物料清洗装置及烹饪器具
本申请要求于2017年7月12日提交中国专利局、申请号为201720842745.1、发明名称为“物料清洗装置及烹饪器具”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及厨房电器技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种物料清洗装置及包含该物料清洗装置的烹饪器具。
背景技术
目前,智能化的烹饪器具如自动电饭煲,有的具有自动洗料的功能,物料在风力的作用下通过进料口进入上盖洗米盒,清洗完毕后再通过进料口送入气流,利用气流将物料送入内锅中。由于进料口既要用于进料,又要用于进风,因而送风部件与送料部件需布置在一起,对产品的整体布局要求较高。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题至少之一,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种物料清洗装置。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种包括上述物料清洗装置的烹饪器具。
为了实现上述目的,本发明第一方面的技术方案提供了一种物料清洗装置,用于烹饪器具,包括:清洗腔体,其上部设有进料口和进气口,其底部设有卸料口,所述进气口用于向所述清洗腔体输送气流以辅助下料;送料管,与所述进料口相连通,用于向所述清洗腔体输送待清洗的物料;清洗入管,其输入端能够连接至水源和气源,其输出端伸入所述清洗腔体内,且能够相对所述清洗腔体上下运动;清洗密封组件,设置在所述卸料口处,并与所述清洗入管的输出端相连,以在所述清洗入管的带动下打开或关闭所述卸料口,且所述清 洗密封组件开设有与所述清洗入管的输出端及所述清洗腔体的内部空间相连通的输送孔。
本发明第一方面的技术方案提供的物料清洗装置,其清洗腔体上设有进料口、进气口和卸料口,进料口连接送料管,使得物料能够自动送入清洗腔体内,从而实现自动送料;进气口能够连接气源(如气泵、风机等),使得物料能够在气流和重力的作用下从卸料口排出,从而实现自动下料;卸料口处设有清洗密封组件,清洗密封组件与清洗入管相连通,清洗入管通过三通接头与气源和水源相连,以向清洗腔体输送气流和水流,水流用于清洗物料,气流用于促使物料和水发生翻滚、摩擦、旋转等运动,实现对物料的清洗,即利用气流搅拌实现吹气水洗米的效果,而气流搅拌相较于机械搅拌,结构更加简单,清洗也更加卫生;且清洗密封组件还兼具了卸料阀功能,来打开或关闭卸料口,因而提高了产品的集成度,缩小的产品体积,简化了产品结构;此外,将进料口和进气口分开设置,相较于将二者合二为一的技术方案而言,在满足气动下料功能的基础上,既增加了进料动力源的选择范围(比如:除了可以利用风力送料外,还可以利用重力、水力或其他外力来实现自动送料),又扩大了与进气口相连的气源的位置选择范围(比如:以电饭煲为例,不仅可以位于煲体内,还可以位于煲盖内),因而便于根据不同产品的具体结构和市场定位来合理设计,以使烹饪器具的性能和结构得到进一步优化。
另外,本发明提供的上述技术方案中的物料清洗装置还可以具有如下附加技术特征:
在上述技术方案中,所述清洗密封组件包括:外壳,与所述卸料口的形状相适配,且所述外壳上设有所述输送孔;接头,安装在所述外壳的顶部,且连接至所述清洗入管的输出端,并与所述清洗入管及所述外壳的内部空间相连通。
清洗密封组件包括外壳和接头,外壳与卸料口的形状相适配,因而能够打开或关闭卸料口,实现密封功能;接头安装在外壳的顶部,并连接至清洗入管的输出端(如螺纹连接),且与外壳的内部空间及清洗入管相连通,保证了清洗入管能够为清洗密封组件供水和供气;外壳上开设有输送孔,保证了清洗密封组件能够向清洗腔体输送水流和气流。进一步地,接头还可以与外壳形成一 体式结构,只要保证接头能够向外壳内部供水和供气即可。
在上述技术方案中,所述清洗密封组件还包括:喷雾头,安装在所述外壳的底部,并与所述接头相对设置,其喷水口与所述烹饪器具的烹饪腔室相连通,且所述喷雾头能够与所述接头发生相对运动;其中,所述清洗入管上下运动时,能够带动所述外壳上下运动,同时带动所述接头与所述喷雾头发生相对运动,以使得所述外壳关闭所述卸料口时,所述喷雾头与所述接头相隔离,及使得所述外壳打开所述卸料口时,所述喷雾头与所述接头相连通。
清洗密封组件还包括喷雾头,喷雾头安装在外壳的底部,并与接头相对设置,且其喷水口与烹饪腔室相连通,因而能够向烹饪腔室喷射雾状水,在烹饪过程中起到防溢破泡的作用。因此,清洗密封组件在具有密封功能、供气功能、供水功能的基础上,还具有了防溢功能,从而提高了清洗密封组件的集成度,简化了产品结构。
具体地,当喷雾头与接头发生相对运动,进而与接头相连通时,即可向烹饪腔室中喷射雾状水,进行防溢破泡,实现防溢功能,此时外壳恰好打开卸料口,且采用喷雾头能够喷射雾状水,更加均匀,因而防溢破泡效果更好;当喷雾头与接头发生相对运动,进而与接头相隔离时,喷雾头关闭(由于喷雾头要求水流具有一定的压力才能进入进而喷射出去,因此喷雾头与接头相隔离时喷雾头即处于关闭状态),此时外壳关闭卸料口,物料清洗装置可以进行清洗过程,且喷雾头关闭避免了喷雾头处漏水导致水损失或气损失,保证了清洗过程的正常进行。
至于接头与喷雾头发生相对运动的具体方式,可以是喷雾头固定在外壳上,接头活动安装在外壳上,通过接头相对外壳的运动来实现其与喷雾头的相对运动;也可以是接头固定在外壳上,喷雾头活动安装在外壳上,通过喷雾头相对外壳的运动来实现其与接头的相对运动;当然,也可以是喷雾头和接头均活动安装在外壳上,通过二者相对的外壳的运动来实现喷雾头和接头的相对运动。
在上述技术方案中,所述清洗密封组件还包括:弹性件,位于所述外壳内,用于在所述外壳打开所述卸料口时,使所述接头与所述喷雾头相连通。
