现。为了配合后续方案,本实施例采用气道31连通至气流通道91的方式,即所述压力传感器3的气道31连通所述气流通道91。
上述的开关键4设置在所述压力传感器3的下方,并距离该压力传感器3较近的距离。所述开关键4限位在所述控制板2和所述外壳71之间。即该开关键4应该包括一部分处于外壳71内和另一部分处于外壳71外,使用时通过按压外壳71外的那一部分实现开关功能。
在本实施例中,所述切换键可切换所述传感器3与所述开关键4的控制功能的交替生效具体是如下方式实现的:所述切换键包括一个堵头53和一个卡位54,所述切换键在电子烟主体上设有可位移至的第一位置和第二位置,所述切换键位移至所述第一位置时,所述堵头53脱离或部分脱离所述气流通道91,所述卡位54卡住所述开关键4,所述传感器3的控制功能生效;所述切换键位移至所述第二位置时,所述堵头53堵塞所述气流通道91,所述卡位54脱离所述开关键4,所述开关键4的控制功能生效,也即由开关键4控制电池6与雾化装置1之间电路的通断。具体的,所述切换键由基座52和推片51连接组成,所述堵头53和所述卡位54设于所述基座52的两侧,所述基座52设于所述外壳71内,所述外壳71上对应所述切换键的位置设有开口,所述推片51从所述开口伸出所述外壳71外。堵头53从气流通道91的下端伸入气流通道91内,卡位54朝向开关键4的方向设置。切换键向上推至极限位置时,堵头53进一步被推入气流通道91内并将气道31与气流通道91的贯通状态堵塞,卡位54与开关键4形成完全脱离状态,此时开关键4的功能生效,而压力传感器3的功能失效,也即压力传感器3无法检测到气流通道91内的气压变化,此位置即为上述的第二位置。将处于第二位置切换键向下推至极限位置时,该位置则为上述的第一位置,此时,卡位54卡入开关键4上的卡阶41内,堵头53部分移出气流通道91,使上述气道31恢复与气流通道91的贯通状态,而开关键4则无法实现按压操作,即开关键4的功能失效,而压力传感器3的功能生效。本实施例的手自一体化的电子烟就是通过上述原理实现手动及自动点烟功能的切换的。
本实用新型提供的手自一体化的电子烟,雾化装置1由电池6提供电能进行雾化工作,并通过控制板2的控制原理,将依靠传感器3的自动控制以及依靠开关键4的手动控制都加入到控制板2的控制电路中,并设置一个切换键,所述切换键至少设有可位移至的第一位置和第二位置,当所述切换键位移至所述第一位置时,可使所述传感器3无法检测预定信号,而所述开关键4可以机械位移并进行控制所述电路的通断;当所述切换键位移至所述第二位置时,可使所述开关键4无法机械位移,而所述传感器3可以检测预定信号。由此可见,本实用新型的电子烟是利用该切换键来交替切换电子烟当下适用的控制方式,即手动点烟或自动点烟,而且,该切换键是一种机械的切换方式而非电路控制或软件控制的切换方式。
只要不违背本实用新型创造的思想,对本实用新型的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本实用新型公开的内容;在本实用新型的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本实用新型创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种手自一体化的电子烟,包括雾化装置(1)和电池(6),所述电池(6)给所述雾化装置(1)提供电能,其特征在于,还包括传感器(3)、控制板(2)、开关键(4)和切换键,所述传感器(3)与所述控制板(2)电连接,且所述传感器(3)用于检测预定信号,所述控制板(2)根据所述预定信号控制所述电池(6)与所述雾化装置(1)间电路的通断;所述开关键(4)设于所述控制板(2)上,且所述开关键(4)用于控制所述电池(6)与所述雾化装置(1)间电路的通断;所述电池(6)与所述雾化装置(1)之间电路的通断可由所述传感器(3)和开关键(4)中的任意一个控制;所述切换键至少设有可位移至的第一位置和第二位置,当所述切换键位移至所述第一位置时,由所述开关键(4)控制所述电路的通断;当所述切换键位移至所述第二位置时,由所述控制板(2)根据所述预定信号控制所述电路的通断。
- 根据权利要求1所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,所述传感器(3)为压力传感器,且所述传感器(3)用于检测压力信号。
- 根据权利要求2所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括烟嘴(8)和气流通道(91),所述气流通道(91)连通所述烟嘴(8),所述传感器(3)检测所述气流通道(91)内的压力信号。
- 根据权利要求3所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,所述传感器(3)的气道(31)连通所述气流通道(91)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,所述切换键包括堵头(53)和卡位(54),所述切换键位移至所述第二位置时,所述堵头(53)脱离或部分脱离所述气流通道(91),所述卡位(54)卡住所述开关键(4),所述传感器(3)可检测所述气流通道(91)内的压力信号;所述切换键位移至所述第一位置时,所述堵头(53)堵塞所述气流通道(91),所述卡位(54)脱离所述开关键(4),所述开关键(4)可控制所述电池(6)与所述雾化装置(1)之间电路的通断。
- 根据权利要求5所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括外壳(71)和底盖(72),所述雾化装置(1)、控制板(2)和电池(6)装设于所述外壳(71)内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,所述开关键(4)限位在所述控制板(2)和所述外壳(71)之间。
- 根据权利要求6所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,所述切换键由基座(52)和推片(51)连接组成,所述基座(52)朝向所述气流通道(91)的一侧设置所述堵头(53),所述基座(52)朝向所述开关键(4)的一侧设置所述卡位(54),所述基座(52)设于所述外壳(71)内,所述外壳(71)上对应所述切换键的位置设有开口,所述推片(51)从所述 开口伸出所述外壳(71)外。
- 根据权利要求6所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,所述底盖(72)与所述外壳(71)过盈配合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的手自一体化的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括连接件(9),所述连接件(9)设于所述外壳(71)的上端,所述烟嘴(8)连接于所述连接件(9)上,所述气流通道(91)设于所述连接件(9)上。
