Abstract

本发明涉及一种超声波清洗装置。
背景技术
专利文献1中记载了一种超声波清洗装置,其具备:清洗装置主体,内置包含振动喇叭(horn)的超声波产生单元;以及托盘,具有储存水的储水部并承接被清洗物。
在专利文献1的超声波清洗装置中,用户在使振动喇叭的顶端与被清洗物的污垢部位接触的状态下将被清洗物浸入储存于储水部的水中。当超声波产生单元工作时,从振动喇叭释放出的超声波能量经由水传递至被清洗物,附着于被清洗物的污垢成分从被清洗物分离。

发明内容
发明所要解决的问题
在上述超声波清洗装置中,清洗装置主体与托盘处于彼此独立的状态,用户必须用一只手保持清洗装置主体,用另一只手保持被清洗物。因此,如果仅通过单手进行保持,则可能会产生难以根据污垢的部位来移动被清洗物的情况。此外,托盘仅放置在桌子等设置场所,在移动被清洗物时,托盘容易与被清洗物一起移动,托盘恐怕会倾斜而产生漏水。
由此,有可能导致用户难以利用超声波清洗装置来进行被清洗物的顺利清 洗。
本发明是鉴于该课题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种用户能够进行被清洗物的顺利清洗且用户的便利性能够提高的超声波清洗装置。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明的主要方案的超声波清洗装置具备:超声波清洗部,包含产生超声波的超声波产生体;主体部,设置于设置场所,并保持所述超声波清洗部;以及蓄水部,在所述超声波产生体的下方位置,可脱离地装接于所述主体部,并具有蓄积用于浸泡被清洗物的水的蓄水凹部。
根据上述构成,超声波清洗部保持于主体部,因此,用户能够用双手握持被清洗物。由此,用户能够顺利地移动被清洗物。此外,蓄水部装接于主体部,因此,在移动被清洗物时,蓄水部不容易与被清洗物一起移动,不容易发生水从蓄水部溢出的情况。而且,能够将蓄水部从主体部卸下,因此,能够容易地进行从蓄水部的排水、蓄水部的清洗。
在本方案的超声波清洗装置中,可以采用如下构成,还具备:供水箱,设于所述主体部,并装入要供应给所述蓄水凹部的水。
根据上述构成,水自动地从供水箱供应给蓄水凹部,因此,用户可以不用每当蓄水凹部内的水减少就进行向蓄水凹部内补充水的作业。
在采用了上述构成的情况下,进而,也可以是所述供水箱包含向所述蓄水凹部供应的水的放出口、以及为了放水和截水而开闭的阀体,所述蓄水部包含与所述蓄水凹部相连的供水凹部。在该情况下,所述供水箱的所述放出口以所述阀体打开的状态插入至所述供水凹部,通过所述放出口被蓄积于所述供水凹部的水堵塞,而停止从所述供水箱供应水。
如果采用这种构成,则不进行阀体的开闭控制,就能够将蓄水凹部内的水位维持在适当的水位。
在采用了上述构成的情况下,进而,也可以是所述蓄水部能够在与所述放出口向所述供水凹部的插入方向交叉的方向脱离。在该情况下,所述主体部包含能够在所述放出口插入至所述供水凹部的插入位置与所述放出口离开所述供水凹部的分离位置之间移动地保持所述供水箱的箱保持部。所述供水箱在处于 所述插入位置时,所述阀体打开而能够放水,在处于所述分离位置时,所述阀体关闭而能够截水。
如果采用这种构成,则能够在将蓄水部从主体部卸下时使供水箱上升而退避至分离位置,因此,能够防止在拆卸时蓄水部接触供水箱。此外,在分离位置停止从供水箱的供水,因此,会避免产生如下情况:因在分离位置从供水箱进行供水,即使蓄水凹部内蓄积有适量的水,供水也不会停止,水会从蓄水凹部漏出。
在采用了上述构成的情况下,进而,可以采用如下构成,在所述主体部,当所述蓄水部未装接于所述主体部时,不能将所述供水箱设为停留在所述插入位置的状态。
例如,可以采用如下构成,具备:上推部,将所述供水箱从所述插入位置向所述分离位置上推;以及锁定装置,将所述供水箱锁定在所述插入位置,以便所述供水箱不会被所述上推部上推,当所述蓄水部未装接于所述主体部时,所述锁定装置不能发挥锁定功能。
如果采用这种构成,则只有蓄水部装接于主体部,才能将供水箱设为能够进行供水的状态。
在采用了在所述主体部设有所述供水箱这样的构成的情况下,进而,可以采用如下构成,所述供水箱包含为了放水和截水而开闭的阀体,还具备:脱离阻止部,在所述阀体打开而能够放水时固定所述蓄水部,在所述阀体关闭而能够截水时解除所述蓄水部的固定。
