The pot was mixed five minutes at 50 rpm.

From this mixture, 84.20g was added to the pot. The pot was fitted to the mixer, and was voided of air via vacuum pump and filled with N2 three times to create an inert atmosphere. The pot was mixed five minutes at 50 rpm.

  • polyorganosiloxane is endblocked with an alkoxy-functional organohydrogensiloxane oligomer prepared by the method described herein and having > 90 mol% of linear divalent hydrocarbon linking groups, and the resulting endblocked polyorganosiloxane is formulated into a condensation reaction curable composition, the composition cures faster than a comparative composition containing a polyorganosiloxane endblocked with an alkoxy-functional organohydrogensiloxane oligomer having a lower amount of linear divalent hydrocarbyl linking groups and a higher amount of branched divalent hydrocarbon linking groups.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un produit qui consiste à combiner des matières premières comprenant A) un oligomère de siloxane comportant des atomes d'hydrogène liés au silicium, B) un alcoxysilane comportant au moins un groupe aliphatiquement insaturé apte à subir une réaction d'hydrosilylation et C) un catalyseur à complexe de dirhodium. Le procédé peut être utilisé pour produire un composé de formule (formule (F)). Ce composé peut être utilisé dans une réaction d'hydrosilylation avec un polyorganosiloxane à fonction vinyle. Le produit ainsi obtenu comprend un polyorganosiloxane à fonction éthyltriméthoxysilyle utile dans des compositions de produits de scellement durcissables par une réaction de condensation.
