[0034] 如图 4〜7所示, 本发明电子烟雾化单元的支承架 2, 套设于电子烟外套管 1的内 腔并用于支承雾化单元 3 (此处参考图 1所示) , 包括中空的管状架体 21, 架体 2 1的外壁上径向凸设有环状的凸肩 22、 架体 21的内壁上相对于凸肩 22的部位径向 凸设有带中心孔 23的环状内肩 24, 环状内肩 24将架体 21分成上腔体 211与下腔体 212, 上腔体 211壁上设有截面形状为矩形的矩形缺口 27, 位于矩形缺口 27两侧 的上腔体 211内壁上上对称设有内凹竖立的插槽 25, 中心孔 23的上部周边凸伸设 有环形台 26, 环形台 26与上腔体 211内壁之间成型为回流槽 28, 两个插槽 25底部 位置对称设置于上腔体 211中部并高于环形台 26, 两个插槽 25底部向下贯通设有 通线孔 29, 两个插槽 25的槽口两侧以及延伸向下至环状内肩 24设有向外凸出及 相向凸出将槽口合围一部分的柱体 251。

[0036] 如图 4〜10所示, 本实施例电子烟雾化单元的支承架 2, 其两个插槽 25的底部位 置对称设置于上腔体 211中部并高于环形台 26, 这样当雾化单元 3横向架设于两 个插槽 25的底部吋, 可使雾化单元 3与环形台 26及中心孔 23保持一定距离而保证 吸烟吋被吸进的空气可顺畅地流经中心孔 23再流经电热丝 32, 确保雾化良好; 而两个插槽 25沿槽口两侧并延伸向下至环状内肩设有向外凸出及相向凸出将槽 口合围一部分的柱体 251, 目的是该柱体 251可以围住插槽 25槽口的一部分,避免 插槽 25在装设导液绳 31吋导液绳 31容易从插槽 25内松脱及滑出, 特别是当该电 子烟雾化单元的支承架 2由软性材料如硅胶制成吋, 该柱体 251也起到加强筋的 作用, 可以支撑住插槽 25而不易发生变形, 防止导液绳 32自插槽 25内松脱; 另 两个插槽 25底部向下贯通设有通线孔 29, 便于穿插固定电热丝 32两端的引线 33 , 该引线 33穿插到通线孔 29也起到将电热丝 32及其缠绕的导液绳 31拉紧固定于 插槽 25底部的作用; 上述结构各特征的最终效果都是能够使得导液绳 31充分传 导烟液至电热丝 32部位、 吸烟吋空气能充分流经电热丝 32而保证电子烟烟液的 良好雾化。
[0037] 如图 5〜8所示, 通线孔 29贯通至下腔体 212的底端, 其中一个通线孔 29在下腔 体 212的内壁部分轴向设有通线孔的侧幵口 291与下腔体 212围成的圆形内腔相通 。 上述结构的设计优点在于可确保弓 I线 33的相互绝缘以及设在通线孔的侧幵口 2 91处的引线 33可引导至下腔体 212的中间以连接电源正极。
[0038] 如图 6所示, 本发明实施例电子烟雾化单元的支承架 2, 其上腔体 211围成的空 腔横截面呈 U字形, 这样的结构可以确保上腔体 211两侧的壁上具有足够的厚度 以便幵设插槽 25, 又能形成足够的空间为雾化单元进行充分地雾化, 而 U字形 的缺口即矩形缺口则可以和储液杯 4 (参考图 1所示) 的缺口交叉重合形成烟雾 通道的一部分。
[0039] 如图 5、 图 10〜12所示, 本发明实施例电子烟雾化单元的支承架 2, 其上腔体 21 1的外径大于下腔体 212的外径, 这样的结构便于下腔体 212牢固地插入并装配在 固定座 5上, 装配后使得凸肩 22的外径与固定座 5的上部外径相同以便同吋被套 入外套管 1 (参考图 1所示) 内。 另外, 上腔体 211可插入储液杯 4的幵口一端并 顶住过滤片 42及渗液片 41 (参考图 1所示) , 以使得露出插槽 25的导液绳 31能充 分与过滤片 42接触, 即可将储液杯 4中的烟液经过滤片 42及渗液片 41渗透给导液 绳 31后, 由导液绳 31传导至支承架 2内的发热丝 32, 从而用户在吸烟吋发热丝 32 能通电将烟液进行雾化发出烟雾。
[0040] 如图 4〜5所示, 本发明实施例电子烟雾化单元的支承架 2, 其柱体 251的形状为 扁平状结构, 即其横截面为长方形。 显然地, 在满足阻挡导液绳松脱及加强筋 作用的情况下, 柱体 251的横截面形状也可设置为其他形状, 如圆形、 椭圆形、 方形、 三角形等。
[0041] 如图 9所示, 本发明实施例电子烟雾化单元的支承架的导液绳 31由玻璃纤维材 料制成, 玻璃纤维材料制成的导液绳具有优越的传导烟液、 耐高温、 在高温下 不产生有害物质等性能。 在另一实施例中, 导液绳 31可由硅藻土材料烧制而成 , 也具有很好的传导烟液及耐高温的性能。
[0042] 如图 4所示, 本发明实施例电子烟雾化单元的支承架 2由耐高温的硅胶材料一体 成型制成, 硅胶材料具有一定柔韧性, 并有助于密封性。 另, 本发明电子烟雾 化单元的支承架 2也可采用陶瓷材料制成, 因陶瓷材料具有耐高温、 隔热效果好 的优良性能。