外壳内设有弹性件,则当外壳封闭卸料口时,弹性件发生弹性变形储存弹 性势能,此时清洗入管和清洗腔体分别对接头和外壳施加作用力,能够使接头与喷雾头相分离,以关闭喷雾头;当外壳打开卸料口时,清洗腔体对外壳施加的作用力消失,弹性件释放弹性势能恢复形变,进而使接头与喷雾头抵靠在一起,使接头与喷雾头相连通,从而打开喷雾头,同时断开了接头与清洗腔体的内部连接,则清洗入管输出的水将通过喷雾头以雾状水的形式进入烹饪腔室中,进行破泡防溢。因此,通过在外壳内设置弹性件,来实现喷雾头的自动打开,既保证了密封和防溢功能的实现,又简化了产品的结构,构思十分巧妙。优选地,弹性件为弹簧,弹簧弹性好,变形量大,且价格低廉。
当然,弹性件也可以是弹片等其他弹性结构,在此不再一一列举;也可以不在外壳内设置弹性件,而是通过其他结构,来实现接头与喷雾头的相对运动,进而实现接头与喷雾头的连通或断开,比如:在清洗腔体下方设置弹性件,弹性件与喷雾头相连,当清洗入管向上运动封闭卸料口时,弹性件发生拉伸变形,使喷雾头与接头相分离;当清洗入管向下运动打开卸料口时,弹性件恢复形变或者发生压缩变形,使接头与喷雾头连通;或者其他方案,在此不再一一列举,由于这些技术方案均能够实现本发明的目的,且没有脱离本发明的设计思想和宗旨,因而均应在本发明的保护范围内。
在上述技术方案中,所述接头活动安装在所述外壳上,且其下端设有限位凸台,所述喷雾头固定安装在所述外壳上,所述弹性件套设在所述接头上,且其上下两端分别抵靠在所述外壳和所述限位凸台上,并处于压缩状态;其中,所述清洗入管向上运动时,所述外壳封闭所述卸料口;所述清洗入管向下运动时,所述外壳打开所述卸料口。
接头活动安装在外壳上,使得接头能够相对外壳发生运动,保证了接头与喷雾头能够发生相对运动;接头的下端设有限位凸台,保证了接头不会脱出外壳;弹性件套设在接头上,且其上下两端分别抵靠在外壳和限位凸台上,既保证了弹性件不会脱落,又保证了弹性件的变形方向与接头的运动方向相一致,进而提高了弹性件的使用可靠性;弹性件处于压缩状态,保证了外壳打开卸料口时,弹性件能够对接头施加向下的作用力,由于喷雾头固定安装在外壳上,故而弹性件能够将接头紧紧抵靠在喷雾头上,实现喷雾头与接头的连通;清洗入管向上运动时,外壳封闭卸料口,故而清洗腔体和清洗入管会分别对外壳和 接头施加向下和向上的作用力,则外壳和接头会对弹性件施加挤压作用力,使弹性件发生进一步的压缩变形,同时实现接头与喷雾头的分离,以关闭喷雾头,连通清洗腔体;清洗入管向下运动时,外壳打开卸料口,故而清洗腔体对外壳施加的作用力消失,弹性件恢复形变,向上挤压外壳,外壳带动喷雾头相对接头向上运动,使接头紧紧抵靠在喷雾头上,以打开喷雾头,连通烹饪腔室。
在上述技术方案中,所述外壳包括:上盖,所述接头安装在所述上盖上,且所述上盖上开设有所述输送孔;底盖,与所述上盖的下端相连,所述喷雾头安装在所述底盖上,并贯穿所述底盖;其中,所述上盖和/或所述底盖的形状与所述卸料口相适配。
外壳包括上盖和底盖,接头和喷雾头分别安装在上盖和底盖上,上盖上开设有输送孔,则输送孔位于外壳的上部,以保证输送孔位于清洗腔体的内部进而与清洗腔体的内部空间相连通;喷雾头贯穿底盖,保证了喷雾头的喷水口能够与烹饪腔室相连通,进而向烹饪腔室中喷射雾状水;且外壳由两部分组成,便于接头、弹性件及喷雾头的检修和装卸;上盖或者底盖或者上盖和底盖的形状与卸料口相适配,均能够保证外壳对卸料口的有效密封。
在上述技术方案中,所述上盖包括:顶盖,安装有所述接头,且其下端面设有套设在所述接头外侧并与所述接头之间具有间隙且与所述底盖相连的第一环形板,所述第一环形板上开设有连通孔;和密封盖,套设在所述第一环形板的外侧,并位于所述顶盖的下端面与所述底盖的上端面之间,且与所述卸料口的形状相适配,其中,所述密封盖为弹性体,且所述密封盖上开设有所述输送孔,所述输送孔与所述连通孔相连通。
上盖包括顶盖和密封盖,接头安装在顶盖上,实现清洗密封组件与清洗入管的相连;顶盖的下端面设有第一环形板,第一环形板套设在接头外侧,并与接头之间具有间隙,且第一环形板上开设有连通孔,则接头与喷雾头相隔离时,接头的内部通道通过第一环形板与接头之间的间隙与连通孔相连通;密封盖套设在第一环形板的外侧,并位于顶盖的下端面与底盖的上端面之间,且密封盖为弹性体,则顶盖的下端面和底盖的上端面能够对密封盖施加竖直方向挤压作用力和一定的水平方向的静摩擦力,进而限制密封盖竖直方向的运动和水平方向的运动,而第一环形板则确保了密封盖不会水平脱出,保证了外壳的完整性; 同时,密封盖与卸料口的形状相适配,即由密封盖来封闭卸料口,由于密封盖为弹性体,故而其封闭卸料口时能够发生一定的弹性变形,进而与卸料口紧紧贴合,起到有效的密封作用,因此无需在外壳与卸料口之间设置密封圈等密封件来提高对卸料口的密封性,故而简化了物料清洗装置的结构;此外,弹性体的加工成型相较于刚性体更加容易,因而把输送孔开设在密封盖上,简化了产品的加工工艺;且输送孔与连通孔相连通,因而接头与喷雾头相隔离时,其输出的气流和水流经连通孔进入输送孔,进而送到清洗腔体内。
优选地,密封盖为硅胶盖,硅胶既具有一定的刚度,以使密封盖能够保持固定的形状,又具有一定的弹性,以使密封盖能够发生适量的弹性变形进而满足装配需求和密封需求。
在上述技术方案中,所述底盖的上端面设有第二环形板,所述第二环形板与所述第一环形板相连,使所述底盖与所述顶盖相连;所述密封盖内设有第三环形板,所述第三环形板套设在所述第二环形板的外侧并与所述第二环形板的外表面相贴合,且所述输送孔位于所述第三环形板的上方。
底盖的上端面设有第二环形板,第二环形板与第一环形板相连(比如螺纹连接、卡接等),实现了底盖和顶盖的固定连接;密封盖内设有第三环形板,第三环形板套设在第二环形板的外侧,并与第二环形板的外表面相贴合,因而第二环形板对密封盖起到了有效的限位作用,避免了密封盖沿径向发生运动,则顶盖的下端面和底盖的上端面对密封盖进行上下限位,第二环形板对密封盖进行水平限位(当外壳呈圆形时,顶盖、底盖、第二环形板对密封盖施加的静摩擦力还能够限制密封盖周向转动),从而保证了密封盖的使用可靠性;而输送孔位于第三环形板的上方,则避免了第三环形板遮挡输送孔,进而保证了输送孔与连通孔的连通。
在上述技术方案中,所述密封盖内还设有限位面,所述第二环形板的上端面与所述限位面相抵靠。
