背景技术
电子烟主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。目前市场上的电子烟的结构包括外套管、电池组件,以及雾化器组件,通过电池组件为雾化器组件供电以产生烟雾供使用者吸食,模拟吸烟。
现有技术中,电子烟的外侧不存在使整个烟杆的外表面发光的电子烟,外表不够美观,且不能满足客户个性化的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述不能使整个电子烟的烟杆的外表面发光的缺陷,提供一种其整个烟杆的外表面均能发光的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明一种电子烟,包括烟杆,所述烟杆上设有发光装置及用于将所述发光装置发出的光从所述烟杆的表面射出的导光件。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述烟杆还包括内置于所述烟杆内的用于控制所述发光装置发光的控制单元。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述导光件设置在所述烟杆的侧壁上,所述导光件用于将所述发光装置发出的光从所述烟杆的侧面射出。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述导光件为导光膜,所述导光膜包覆于所述烟杆的外侧。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述导光件由聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的至少一种制成。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述发光装置包括灯体以及用于固定所述灯体的电路板。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2所示,本发明提供一种电子烟,包括烟杆1,烟杆1上设有发光装置以及用于将发光装置发出的光从烟杆1表面射出的导光件。
该烟杆1内还设有用于控制发光装置发光的控制单元3。
优选的,导光件设置在烟杆1的侧壁上,所述导光件用于将发光装置发出的光从烟杆1的侧面射出。
本发明中,导光件由聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的至少一种制成,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯也称为亚克力或有机玻璃。
优选的,本发明中导光膜21由聚碳酸酯制成。
通过在设置导光件同时配合发光装置使用,则可以使发光装置发出的布于整个烟杆1的侧表面,结构简单,外观效果好,能满足用户个性化的需求。
具体的,发光装置包括灯体22以及用于控制灯体22发光的电路板23。
控制单元3以及灯体22分别与电路板23电性连接,用于使控制单元3通过电路板23控制灯体22发光的开始与结束。具体的,控制单元3经由电路板23控制灯体22的方式如下:
控制单元3发送信号给电路板23,通过电路板23发送信号给灯体22,从而控制灯体22的发光开始与结束,本发明中,为使烟杆1的发光对吸烟的开始与结束起到一定的指示作用,灯体22的发光开始与结束同步于吸烟过程的开始与结束。具体的,现有技术中控制单元3内部置有气压传感器,当进行吸烟时,气压传感器感应负压,使得吸烟过程开始。在本发明中,控制单元3使吸烟过程开始的同时也触发电路板23工作控制灯体22发光;当不吸烟时,同样气压传感器感应到气压的变化,吸烟过程结束,此时,集成咪头也触发电路板23控制灯体22结束发光。
可以理解的是,灯体22的发光开始与结束也可以不同步于吸烟过程的开始与结束。例如是,本发明中还可以设置与控制单元3电性连接的触摸开关或者是按键,将触摸开关或按键至于烟杆1上,通过外部的触摸或按压控制灯体22的发光与结束。
具体的,导光件为导光膜21,导光膜21包覆于烟杆1的外侧。
如图3、图4所示,电路板23呈环形地套设于导光膜21的内部,且电路板23上均匀设置有用于安装灯体22的第一安装位231,灯体22沿烟杆1的径向凸出于第一安装位231。导光膜21上与第一安装位231相对应的位置设置开设有用于放置灯体22的凸出于第一安装位231部分的第二安装位211,灯体22的外表面与导光膜21的外表面相平齐或者低于第二安装位211的外表面。
优选的,灯体22的外表面与导光膜21的外表面相平齐。
上述的电路板23呈环形的套设于导光膜21的内部,具体的是可以通过使电路板23的两端处周向的外表面紧贴或者抵接于导光膜21内壁,或者是通过和导光膜21内表面过盈配合的方式实现将电路板23固定于烟杆1内部。
第一安装位231的作用是为了使灯体22固定于电路板23上,第二安装位211的作用是为了容置灯体22的凸出于第一安装位231的部分。
上述的缺口可以为与灯体22形状相适应的形状,也可以其它可以容纳灯体22的凸出于第一安装位231的部分的形状。
优选地 ,第二安装位211为设于导光膜21上的环形的缺口。即该环形的缺口将导光膜21分割呈两个导光膜21,这样在将导光膜21套设于烟杆1上时,则方便制造也可以通过两端对接的方式将导光膜21套设于烟杆1上面。优选的,导光膜21与烟杆1之间还设有粘接层,用于将导光膜21粘贴于烟杆1上,粘接层可以为双面胶的形式,也可以是通过在烟杆1上涂覆胶水的形式。
烟杆1的一端设有灯帽4,为了便于安装,第二安装位211设置于导光膜21的靠近灯帽4的一端。也可以根据需要将第二安装位211置于烟杆1的轴向的任意位置。
