烟灰灯由亮变暗,此时正常工作状态是指烟灰灯点亮时的状态,禁止工作状态是指烟灰灯的熄灭后的状态。吸烟开关开启后的预设时间之内,烟灰灯由亮变暗直至按压开关3控制电子烟停止工作才熄灭,如果预设时间之内没有按压该按压开关3,则控制器2自动控制烟灰灯熄灭,从而可避免忘记控制烟灰灯熄灭而浪费电。
对于没有设置烟灰灯的电子烟或者虽然设置了烟灰灯但是烟灰灯仅仅在气流传感器感应到气流的过程中点亮的电子烟,正常工作状态是指吸烟开关有效的状态,禁止工作状态是指吸烟开关无效的状态,即吸烟开关不再正常控制吸烟,例如禁止工作状态时用户吸气气流传感器感应到气流信号,但是控制器2不再控制雾化组件的雾化工作和烟灰灯的亮灯工作。
按压开关3可以为压力传感器、按键开关中的任一种。
第一实施例中,按压开关3包括与控制器2电连接的开关本体31及设置在套管1的端面上的端盖32。端盖32为透明材料制成,端盖32朝向开关本体31的内壁沿套管1的轴向延伸形成有凸起320,凸起320沿套管1轴向开设有部分地容纳开关本体31的第二凹槽321;开关本体31处于打开状态时与第二凹槽321的底部相互抵持,如此仅需轻微按压即可将端盖32的力传递给到开关本体31。
对于开关本体31与端盖32直接接触的电子烟,套管1的端面上还设置有连接件4,在组装电子烟时,将开关本体31与端盖32首先组合,组装方便。连接件4包括座体41,座体41朝向开关本体31的端面沿套管1轴向延伸形成圆环状突起42,圆环状突起42套设在套管1内,且套管1的端部与座体41的端部相互抵持;座体41中间开设有与端盖32相匹配的通孔,端盖32嵌入通孔内,且在开关本体31处于打开状态时端盖32的外壁与座体41的外壁形成光滑过渡的表面,不仅美观且便于按压施力。
电子烟还包括设置在套管1轴向的固定座5以及PCB板6,固定座5沿套管1轴向开设有供导线穿设的通孔51,固定座5靠近端盖32的一端开设有安装槽, PCB板6固定安装在安装槽内,开关本体31设置在PCB板6上。且PCB板6朝向端盖32的一侧设置有烟灰灯,正常工作状态时,烟灰灯发光,且光线从端盖32穿透。
本实施例的工作原理参考图1B所示,在端盖32按压时施压给开关本体31使其切换状态,发送触发信号至控制器2,进而控制电子烟进入禁止工作状态。
具体的,参见图2A,本实施例中,开关本体31为按键开关K,其中控制器2包括型号为SN8P2711的微处理器U1,按键开关K连接至微处理器U1的7号引脚,气流传感器M1连接至微处理器U1的2号引脚,烟灰灯L通过MOS管Q2连接至微处理器U1的5号引脚,按键开关K主要控制输送给微处理器U1的电平信号,电平信号的改变通过按键开关K直接控制微处理器U1的7号引脚是否接地。当2号引脚接收到的气流传感器M1的触发信号后,5号引脚输出占空比减小的PWM信号,烟灰灯L由亮变暗,在预设时间之内,如果按压端盖32,使得按键开关K关上, 7号引脚接地,则微处理器U1的5号引脚输出低电平信号,MOS管Q2截止,烟灰灯L熄灭,如果一直没有按压端盖32,则预设时间之后,微处理器U1的5号引脚则输出低电平信号,MOS管Q2截止,烟灰灯L熄灯。具体的电路都集成在PCB板6上实现。
参考图4是本发明电子烟的第二实施例的电池组件的结构示意图;图5A和图5B是本发明电子烟的第二实施例的电池组件的部分爆炸图。
第二实施例中,按压开关3包括与控制器2电连接的开关本体31及设置在套管1的端面上的端盖32,还包括设置在端盖32与开关本体31之间的按键盘33,按键盘33的硬度大于端盖32的硬度,端盖32与套管1插接相连。
按键盘33为圆盘结构,按键盘33朝向端盖32的一侧形成与端盖32的端部内侧壁相匹配的球形凸起,按键盘33背离端盖32的一侧开设有部分容纳开关本体31的第一凹槽331;开关本体31处于打开状态时与第一凹槽331的底部相互抵持。
按键盘33的周向侧缘与端盖32的周向内侧壁之间具有预留空间,如果按键盘33为硬质材料,则保留一定的预留空间,方便按键盘33沿套管1的轴向方向上的移动,如果按键盘33为软质材料,则在被按压时,按键盘33可以往预留空间施展,减小轴向反弹的压力。
第二实施例中,端盖32包括盖体和连接部,连接部相当于第一实施例中的连接件4,由于本实施例在组装时,按键盘33可以首先与开关本体31组装,因此,没必要再设计一个分离的连接件。
综上,本发明的电子烟,在套管的远离吸烟端的端部设置按压开关,且按压开关被按压时可触发控制器控制电子烟从正常工作状态切换到禁止工作状态,因此,本发明的电子烟可以通过按压端部模拟熄烟的动作,这种熄烟动作与用户的熄灭真烟时的习惯性动作契合,很大的提高了用户体验感,且降低了误操作熄烟的可能性。
本发明还提供一种电子烟的熄烟方法,该方法通过按压设置在套管1的远离吸烟端的端部的按压开关3触发设置在套管1内的控制器2控制电子烟从正常工作状态切换到禁止工作状态。