在密封盖内设置限位面,使第二环形板的上端面与限位面相抵靠,则限位面能够与第二环形板的上端面紧密贴合(由于密封盖是弹性体),因而起到了良好的密封作用,以避免流通孔输出的水流或气流通过第二环形板与第三环形板之间渗漏出去,有效提高了清洗密封组件内部的密封性,进而可以将第二环 形板与第三环形板之间设计为间隙配合,以便于装卸;同时,第二环形板和密封盖相互限位,也进一步提高了外壳的稳定性。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述物料清洗装置还包括:密封件,安装在所述底盖上,并套设在所述喷雾头的入口处。
在喷雾头的入口处设置密封件,则接头与喷雾头对接连通时能够紧紧压在密封件上,进而提高喷雾头与接头连通时二者之间的密封性,保证水流具有足够的压力进入喷雾头,进而提高喷雾头的喷雾破泡效率。优选地,密封件为密封胶圈。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述输送孔的数量为多个,多个所述输送孔沿所述外壳的周向均布;和/或,所述输送孔开设在所述外壳的上部,且所述外壳的上部的横截面积由上向下逐渐变大;和/或,所述外壳的上部为旋转体,且所述旋转体的横截面积由上向下逐渐变化,所述输送孔开设在所述旋转体上,所述输送孔整体呈长条形,并沿着所述旋转体的壁面旋转倾斜延伸。
输送孔的数量为多个,提高了清洗密封组件的输送气流和水流的效率;多个输送孔沿外壳的周向均布,一方面提高了气流输出的均匀性,能够使清洗腔体内的物料得到较为均匀的搅拌作用,从而提高清洗效率;另一方面使得外壳整体受力均衡,提高了清洗密封组件的稳定性。
输送孔开设在外壳的上部,保证了输送孔与清洗腔体的有效连通;外壳的上部的横截面积由上向下逐渐变大,则输送孔朝上倾斜,使得气流能够向上倾斜喷出,有利于促进物料和水翻滚,进而提高气动搅拌的效率,提高清洗效率。
外壳的上部为旋转体,且旋转体的横截面积由上向下逐渐变化,则外壳的上部整体呈锥形或碗形,则输送孔开设在旋转体上,且整体呈长条形,并沿着旋转体的壁面旋转倾斜延伸,一方面使得水流和气流可以旋转喷出,这样,虽然输送孔之间是相互隔开的,但是不同的输送孔输送出的气流可以连为一体,覆盖范围更加广泛,即可以实现利用数量有限的输送孔来搅动周向范围的物料,实现360°无死角,从而也提高了清洗效率;另一方面,气流喷出时还具有一定的水平分速度,因而还能够驱动物料和水旋转,从而也提高了清洗效率;此外,还可以显著增加输送孔的尺寸,进而提高送气效率和送水效率,并减少输送孔的数量(比如只需开设一排输送孔即可满足需要);同时造型更加美观。 进一步地,对于上述上盖包括顶盖和密封盖的技术方案而言,输送孔开设在密封盖上,且向上延伸贯穿密封盖的上端面。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述物料清洗装置还包括:驱动装置,包括驱动件和与所述驱动件相连的传动组件,且所述传动组件与所述清洗入管相连,以带动所述清洗入管上下运动,使所述清洗入管带动所述清洗密封组件上下运动。
在上述技术方案中,所述物料清洗装置还包括:限位件,与所述传动组件相配合,用于限制所述传动组件的运动幅度。
在上述技术方案中,所述传动组件包括:齿轮,与所述驱动件的输出轴相连;和齿条滑块,与所述齿轮相啮合,并与所述清洗入管相连,且沿竖直方向延伸,以带动所述清洗入管上下运动;其中,所述限位件位于所述齿条滑块的上方,以限制所述齿条滑块向上运动的幅度。
通过驱动装置来驱动清洗入管上下运动,进一步提高了产品的自动化程度;驱动装置驱动清洗入管上下运动时,清洗入管带动清洗密封组件上下运动,进而打开或关闭卸料口;而限位件与传动组件相配合,能够限制传动组件的运动幅度,进而避免清洗入管上下运动过度破坏产品结构或其他不良影响(比如清洗入管向上运动过度导致清洗密封组件与清洗腔体发生摩擦磨损甚至变形等情况)。
具体地,驱动装置包括驱动件和传动组件,传动组件包括齿轮和齿条滑块,齿轮与驱动件(如电机)的输出轴相连,随着电机轴的转动而转动,齿条滑块与齿轮相啮合,并沿竖直方向延伸,则齿轮转动时,带动齿条滑块沿竖直方向上下运动,进而实现清洗入管的上下运动;而限位件位于齿条滑块的上方,因而能够对齿条滑块向上运动的幅度进行限位,进而避免清洗入管向上运动过度导致清洗密封组件与清洗腔体发生摩擦磨损甚至变形等情况。当然,传动组件不局限于齿轮齿条滑块这种结构,也可以是其他形式,在此不再一一列举。
本发明第二方面的技术方案提供了一种烹饪器具,包括:烹饪主体,具有烹饪腔室;和如第一方面技术方案中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其清洗腔体的卸料口与所述烹饪腔室相连通,用于清洗送入所述清洗腔体内的物料,并将清洗后的物料送入所述烹饪腔室中。
本发明第二方面的技术方案提供的烹饪器具,因包括第一方面技术方案中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,因而具有上述任一技术方案所具有的一切有益效果,在此不再赘述。
在上述技术方案中,所述烹饪主体包括:锅体和盖体,所述盖体与所述锅体盖合以围设出所述烹饪腔室;其中,所述物料清洗装置设置在所述盖体上。
将物料清洗装置设置在盖体上,便于清洗腔体的卸料口打开时与烹饪腔室连通,以使清洗腔体内的物料顺利进入烹饪腔室内进行烹饪,使结构更加紧凑合理。
优选地,物料清洗装置的清洗腔体与烹饪器具的盖体为一体式结构,这样不仅可以提升产品的组装效率,且可以进一步保证进风管路、排风管路、进水管路及污水管路与清洗腔体之间的组装配合精度及密封连接的可靠性,利于保证产品的使用可靠性。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述烹饪器具为电饭煲。
当然不限于电饭煲,也可以是电压力锅、电炖锅、电蒸锅等。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图1至图7描述根据本发明一些实施例所述的物料清洗装置及烹饪器具。
