- 根据权利要求1所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗密封组件包括:外壳,与所述卸料口的形状相适配,且所述外壳上设有所述输送孔;接头,安装在所述外壳的顶部,且连接至所述清洗入管的输出端,并与所述清洗入管及所述外壳的内部空间相连通。

- 根据权利要求3所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗密封组件还包括:弹性件,位于所述外壳内,用于在所述外壳打开所述卸料口时,使所述接头与所述喷雾头相连通。
- 根据权利要求4所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述接头活动安装在所述外壳上,且其下端设有限位凸台,所述喷雾头固定安装在所述外壳上,所述弹性件套设在所述接头上,且其上下两端分别抵靠在所述外壳和所述限位凸台上,并处于压缩状态;其中,所述清洗入管向上运动时,所述外壳封闭所述卸料口;所述清洗入管向下运动时,所述外壳打开所述卸料口。
- 根据权利要求5所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述外壳包括:上盖,所述接头安装在所述上盖上,且所述上盖上开设有所述输送孔;底盖,与所述上盖的下端相连,所述喷雾头安装在所述底盖上,并贯穿所述底盖;其中,所述上盖和/或所述底盖的形状与所述卸料口相适配。
- 根据权利要求6所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述上盖包括:顶盖,安装有所述接头,且其下端面设有套设在所述接头外侧并与所述接头之间具有间隙且与所述底盖相连的第一环形板,所述第一环形板上开设有连通孔;和密封盖,套设在所述第一环形板的外侧,并位于所述顶盖的下端面与所述底盖的上端面之间,且与所述卸料口的形状相适配,其中,所述密封盖为弹性体,且所述密封盖上开设有所述输送孔,所述输送孔与所述连通孔相连通。
- 根据权利要求7所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述底盖的上端面设有第二环形板,所述第二环形板与所述第一环形板相连,使所述底盖与所述顶盖相连;所述密封盖内设有第三环形板,所述第三环形板套设在所述第二环形板的外侧并与所述第二环形板的外表面相贴合,且所述输送孔位于所述第三环形板的上方。
- 根据权利要求8所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述密封盖内还设有限位面,所述第二环形板的上端面与所述限位面相抵靠。
- 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括:密封件,安装在所述底盖上,并套设在所述喷雾头的入口处。
- 根据权利要求2至9中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述输送孔的数量为多个,多个所述输送孔沿所述外壳的周向均布;和/或所述输送孔开设在所述外壳的上部,且所述外壳的上部的横截面积由上向下逐渐变大;和/或所述外壳的上部为旋转体,且所述旋转体的横截面积由上向下逐渐变化,所述输送孔开设在所述旋转体上,所述输送孔整体呈长条形,并沿着所述旋转体的壁面旋转倾斜延伸。
- 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括:驱动装置,包括驱动件和与所述驱动件相连的传动组件,且所述传动组件与所述清洗入管相连,以带动所述清洗入管上下运动,使所述清洗入管带动所述清洗密封组件上下运动。
- 根据权利要求12所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括:限位件,与所述传动组件相配合,用于限制所述传动组件的运动幅度。
- 根据权利要求13所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述传动组件包括:齿轮,与所述驱动件的输出轴相连;和齿条滑块,与所述齿轮相啮合,并与所述清洗入管相连,且沿竖直方向延伸,以带动所述清洗入管上下运动;其中,所述限位件位于所述齿条滑块的上方,以限制所述齿条滑块向上运动的幅度。
- 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:烹饪主体,具有烹饪腔室;和如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其清洗腔体的卸料口与所述烹饪腔室相连通,用于清洗送入所述清洗腔体内的物料,并将清洗后的物料送入所述烹饪腔室中。
