[0039] 如图 1所示的本发明具有保温杯的烘烤型电子烟加热装置所使用的香烟是供该 电子烟使用的特制香烟, 在大约 200-320°C下可经烘烤发出香烟烟雾, 该香烟可 以包括香烟烟体和过滤嘴 (图中未示) 。
[0040] 如图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明实施例的具有保温杯的烘烤型电子烟加热装置, 包 括保温杯 1、 设于保温杯 1内的加热杯 2和加热杯 2下部引出的导线 3, 加热杯 2 用以插入香烟并对香烟进行通电加热, 使用该电子烟时, 将香烟烟体插入到加 热杯 2内, 电子烟的电池通过导线 3给加热杯 2通电, 加热杯 2通电后发热, 其 内壁即可对香烟烟体进行加热烘烤, 香烟在烘烤中不发生燃烧, 经烘烤发出香 烟烟雾被用户吸出到口中。 由于长时间吸烟后, 香烟在高温烘烤下会产生烟焦 油和烧焦的污垢掉落下来, 本发明实施例加热杯 2底部具有杯底, 杯底可兜住烟 焦油和污垢, 这样杯底隔断的设计使得烟焦油及污垢不会掉落到电子烟内部, 可以防止烟焦油和污垢长期累积在电子烟内部产生臭味, 可以防止污染和损坏 , 掉落的烟油和污垢积聚在加热杯底部也容易进行清洁。
[0041] 如图 2 -图 5所示, 保温杯 1包括内杯体 11、 外杯体 12和环状压盖 13, 内杯体 11 设于外杯体 12内, 内杯体 11与外杯体 12之间设有隔热间隙 10, 内杯体 11的下 部与外杯体 12的下部连接设有贯通内杯体 11壁部和外杯体 12壁部的管体, 管体 内的管孔构成穿设导线 3的导线孔 110, 环状压盖 13自上而下同时密封地盖设于 内杯体的杯口部 112与外杯体的杯口部 122上, 内杯体 11、 外杯体 12
和环状压盖 13装配及加工后, 内杯体 11与外杯体 12之间的隔热间隙 10形成真 空, 在真空的情况下, 使保温杯 1具有极好的隔热和保温的效果。 保温杯 1分设 为内杯体 11、 外杯体 12和环状压盖 13的结构, 可以方便地分别进行制造、 组合 装配, 同时保证形成内部的真空以便具有良好的隔热保温效果。
[0042] 本发明实施例的加热装置, 因设有内部真空的保温杯, 保温效果极好, 使香烟 受热效率提高, 热量不易散发到外部, 使热量更多地向内传导, 使加热杯因此 具有更好的热效率, 同时可以避免热量向外传导或辐射到电子烟的壳体及电路 控制板而发生高温烧蚀或损害, 也避免用户使用时烫手。
[0043] 为进一步加强保温杯的保温隔热效果, 本发明实施例在内杯体 11的外表面及外 杯体 12的内表面涂设有一层隔热材料形成隔热膜 (图中未示) , 该隔热膜可以 进一步阻挡热量从内杯体 11向外杯体 12传导和辐射, 及从外杯体 12向外再传导 和辐射。

体 111和在外杯体 12的内底部设有向上凸起的第二管体 121, 第一管体 111密封 套装在第二管体 121的管孔 120内, 第一管体 111内的管孔用以穿设导线 3而构成 导线孔 110, 第二管体 121向上架空、 支撑、 连接内杯体 11以便在底部形成隔热 间隙 10。 第一管体 111密封套装在第二管体 121内, 以便导线 3可经导线孔 110 穿过保温杯 1的底部, 同时又可以保证密封性能而不破坏隔热间隙 10的真空度 。 本实施例中, 设有 4组上述管体、 4个导线孔 110, 其中 3个导线孔 110用以穿 设导线 3 , 另一导线孔用于下述温度探测器的安装。 本实施例设有 3根导线用以 连接两组加热电阻的电极, 其中一根连接共用电极, 另外两根电极分别连接两 组加热电阻的另两端电极。 所述加热电阻可以是通电加热的发热导体如发热钨 丝或可发热的石墨烯等。
[0045] 如图 12 -图 14所示, 环状压盖 13包括环状盖板 131, 环状盖板 131的内沿向下凸 设有一圈内凸环 132, 环状盖板 13的底部中间还向下凸设有一圈中间凸环 133, 内凸环 132与中间凸环 133之间形成一道环槽 134; 内杯体 11的杯口部 112套装 于环槽 134内, 中间凸环 133套设于内杯体 11的杯口部 112
与外杯体 12的杯口部 122之间。 环状压盖 13的以上结构可以使得内杯体 11和外 杯体 12保持有隔热间隙 10, 又便于密封连接内杯体 11的杯口部 112和外杯体 12 的杯口部 122。
[0046] 如图 6 -图 14所示, 内杯体 11、 外杯体 12和环状压盖 13均由耐高温的塑胶材料 制成, 制造成本低, 制造工艺简单。
[0047] 如图 6 -图 14所示, 内杯体 11的杯口部 112上端与外杯体 12的杯口部 122上端分 别设有超声波焊接线, 该超声波焊接线的结构为, 在内杯体 11的杯口部 112上 端与外杯体 12的杯口部 122上端分别设有内倒角和外倒角, 使其径向截面形成 尖形, 内杯体 11、 外杯体 12和环状压盖 13通过超声波焊接工艺连接成一体, 上 述径向截面形成尖形有助于热量集中, 超声波焊接时内杯体 11的杯口部 112、 外 杯体 12的杯口部 122分别与环状压盖 13容易进行受热融合。
[0048] 如图 12 -图 14所示, 环状压盖 13上设有与隔热间隙 10相连通并用以装配后插入 抽真空针管的小孔 135 , 小孔 135在抽真空后被封堵。