如图1至图6所示,本发明第一方面的实施例提供的物料清洗装置,用于烹饪器具,包括:清洗腔体10、送料管20、清洗入管30和清洗密封组件40。
具体地,清洗腔体10的上部设有进料口和进气口11,清洗腔体10的底部设有卸料口12,进气口11用于向清洗腔体10输送气流以辅助下料;送料管20与进料口相连通,用于向清洗腔体10输送待清洗的物料;清洗入管30的输入端能够连接至水源和气源,其输出端伸入清洗腔体10内,且能够相对清洗腔体10上下运动;清洗密封组件40设置在卸料口12处,并与清洗入管30的输出端相连,以在清洗入管30的带动下打开或关闭卸料口12,且清洗密封组件40开设有与清洗入管30的输出端及清洗腔体10的内部空间相连通的输送孔4121。
本发明第一方面的实施例提供的物料清洗装置,其清洗腔体10上设有进 料口、进气口11和卸料口12,进料口连接送料管20,如图1、图2、图3和图5所示,使得物料能够自动送入清洗腔体10内,从而实现自动送料;进气口11通过进风管61连接气源(如气泵、风机60等),如图1和图2所示,使得物料能够在气流和重力的作用下从卸料口12排出,从而实现自动下料;卸料口12处设有清洗密封组件40,清洗密封组件40与清洗入管30相连通,清洗入管30通过三通接头31与气源和水源相连,如图1、图3和图5所示,以向清洗腔体10输送气流和水流,水流用于清洗物料,气流用于促使物料和水发生翻滚、摩擦、旋转等运动,实现对物料的清洗,即利用气流搅拌实现吹气水洗米的效果,而气流搅拌相较于机械搅拌,结构更加简单,清洗也更加卫生;且清洗密封组件40还兼具了卸料阀功能,来打开或关闭卸料口12,因而提高了产品的集成度,缩小的产品体积,简化了产品结构;此外,将进料口和进气口11分开设置,如图1和图2所示,相较于将二者合二为一的实施例而言,在满足气动下料功能的基础上,既增加了进料动力源的选择范围(比如:除了可以利用风力送料外,还可以利用重力、水力或其他外力来实现自动送料),又扩大了与进气口11相连的气源的位置选择范围(比如:以电饭煲为例,不仅可以位于煲体内,还可以位于煲盖内),因而便于根据不同产品的具体结构和市场定位来合理设计,以使烹饪器具的性能和结构得到进一步优化。
进一步地,如图4和图6所示,清洗密封组件40包括:外壳41和接头42,外壳41与卸料口12的形状相适配,且外壳41上设有输送孔4121;接头42安装在外壳41的顶部,且连接至清洗入管30的输出端,并与清洗入管30及外壳41的内部空间相连通。
清洗密封组件40包括外壳41和接头42,外壳41与卸料口12的形状相适配,如图4所示,因而能够打开或关闭卸料口12,实现密封功能;接头42安装在外壳41的顶部,并连接至清洗入管30的输出端(如螺纹连接),且与外壳41的内部空间及清洗入管30相连通,保证了清洗入管30能够为清洗密封组件40供水和供气;外壳41上开设有输送孔4121,保证了清洗密封组件40能够向清洗腔体10输送水流和气流。进一步地,接头42还可以与外壳41形成一体式结构,只要保证接头42能够向外壳41内部供水和供气即可。
进一步地,清洗密封组件40还包括:喷雾头43,如图4和图6所示,安 装在外壳41的底部,并与接头42相对设置,其喷水口与烹饪器具的烹饪腔室相连通,且喷雾头43能够与接头42发生相对运动;其中,清洗入管30上下运动时,能够带动外壳41上下运动,同时带动接头42与喷雾头43发生相对运动,以使得外壳41关闭卸料口12时,喷雾头43与接头42相隔离,及使得外壳41打开卸料口12时,喷雾头43与接头42相连通。
清洗密封组件40还包括喷雾头,喷雾头43安装在外壳41的底部,并与接头42相对设置,且其喷水口与烹饪腔室相连通,因而能够向烹饪腔室喷射雾状水,在烹饪过程中起到防溢破泡的作用。因此,清洗密封组件40在具有密封功能、供气功能、供水功能的基础上,还具有了防溢功能,从而提高了清洗密封组件40的集成度,简化了产品结构。
具体地,当喷雾头43与接头42发生相对运动,进而与接头42相连通时,即可向烹饪腔室中喷射雾状水,进行防溢破泡,实现防溢功能,如图5和图6所示,此时外壳41恰好打开卸料口12,且采用喷雾头43能够喷射雾状水,更加均匀,因而防溢破泡效果更好;当喷雾头43与接头42发生相对运动,进而与接头42相隔离时,喷雾头关闭(由于喷雾头43要求水流具有一定的压力才能进入进而喷射出去,因此喷雾头43与接头42相隔离时喷雾头即处于关闭状态),此时外壳41关闭卸料口12,物料清洗装置可以进行清洗过程,如图3和图4所示,且喷雾头43关闭避免了喷雾头43处漏水导致水损失或气损失,保证了清洗过程的正常进行。
至于接头42与喷雾头43发生相对运动的具体方式,可以是喷雾头43固定在外壳41上,接头42活动安装在外壳41上,通过接头42相对外壳41的运动来实现其与喷雾头43的相对运动;也可以是接头42固定在外壳41上,喷雾头43活动安装在外壳41上,通过喷雾头43相对外壳41的运动来实现其与接头42的相对运动;当然,也可以是喷雾头43和接头42均活动安装在外壳41上,通过二者相对的外壳41的运动来实现喷雾头43和接头42的相对运动。
进一步地,清洗密封组件40还包括:弹性件,位于外壳41内,如图4和图6所示,用于在外壳41打开卸料口12时,使接头42与喷雾头43相连通。
外壳41内设有弹性件,则当外壳41封闭卸料口12时,弹性件发生弹性 变形储存弹性势能,此时清洗入管30和清洗腔体10分别对接头42和外壳41施加作用力,能够使接头42与喷雾头43相分离,以关闭喷雾头43,如图4所示;当外壳41打开卸料口12时,清洗腔体10对外壳41施加的作用力消失,弹性件释放弹性势能恢复形变,进而使接头42与喷雾头43抵靠在一起,使接头42与喷雾头43相连通,从而打开喷雾头43,如图6所示,同时断开了接头42与清洗腔体10的内部连接,则清洗入管30输出的水将通过喷雾头43以雾状水的形式进入烹饪腔室中,进行破泡防溢。因此,通过在外壳41内设置弹性件,来实现喷雾头43的自动打开,既保证了密封和防溢功能的实现,又简化了产品的结构,构思十分巧妙。优选地,弹性件为弹簧44,如图3至图6所示,弹簧44弹性好,变形量大,且价格低廉。
