Description

有机发光显示面板及其制作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及有机发光显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种有机发光显示面板及其制作方法。
背景技术
OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)显示器是新一代的显示器,通过在OLED基板上制作有机薄膜,使有机薄膜被包夹在阴极和阳极金属或导电层之间,给两电极加电压,则有机薄膜会发光。OLED显示器相对于液晶显示器具有自发光、响应快、视角广、色彩饱和等许多优点。
OLED分为顶发光和底发光两种方式,在底发光器件中,阳极一般采用ITO等透明导电层,阴极一般采用Al、Mg、Ag等高反射率的金属;OLED有机材料发射出的光线是全方向的,其中一部分直接从阳极侧射出,一部分则会经过阴极反射后再从阳极侧射出,最终被人眼所接收。
但由于目前显示屏解析度越来越高,像素与像素之间排布则越来越密集,在底发光器件中,一子像素的有机材料发出的光线会有一部分经过非发光区的阴极的反射从相邻的子像素射出,产生色纯度下降及色偏现象,进而影响显示效果。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种有机发光显示面板及其制作方法,可避免底发光器件中,从子像素出射的光干扰相邻子像素,从而提高色纯度并改善色偏现象。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种有机发光显示面板,包括基板以及位于所述基板上的阳极、像素定义层、有机发光层、具有反射功能的阴极,所述像素定义层上开设有若干开口槽,所述开口槽靠近所述基板的一端设于所述阳极上,所述有机发光层填充于所述 开口槽内,所述阴极设置在所述有机发光层上并容纳于所述开口槽。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述的有机发光显示面板还包括导电层,所述导电层设于所述像素定义层和所述阴极上,并整面覆盖所述像素定义层和所述阴极。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述导电层为网状,同时连接所有的所述阴极。
或者,所述导电层为片状,完全覆盖所述像素定义层和所述阴极。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述的有机发光显示面板还包括薄膜封装层,所述薄膜封装层覆盖在所述导电层外表面。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述的有机发光显示面板还包括反射件,所述反射件设于所述像素定义层内,用于将射入的光线朝相邻的所述有机发光层反射。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述反射件包括反射面为内凹的弧面的第一反射部,所述第一反射部为旋转体。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的有机发光显示面板为底发射型,包括基板和位于基板上的阳极、像素定义层、有机发光层、阴极,像素定义层上开设有若干开口槽,开口槽靠近基板的一端设于阳极上,有机发光层填充于开口槽内,阴极设置在有机发光层上并容纳于开口槽。其基板、阳极、像素定义层、有机发光层均为透明材料制成,阴极与阳极一一对应,采用具有反射功能的材料,如Al、Mg、Ag等高反射率的金属制成,当阳极、阴极通电后,有机发光层发光,光线经阴极反射后自基板所在侧射出。这里,像素定义层的开口槽区域为OLED器件发光区,其他区域则为非发光区,由于只在发光区制作有具有反射功能的阴极,非发光区并未制作阴极,因此,OLED器件中本应照射到非发光区的阴极的光线,会直接透射出去被临近的结构吸收,不会被反射到相邻的子像素中,从而提高了显示面板的色纯度,改善了色偏现象,下面结合几种具体的实施例对本发明予以进一步描述。
实施例1
参阅图1,本实施例的底发射有机发光显示面板包括基板10以及位于基板10上的透明的阳极20、像素定义层30、有机发光层40、具有反射功能的若干阴极50,像素定义层30上开设有若干开口槽,开口槽靠近基板10的一端设于阳极20上,有机发光层40填充于开口槽内,阴极50设置在有机发光层40上并容纳于开口槽远离基板10的一端,每个开口槽的两端分别对应一个阳极20和一个阳极20。
为实现所有的阴极50相互电连接,以便于电信号的传输,本实施例的阴极50表面还制作有导电层60,导电层60设于像素定义层30和阴极50上,并整面覆盖像素定义层30和所有的阴极50。该导电层60为片状构造,完全覆盖像素定义层30和阴极50。在其他实施方式中,导电层60也可以为网状,导电层60在像素定义层30对应的区域镂空设置,仅同时与所有的阴极50接触并电连接。片状构造的导电层60的制作工艺更简单,制作成本更低,而且导电可靠性更好。
另外,为保证有机发光显示面板的使用寿命和防水防尘等性能,其表面还可封装有薄膜封装层70,使薄膜封装层70完全覆盖导电层60的外表面。该薄 膜封装层70可以是薄膜封装材料,也可以是玻璃盖板。
本发明还提供了一种底发射有机发光显示面板的制作方法,主要包括提供一基板10,并在基板10上制作透明的阳极20、像素定义层30、有机发光层40和具有反射功能的阴极50,需要注意的是,阴极50仅覆盖在有机发光层40上(即像素区)。
具体地,如图2所示,本实施例的底发射有机发光显示面板的制作方法具体包括:
S1、提供一基板10;
S2、在基板10上制作透明的阳极20、像素定义层30;
S3、在像素定义层30的开口槽内制作有机发光层40;
S4、在有机发光层40上制作具有反射功能的阴极50;
S5、在像素定义层30、阴极50表面覆盖一层导电层60;
S6、在导电层60外表面制作薄膜封装层70。
由于阴极50仅覆盖在有机发光层40上(即像素区),并不延伸至非发光区,因此,OLED器件中本应照射到非发光区的阴极的光线,会直接透射出去被临近的结构吸收,不会被反射到相邻的子像素中,从而提高了显示面板的色纯度,改善了色偏现象。