如果采用这种构成,则用户能够在不容易从供水箱进行供水的状态下将蓄水部从主体部卸下。
发明效果
根据本发明,可提供一种用户能够进行被清洗物的顺利清洗且用户的便利性能够提高的超声波清洗装置。

以下,参照附图,对本发明的实施方式进行说明。

超声波清洗装置1能够主要用于在利用全自动洗衣机、滚筒式洗衣机进行洗涤之前先去除附着于衬衫的袖子、领口部分的皮脂污垢、附着于工作服的油污等局部附着于被清洗物的污垢。超声波清洗装置1是所谓的固定式,能够安置于桌子、操作台、滚筒式洗衣机的顶面等各种设置场所。
超声波清洗装置1具备超声波清洗部100、蓄水部200、以及主体部300。超声波清洗部100具有产生超声波的超声波产生体110。主体部300设置于设置场所,并保持超声波清洗部100。蓄水部200在超声波产生体110的下方位置装接于主体部300。蓄水部200能够通过由用户进行的向前方拉出蓄水部200的脱离操作而从主体部300脱离。
超声波清洗部100具备超声波产生体110、保持器(holder)120、壳体130、以及顶端罩140。超声波产生体110包含超声波振子111和结合于超声波振子111的振动喇叭112。振动喇叭112由具有导电性的金属材料形成,具有随着朝向顶端侧逐渐变细的形状。振动喇叭112的顶端面112a的形状为细长的长方形。超声波产生体110从振动喇叭112的顶端产生超声波。保持器120保持超声波产生体110。
壳体130由树脂材料形成,具有在前后方向长的长方体的箱状。在壳体130内设有装配部131。超声波产生体110容纳于壳体130内,经由保持器120装配于装配部131。振动喇叭112从壳体130的顶端部的下表面向下方突出。在壳体130的顶端部的下表面装配有顶端罩140。振动喇叭112呈从壳体130突出的部分被顶端罩140覆盖,顶端部从顶端罩140露出的状态。
蓄水部200由树脂材料形成,由具有下表面开口的长方体的箱状的前方蓄水构件210和从前方蓄水构件210的后表面上部向后方伸出的后方蓄水构件220构成。
在前方蓄水构件210的上表面形成有朝向中央缓缓凹陷的凹部211,在该凹部211的中央部,通过围成方形的壁部231而形成有蓄水槽230。蓄水槽230相当于本发明的蓄水凹部。如图7所示,在前方蓄水构件210的后表面,在后方蓄水构件220的下方,大致遍及整体地形成有开口部212。此外,在前方蓄水构件210的左右侧面,在内侧设有轴部213。
在后方蓄水构件220,在蓄水槽230的后方位置,通过围成圆形的壁部241而形成有供水槽240。供水槽240相当于本发明的供水凹部。在供水槽240的底面的中央部形成有圆柱状的突起部242。供水槽240经由槽状的供水路250与蓄水槽230相连。供水槽240的周围被外槽260包围。
在后方蓄水构件220,在外槽260的左侧和右侧分别形成有方形的第一嵌合孔271和第二嵌合孔272。第二嵌合孔272在上下方向贯通,而第一嵌合孔271具有底面,不在上下方向贯通。
主体部300具备在上下方向以及左右方向长的长方体状的外装体310。外装体310通过由树脂材料形成的第一躯干构件311、第二躯干构件312、底面构件314、以及顶面构件313构成。第一躯干构件311构成外装体310的前表面、左侧面和右侧面的下侧、以及后表面。第二躯干构件312是透明的,构成外装体310的前表面、左侧面、右侧面、以及后表面的上侧。外装体310的后表面的上侧呈第一躯干构件311的后表面与第二躯干构件312的后表面的外侧重叠的状态(参照图3)。底面构件314以及顶面构件313分别构成外装体310的底面以及顶面。
超声波清洗部100的壳体130的后端部固定于外装体310的前表面的中央部。由此,超声波清洗部100保持于主体部300。
在外装体310的前表面下部,与外装体310一体地设有供蓄水部200装接的装接台320。装接台320具有底面开口的长方体的箱状。在装接台320的左右两侧形成有在前后方向延伸的导轨槽321。装接台320的底面被向前方延长的底面构件314覆盖。在外装体310的前表面与装接台320的后表面之间没有壁,外装体310的内部与装接台320的内部相连。在外装体310的前表面,在装接台320的上方形成有供蓄水部200的后方蓄水构件220穿过的插入口315。在外装体310的内部,在插入口315的后面设有槽容纳室316。