当然,弹性件也可以是弹片等其他弹性结构,在此不再一一列举;也可以不在外壳41内设置弹性件,而是通过其他结构,来实现接头42与喷雾头43的相对运动,进而实现接头42与喷雾头43的连通或断开,比如:在清洗腔体10下方设置弹性件,弹性件与喷雾头43相连,当清洗入管30向上运动封闭卸料口12时,弹性件发生拉伸变形,使喷雾头43与接头42相分离;当清洗入管30向下运动打开卸料口12时,弹性件恢复形变或者发生压缩变形,使接头42与喷雾头43连通;或者其他方案,在此不再一一列举,由于这些实施例均能够实现本发明的目的,且没有脱离本发明的设计思想和宗旨,因而均应在本发明的保护范围内。
进一步地,接头42活动安装在外壳41上,且其下端设有限位凸台421,如图4和图6所示,喷雾头43固定安装在外壳41上,弹性件套设在接头42上,且其上下两端分别抵靠在外壳41和限位凸台421上,并处于压缩状态;其中,清洗入管30向上运动时,外壳41封闭卸料口12,如图4所示;清洗入管30向下运动时,外壳41打开卸料口12,如图6所示。
接头42活动安装在外壳41上,使得接头42能够相对外壳41发生运动,保证了接头42与喷雾头43能够发生相对运动;接头42的下端设有限位凸台421,保证了接头42不会脱出外壳41;弹性件套设在接头42上,且其上下两端分别抵靠在外壳41和限位凸台421上,既保证了弹性件不会脱落,又保证了弹性件的变形方向与接头42的运动方向相一致,进而提高了弹性件的使用 可靠性;弹性件处于压缩状态,保证了外壳41打开卸料口12时,弹性件能够对接头42施加向下的作用力,由于喷雾头43固定安装在外壳41上,故而弹性件能够将接头42紧紧抵靠在喷雾头43上,实现喷雾头43与接头42的连通;清洗入管30向上运动时,外壳41封闭卸料口12,故而清洗腔体10和清洗入管30会分别对外壳41和接头42施加向下和向上的作用力,则外壳41和接头42会对弹性件施加挤压作用力,使弹性件发生进一步的压缩变形,同时实现接头42与喷雾头43的分离,以关闭喷雾头43,连通清洗腔体10,如图3和图4所示;清洗入管30向下运动时,外壳41打开卸料口12,故而清洗腔体10对外壳41施加的作用力消失,弹性件恢复形变,向上挤压外壳41,外壳41带动喷雾头43相对接头42向上运动,使接头42紧紧抵靠在喷雾头43上,以打开喷雾头43,连通烹饪腔室,如图5和图6所示。
进一步地,如图4和图6所示,外壳41包括:上盖和底盖413,接头42安装在上盖上,且上盖上开设有输送孔4121;底盖413与上盖的下端相连,喷雾头43安装在底盖413上,并贯穿底盖413;其中,上盖和/或底盖413的形状与卸料口12相适配。
外壳41包括上盖和底盖413,接头42和喷雾头43分别安装在上盖和底盖413上,上盖上开设有输送孔4121,则输送孔4121位于外壳41的上部,以保证输送孔4121位于清洗腔体10的内部进而与清洗腔体10的内部空间相连通;喷雾头43贯穿底盖413,保证了喷雾头43的喷水口能够与烹饪腔室相连通,进而向烹饪腔室中喷射雾状水;且外壳41由两部分组成,便于接头42、弹性件及喷雾头43的检修和装卸;上盖或者底盖413或者上盖和底盖413的形状与卸料口12相适配,均能够保证外壳41对卸料口12的有效密封。
优选地,上盖包括:顶盖411和密封盖412,如图4和图6所示。顶盖411安装有接头42,且其下端面设有套设在接头42外侧并与接头42之间具有间隙且与底盖413相连的第一环形板4111,第一环形板4111上开设有连通孔4112,如图4所示;密封盖412套设在第一环形板4111的外侧,并位于顶盖411的下端面与底盖413的上端面之间,且与卸料口12的形状相适配,如图3和图4所示,其中,密封盖412为弹性体,且密封盖412上开设有输送孔4121,输送孔4121与连通孔4112相连通,如图4和图6所示。
上盖包括顶盖411和密封盖412,接头42安装在顶盖411上,实现清洗密封组件40与清洗入管30的相连;顶盖411的下端面设有第一环形板4111,第一环形板4111套设在接头42外侧,并与接头42之间具有间隙,且第一环形板4111上开设有连通孔4112,则接头42与喷雾头43相隔离时,接头42的内部通道通过第一环形板4111与接头42之间的间隙与连通孔4112相连通;密封盖412套设在第一环形板4111的外侧,并位于顶盖411的下端面与底盖413的上端面之间,且密封盖412为弹性体,则顶盖411的下端面和底盖413的上端面能够对密封盖412施加竖直方向挤压作用力和一定的水平方向的静摩擦力,进而限制密封盖412竖直方向的运动和水平方向的运动,而第一环形板4111则确保了密封盖412不会水平脱出,保证了外壳41的完整性;同时,密封盖412与卸料口12的形状相适配,即由密封盖412来封闭卸料口12,由于密封盖412为弹性体,故而其封闭卸料口12时能够发生一定的弹性变形,进而与卸料口12紧紧贴合,起到有效的密封作用,因此无需在外壳41与卸料口12之间设置密封圈等密封件来提高对卸料口12的密封性,故而简化了物料清洗装置的结构;此外,弹性体的加工成型相较于刚性体更加容易,因而把输送孔4121开设在密封盖412上,简化了产品的加工工艺;且输送孔4121与连通孔4112相连通,因而接头42与喷雾头43相隔离时,其输出的气流和水流经连通孔4112进入输送孔4121,进而送到清洗腔体10内。
优选地,密封盖412为硅胶盖,硅胶既具有一定的刚度,以使密封盖412能够保持固定的形状,又具有一定的弹性,以使密封盖412能够发生适量的弹性变形进而满足装配需求和密封需求。
进一步地,底盖413的上端面设有第二环形板4131,第二环形板4131与第一环形板4111相连,使底盖413与顶盖411相连,如图4和图6所示;密封盖412内设有第三环形板4122,第三环形板4122套设在第二环形板4131的外侧并与第二环形板4131的外表面相贴合,如图4和图6所示,且输送孔4121位于第三环形板4122的上方。
