目前,冰箱都使用单轴的铰链,门体绕铰链的固定轴作圆周运动以实现门体的开闭。现有冰箱在门体打开的过程中,门体靠近铰链的侧壁和前壁形成的棱角部分移出冰箱箱体的侧壁所在的延长线,对于嵌入式冰箱或者冰箱外壳与墙体之间的缝隙较小的情况,这样的铰链设计使冰箱门体的打开角度受限。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有的冰箱予以改进,以解决上述问题。

如图1至图3e所示,符合本发明第一实施例的冰箱100包括箱体1、用以打开和关闭所述箱体1的门体2、固定设于所述箱体1上的铰链本体11、固定于所述门体2上的导向块21。在第一实施例中,门体2的上方和下方均设有所述铰链本体11和导向块21。
所述定位槽25和导向槽26设于所述导向块21上,所述铰链本体11上设有定位轴12和导向轴13,所述门体2上设有与定位轴12配合的定位槽25及与导向轴13配合的导向槽26。当然,在其他实施例中,所述冰箱100也可不设置导向块21,而将定位槽25和导向槽26直接设置在门体2上。
当铰链本体11和导向块21为设置在门体2上方时,所述导向轴13和定位轴12向下突伸,所述导向槽26和定位槽25开口向上设置。当铰链本体11和导向块21为设置在门体2下方时,所述导向轴13和定位轴12向上突伸,所述导向槽26和定位槽25开口向下设置。
所述冰箱100左右两侧中设置铰链本体11的一侧为枢转侧,所述门体2关闭时处于第一状态,所述门体2具有在第一状态下靠近枢转侧的侧壁22、在第一状态下远离所述箱体1的前壁23、所述侧壁22与所述前壁23交汇形成的侧棱24。
所述门体2上形成有固定凹槽(未图示),所述导向块21固定在所述固定凹槽内,所述导向块21的高度小于所述固定凹槽的深度,所述门体2前壁23顶部的高度高于等于所述铰链本体11的高度。所述铰链本体11上开设有开口朝向枢转侧的缺口14以在所述门体2打开时,尤其是打开90°以后避让所述门体2的所述前壁23。
在本实施例中,所述定位槽25具有靠近所述侧壁22和前壁23的第一位置251、相较第一位置251远离侧壁22和前壁23的第二位置252、相较第二位置252远离侧壁22和前壁23的第五位置253。第一位置251、第二位置252和第五位置253的中心位于同一直线,且中心延长线与侧棱24相交。本发明所指的不同位置的中心为所述定位轴25或导向轴26位于该位置时的中心轴与导向块21朝向铰链本体11一侧的平面的交点。
所述导向槽26具有与定位槽25的第一位置251、第二位置252分别对应设置的第三位置261、第四位置262,在所述门体2处于第一状态下时所述定位轴12位于第二位置252,所述导向轴13位于第四位置262。
所述导向轴13和所述导向槽26设置为:使所述门体2自第一状态打开时,所述门体2以定位轴12为旋转中心进行转动,并在所述导向轴13与所述导向槽26的限定下使所述定位轴12由第二位置252移动至第一位置251,而所述导向轴13由第四位置262移动至第三位置261,此时将所述门体2打开一定角度至第二状态,并使得所述门体2朝向远离枢转侧一侧移动一段距离。打开的角度为所述定位槽25的中心延长线与前壁相交的角度。
所述定位轴12的直径大于导向轴13的直径,,所述导向轴13设置在相对所述定位轴12远离所述侧壁22的一侧,且所述导向轴13与定位轴12的中心轴的连线与第一状态下所述侧壁22垂直,故本实施例中,所述第三位置261相较第四位置262远离所述前壁23、靠近所述侧壁22设置。
所述定位轴12位于第一位置251时的中心轴距侧棱24的距离小于等于所述定位轴12位于第二位置252时的中心轴距侧壁22的距离,以在所述门体2由第一状态打开至第二状态时,使得门体2向远离枢转侧的方向移动一段距离,使得侧棱24不会凸出门体2在第一状态下侧壁22所在的位置。
本实施例中,所述定位轴12位于第一位置251时的中心轴距侧棱24的距离等于所述定位轴12位于第二位置252时的中心轴距侧壁22的距离,如此可在所述门体2由第一状态打开至第二状态时,使得侧棱24沿所述门体2在第一状态下侧壁22所在的位置自前向后移动。