与第二夹持部 22的 L形侧面可以将插入加热杯 2的香烟 5从侧面夹持固定并使香 烟 5与加热杯 2的竖壁内表面之间形成侧面间隙 23 , 第二夹持部 22的 L形底面向 上支撑香烟 5并使香烟 5与加热杯 2的底壁之间形成底部间隙 24, 侧面间隙 23与 底部间隙 24构成吸烟时的进气通道 6 (如图 19所示箭头向下与横向所指示方向 ) 。 图 19所示 A-B两侧不对称截面是如图 15所示 A-B径向线位置所形成的截面 。 用户吸烟时, 首先加热杯 2通电加热, 加热杯 2的内表面产生热量, 外部空气 经进气通道 6 , 即自加热杯 2的口部经侧面间隙 23向下流动, 再经底部间隙 24径 向流动, 同时吸收加热杯 2内表面的热量后产生高温流向香烟 5的烟体内部, 高 温空气加热香烟 5后产生烟雾被用户吸出。 加热杯 2的侧壁和底部设有夹持部的 设计, 避免了香烟与加热杯内壁直接接触, 加热杯 2可以先加热侧面间隙 23和底 部间隙 24内的流动空气, 加热后的高温空气再对香烟进行烘烤, 使得香烟升温 均匀, 避免直接接触导致香烟受热不均而局部产生高温导致香烟烧焦而产生焦 味。
[0051] 如图 15 -图 18所示, 加热杯 2的竖壁及底壁内部分别设有加热电阻 (图中未示 ) , 加热杯 2用耐高温的陶瓷材料制成。

[权利要求 1] 一种具有保温杯的烘烤型电子烟加热装置, 其特征在于: 包括保温杯 、 设于保温杯内的加热杯和加热杯下部引出的导线, 所述加热杯用以 插入香烟并对香烟进行通电加热, 所述保温杯包括内杯体、 外杯体和 环状压盖, 所述内杯体套装于外杯体内, 所述内杯体与外杯体之间设 有隔热间隙, 所述内杯体的下部与所述外杯体的下部连接设有贯通内 杯体壁部和外杯体壁部的管体, 所述管体内的管孔构成穿设所述导线 的导线孔, 所述环状压盖自上而下同时密封地盖设于所述内杯体的杯 口部与外杯体的杯口部上, 所述内杯体、 外杯体和环状压盖装配及加 工后, 所述隔热间隙形成真空。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 i所述的具有保温杯的烘烤型电子烟加热装置, 其特征 在于: 所述管体包括在所述内杯体的外底部向下设有的第一管体和在 所述外杯体的内底部向上设有的第二管体, 所述第一管体密封套装于 所述第二管体的管孔内, 所述第二管体向上支撑所述内杯体。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 i所述的具有保温杯的烘烤型电子烟加热装置, 其特征 在于: 所述内杯体的外表面及所述外杯体的内表面涂设有隔热膜。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 i所述的具有保温杯的烘烤型电子烟加热装置, 其特征 在于: 所述环状压盖包括环状盖板, 所述环状盖板的内沿向下凸设有 一圈内凸环, 所述环状盖板的底部中间还向下凸设有一圈中间凸环, 所述内凸环与所述中间凸环之间形成一道环槽; 所述内杯体的杯口部 套装于所述环槽内, 所述中间凸环套设于所述内杯体的杯口部与外杯 体的杯口部之间。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的具有保温杯的烘烤型电子烟加热装置, 其特征 在于: 所述内杯体的杯口部上端与外杯体的杯口部上端分别设有超声 波焊接线, 所述内杯体、 外杯体和环状压盖通过超声波焊接连接成一 体。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 5所述的具有保温杯的烘烤型电子烟加热装置, 其特征 在于: 所述超声波焊接线的结构为所述内杯体的杯口部上端与外杯体
的杯口部上端分别设有内倒角和外倒角, 使所述内杯体的杯口部上端 与外杯体的杯口部上端的径向截面形成尖形。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有保温杯的烘烤型电子烟加热装置, 其特征 在于: 所述环状压盖上设有与所述隔热间隙相连通并用以装配后插入 抽真空针管的小孔, 所述小孔在抽真空后被封堵。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有保温杯的烘烤型电子烟加热装置, 其特征 在于: 所述加热杯的竖壁上部内表面设有径向向内凸起的第一夹持部 , 所述加热杯的竖壁与底壁夹角处设有 L形凸起的第二夹持部, 所述 第一夹持部与第二夹持部的 L形侧面可以将插入加热杯的香烟从侧面 夹持固定并使香烟与加热杯的竖壁内表面之间形成侧面间隙, 所述第 二夹持部的 L形底面向上支撑香烟并使香烟与加热杯的底壁之间形成 底部间隙, 所述侧面间隙与所述底部间隙构成吸烟时的进气通道。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有保温杯的烘烤型电子烟加热装置, 其特征 在于: 所述加热杯的竖壁及底壁内部分别设有加热电阻。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有保温杯的烘烤型电子烟加热装置, 其特征 在于: 还包括温度探测器, 所述温度探测器安装于所述导线孔内。