底盖413的上端面设有第二环形板4131,第二环形板4131与第一环形板4111相连(比如螺纹连接、卡接等),实现了底盖413和顶盖411的固定连接;密封盖412内设有第三环形板4122,第三环形板4122套设在第二环形板 4131的外侧,并与第二环形板4131的外表面相贴合,因而第二环形板4131对密封盖412起到了有效的限位作用,避免了密封盖412沿径向发生运动,则顶盖411的下端面和底盖413的上端面对密封盖412进行上下限位,第二环形板4131对密封盖412进行水平限位(当外壳41呈圆形时,顶盖411、底盖413、第二环形板4131对密封盖412施加的静摩擦力还能够限制密封盖412周向转动),从而保证了密封盖412的使用可靠性;而输送孔4121位于第三环形板4122的上方,则避免了第三环形板4122遮挡输送孔4121,进而保证了输送孔4121与连通孔4112的连通。
优选地,密封盖412内还设有限位面4123,第二环形板4131的上端面与限位面4123相抵靠,如图4所示。
在密封盖412内设置限位面4123,使第二环形板4131的上端面与限位面4123相抵靠,则限位面4123能够与第二环形板4131的上端面紧密贴合(由于密封盖412是弹性体),因而起到了良好的密封作用,以避免流通孔输出的水流或气流通过第二环形板4131与第三环形板4122之间渗漏出去,有效提高了清洗密封组件40内部的密封性,进而可以将第二环形板4131与第三环形板4122之间设计为间隙配合,以便于装卸;同时,第二环形板4131和密封盖412相互限位,也进一步提高了外壳41的稳定性。
进一步地,物料清洗装置还包括:密封件,安装在底盖413上,并套设在喷雾头43的入口处,如图4和图6所示。
在喷雾头43的入口处设置密封件,则接头42与喷雾头43对接连通时能够紧紧压在密封件上,进而提高喷雾头43与接头42连通时二者之间的密封性,保证水流具有足够的压力进入喷雾头43,进而提高喷雾头43的喷雾破泡效率。优选地,密封件为密封胶圈45。
在上述任一实施例中,输送孔4121的数量为多个,多个输送孔4121沿外壳41的周向均布,如图7所示。
输送孔4121的数量为多个,提高了清洗密封组件40的输送气流和水流的效率;多个输送孔4121沿外壳41的周向均布,一方面提高了气流输出的均匀性,能够使清洗腔体10内的物料得到较为均匀的搅拌作用,从而提高清洗效率;另一方面使得外壳41整体受力均衡,提高了清洗密封组件40的稳定性。
优选地,外壳41的上部为旋转体,且旋转体的横截面积由上向下逐渐变化,输送孔4121开设在旋转体上,输送孔4121整体呈长条形,并沿着旋转体的壁面旋转倾斜延伸,如图7所示。
外壳41的上部为旋转体,且旋转体的横截面积由上向下逐渐变化,则外壳41的上部整体呈锥形或碗形,则输送孔4121开设在旋转体上,且整体呈长条形,并沿着旋转体的壁面旋转倾斜延伸,一方面使得水流和气流可以旋转喷出,这样,虽然输送孔4121之间是相互隔开的,但是不同的输送孔4121输送出的气流可以连为一体,覆盖范围更加广泛,即可以实现利用数量有限的输送孔4121来搅动周向范围的物料,实现360°无死角,从而也提高了清洗效率;另一方面,气流喷出时还具有一定的水平分速度,因而还能够驱动物料和水旋转,从而也提高了清洗效率;此外,还可以显著增加输送孔4121的尺寸,进而提高送气效率和送水效率,并减少输送孔4121的数量(比如只需开设一排输送孔4121即可满足需要);同时造型更加美观。进一步地,对于上述上盖包括顶盖411和密封盖412的实施例而言,输送孔4121开设在密封盖412上,且向上延伸贯穿密封盖412的上端面。
优选地,输送孔4121开设在外壳41的上部,且外壳41的上部的横截面积由上向下逐渐变大,如图7所示。
输送孔4121开设在外壳41的上部,保证了输送孔4121与清洗腔体10的有效连通;外壳41的上部的横截面积由上向下逐渐变大,则输送孔4121朝上倾斜,使得气流能够向上倾斜喷出,有利于促进物料和水翻滚,进而提高气动搅拌的效率,提高清洗效率。
在上述任一实施例中,如图3和图5所示,物料清洗装置还包括:驱动装置50,包括驱动件和与驱动件相连的传动组件,且传动组件与清洗入管30相连,以带动清洗入管30上下运动,使清洗入管30带动清洗密封组件40上下运动。
进一步地,物料清洗装置还包括:限位件54,如图3和图5所示,与传动组件相配合,用于限制传动组件的运动幅度。
在上述实施例中,传动组件包括:齿轮52和齿条滑块53,如图3所示,与驱动件的输出轴相连;齿条滑块53与齿轮52相啮合,并与清洗入管30相 连,且沿竖直方向延伸,以带动清洗入管30上下运动;其中,限位件54位于齿条滑块53的上方,以限制齿条滑块53向上运动的幅度。
通过驱动装置50来驱动清洗入管30上下运动,进一步提高了产品的自动化程度;驱动装置50驱动清洗入管30上下运动时,清洗入管30带动清洗密封组件40上下运动,进而打开或关闭卸料口12;而限位件54与传动组件相配合,能够限制传动组件的运动幅度,进而避免清洗入管30上下运动过度破坏产品结构或其他不良影响(比如清洗入管30向上运动过度导致清洗密封组件40与清洗腔体10发生摩擦磨损甚至变形等情况)。
具体地,驱动装置50包括驱动件和传动组件,传动组件包括齿轮52和齿条滑块53,齿轮52与驱动件(如电机51)的输出轴相连,随着电机51轴的转动而转动,齿条滑块53与齿轮52相啮合,并沿竖直方向延伸,则齿轮52转动时,带动齿条滑块53沿竖直方向上下运动,进而实现清洗入管30的上下运动;而限位件54位于齿条滑块53的上方,因而能够对齿条滑块53向上运动的幅度进行限位,进而避免清洗入管30向上运动过度导致清洗密封组件40与清洗腔体10发生摩擦磨损甚至变形等情况。当然,传动组件不局限于齿轮52齿条滑块53这种结构,也可以是其他形式,在此不再一一列举。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供了一种烹饪器具,包括:烹饪主体和如第一方面实施例中任一项的物料清洗装置。烹饪主体具有烹饪腔室;清洗腔体10的卸料口12与烹饪腔室相连通,用于清洗送入清洗腔体10内的物料,并将清洗后的物料送入烹饪腔室中。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供的烹饪器具,因包括第一方面实施例中任一项的物料清洗装置,因而具有上述任一实施例所具有的一切有益效果,在此不再赘述。