蓄水部200从前方向后方滑动地装接于装接台320。此时,蓄水部200的轴部213插入至装接台320的导轨槽321而在导轨槽321内向后方移动。导轨槽321采用在中间具有倾斜部分且前侧低、后侧高的构成,以沿着导轨槽321的方式滑动的蓄水部200在突起部242超过超声波产生体110的振动喇叭112的位置上升至最终的高度。因此,会避免振动喇叭112的顶端部与蓄水部200的后 端部分、突起部242接触。当蓄水部200装接于装接台320时,后方蓄水构件220容纳于槽容纳室316内。由此,能够通过供水槽240向蓄水槽230供水。
在外装体310设有分隔壁317,该分隔壁317将外装体310的内部上下分隔,并且兼作槽容纳室316的顶面。在外装体310的内部,分隔壁317的上方为箱容纳室318。在箱容纳室318内容纳有供水箱400。
如图8所示,供水箱400包含箱主体410和盖(cap)420。箱主体410以及盖420由树脂材料形成。在盖420设置有开闭阀机构430。
箱主体410是两端面封闭的圆筒状的透明容器,在中间部分具有台阶部411,在台阶部411的下侧,外径小。在箱主体410的底面中央形成有水的装入取出口412,在装入取出口412的周围,以向下方突出的方式设有圆筒状的连接口部413。
盖420以螺纹方式装配于连接口部413,覆盖装入取出口412。在盖420与连接口部413之间夹持有水封用的密封垫(packing)440。在盖420的底面形成有流出口421。在流出口421的中央部设有具有孔部422a的凸台422。凸台422的两侧通过两个肋(未图示)与流出口421的周缘部连结。
开闭阀机构430包含阀体431、销432、以及螺旋弹簧433。阀体431由橡胶等弹性材料形成。销432由金属材料、树脂材料形成,并可上下移动地穿过凸台422的孔部422a。阀体431装配于销432的上端部。销432的下端部的外径比其他部位大而构成凸缘部432a,螺旋弹簧433配置于该凸缘部432a与凸台422之间。螺旋弹簧433处于被压缩的状态,销432被螺旋弹簧433向下方按压,阀体431闭塞流出口421。
当销432被从下方按压而克服螺旋弹簧433的按压力向上方移动时,阀体431离开流出口421,流出口421打开。由此,水从箱主体410内即供水箱400内放出。当销432的来自下方的按压被解除时,销432向下方移动,通过阀体431封闭流出口421。由此,来自供水箱400内的水的放出停止。需要说明的是,在向供水箱400补充水时,盖420被卸下,水从装入取出口412注入箱主体410内。
在盖420的外底面以包围销432的方式形成有圆筒状的放出口部423。放出 口部423的出口为供水箱400的最终的水的放出口401。
在外装体310的顶面设有箱投入口319。在箱投入口319设有盖330。供水箱400穿过箱投入口319容纳于箱容纳室318内。箱投入口319具有随着朝向下方内径变小的倒圆锥状的剖面形状,下端部的内径与供水箱400的上端部的外径大致相等。
箱主体410是透明的,第二躯干构件312也是透明的。由此,用户能够从外部确认供水箱400内的水的余量。
在箱容纳室318内设有树脂制的箱保持构件340。箱保持构件340包含:上部保持部341,具有供水箱400的上部所插入的上部开口部341a并保持供水箱400的上部;以及下部保持部342,具有供水箱400的下部所插入的下部开口部342a并保持供水箱400的下部。箱保持构件340相当于本发明的箱保持部。供水箱400以能够在如图5所示的放出口401离开供水槽240的分离位置与如图6所示的放出口401插入至供水槽240的插入位置之间移动的方式由箱保持构件保持。
