本实用新型涉及电子烟领域,特别涉及一种烟锅组件及烤烟电子烟。
背景技术
传统烤烟电子烟中通常使用石棉等材质,对烟锅与支撑座之间进行保温隔热,以阻止热对流和热传导,但是石棉等材料不符合环保要求。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要提供一种能够降低热传导和热对流,减少热损失以提高加热效率的烟锅组件。
还有必要提供一种带有该烟锅组件的烤烟电子烟。
一种烟锅组件,包括烟锅及支撑外座,所述烟锅收容并支撑于所述支撑外座内,所述支撑外座与所述烟锅之间形成包围于所述烟锅周向的隔热空间,所述支撑外座面向所述隔热空间的内表面设置反射层。
在其中一个实施例中,所述隔热空间为真空空间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述反射层为锡箔纸、铝箔或者为涂覆于所述支撑外座内表面的反射材料。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支撑外座由泡沫材料、耐高温树脂、无机晶须材料、硅胶、气凝胶二氧化硅或保温棉中一种导热系数低的材质制成。

请参看图1及图2,本实用新型一个实施例中,烤烟电子烟100包括电池装置10、烟锅组件30以及吸嘴(图未示)。其中,电池装置10与烟锅组件30电连接,用于为烟锅组件30提供电驱动,烟锅组件30内收容有固体发烟物质,其可在电池装置10电驱动的作用下对固体发烟物质进行烘烤以产生烟雾,吸嘴与烟锅组件30连接,用于供吸食者吸入由烟锅组件30产生的烟雾。
具体地,电池装置10包括壳体11、电池上盖13以及电池组件15。壳体11大体为一端敞开的中空长方形柱状,其内壁沿周向凸出形成用于将壳体11内部分隔形成上下两个空间的凸缘110。
电池上盖13盖设于壳体11呈开口的一端。电池组件15收容于壳体11内,且位于凸缘110的下方,用于为烟锅组件30提供电驱动。
请一并参看图3和图4,本实用新型第一实施例中,烟锅组件30收容于壳体11内,其包括支撑外座31、正极接触组件33以及支撑于支撑外座31上的烟锅35。可选的,所述支撑外座31为两端贯穿的中空结构,其可拆卸地安装于凸缘110上,并位于凸缘110背向电池组件15的上方。正极接触组件33 设置于凸缘110的下方并与电池组件15的正极电连接。烟锅35套设于支撑外座31内并与支撑外座31之间形成包围于烟锅35周向的隔热空间37(请参看图2),以隔绝支撑外座31与烟锅35之间的热对流和热传导。
需要说明的是,所述支撑外座31与所述烟锅35的具体形状不做具体限定,可为任意合适的形状,例如圆柱体,长方体等。本实施方式中,请参看图3,所述支撑外座31与所述烟锅35均沿所述电子烟的轴向设置且均为中空的长方体结构,所述支撑外座31的长宽高均大于所述烟锅35的长宽高,所述支撑外座31围绕所述烟锅35的周向设置,其底部与所述烟锅底部相接触。
进一步地,所述支撑外座31与所述烟锅35间隔设置,所述隔热空间37设置于所述支撑外座31与所述烟锅35之间,所述隔热空间37可根据烟锅35与支撑外座31的具体形状做适应性调整,可选的,在一个实施方式中,所述支撑外座31与所述烟锅35底部间隔设置,所述隔热空间37包围所述烟锅35的周向以及底部。
具体地,请参看图6和图7,烟锅35包括锅体350、加热座352以锅盖354。锅体350大体呈两端贯穿的长方形柱状,其一端安装并支撑于支撑外座31上。加热座352和锅盖354分别设置于锅体350的底部和顶部,从而将锅体350内部界定形成用于收容并加热固体发烟物质的烟腔356(请参看图2)。
在本具体实施例中,锅盖354套设于锅体350顶部的外周,电池上盖13套设于锅盖354外并密封卡嵌于锅盖354与支撑外座31之间,从而使支撑外座31内壁与锅体350外壁、锅盖354以及电池上盖13之间密封形成上述隔热空间37。其中,为了更好的隔绝和密封电池上盖13与锅体350之间的间隙,锅盖354可采用硅胶或橡胶材料。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,电池上盖13和锅盖354可为一体盖设于锅体350和壳体11上的盖体,在此不作限定。
进一步地,为了进一步隔绝锅体350与支撑外座31之间的热传递,上述隔热空间37为真空空间。
更进一步地,为了进一步隔绝热对流并降低热辐射,支撑外座31面向隔热空间37的内表面设置有反射层,用于将锅体350散发出的热辐射反射回去。其中,反射层为锡箔纸、铝箔或者为涂覆于支撑外座31内表面的反射材料。
在一个实施方式中,所述支撑外座31的外表面设置有反射层,用于将锅体350散发出的热辐射反射回去。可选的,所述反射层为锡箔纸、铝箔等起保温功能的材料。需要说明的是,所述支撑外座31上设置有反射层,用于将所述锅体350散发出的热辐射反射回去,所述反射层的位置并不做限定,例如设置在所述支撑外座31的内表面和/或外表面。进一步地,设置在所述支撑外座31的底部、顶部、周向等任意位置也是合适的。
同时,将支撑外座31采用耐高温导热率低的材料,这样可有效降低锅体350与支撑外座31之间的传热,以起到保温隔热作用。其中,耐高温导热率低的材料:为热导系数小于1W/(m.K),优选0.01-1W/(m.K),且耐热温度在不低于270℃的材料。具体地,包括泡沫材料(优选泡沫陶瓷、泡沫玻璃)、耐高温树脂(优选酚醛树脂)、无机晶须材料(优选六钛酸钾晶须)、硅胶、气凝胶二氧化硅或保温棉中一种。