灯体22的数目不少于两个且间隔设置。灯体22以其出光方向沿轴向、且正对于导光膜21的端面上厚度部分的方式设置,灯体22中至少两个灯体22的方向相反。优选的,灯体22的数目为四个,在环形电路板23的周向上每隔90°安装一个灯体22。灯体22为LED灯,相邻两个LED灯的出光方向相反。
如图2所示,将灯体22的出光方向设置呈沿轴向、且正对于导光膜21的端面上的厚度所在的部分的方式设置,使得由灯体22发出的光直接射入到导光膜21上,再根据导光膜21的特性将光线进行导向。再者,由于至少两个灯体22的方向是相反的,则可以在轴向的相反的方向进行导光,从而使得整个导光膜21发光,从而使整个烟杆1发光。
本发明中选择导光膜21而非其它的构件是因为导光膜21具有可以使光源在沿入射方向上导光的特性,从而使得在光线的入射方向上的导光膜21部分均会有光,可以实现有仅用很少的灯体22则可以实现整个导光膜21发光。
导光件的外侧还套设有透明的保护层5。该保护层5粘贴于导光膜21上。
电路板23为柔性PCB板。图4示出了电路板23的展开图,因为柔性PCB板为柔性的,则可以使得电路板23进行两端对接的方式设成环状的,对接的方式可以为扣接的方式或者是通过外在辅助装置进行牢固对接。
可以理解的是,在另一种实施方式中,发光装置设置在烟杆1 的一端,烟杆1的一端设有灯帽4,灯帽4内侧设置有用于模仿烟草燃烧的灯体22,该灯体22为LED灯(图中未示),该LED灯与控制单元3电连接,此时导光件包覆于灯帽4的外侧;该实施例中,作为发光装置的所述LED灯具有给导光件提供光源及模仿烟草燃烧的双重作用。灯帽的颜色设置成灰色或暗红色等,以使电子烟工作时更逼真地模仿烟草燃烧。
综上, 通过在电子烟的烟杆 1 外侧设置发光装置,配合导光件使整个烟杆 1 发光,再者本发明中使用导光膜 21 以及灯体 22 结合的方式,则可在使用很少灯体 22 的情况下使整个烟杆 1 发光,其结构简单,外表美观,且能满足用户个性化的需求。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导光件为导光膜(21),所述导光膜(21)包覆于所述烟杆(1)的外侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导光件由聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的至少一种制成。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发光装置包括灯体(22)以及用于固定所述灯体(22)的电路板(23)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制单元(3)以及所述灯体(22)分别与所述电路板(23)电性连接,所述控制单元(3)通过所述电路板(23)控制所述灯体(22)发光的开始与结束。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电路板(23)呈环形地套设于所述导光膜(21)的内部,且所述电路板(23)上均匀设置有用于安装所述灯体(22)的第一安装位(231),所述灯体(22)沿所述烟杆(1)的径向凸出于所述第一安装位(231)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导光膜(21)上的与所述第一安装位(231)相对应的位置开设有用于放置所述灯体(22)的凸出于所述第一安装位(231)部分的第二安装位(211),所述灯体(22)的外表面与所述导光膜(21)的外表面相平齐或者低于所述第二安装位(211)的外表面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二安装位(211)为设于所述导光膜(21)上的环形的缺口。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟杆(1)的一端设有灯帽(4),所述第二安装位(211)设置于所述导光膜(21)的靠近所述灯帽(4)的一端。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述灯体(22)不少于两个且间隔设置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述灯体(22)以其出光方向沿轴向、且正对于所述导光膜(21)的端面上的厚度部分的方式设置,所有所述灯体(22)中至少两个所述灯体(22)的出光方向相反。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述灯体(22)为LED灯。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导光件的外侧还套设有透明的保护层(5)。
  16. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电路板(23)为柔性PCB板。
  17. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制单元(3)包括气流传感器及与所述气流传感器电连接的控制器,所述气流传感器感应吸烟信号并将所述吸烟信号传送给所述控制器,所述控制器控制所述发光装置发光。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发光装置设置在所述烟杆(1)的一端,且还用于作为模仿烟草燃烧的光源。