所述导向槽26还具有与第五位置253对应设置的第六位置263,所述第六位置263相较第三位置261远离所述前壁23、靠近所述侧壁22设置。
当所述门体2自第二状态进一步打开时,所述定位轴12由第一位置251移动至第五位置253,所述导向轴13由第三位置261移动至第六位置263,以使得所述门体2打开到90°至第三状态,并使得所述门体2朝向枢转侧移动一段距离。如此,可以增加箱体1的开度,增加朝向用户的开口空间,避免箱体1内抽屉受门体2干涉而无法打开的问题。
所述定位轴12位于第五位置253时的中心轴距前壁23的距离等于所述定位轴12位于第二位置252时的中心轴距侧壁22的距离。即在门体2朝向枢转侧移动时,使得侧棱24沿所述门体2在第一状态下侧壁22所在的位置自前向后移动,在所述门体2打开到90°时,使得所述门体2前壁23达到第一状态下侧壁22所在位置。
所述导向槽26还具有相较第六位置263靠近所述侧壁22的第七位置264,在第七位置264与第六位置263之间的导向槽26呈圆弧状,且圆弧的中心线为所述定位轴12位于第五位置253时的中心轴,当所述门体2自第三状态进一步打开时,所述门体2以位于第五位置253的定位轴12为旋转轴进行转动。第六位置263可以理解为旋转起始位置,第七位置264可以理解为旋转终止位置,且圆弧的角度大于等于90°,如此可以增加门体2开度,使得所述门体2可以打开至180°或者更大角度。
当然,若在其他实施例中,所述定位槽25未设置第五位置253,而所述导向槽26未设置第六位置263,所述导向槽26可在所述第七位置264与第三位置261形成圆弧状,圆弧的中心线为所述定位轴12位于第一位置251时的中心轴,即门体2在处于第二状态而进一步打开时,以位于第一位置251时的定位轴12为旋转轴进行旋转。
另外,如图1和3a-3e所示,本实施例中使得门体2在0-90°的打开过程中,所述门体2是围绕一个变动的点在转动,且该变动点有轨迹可寻,其轨迹为(X=(X1+X2)/2,Y=(Y1+Y2)/2),X代表变动点距门体2侧壁22的距离,Y代表变动点距门体2前壁23的距离。该变动点的运动轨迹可由下述公式计算得出:
所述门体2处于第一状态时,所述定位轴12的中心轴距所述前壁23的距离为a,所述定位轴12的中心轴距门体2侧壁22的距离为b,所述定位轴12与导向轴13的中心轴之间 的距离为L。所述定位轴12的中心轴距门体2侧棱24的距离为C1。其中,a、b、L为定值,而C1根据门体2的位置不同而数值不同。

本实施例的冰箱100,在所述门体2由第一状态打开至第二状态时,控制所述门体2整体朝向远离所述枢转侧的一端移动一段距离,防止门体2的侧棱24突伸而发生干涉;在所述门体2由第二状态打开至第三状态时,控制所述门体2整体朝向枢转侧的一端移动一段距离,以增加所述箱体1的开度。
如图4-5,其示出符合本发明第二实施例的冰箱的铰链本体11和导向块21的结构示意图。与第一实施例相比,其主要区别为:
所述导向槽26未设置第七位置,而具有相较第六位置263靠近所述侧壁22的第八位置265和位于第八位置265和第六位置263之间的第九位置266,所述定位槽25还具有第十位置254。所述第九位置266与第六位置263之间形成过渡槽267,第九位置266设置在过渡槽267远离所述第六位置263的一端,也可理解为旋转起始位置,所述第八位置265可以理解为旋转终止位置。所述第十位置254与第五位置253之间形成枢转槽255,所述枢转槽255与所述过渡槽267平行设置。所述枢转槽255与第五位置253相连通,所述过渡槽267的两端分别连接第六位置263和旋转起始位置。
第十位置254与第五位置253的中心连线的延长线与第八位置265和第九位置254的中心连线相交,所述导向槽26在第八位置265与第九位置266之间呈圆弧状,且圆弧的中心线为所述定位轴12位于第十位置254时的中心轴。