可以理解的是,本实施例的底发射有机发光显示面板的制作方法还包括在基板上形成薄膜晶体管,即制作半导体层、栅极、源极和漏极,以及制作与薄膜晶体管栅极相连的栅线、与薄膜晶体管源极相连的数据线以及各导电层之间用于绝缘的各绝缘层等,这里不再详细描述。
实施例2
如图3所示,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的底发射有机发光显示面板还具有反射件80,反射件80设于像素定义层30内,用于将射入的光线朝相邻的有机发光层40反射。
该反射件80具体包括反射面为内凹的弧面的第一反射部81,第一反射部81为旋转体,以及覆盖在第一反射部81端面的第二反射部82,第二反射部82的边缘自第一反射部81端面朝四周延伸出。自有机发光层40射出到像素定义 层30内的部分光线被第一反射部81反射回有机发光层40,还有一部分光线经第一反射部81反射至第二反射部82后反射回,实现了射向像素定义层30内的光线的二次利用,提高了光源利用率。

如图4所示,与实施例2不同的是,本实施例的反射件80包括垂直于基板10的筒状的反射环。该反射环可以将四周相邻的有机发光层40射出的光线反射回,防止相邻像素间发生窜扰,也提高了光源利用率。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种有机发光显示面板,其中,包括基板以及位于所述基板上的阳极、像素定义层、有机发光层、具有反射功能的阴极,所述像素定义层上开设有若干开口槽,所述开口槽靠近所述基板的一端设于所述阳极上,所述有机发光层填充于所述开口槽内,所述阴极设置在所述有机发光层上并容纳于所述开口槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,还包括导电层,所述导电层设于所述像素定义层和所述阴极上,并整面覆盖所述像素定义层和所述阴极。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述导电层为网状,同时连接所有的所述阴极。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述导电层为片状,完全覆盖所述像素定义层和所述阴极。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,还包括薄膜封装层,所述薄膜封装层覆盖在所述导电层外表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,还包括反射件,所述反射件设于所述像素定义层内,用于将射入的光线朝相邻的所述有机发光层反射。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述反射件包括反射面为内凹的弧面的第一反射部,所述第一反射部为旋转体。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述反射件还包括覆盖在所述第一反射部端面的第二反射部,所述第二反射部的边缘自所述第一反射部端面朝四周延伸出。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述反射件包括垂直于所述基板的筒状的反射环。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,还包括反射件,所述反射件设于所述像素定义层内,用于将射入的光线朝相邻的所述有机发光层反射。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述反射件包括反 射面为内凹的弧面的第一反射部,所述第一反射部为旋转体。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述反射件还包括覆盖在所述第一反射部端面的第二反射部,所述第二反射部的边缘自所述第一反射部端面朝四周延伸出。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的有机发光显示面板,其中,所述反射件包括垂直于所述基板的筒状的反射环。
  14. 一种有机发光显示面板的制作方法,其中,有机发光显示面板包括基板以及位于所述基板上的阳极、像素定义层、有机发光层、具有反射功能的阴极,所述像素定义层上开设有若干开口槽,所述开口槽靠近所述基板的一端设于所述阳极上,所述有机发光层填充于所述开口槽内,所述阴极设置在所述有机发光层上并容纳于所述开口槽;所述制作方法包括:提供一基板,并在基板上制作透明的阳极、像素定义层、有机发光层和具有反射功能的阴极,其中,所述阴极仅覆盖在有机发光层上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的有机发光显示面板的制作方法,其中,还包括导电层,所述导电层设于所述像素定义层和所述阴极上,并整面覆盖所述像素定义层和所述阴极。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的有机发光显示面板的制作方法,其中,还包括反射件,所述反射件设于所述像素定义层内,用于将射入的光线朝相邻的所述有机发光层反射。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的有机发光显示面板的制作方法,其中,所述反射件包括反射面为内凹的弧面的第一反射部,所述第一反射部为旋转体。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的有机发光显示面板的制作方法,其中,所述反射件还包括覆盖在所述第一反射部端面的第二反射部,所述第二反射部的边缘自所述第一反射部端面朝四周延伸出。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的有机发光显示面板的制作方法,其中,所述反射件包括垂直于所述基板的筒状的反射环。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的有机发光显示面板的制作方法,其中,还包括反射件,所述反射件设于所述像素定义层内,用于将射入的光线朝相邻的所述有机发光层反射。