此外,壳体11位于凸缘110的上方贯穿开设有进气孔112,支撑外座31上开设有与进气孔112连通的导气孔310,加热座352开设有连通导气孔310与烟腔356的气流孔3521;对应地,锅盖354和电池上盖13开设有与锅体350内部烟腔356连通的出烟孔358,吸嘴设置于电池上盖13顶部并与出烟孔358连通。如此,当吸食者进行抽吸时,外界空气由进气孔112和导气孔310进入,再经气流孔3521进入烟腔356内并携带烟腔356内的烟雾经出烟孔358流向吸嘴内,以供吸食者吸入。
请参看图5、图6以及图7,本实用新型第二实施例相较于第一实施例,烟锅组件30还包括真空保温层39,真空保温层39收容于隔热空间37内并包裹于烟锅35的锅体350外周,以将热传导和热对流降低到最低,从而降低壳体11的温度使得壳体11的温度达到使用者可接受范围,并且能够对烟锅35 进行保温。其中,真空保温层39为内部为真空的双层结构,且真空保温层39的材料为玻璃或陶瓷。
在本实用新型中,通过将烟锅35与支撑外座31间隔设置,即两者之间预设隔热空间37,从而有效隔绝烟锅35与支撑外座31之间的热对流和热传导,从而能够有效减少热损失,并且对烟锅35起到保温作用,提高加热效率。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种烟锅组件,其特征在于:包括烟锅及支撑外座,所述烟锅收容并支撑于所述支撑外座内,所述支撑外座与所述烟锅之间形成包围于所述烟锅周向的隔热空间,所述支撑外座面向所述隔热空间的内表面设置反射层。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述隔热空间为真空空间。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述反射层为锡箔纸、铝箔或者为涂覆于所述支撑外座内表面的反射材料。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述支撑外座由泡沫材料、耐高温树脂、无机晶须材料、硅胶、气凝胶二氧化硅或保温棉中一种导热系数低的材质制成。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述烟锅组件包括真空保温层,所述真空保温层收容于所述隔热空间内并包裹于所述烟锅外周。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述真空保温层为内部为真空的双层结构。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述真空保温层的材料为玻璃或陶瓷。
  8. 一种烤烟电子烟,其包括烟锅组件及用于为所述烟锅组件提供电驱动的电池装置,所述电池装置包括壳体及电池上盖,所述烟锅组件收容于所述壳体内,且为上述权利要求1-7任一项所述烟锅组件,所述烟锅包括锅体、设置于所述锅体底部的加热座以及盖设于所述锅体顶部的锅盖,所述电池上盖盖设于所述壳体的一端并套设于所述锅盖的外周。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的烤烟电子烟,其特征在于:所述烤烟电子烟还包括吸嘴,所述支撑外座为两端贯穿的中空结构,所述壳体上贯穿开设有进气孔,所述支撑外座上开设有与所述进气孔连通的导气孔,所述加热座开设有与所述导气孔连通的气流孔,所述锅盖和所述电池上盖开设有与所述锅体内部连通的出烟孔,所述吸嘴设置于所述电池上盖顶部并与所述出烟孔连通。
  10. 一种烟锅组件,其特征在于:包括烟锅及支撑外座,所述烟锅收容并支撑于所述支撑外座内,所述支撑外座设置有反射层。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述支撑外座与所述烟 锅之间形成隔热空间。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述隔热空间为真空空间。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述反射层设置在所述支撑外座的内表面和/或外表面上。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述反射层为锡箔纸或铝箔或者为涂覆于所述支撑外座内表面的反射材料。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述支撑外座由泡沫材料、耐高温树脂、无机晶须材料、硅胶、气凝胶二氧化硅或保温棉中一种制成。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述烟锅组件包括真空保温层,所述真空保温层收容于所述隔热空间内。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述真空保温层为内部为真空的双层结构。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的烟锅组件,其特征在于:所述真空保温层的材料为玻璃或陶瓷。
  19. 一种烤烟电子烟,其特征在于:包括权利要求10-18任一项所述的烟锅组件。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的烤烟电子烟,其特征在于:还包括为所述烟锅组件提供电驱动的电池装置,所述电池装置包括壳体,所述烟锅组件收容于所述壳体内。