当所述门体自第三状态进一步打开时,所述定位轴12从第五位置253移动至第十位置254,所述导向轴13由第六位置263移动至第九位置266,所述门体以位于第十位置254的定位轴12为旋转轴进行转动,并使得导向轴13由第九位置266朝向第八位置265移动。
本实施例在第一实施例进行上述改变,而第一实施例中的其余改变若与本实施例的方案不冲突,本实施例的方案也可应用于对应的方案中。如第一实施例中导向槽26未设置第六位置263,而定位槽25未设置第五位置253时,所述枢转槽255与第一位置251相连通,所述过渡槽267的两端分别连接第三位置261和旋转起始位置。如此同样可以实现防止门体平移的效果。
本实施例的方案可以解决因门体打开到90°而进一步打开时,因导向槽26在第九位置266与第八位置265之间的部分与定位槽25存在平行而造成门体侧滑或晃动的问题。
如图6-7,其示出符合本发明第三实施例的冰箱的铰链本体11和导向块21的结构示意图。与第一实施例相比,其主要区别为:
所述箱体还包括设置在所述导向块21与所述铰链本体11之间以间隔所述导向块21与所述铰链本体11的限位凸台27。所述限位凸台27具有靠近前壁23的前端和远离前壁23的后端,以在所述门体打开时所述限位凸台27始终与所述铰链本体11相抵接。
所述限位凸台27一体成型在所述导向块21上,所述限位凸台27的数量为两个,且分别围绕所述导向槽26和定位槽25设置。
本实施例中,通过设置限位凸台27以将导向块21和铰链本体11间隔开,从而防止在门体开合过程中,所述铰链本体11远离所述箱体的棱与所述导向块21朝向箱体的棱之间相互切割,从而造成铰链本体11或者导向块21的磨损进而影响门体的平衡性。
如图8,其示出在第三实施例上的进一步改进,主要将限位凸台27改设成若干限位滚珠28。设置限位滚珠28除了可以达成限位凸台27所能达到的效果外,还可以将所述导向块21与所述铰链本体11之间的滑动摩擦改变为滚动摩擦,从而减小摩擦力,减小开关门体所需要的力度。
若干所述限位滚珠28围绕所述导向槽26和定位槽25设置,同时使得若干所述限位滚珠28分布在导向块21的不同位置,并在门体旋转时使得至少三个限位滚珠28始终与铰链 本体11相抵接以支撑所述门体,防止所述门体晃动,该至少三个限位滚珠28未处于同一直线。
限位滚珠28的具体设置形式为现有技术,本发明不做赘述,只要能实现使得导向块21和铰链本体11之间产生滚动摩擦即可。
本实施例中,若干所述限位滚珠28围绕所述定位槽25设置。显然,所述限位滚珠28也可以围绕所述导向槽26设置。另外,所述限位凸台27也可与所述限位滚珠28共存,即将所述限位滚珠28设置在限位凸台27上。
如图9-10,其示出符合本发明第四实施例的冰箱的铰链本体11和导向块21的结构示意图。与第一实施例相比,其主要区别为:
所述冰箱还包括设置在所述导向块21远离所述铰链本体11一侧的用以遮蔽所述导向槽26和所述定位槽25的抵挡板29,所述导向轴13与所述定位轴12高度相同且均大于所述导向槽26和定位槽25的深度。所述抵挡板29与所述导向块21一体成型,另外,所述导向轴13与定位轴12的直径不同,可以更好的限定门体,防止门体晃动。本实施例中,利用导向轴13和定位轴12与所述抵挡板29相抵持,从而可以支撑门体,以将导向块21和铰链本体11间隔开。
如图10,其示出在第四实施例上的进一步改进,主要为在所述导向轴13和所述定位轴12与所述抵挡板29相抵接的一端设有滚珠132,设置滚珠132的目的同样是为了减小铰链本体11与导向块21之间的摩擦力。
如图12-13,其示出符合本发明第五实施例的冰箱的铰链本体11和导向块21的结构示意图。第五实施例为在第四实施例上的进一步改进,其与第四实施例主要区别为:
所述铰链本体11包括突伸出箱体并沿高度方向间隔设置的第一板体17和第二板体18,所述第一板体17相对第二板体18靠近所述导向块21且与所述导向块21间隔设置,所述第一板体17和第二板体18上开设有供所述导向轴13和所述定位轴12穿过的穿孔171。
