Claims (10)

  1. 一种跨境电子商务系统，其特征在于，包括：至少一个跨境电子商务平台、物流货运平台和智能安全检测平台；每个跨境电子商务平台分别与所述物流货运平台和智能安全检测平台通讯连接；所述物流货运平台与所述智能安全检测平台通讯连接；
    所述跨境电子商务平台，包括：翻译模块、商品搜索模块、订单处理模块、售后处理模块、付款模块和显示模块；所述翻译模块，用于获取境外消费者的客户终端的IP地址，将获取的IP地址与本地开源IP地址库进行比对识别境外消费者所在的国家或者地区，设置相应国家或者地区使用的默认语言，并将电子商务平台上展示的页面内容及商品中文标题同步翻译为适合用户所处国阅读的文字；所述商品搜索模块，用于境外消费者搜索所需购买的商品信息，并将搜索的商品信息通过显示模块进行输出显示；所述订单处理模块，用于查询审核订单信息，提取出有效订单，获取订单内的商品信息和货运地址信息；所述售后处理模块，用于获取商品售后客户反馈信息，根据获取的商品售后客户反馈信息进行相关售后处理，以及根据获取的商品信息和货运地址信息生成订单信息表，选择物流配送部门，并将该订单信息表发送至对应的物流配送部门；所述付款模块，用于预估订单重量核算运费，加上商品售价得到境外消费者应付的商品总价格，以及境外消费者一次性完成付款后，系统便与物流货运平台对接完成发货；所述显示模块，用于显示跨境电子商务平台界面的数据信息；
    所述物流货运平台，包括：货物管理模块、货物贴标模块和货物运输模块；所述货物管理模块，用于根据订单信息表内的商品信息从货仓里提取出对应的货物，并将货物进行打包处理；所述货物贴标模块，用于对打包好的货物贴附电子标签；所述货物运输模块，用于将贴好电子标签的货物存储至海外货运仓；
    所述智能安全检测平台，包括：X光图像采集模块、X光图像识别模块、违禁品贴标模块和电子标签识别模块；所述X光图像采集模块，用于获取检测货物的X光图像，并将获取的X光图像发送至X光图像识别模块；所述X光图像识别模块，用于判定接收的检测货物的X光图像中是否含有违禁品；所述违禁品贴标模块，用于将违禁品标签贴附在含有违禁品的检测货物上；所述电子标签识别模块，用于识别贴有违禁品标签的货物上的电子标签，获取电子标签内的数据信息，根据获取的数据信息发送警告信息至对应的跨境电子商务平台，促使跨境电子商务平台重新发货或取消订单。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的跨境电子商务系统，其特征在于，所述翻译模块，还用于通过接收境外消费者的语言请求信息，然后根据这个语言请求信息，对境外消费者所需的语言进行划分，最终将电商平台对应的网站上的语言转换为境外消费者需要的语言。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的跨境电子商务系统，其特征在于，所述跨境电子商务平台，还包括：境外消费者类型判别模块和境外消费者信用检测模块；
    所述境外消费者类型判别模块，用于通过境外消费者所填写的信息判断境外消费者为个人或机构；
    所述境外消费者信用检测模块，用于当境外消费者为个人，在境外消费者在线支付操作中，对境外消费者提出实名制的请求，通过境外消费者的实名制信息，对境外消费者的信用进行查询，若无不良信用，则该境外消费者通过审查，否则拒绝办理跨境电子收支业务；或者
    当境外消费者为机构，在境外消费者在线支付操作中，通过境外消费者的机构信息，对境外消费者的信用进行查询，若无不良信用，则该境外消费者通过审查，否则拒绝办理跨境电子收支业务
  4. 如权利要求1所述的跨境电子商务系统，其特征在于，所述X光图像采集模块为单视角X光机、双视角X光机、三视角X光机、背散射X光机中的一种。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的跨境电子商务系统，其特征在于，所述X光图像识别模块通过将获取的检测物品的X光图像与预存的违禁品X光图像进行比对，判定检测货物中是否含有违禁品。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的跨境电子商务系统，其特征在于，所述数据信息包括但不限于货物品名、类别、货号、数量、重量、目的地、生产厂、发货地址，物流配送部门、跨境电子商务平台。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的跨境电子商务系统，其特征在于，所述显示模块为显示屏和/或智能显示终端。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的跨境电子商务系统，其特征在于，所述智能安全检测平台，还包括：显示装置和存储装置；
    所述显示装置，用于显示获取的检测货物的X光图像和/或数据信息；
    所述存储装置，用于存储获取的检测货物的X光图像和/或数据信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的跨境电子商务系统，其特征在于，所述显示装置为显示屏和/或智能显示终端。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的跨境电子商务系统，其特征在于，所述存储装置包含存储硬盘和网络云盘，不仅用于保存X光图像和/或数据信息，并周期性对数据库进行整理、备份，上传至云盘保管。