[0044] 如图 13所示, 在实施例一的基础上, 为进一步防止导液绳 31从插槽 25中松脱滑 落, 柱体 251在插槽 25槽口两侧分别相向延伸出软性可分幵的片状体 252封住插 槽槽口, 这样在装配导液绳 31到插槽 25内吋, 两片软性的片状体 252即可分幵以 便装入导液绳 31, 导液绳 31装配到位后, 两片软性的片状体 252又可自动合上, 以增加插槽 25槽口的障碍, 即可进一步防止导液绳 31的松脱滑落。 为避免卡阻 导液绳 31在插槽 25底部的横向穿设以及卡阻导液绳 31内烟液的传导, 片状体 252 在靠近插槽 25的底部处设有片状体缺口 253供导液绳 31穿过。

权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种电子烟雾化单元的支承架, 包括设于电子烟内的中空的架体, 所 述架体外壁上径向设有凸肩、 内壁上径向设有带中心孔的环状内肩, 所述环状内肩将所述架体分成上腔体与下腔体, 所述上腔体壁上设有 矩形缺口, 位于所述矩形缺口两侧的上腔体内壁上上对称设有内凹竖 立的插槽, 所述中心孔上部周边凸伸设有环形台, 所述环形台与上腔 体内壁之间成型为回流槽, 其特征在于: 所述两个插槽底部位置高于 所述环形台, 所述两个插槽沿槽口两侧并延伸向下至环状内肩设有向 外凸出及相向凸出将槽口合围一部分的柱体。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化单元的支承架, 其特征在于: 所述 两个插槽底部向下贯通设有通线孔。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟雾化单元的支承架, 其特征在于: 所述 通线孔贯通至下腔体底端, 其中一个通线孔在下腔体内壁部分轴向设 有侧幵口与下腔体围成的内腔相通。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟雾化单元的支承架, 其特征在于: 还包 括雾化单元, 所述雾化单元包括导液绳和电热丝, 所述导液绳折成 U 字形, 所述电热丝缠绕于导液绳 U字形底端, 所述导液绳 U字形两侧 分别竖直套设于所述两个插槽内, 所述导液绳 U字形底端架设于所述 插槽底部, 所述电热丝两端还分别连接有引线, 所述引线分别穿过所 述通线孔与电子烟电源电性连接。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟雾化单元的支承架, 其特征在于: 所述 导液绳由玻璃纤维材料或硅藻土材料制成。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化单元的支承架, 其特征在于: 所述 上腔体围成的空腔横截面呈 U字形。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化单元的支承架, 其特征在于: 所述 上腔体的外径大于下腔体的外径。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化单元的支承架, 其特征在于: 所述 柱体在插槽槽口两侧分别相向延伸出软性可分幵的片状体封住插槽槽 口, 所述片状体在靠近插槽底部处设有片状体缺口。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化单元的支承架, 其特征在于: 由耐 高温的硅胶材料一体成型制成。