所述导向轴13和定位轴12在所述第一板体17和第二板体18之间分别设有用以防止导向轴13和定向轴自所述穿孔171脱离的第一限位板131和第二限位板122,所述第一限位板131和第二限位板122高度相同,且直径大于穿孔171的直径。
所述导向轴13和定位轴12朝向所述导向块21的一端与所述抵挡板29相抵持,所述第一限位板131和第二限位板122均与第二板体18之间设有弹性件123,所述导向块21与所述第一板体17的距离小于所述第一限位板131与所述第二板体18之间的距离。
本实施例中,当门体打开时,所述门体在重力作用下压抵所述导向轴13和定位轴12,直至弹性件123压缩至导向块21与第一板体17相抵接,此时,所述第一板体17和第二板体18共同支撑所述门体。即在本实施例中,所述门体的重力分担到第一板体17和第二板体18上。如果弹性件123与所述第二板体18之间的摩擦系数不大于所述导向块21与第一板体17的摩擦系数,则本实施例的冰箱的门体打开时,摩擦力相较第一实施例会变小,而且因摩擦力分担在第一板体17和第二板体18上,故所述门体对第一板体17和第二板体18的磨损都比较小,可以延长冰箱门体的使用寿命。
另外,本实施例的冰箱与第四实施例的区别点,也可以应用在现有的单铰链轴冰箱上,具体为:
铰链本体上仅设置一个转轴,导向块上设有一个用以与所述转轴配合的转轴槽。导向块在远离所述铰链本体的一侧设有用以遮蔽所述转轴槽的抵挡板,所述铰链本体包括沿高度方向间隔设置的第一板体和第二板体,所述第一板体相对第二板体靠近所述导向块且与所述导向块间隔设置。所述第一板体和第二板体上开设有供所述转轴穿过的穿孔,所述转轴在所述第一板体和第二板体之间设有限位板以防止所述转轴自所述穿孔脱离,所述转轴朝向所述导向块的一端与所述抵挡板相抵持,所述限位板与所述第二板体之间设有弹性件,所述导向块与所述第一板体的距离小于所述限位板与所述第二板体之间的距离。
应用于单铰链轴冰箱时,同样可以将门体重力分担到第一板体和第二板体上,同时将摩擦力也分担到第一板体和第二板体上,减小磨损。
如图14-16,其示出符合本发明第六实施例的冰箱的铰链本体11和导向块21的结构示意图。与第一实施例相比,其主要区别为:
所述导向块21并非直接与门体通过攻螺纹固定连接,而是所述导向块21朝向所述门体2的一侧突设延伸有至少一个定位凸台211,所述门体2上设有与至少一个所述定位凸台211配合的定位凹槽201,所述定位凸台211与所述定位凹槽201相配合以定位所述导向块21。相较现有直接攻螺纹将导向块21固定在所述门体2上的方式,本实施例中在固定前先将所述导向块21与门体2进行预定位,防止直接固定造成导向块21发生偏移的问题,这样安装好后的门体2不会产生漏冷的问题。
本实施例中,所述定位凸台211的数量为一个且自所述定位槽25远离所述铰链本体11的一侧的边缘朝向所述门体2凸设延伸,所述定位凸台211的截面形状与所述定位槽25的截面形状一致。只要定位凸台211和定位凹槽201的截面形状为非圆形,那么一个定位凸台211即可起到定位效果。
进一步的,所述箱体还包括固定在所述门体2上的饰条20,而所述导向块21与所述饰条20相定位和固定,所述定位凹槽201设置在所述饰条20上,且所述定位凹槽201为盲孔,以防止所述门体2在发泡时发泡料自所述定位凹槽201内溢出。另外,定位凹槽201的深度大于等于所述定位凸台211的高度,以使得定位凸台211可以完全收容在所述定位凹槽201内,优选的,所述定位凹槽201的深度与定位凸台211的高度相等。
如图17-18,其示出符合本发明第七实施例的冰箱的铰链本体11和导向块21的结构示意图。与第一实施例相比,其主要区别为:
当所述铰链本体11和所述导向块21设置在所述门体上方时,所述导向轴13和定位轴12自上向下突伸,所述定位槽25和导向槽26开口向上以与所述定位轴12和导向轴13相配合。