在箱容纳室318内的下部设有树脂制的箱承接构件350。箱承接构件350相当于本发明的上推部以及脱离阻止部。在箱承接构件350的中央部形成有圆筒状的承接部351,供水箱400的盖420的部分容纳于该承接部351。在该状态下,盖420的放出口部423的顶端部突出至承接部351的下方。此外,在箱承接构件350,在承接部351的左侧以向下方突出的方式形成有方筒状的第一嵌合突起部352,在承接部351的右侧以向下方突出的方式形成有方筒状的第二嵌合突起部353。在承接部351的周围且箱承接构件350与分隔壁317之间配置有螺旋弹簧354。箱承接构件350通过螺旋弹簧354的弹力被保持为从作为箱容纳室318的底面的分隔壁317翘起的状态。
在分隔壁317,在与承接部351、第一嵌合突起部352、以及第二嵌合突起部353对应的位置,分别形成有与槽容纳室316相连的中央开口部317a、左开口部317b、以及右开口部317c。此外,在分隔壁317,在左开口部317b以及右开口部317c的周围,分别形成有筒状的左引导部317d以及右引导部317e。第一嵌合突起部352插入至左引导部317d内,第二嵌合突起部353插入至右引导部317e内。左引导部317d以及右引导部317e为箱承接构件350上下移动时的 引导件(guide)。
在箱承接构件350的第一嵌合突起部352与蓄水部200的第一嵌合孔271之间,设有用于预先将供水箱400锁定在插入位置的锁定装置360。锁定装置360包含装配于第一嵌合突起部352内的装置主体361和装配于第一嵌合孔271的底面的爪部362。装置主体361具备:具有用于将爪部362保持在顶端部的两侧的保持片363的杆(rod)364、以及未图示的交替(alternate)机构。当杆364被爪部362推入装置主体361的内部时,爪部362被保持片363从两侧抓住,并且杆364通过交替机构的作用而被保持在装置主体361的内部。由此,爪部362不会从装置主体361脱开。当杆364从该状态再次被爪部362推入时,通过交替机构的作用而解除保持,在推入力被释放时,杆364的顶端部从装置主体361突出,保持片363打开。由此,爪部362会从装置主体361脱开。
在外装体310的顶面,在盖330的右侧设有操作部370。在操作部370配置有电源按钮371以及运转按钮372。电源按钮371是用于对超声波清洗装置1接入以及切断电源的操作按钮。运转按钮372是用于开始以及停止清洗运转的操作按钮。
那么,在未进行清洗运转时,如图5所示,在箱容纳室318内,供水箱400通过箱承接构件350的上推而保持在分离位置。此时,供水箱400的阀体431处于关闭状态,水不会从供水箱400放出。此外,在供水箱400的上端部与箱投入口319的内周面之间存在供手指进入的间隙,能够用手指抓住供水箱400而取出到外部。
在开始清洗运转的情况下,用户打开盖330,用手指向下方推入供水箱400。供水箱400以及箱承接构件350克服螺旋弹簧354的弹力而下降,供水箱400到达插入位置。如图6所示,放出口部423与承接部351一起穿过中央开口部317a而进入槽容纳室316内,变成供水箱400的放出口401插入至供水槽240内的状态。此外,第一嵌合突起部352穿过左开口部317b而进入槽容纳室316内,在槽容纳室316内与蓄水部200的第一嵌合孔271嵌合。同样,第二嵌合突起部353穿过右开口部317c而进入槽容纳室316内,在槽容纳室316内与蓄水部200的第二嵌合孔272嵌合。由此,无法将蓄水部200向前方拉出,无法将蓄水部200从装接台320即主体部300卸下。另一方面,在第一嵌合突起部 352与第一嵌合孔271之间,锁定装置360发挥锁定功能。即,在锁定装置360,爪部362被推入装置主体361,结合于装置主体361而无法从装置主体361脱开。由此,通过螺旋弹簧354的弹力无法抬起箱承接构件350,因此,供水箱400停留在插入位置。
当供水箱400下降至插入位置时,供水箱400的销432碰撞至供水槽240的突起部242而被上推。由此,阀体431打开,供水箱400内的水从放出口401放出。所放出的水由供水槽240承接,并通过供水路250送入蓄水槽230。当在蓄水槽230内蓄积水时,供水槽240内的水位与蓄水槽230内的水位一起上升。如图3的单点划线所示,当供水槽240内的水位上升至供水箱400的放出口401的高度而放出口401被水堵塞时,通过供水箱400内的空气压与外部的空气压的平衡,在维持阀体431打开的状态的同时,从供水箱400的供水停止。需要说明的是,即使供水时产生溅水等而使水溅出至供水槽240外,所溅出的水也会被外槽260回收,因此,水不容易泄漏到蓄水部200外。