在上述实施例中,烹饪主体包括:锅体200和盖体100,盖体100与锅体200盖合以围设出烹饪腔室;其中,物料清洗装置设置在盖体100上。
将物料清洗装置设置在盖体100上,便于清洗腔体10的卸料口12打开时与烹饪腔室连通,以使清洗腔体10内的物料顺利进入烹饪腔室内进行烹饪,使结构更加紧凑合理。
优选地,物料清洗装置的清洗腔体10与烹饪器具的盖体100为一体式 结构,这样不仅可以提升产品的组装效率,且可以进一步保证进风管61路、排风管路、进水管路及污水管路与清洗腔体10之间的组装配合精度及密封连接的可靠性,利于保证产品的使用可靠性。
在上述任一实施例中,烹饪器具为电饭煲。
当然不限于电饭煲,也可以是电压力锅、电炖锅、电蒸锅等。
下面以全自动电饭煲为例,来描述本申请提供的物料清洗装置和烹饪器具的工作原理。
全自动电饭煲有一个盖体100,盖体100在内锅的上方,盖体100的内盖上安装有洗米盒(即清洗腔体10);洗米盒有一个进风口和一个进料口,进料口与盖体100进米管(即送料管20)相连接,进风口通过盖体100吹风管(即进风管61)与盖体风机60相连接;盖体100还安装有三通接头31,三通接头31的进水口通过软管与机身进水水路相连接,进风口与机身气泵相连接,三通接头31的出口通过连接软管32与进水进气管(即清洗入管30)相连接;进水进气管底部连接有洗米器(即清洗密封组件40),洗米器有洗米器盖体100(即顶盖411)、洗米器下盖(即底盖413)、活动接头42(即接头42)、弹簧44、喷雾头43、喷雾头43密封胶(即密封胶圈45)、洗米器密封胶(即密封盖412);活动接头42可以上下运动,洗米器密封胶上有通孔(即输送孔4121),用以实现进水和吹气。
洗米盒还安装有电机51与齿轮52、滑动块(即齿条滑块53),滑动块上有齿条部分,电机51带动齿轮52旋转,齿轮52旋转带动齿条上下运动,用以实现洗米和下米的洗米器位置;另外上端有固定块(即限位件54),用以实现滑动块向上运动的上限位,滑动块向下运动底部碰到底部塑胶实现下限位。
洗米盒洗米的具体工作原理如下:
洗米时,首先电机51正转带动齿轮52,齿轮52带动齿条向上运动,洗米器处于第一位置,如图3所示,进水进气管拉动活动接头42向上压缩弹簧44,活动接头42远离喷雾硅胶,实现从进水进气管与洗米器通孔相连通,如图4所示,此时大米从进料口进入洗米盒后,进水进气管首先注入适量的水,然后通过气泵吹入空气,空气在水米混合物里形成气泡翻滚,再通过水泵抽去 洗米后水,从而实现洗米过程,上述洗米可以是一次或多次。
洗米完成后,电机51反转,带动齿轮52,齿轮52带动齿条向下运动,洗米器处于第二位置,如图5所示,此时弹簧44推动活动接头42压紧喷雾硅胶,实现进水进气管与喷雾头43相通,如图6所示,此时从洗米盒进风口吹入高速空气,高速空气螺旋下沉将洗干净的米送入内锅。
煮饭时,可以通过喷雾头43喷出水雾破泡防溢,如图5所示。
综上所述,本发明提供的物料清洗装置,其清洗腔体上设有进料口、进气口和卸料口,进料口连接送料管,使得物料能够自动送入清洗腔体内,从而实现自动送料;进气口能够连接气源(如气泵、风机等),使得物料能够在气流和重力的作用下从卸料口排出,从而实现自动下料;卸料口处设有清洗密封组件,清洗密封组件与清洗入管相连通,清洗入管通过三通接头与气源和水源相连,以向清洗腔体输送气流和水流,水流用于清洗物料,气流用于促使物料和水发生翻滚、摩擦、旋转等运动,实现对物料的清洗,即利用气流搅拌实现吹气水洗米的效果,而气流搅拌相较于机械搅拌,结构更加简单,清洗也更加卫生;且清洗密封组件还兼具了卸料阀功能,来打开或关闭卸料口,因而提高了产品的集成度,缩小的产品体积,简化了产品结构;此外,将进料口和进气口分开设置,相较于将二者合二为一的技术方案而言,在满足气动下料功能的基础上,既增加了进料动力源的选择范围(比如:除了可以利用风力送料外,还可以利用重力、水力或其他外力来实现自动送料),又扩大了与进气口相连的气源的位置选择范围(比如:以电饭煲为例,不仅可以位于煲体内,还可以位于煲盖内),因而便于根据不同产品的具体结构和市场定位来合理设计,以使烹饪器具的性能和结构得到进一步优化。
在本发明中,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性;术语“多个”则指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“前”、“后” 等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或单元必须具有特定的方向、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此,不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本说明书的描述中,术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“具体实施例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或实例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种物料清洗装置,用于烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    清洗腔体,其上部设有进料口和进气口,其底部设有卸料口,所述进气口用于向所述清洗腔体输送气流以辅助下料;