所述铰链本体11还包括设置在所述导向轴13和/或所述定位轴12朝向所述导向块21的一端的卡勾121,所述卡勾121自所述导向轴13和/或定位轴12的端部朝向与所述导向槽26和/或定位槽25相抵接的两侧凸设延伸,所述导向块21设有自所述导向槽26和/或所述定位槽25的相对内壁相向突伸入所述导向槽26和/或所述定位槽25内的卡固结构212,所述卡固结构212与所述卡勾121相扣持。
如此设置,可以在门体下沉时,依靠卡勾121与卡固结构212的卡持力,防止门体进一步下沉。
所述卡勾121自所述导向槽26和/或所述定位槽25的端部朝向四周延伸且截面呈圆形,所述导向槽26和/或所述定位槽25内设有直径大于所述卡勾121截面的直径的安装孔213,所述安装孔213设置在所述导向槽26和/或所述定位槽25的端部。所述卡勾121结构自所述导向槽26和/或所述定位槽25的另一端延伸到安装孔213。
在本实施例中,仅所述导向轴13上设置有卡勾121,且所述导向槽26的第四位置262进一步朝向前壁23方向延伸一段距离,所述安装孔213设置在延伸的导向槽26内。所述门体和箱体装配时,首先将卡勾121结构突伸入安装孔213,然后移动门体使得导向轴13移动至第四位置262即完成装配。
如图19,其示出符合本发明第八实施例的冰箱的铰链本体11和导向块21的结构示意图。与第一实施例相比,其主要区别为:
定位槽25设置在铰链本体11上,定位轴12’设置在门体的导向块21上。所述导向轴13的位置及导向槽26的走向与第一实施例中相同,本实施例不做赘述,而所述定位槽25’的位置需重新界定。在门体处于第一状态下时第一位置251’远离所述门体的侧壁、靠近前 壁设置,第二位置252’相较第一位置251’靠近所述侧壁、远离所述前壁设置,第五位置253’相较第二位置252’靠近所述侧壁、远离所述前壁设置。
所述定位轴12’的中心轴距侧棱的距离小于等于第一状态时所述定位槽25’的第二位置252’距侧壁的距离。
进一步的,所述定位轴12’中心轴距前壁的距离等于第一状态时所述定位槽25’的第二位置252’距侧壁的距离。
本实施例所述门体打开过程大致与第一实施例中门体2打开过程相同。
如图20,其示出符合本发明第九实施例的冰箱的铰链本体11和导向块21的结构示意图。与第一实施例相比,其主要区别为:
所述铰链本体11上固定设有固定块15,所述导向槽26’设置在固定块15上,导向轴13’设置在导向块21上。所述定位轴12的位置及定位槽25的走向与第一实施例中相同,本实施例不做赘述,而所述导向轴13’及导向槽26’的位置需重新界定。
在第一状态下,所述导向轴13’设置在相较所述定位轴12远离前壁的一侧,第三位置261’相较第四位置262’远离侧壁、靠近所述前壁设置,第六位置263’相较第三位置261’远离所述侧壁、靠近所述前壁设置,第九位置266’相较第六位置263’靠近所述前壁,第八位置265’相较第九位置266’靠近侧壁设置。
本实施例所述门体打开过程大致与第一实施例中门体2打开过程相同。
本实施例中,通过设置与铰链本体11相固定的固定块15,从而方便对门体的维修及更换。
另外,即使未设置本实施例中的固定块15,所述导向轴13’也可设置在导向块21上,而将导向轴13直接设置在铰链本体11上。并且,结合第八实施例和第九实施例,也可将导向槽和定位槽均设置在铰链本体11上,将导向轴和定位轴均设置在导向块21上。导向块21也可不设置过渡槽和枢转槽而仅设置第七位置。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种冰箱,包括箱体、用以打开和关闭所述箱体的门体,其特征在于:所述冰箱还包括固定设于所述箱体上的铰链本体、固定设于所述门体上的导向块,所述铰链本体上设有定位轴和导向轴,所述导向块上设有与定位轴配合的定位槽及与导向轴配合的导向槽;