当蓄水槽230内蓄积有水时,用户将被清洗物的污垢附着部分例如衬衫的领子部分放置在蓄水槽230上、即蓄水槽230与超声波产生体110的振动喇叭112之间。此时,可以预先在被清洗物的污垢部分涂有洗涤剂。被清洗物被蓄积于蓄水槽230内的水浸泡,渗透至被清洗物的内部的水渗出至表面。变成在被清洗物的表面形成有薄的水层且振动喇叭112接触该水层的状态。需要说明的是,当因被清洗物吸水,蓄水槽230内的水位下降且供水槽240内的水位下降,供水箱400的放出口401不被水堵塞时,从供水箱400向供水槽240即蓄水槽230内补充水,直至放出口401再次被水堵塞。由此,蓄水槽230内的水位即水量会维持在适当的状态。
为了开始清洗运转,用户按下运转按钮372。
在此,在外装体310的内部,在槽容纳室316的左侧配置有例如作为微动开关(microswitch)的检测部380,当箱承接构件350下降而到达与插入位置对应的位置时,通过检测部380检测出在该位置存在箱承接构件350。即,通过检测部380间接地检测出供水箱400处于插入位置。需要说明的是,也可以采用检测部380直接检测出供水箱400处于插入位置的构成。
如果供水箱400处于插入位置,则可以视为供水正常进行,因此,如果通 过检测部380检测出供水箱400处于插入位置,则清洗运转开始。对超声波振子111进行通电,超声波产生体110工作。
图9(a)至图9(c)是本实施方式的用于对由超声波清洗装置1实现的被清洗物的污垢的去除进行说明的图。
当超声波产生体110工作时,从振动喇叭112的顶端产生超声波,超声波振动经由振动喇叭112周围的水传递至被清洗物内部的水。如图9(a)所示,在被清洗物的内部,通过超声波振动的作用而交替产生减压和加压,在压力变低的部分产生真空的空腔。即,变成在被清洗物的污垢部分存在许多空腔的状态。接着,如图9(b)所示,当空腔部分的压力升高,空腔被该压力压碎而被破坏时,在被清洗物的污垢部分产生冲击波。污垢通过该冲击波而从被清洗物分离。如图9(c)所示,来自振动喇叭112的超声波振动产生从被清洗物的内部流向蓄水槽230内的水流,通过该水流,从被清洗物分离的污垢被排出至蓄水槽230内。在蓄水槽230中,通过上述水流产生对流,因此,污垢容易从被清洗物分离。这样一来,污垢从被清洗物中去除。
为了将被清洗物的污垢部分放到超声波产生体110的位置,用户需要移动被清洗物。在本实施方式的超声波清洗装置1中,超声波清洗部100保持于主体部300,因此,用户可以不用手握持超声波清洗部100,而能够用双手握持被清洗物。由此,与用单手握持的情况相比,用户能够顺利地移动被清洗物。此外,蓄水部200装接于主体部300,因此,在用户移动被清洗物时,不容易发生蓄水部200与被清洗物一起移动的情况。
当被清洗物的清洗完成时,用户再次按下运转按钮372。超声波产生体110的工作停止,清洗运转结束。之后,用户打开盖330,用手指将供水箱400略微向下方按压。箱承接构件350与供水箱400一起略微下降,第一嵌合突起部352略微下降。这样一来,在手指从供水箱400离开时,在锁定装置360,杆364的保持被释放而爪部362从装置主体361脱开。由此,由锁定装置360实现的固定被解除,因此,箱承接构件350通过螺旋弹簧354的弹力而上升,供水箱400被箱承接构件350抬起而移动到分离位置。变成阀体431关闭而不从供水箱400进行供水的状态。
需要说明的是,在清洗运转中,在进行如上所述的供水箱400的推入操作, 而供水箱400通过箱承接构件350的上推而移动到分离位置的情况下,不存在由检测部380进行的箱承接构件350的检测,因此,视为由供水箱400进行的供水无法正常进行,清洗运转自动停止。在此,在供水箱400处于插入位置时,如图5所示,供水箱400的上端部进入箱投入口319的下端部,因此,无法用手指抓住供水箱400。由此,用户无法进行握住供水箱400的上端部来提起供水箱400这样的操作。由此,不容易发生通过检测部380检测到箱承接构件350的同时,仅供水箱400被抬起并卸下的情况,不容易发生在不能从供水箱400进行供水的同时继续清洗运转的情况。
