将所述状态信息与预设的故障信息比较, 根据比较结果判断所述金融 自助设备是否发生故障;
在判断出所述金融自助设备发生故障吋, 获取所述金融自助设备的运 行日志文件以及发生故障的模块的状态信息;
根据所述运行日志文件、 发生故障的模块的状态信息以及预设的故障 知识库确定所述金融自助设备发生的故障的排除方案, 所述预设的故 障知识库用于存储金融自助设备的不同故障信息以及所述不同故障信 息对应的排除方案;
根据所述故障的排除方案生成维修派单发送至指定维修人员。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的金融自助设备维修派单生成方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述运行日志文件、 发生故障的模块的状态信息以及预设的 故障知识库确定所述金融自助设备发生的故障的排除方案, 包括: 判断所述预设的故障知识库是否存储了与所述运行日志文件和 /或发 生故障的模块的状态信息相同的故障信息;
在存储了与所述运行日志文件和 /或发生故障的模块的状态信息相同 的故障信息吋, 将所述故障信息对应的排除方案确定为所述金融自助 设备发生的故障的排除方案。

在所述故障信息对应的排除方案的个数等于 1吋, 将所述故障信息对 应的排除方案确定为所述金融自助设备发生的故障的排除方案; 在所述故障信息对应的排除方案的个数大于 1吋, 显示所述故障信息 对应的所有排除方案, 并比较所述所有排除方案在以下至少一个方面 的优劣: 维修代价、 维修吋长、 维修工具数量、 维修材料多少; 接收排除方案选择指令, 将所述排除方案选择指令选择的排除方案确 定为所述金融自助设备发生的故障的排除方案。

根据所述运行日志文件、 发生故障的模块的状态信息确定故障类型, 根据所述故障类型确定相应类型的维修人员, 确定的维修人员作为指 定维修人员, 所述故障类型包括: 硬件问题类型、 软件问题类型、 账 务问题类型;
或者,
获取维修人员的定位信息, 将与发生故障的金融自助设备的位置距离 最近的定位信息对应的维修人员确定为指定维修人员。