    送料管,与所述进料口相连通,用于向所述清洗腔体输送待清洗的物料;
    清洗入管,其输入端能够连接至水源和气源,其输出端伸入所述清洗腔体内,且能够相对所述清洗腔体上下运动;
    清洗密封组件,设置在所述卸料口处,并与所述清洗入管的输出端相连,以在所述清洗入管的带动下打开或关闭所述卸料口,且所述清洗密封组件开设有与所述清洗入管的输出端及所述清洗腔体的内部空间相连通的输送孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗密封组件包括:
    外壳,与所述卸料口的形状相适配,且所述外壳上设有所述输送孔;
    接头,安装在所述外壳的顶部,且连接至所述清洗入管的输出端,并与所述清洗入管及所述外壳的内部空间相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗密封组件还包括:
    喷雾头,安装在所述外壳的底部,并与所述接头相对设置,其喷水口与所述烹饪器具的烹饪腔室相连通,且所述喷雾头能够与所述接头发生相对运动;
    其中,所述清洗入管上下运动时,能够带动所述外壳上下运动,同时带动所述接头与所述喷雾头发生相对运动,以使得所述外壳关闭所述卸料口时,所述喷雾头与所述接头相隔离,及使得所述外壳打开所述卸料口时,所述喷雾头与所述接头相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗密封组件还包括:
    弹性件,位于所述外壳内,用于在所述外壳打开所述卸料口时,使所述接头与所述喷雾头相连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述接头活动安装在所述外壳上,且其下端设有限位凸台,所述喷雾头固定安装在所述外壳上,所述弹性件套设在所述接头上,且其上下两端分别抵靠在所述外壳和所述限位凸台上,并处于压缩状态;
    其中,所述清洗入管向上运动时,所述外壳封闭所述卸料口;所述清洗入管向下运动时,所述外壳打开所述卸料口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述外壳包括:
    上盖,所述接头安装在所述上盖上,且所述上盖上开设有所述输送孔;
    底盖,与所述上盖的下端相连,所述喷雾头安装在所述底盖上,并贯穿所述底盖;
    其中,所述上盖和/或所述底盖的形状与所述卸料口相适配。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述上盖包括:
    顶盖,安装有所述接头,且其下端面设有套设在所述接头外侧并与所述接头之间具有间隙且与所述底盖相连的第一环形板,所述第一环形板上开设有连通孔;和
    密封盖,套设在所述第一环形板的外侧,并位于所述顶盖的下端面与所述底盖的上端面之间,且与所述卸料口的形状相适配,其中,所述密封盖为弹性体,且所述密封盖上开设有所述输送孔,所述输送孔与所述连通孔相连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述底盖的上端面设有第二环形板,所述第二环形板与所述第一环形板相连,使所述底盖与所述顶盖相连;所述密封盖内设有第三环形板,所述第三环形板套设在所述第二环形板的外侧并与所述第二环形板的外表面相贴合,且所述输送孔位于所述第三环形板的上方。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述密封盖内还设有限位面,所述第二环形板的上端面与所述限位面相抵靠。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    密封件,安装在所述底盖上,并套设在所述喷雾头的入口处。
  11. 根据权利要求2至9中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述输送孔的数量为多个,多个所述输送孔沿所述外壳的周向均布;和/或
    所述输送孔开设在所述外壳的上部,且所述外壳的上部的横截面积由上向下逐渐变大;和/或
    所述外壳的上部为旋转体,且所述旋转体的横截面积由上向下逐渐变化,所述输送孔开设在所述旋转体上,所述输送孔整体呈长条形,并沿着所述旋转体的壁面旋转倾斜延伸。
  12. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    驱动装置,包括驱动件和与所述驱动件相连的传动组件,且所述传动组件与所述清洗入管相连,以带动所述清洗入管上下运动,使所述清洗入管带动所述清洗密封组件上下运动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    限位件,与所述传动组件相配合,用于限制所述传动组件的运动幅度。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述传动组件包括:
    齿轮,与所述驱动件的输出轴相连;和
    齿条滑块,与所述齿轮相啮合,并与所述清洗入管相连,且沿竖直方向延伸,以带动所述清洗入管上下运动;
    其中,所述限位件位于所述齿条滑块的上方,以限制所述齿条滑块向上运动的幅度。
  15. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    烹饪主体,具有烹饪腔室;和
    如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其清洗腔体的卸料口与所述烹饪腔室相连通,用于清洗送入所述清洗腔体内的物料,并将清洗后的物料送入所述烹饪腔室中。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述烹饪主体包括:
    锅体和盖体,所述盖体与所述锅体盖合以围设出所述烹饪腔室;
    其中,所述物料清洗装置设置在所述盖体上。