当箱承接构件350与供水箱400一起上升时,第一嵌合突起部352以及第二嵌合突起部353从第一嵌合孔271以及第二嵌合孔272脱离。由此,变成蓄水部200能够从装接台320即主体部300脱离的状态。用户将蓄水部200向前方拉出并从装接台320卸下,将蓄积于蓄水槽230、供水槽240、以及供水路250内的水倒入洗手盆的排水口等可废弃场所。此外,在必要情况下,用户清洗蓄水槽230等。在本实施方式的超声波清洗装置1中,能够将蓄水部200从主体部300卸下,因此,从蓄水部200的排水、蓄水部200的清洗变得容易。
需要说明的是,在不能将蓄水部200从主体部300卸下的情况下,要移动主体部300和蓄水部200来进行从蓄水部200的排水、蓄水部200的清洗,需要握持整个超声波清洗装置1、超声波清洗部100成为障碍,因此,会变得难以进行顺利的排水、清洗。
而且,可以设想如下情况:在卸下了蓄水部200的状态下,无意中,用户想要开始清洗运转,而供水箱400被推入至插入位置。在该情况下,即使箱承接构件350与供水箱400一起被下推,由于在槽容纳室316内不存在设于蓄水部200的爪部362,因此,装置主体361与爪部362不会结合,不会发挥由锁定装置360实现的锁定功能。因此,供水箱400无法停留在插入位置而返回至分离位置。
<本实施方式的效果>
以上,根据本实施方式,超声波清洗部100保持于主体部300,因此,用户能够用双手握持被清洗物。由此,用户能够顺利地移动被清洗物。此外,蓄水部200装接于主体部300,因此,在移动被清洗物时,蓄水部不容易与被清洗物 一起移动,不容易发生水从蓄水部200溢出的情况。而且,能够将蓄水部200从主体部300卸下,因此,能够容易地进行从蓄水部200的排水、蓄水部200的清洗。
这样一来,根据本实施方式,用户能够使用超声波清洗装置1来进行被清洗物的顺利清洗,能够期待用户的便利性的提高。
此外,根据本实施方式,在主体部300设置有供水箱400,在清洗运转时,水自动地从供水箱400供应给蓄水槽230,因此,用户可以不用每当蓄水槽230内的水减少就进行向蓄水槽230内补充水的作业。
而且,根据本实施方式,采用供水箱400的放出口以阀体431打开的状态插入至供水槽240的构成,通过放出口401被蓄积于供水槽240的水堵塞,而停止从供水箱400供应水,因此,不进行阀体431的开闭控制,就能够将蓄水槽230内的水位维持在适当的水位。由此,供水箱400的构造不容易变复杂。
而且,根据本实施方式,能够在将蓄水部200拉出并从主体部300卸下时使供水箱400上升而退避至分离位置,因此,能够防止在拆卸时蓄水部200接触供水箱400。此外,在分离位置停止从供水箱400供水,因此,会避免产生如下情况:因在分离位置从供水箱400进行供水,即使蓄水槽230内蓄积有适量的水,供水也不会停止,水会从蓄水槽230漏出。
而且,根据本实施方式,当蓄水部200未装接于主体部300时,不能将供水箱400设为停留在插入位置的状态,因此,只有蓄水部200装接于主体部300,才能将供水箱400设为能够进行供水的状态。
而且,根据本实施方式,在阀体431打开而能够放水时,蓄水部200固定于主体部300,在阀体431关闭而能够截水时,蓄水部200向主体部300的固定被解除,因此,用户能够在不容易从供水箱400进行供水的状态下将蓄水部200从主体部300卸下。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但本发明并不受上述实施方式的任何限制,此外,本发明的实施方式除了上述以外还可以进行各种变更。
例如,在上述实施方式中,超声波清洗部100的壳体130构成为与主体部300的外装体310独立的构件。然而,壳体130也可以与外装体310一体形成。
此外,用于从供水箱400向蓄水槽230进行供水的供水构造并不限于上述实施方式那样的构成,可以采用其他供水构造。