    所述冰箱左右两侧中设置铰链本体的一侧为枢转侧,所述门体关闭时处于第一状态,所述门体具有在第一状态下靠近枢转侧的侧壁、在第一状态下远离所述箱体的前壁,所述定位槽具有靠近所述侧壁和前壁的第一位置和相较第一位置远离侧壁和前壁的第二位置,所述导向槽具有第三位置和第四位置,在所述门体处于第一状态下时所述定位轴位于第二位置,所述导向轴位于第四位置;
    所述导向轴和所述导向槽设置为:使所述门体自第一状态打开时,所述门体以定位轴为旋转中心进行转动,并在所述导向轴与所述导向槽的限定下使所述定位轴由第二位置移动至第一位置,而所述导向轴由第四位置移动至第三位置,此时将所述门体打开一定角度至第二状态,并使得所述门体朝向远离枢转侧一侧移动一段距离;
    所述冰箱还包括设置在所述导向块与所述铰链本体之间以间隔所述导向块与所述铰链本体的限位凸台,所述限位凸台具有靠近前壁的前端和远离前壁的后端,以在所述门体打开时所述限位凸台始终与所述铰链本体相抵接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述侧壁与所述前壁交汇形成侧棱,所述定位轴位于第一位置时的中心轴距侧棱的距离小于等于所述定位轴位于第二位置时的中心轴距侧壁的距离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述定位轴位于第一位置时的中心轴距侧棱的距离等于所述定位轴位于第二位置时的中心轴距侧壁的距离。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述导向轴设置在相较所述定位轴远离所述侧壁的一侧,所述第三位置相较第四位置远离所述前壁、靠近所述侧壁设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述定位槽还具有相较第二位置远离侧壁和前壁的第五位置,所述导向槽还具有第六位置,所述第六位置相较第三位置远离所述前壁、靠近所述侧壁设置,当所述门体自第二状态进一步打开时,所述定位轴由第一位置移动至第五位置,所述导向轴由第三位置移动至第六位置,以使得所述门体打开到90°至第三状态,并使得所述门体朝向枢转侧移动一段距离。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述定位轴位于第五位置时的中心轴距 前壁的距离等于所述定位轴位于第二位置时的中心轴距侧壁的距离。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述导向槽还具有相较第六位置靠近所述侧壁的第七位置,在第七位置与第六位置之间的所述导向槽呈圆弧状,且圆弧的中心线为所述定位轴位于第五位置时的中心轴,当所述门体自第三状态进一步打开时,所述门体以位于第五位置的定位轴为旋转轴进行转动。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于:第一位置、第二位置和第五位置的中心位于同一直线。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述导向槽还具有相较第六位置靠近所述侧壁的第八位置和位于第八位置和第六位置之间的第九位置,所述定位槽还具有第十位置,第十位置与第五位置的中心连线的延长线与第八位置和第九位置的中心连线相交,在第九位置与第六位置之间的所述导向槽与在第十位置与第五位置之间的所述定位槽平行设置,所述导向槽在第八位置与第九位置之间呈圆弧状,且圆弧的中心线为所述定位轴位于第十位置时的中心轴,当所述门体自第三状态进一步打开时,所述定位轴从第五位置移动至第十位置,所述导向轴由第六位置移动至第九位置,所述门体以位于第十位置的定位轴为旋转轴进行转动,并使得导向轴由第九位置朝向第八位置移动。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述限位凸台一体成型在所述导向块上。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述限位凸台的数量为两个,且分别围绕所述导向槽和定位槽设置。