具体的,第一实施例中,电子烟处于正常工作状态时,吸烟开关有效,处于禁止工作状态时,吸烟开关无效,在本实施例中,吸烟开关为设置在电子烟的气流通道内的气流传感器。该方法主要包括以下步骤:
S1、按压按压开关3,电子烟进入正常工作状态,吸烟开关有效;
S2、随时触发吸烟开关,实施吸烟动作;
S3、按压按压开关3,电子烟进入禁止工作状态,吸烟开关无效,即使触发吸烟开关,电子烟也不再执行相关的雾化工作/和亮灯。
对于没有设置烟灰灯的电子烟或者设置了烟灰灯但是烟灰灯仅在气流传感器感应到气流的过程中才亮灯的电子烟,正常工作状态是指吸烟开关有效的状态,禁止工作状态是指吸烟开关无效的状态,即吸烟开关不再正常控制吸烟。吸烟动作包括雾化组件的雾化动作和烟灰灯的亮灯。
本实施例的工作原理参考图1A所示,在端盖32按压时施压给开关本体31使其切换状态,直接切断电池与控制器2的电连接,进而控制电子烟进入禁止工作状态。
具体的,参见图2B,本实施例中,控制器2包括型号为SN8P2711的微处理器U1,按键开关K分别连接微处理器U1和电池,气流传感器M1连接至微处理器U1的2号引脚,烟灰灯L通过MOS管Q2连接至电池,MOS管Q2的栅极连接至微处理器U1的5号引脚,雾化组件通过MOS管Q1连接至电池,MOS管Q1栅极连接至微处理器U1的4号引脚,按键开关K主要控制微处理器U1的电源引脚的供电,如果按压端盖32,使得按键开关K关上,所有元件正常工作,气流传感器M1有效,在气流传感器M1感应到气流的过程中,即吸气的过程中,微处理器U1的4、5号引脚均输出高电平信号,MOS管Q1、Q2导通,烟灰灯L亮灯,雾化组件执行雾化工作,吸气完毕后,微处理器U1的4、5号引脚输出低电平信号,MOS管Q1、Q2截止,烟灰灯L熄灭,雾化组件停止雾化工作,再吸气则重复该过程,如果再次按压端盖32,使得按键开关K打开,所有元件停止工作,气流传感器M1无效,即使气流传感器感应到气流信号,烟灰灯L也不再亮灯,雾化组件不再执行雾化工作。
第二实施例中仅仅针对有烟灰灯的电子烟,且烟灰灯在气流传感器感应到气流之后的预设时间之内依然保持亮灯且烟灰灯由亮变暗,第二实施例中电子烟处于停止工作状态时,吸烟开关仍然有效,但是,在吸烟开关每次触发之后,烟灰灯会保持亮灯的状态,禁止工作状态是指烟灰灯的熄灭状态。主要包括以下步骤:
S1、触发吸烟开关,电子烟进入正常工作状态,设置在套管远离吸烟端的端部的用于模仿烟草燃烧的烟灰灯点亮;
S2、计时开始,烟灰灯由亮变暗,预设时间之内如果吸烟开关再次触发,重新计时,如果按压该按压开关3,则控制器2控制电子烟进入禁止工作状态,烟灰灯熄灭;
S3、计时到达预设时间,控制电子烟进入禁止工作状态,烟灰灯熄灭。
此时,正常工作状态是指烟灰灯的点亮状态,禁止工作状态是指烟灰灯的熄灭状态。吸烟开关开启后的预设时间之内,烟灰灯由亮变暗直至按压开关3控制电子烟停止工作才熄灭,如果预设时间之内没有按压该按压开关3,则控制器2自动控制烟灰灯熄灭,预设时间优选的60s,以模拟真烟的熄灭过程。
本实施例的工作原理参考图1B所示,在端盖32按压时施压给开关本体31使其切换状态,发送触发信号至控制器2,进而控制电子烟进入禁止工作状态。
具体的,参见图2A,本实施例中,控制器2包括型号为SN8P2711的微处理器U1,按键开关K连接接地信号与微处理器U1的7号引脚,气流传感器M1连接至微处理器U1的2号引脚,烟灰灯L通过MOS管Q2连接至电池,MOS管Q2的栅极连接至微处理器U1的5号引脚,按键开关K主要控制输送给微处理器U1的电平信号,电平信号的改变通过按键开关K直接控制微处理器U1的7号引脚是否接地。当2号引脚接收到的气流传感器M1的触发信号后,5号引脚输出占空比减小的PWM信号,烟灰灯L由亮变暗,在预设时间之内,如果按压端盖32,使得按键开关K关上, 7号引脚接地,微处理器U1的5号引脚则输出低电平信号,MOS管Q2截止,烟灰灯L熄灯,如果一直没有按压端盖32,则预设时间之后,微处理器U1的5号引脚则输出低电平信号,MOS管Q2截止,烟灰灯L熄灯。
综上,本发明的熄烟方法可以真实的模拟香烟熄灭的过程,对于没有设置烟灰灯的电子烟,可以通过按压远离吸嘴端的端部使整个电子烟都停止工作,对于设置了烟灰灯的电子烟,既可以用同样的方法,也可以设置烟灰灯在吸烟后延长预设时间保持亮灯,在预设时间之内,只要按压远离吸嘴端的端部,就可以直接熄掉烟灰灯,如此同样可以模拟真烟的熄灭。这种熄烟方法符合吸烟者的熄灭烟的习惯、大大提高了用户的熄烟的体验感,利于吸烟者戒烟,且操作简单,不易出现误操作。