而且,在上述实施方式中,在蓄水部200中,从前方蓄水构件210的上表面到后方蓄水构件220的上表面而形成的一个槽因其中央部的宽度收缩而被分为蓄水槽230、供水路250、以及供水槽240。然而,例如,也可以从前方蓄水构件210的上表面到后方蓄水构件220的上表面而形成有前后方向长的椭圆形槽等其中央部的宽度不收缩而未被明确分为蓄水槽230、供水路250、以及供水槽240的一个槽。在该情况下,在一个槽中,处于前方蓄水构件210的区域为蓄水槽230,处于后方蓄水构件220的区域为供水槽240,不存在供水路250。
而且,在上述实施方式中,采用了通过由锁定装置360来固定箱承接构件350而将供水箱400固定在插入位置的构成,但也可以采用通过锁定装置360直接将供水箱400固定在插入位置的构成。
而且,锁定装置360的构成并不限于上述实施方式的构成,只要能发挥锁定功能,可以是任何构成。
而且,在上述实施方式中,即使是在蓄水部200未装接于主体部300时,也能够使供水箱400暂时移动到插入位置。然而,也可以设为:采用在蓄水部200未装接于主体部300时,供水箱400的移动路径被堵塞那样的构成等,在蓄水部200未装接于主体部300时,不能使供水箱400移动到插入位置,从而不能将供水箱400设为停留在插入位置的状态。
而且,在上述实施方式中,通过与供水箱400一起下降的箱承接构件350,来实现在阀体431打开而能够放水时对蓄水部200进行固定的脱离阻止部。然而,脱离阻止部的构成并不限于上述实施方式的构成,可以采用其他构成。
而且,在上述实施方式中,在超声波清洗装置1设有供水箱400。然而,在超声波清洗装置1也可以不设有供水箱400。
另外,本发明的实施方式可以在权利要求书所示的技术思想范围内适当地进行各种变更。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,具备:
    超声波清洗部,包含产生超声波的超声波产生体;
    主体部,设置于设置场所,并保持所述超声波清洗部;以及
    蓄水部,在所述超声波产生体的下方位置,可脱离地装接于所述主体部,并具有蓄积用于浸泡被清洗物的水的蓄水凹部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,
    还具备:供水箱,设于所述主体部,并装入要供应给所述蓄水凹部的水。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述供水箱包含向所述蓄水凹部供应的水的放出口、以及为了放水和截水而开闭的阀体,
    所述蓄水部包含与所述蓄水凹部相连的供水凹部,
    所述供水箱的所述放出口以所述阀体打开的状态插入至所述供水凹部,
    通过所述放出口被蓄积于所述供水凹部的水堵塞,而停止从所述供水箱供应水。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述蓄水部能够在与所述放出口向所述供水凹部的插入方向交叉的方向脱离,
    所述主体部包含能够在所述放出口插入至所述供水凹部的插入位置与所述放出口离开所述供水凹部的分离位置之间移动地保持所述供水箱的箱保持部,
    所述供水箱在处于所述插入位置时,所述阀体打开而能够放水,在处于所述分离位置时,所述阀体关闭而能够截水。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,
    在所述主体部,当所述蓄水部未装接于所述主体部时,不能将所述供水箱 设为停留在所述插入位置的状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,具备:
    上推部,将所述供水箱从所述插入位置向所述分离位置上推;以及
    锁定装置,将所述供水箱锁定在所述插入位置,以便所述供水箱不会被所述上推部上推,
    当所述蓄水部未装接于所述主体部时,所述锁定装置不能发挥锁定功能。
  7. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述供水箱包含为了放水和截水而开闭的阀体,
    还具备:脱离阻止部,在所述阀体打开而能够放水时固定所述蓄水部,在所述阀体关闭而能够截水时解除所述蓄水部的固定。
