本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括烟体,其中,所述烟体上设置有能在黑暗中发光的发光材料。

本发明涉及一种电子烟,包括烟体2,所述烟体2的一端设置有吸嘴盖1,所述烟体2 上设置了能在在黑暗中发光的发光材料,本发明中的发光材料包括夜光材料和/或荧光材料,所述夜光材料可以是自发光型或蓄光型的夜光材料,例如具有蓄光性和伴随吸收紫外线发光的夜光粉或荧光粉。通过所述发光材料发出的光线,用户在晚上或黑暗的环境中也能准确迅速地找到本发明的电子烟。
实施例一
如图1-2所示,本发明优选的第一实施例涉及一种电子烟,包括烟体2,所述烟体2一端设置有吸嘴盖1,烟体2内设置了雾化器组件3和电池组件4,本实施例的烟体2表面具有一开关区域5,用于控制所述雾化器组件3与所述电池组件4之间的电连接。所述开关区域5可以是触摸感应区域或开关按键。如图1所示,本实施例中的开关区域为突出于所述烟体2表面的开关按键。 所述开关按键的外表面设置了所述夜光或荧光材料,除在黑暗中发光以方便用户拿取电子烟之外,还用于指示所述开关按键的位置,以便用户对电子烟进行操作。

实施例四
本实施例的电子烟具有与上述实施例相似的结构特征,也具有烟体2,烟体2的一端设置了吸嘴盖1。烟体2的外表面设有外包膜,外包膜上向外形成有若干用于容纳所述发光材料的囊状体,所述发光材料置于囊状体内部。可以理解的是采用膜包覆的方式时,外包膜也为透明材质。外包膜粘贴于烟体2表面的至少一部分(未在图中示出)。
本实施例中的电子烟也可以包括上述的灯帽和/或开关控制模块及开关区域,所述外包膜可以设置在所述灯帽外表面。

虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括烟体(2),其特征在于,所述烟体(2)上设置有能在黑暗中发光的发光材料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发光材料为夜光和/或荧光材料。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟体(2)的一端设置有吸嘴盖(1),所述烟体(2)的远离所述吸嘴盖(1)的一端设置有灯帽(21),所述发光材料设置于所述灯帽(21)的外表面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟体(2)外侧设有贴纸(20),所述发光材料设置在所述贴纸(20)表面。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟体(2)表面具有一开关区域(5),用于控制所述雾化器组件(3)与所述电池组件(4)之间的电连接,所述发光材料设置在所述开关区域(5)表面或环绕所述开关区域(5)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟体(2)包括外包膜,所述外包膜形成有通光的囊状体,用于放置所述发光材料。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述灯帽(21)由所述发光材料制成。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述灯帽外表面设置了由所述发光材料形成的发光层,所述发光层与所述灯帽之间具有粘附层,所述发光层通过所述粘附层粘贴于所述灯帽(21)上。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发光材料溶接于所述灯帽(21)上。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发光材料嵌置于所述灯帽(21)上。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述贴纸(20)包括背胶层和位于所述背胶层上方的由所述发光材料形成的发光层。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其在特征在于,所述发光材料在所述贴纸(20)的表面形成图案和/或文字。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其在特征在于,所述发光材料在所述开关区域(5)的表面形成图案和/或文字。
  14. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外包膜粘附于所述灯帽(21)上。
  15. 根据权利要求8或11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发光层上还设置了透光层,用于透射光线。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述透光层的材料为树脂。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发光层的厚度为10~2×103微米。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发光层通过网版印刷、烝镀、溅镀、涂布或贴合方式形成。
  19. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述开关区域(5)为触摸感应区域或开关按键。