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,例如,所述吸烟开关可以设置成手动操作的机械开关等,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件和电池组件,其特征在于,所述电池组件包括套管(1)、设置在所述套管(1)内的控制器(2)、电连接至所述控制器(2)的吸烟开关以及设置在所述套管(1)的远离吸烟端的端部且被按压时可触发所述控制器(2)控制所述电子烟从正常工作状态切换到禁止工作状态的按压开关(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括设置在所述套管(1)远离吸烟端的端部的用于模仿烟草燃烧的烟灰灯,所述吸烟开关开启后所述烟灰灯由亮变暗直至所述按压开关(3)控制所述电子烟停止工作后,所述烟灰灯熄灭。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述按压开关(3)包括与所述控制器(2)电连接的开关本体(31)及设置在所述套管(1)的端面上的端盖(32)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述按压开关(3)还包括设置在所述端盖(32)与所述开关本体(31)之间的按键盘(33),所述按键盘(33)的硬度大于所述端盖(32)的硬度,所述端盖(32)与所述套管(1)插接相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述按键盘(33)为圆盘结构,所述按键盘(33)朝向所述端盖(32)的一侧形成与所述端盖(32)的端部内侧壁相匹配的球形凸起,所述按键盘(33)背离所述端盖(32)的一侧开设有部分容纳所述开关本体(31)的第一凹槽(331);
    所述开关本体(31)处于打开状态时与所述第一凹槽(331)的底部相互抵持。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述端盖(32)朝向所述开关本体(31)的内壁沿所述套管(1)轴向延伸形成有凸起(320),所述凸起(320)沿所述套管(1)轴向开设有部分地容纳所述开关本体(31)的第二凹槽(321);
    所述开关本体(31)处于打开状态时与所述第二凹槽(321)的底部相互抵持。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述套管(1)的端面上还设置有连接件(4),所述连接件(4)包括座体(41),
    所述座体(41)朝向所述开关本体(31)的端面沿所述套管(1)轴向延伸形成圆环状突起(42),所述圆环状突起(42)套设在所述套管(1)内,且所述套管(1)的端部与所述座体(41)的端部相互抵持;
    所述座体(41)中间开设有与所述端盖(32)相匹配的通孔,所述端盖(32)嵌入所述通孔内,且在所述开关本体(31)处于打开状态时所述端盖(32)的外壁与所述座体(41)的外壁形成光滑过渡的表面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述按压开关(3)为压力传感器。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括设置在所述套管(1)轴向的固定座(5)以及PCB板(6),所述固定座(5)靠近所述端盖(32)的一端开设有安装槽,所述PCB板(6)固定安装在所述安装槽内,所述开关本体(31)设置在所述PCB板(6)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟开关为设置在所述电子烟的气流通道内的气流传感器。
  11. 一种电子烟的熄烟方法,其特征在于,所述方法通过按压设置在套管(1)的远离吸烟端的端部的按压开关(3)触发设置在所述套管(1)内的控制器(2)控制所述电子烟从正常工作状态切换到禁止工作状态。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟的熄烟方法,其特征在于,所述电子烟进入所述正常工作状态通过按压所述按压开关(3)实现,且吸烟开关仅在所述电子烟进入所述正常工作状态时有效。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟的熄烟方法,其特征在于,在所述吸烟开关触发的过程中,设置在所述套管(1)远离吸烟端的端部的用于模仿烟草燃烧的烟灰灯亮。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟的熄烟方法,其特征在于,所述电子烟进入所述正常工作状态通过触发吸烟开关实现,且在所述吸烟开关触发后,设置在所述套管(1)远离吸烟端的端部的用于模仿烟草燃烧的烟灰灯由亮变暗直至所述吸烟开关触发后达到预设时间或者按压所述按压开关(3)控制所述电子烟停止工作才熄灭。
