一种推弹式洗涤剂盒及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机领域,尤其是涉及一种应用于洗衣机的推弹式洗涤剂盒。
背景技术
现有滚筒洗衣机的洗涤剂盒都是通过手动抽拉进行开合和关闭。为了方便用户抽拉洗涤剂盒,通常将洗涤剂盒上设计方便用户握持的扣手槽,然而,扣手槽会影响滚筒洗衣机的整体外观,且扣手位置容易积灰尘。
另外,洗涤剂盒的抽拉开合和关闭,需要借助与洗涤剂盒上设置的锁制倒扣等机械结构,以实现洗涤剂盒的锁制闭合。因此,需要用户进行手动操控,用户手感和体感不一,使用舒适度不高。
为此,本发明在于提出一种用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,以解决以上问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,以对洗涤剂盒提供推弹外力后,使实现洗涤剂盒自动打开或锁制的目的;另一目的在于,减少洗涤剂盒推拉移动过程中的摩擦力,实现洗涤剂盒快速、便捷打开的目的;另一目的在于提供一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,以实现滑轮快速、便捷安装入洗涤剂盒滚轮导槽的目的;另一目的在于提供一种应用于推弹式洗涤剂盒的定位结构,以实现洗涤剂盒推入水盒对应位置,进而达到洗涤剂盒外周缝隙均匀,提高洗涤剂盒外侧的美观度的目的。
为实现该目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,包括安装于洗衣机壳体上的水盒,水盒内安装有可拉出、推入的洗涤剂盒;水盒和洗涤剂盒之间设有推弹锁组件,以对洗涤剂盒提供推弹外力后改变锁组件的锁制状态,使水盒与洗涤剂盒锁定或解锁;水盒和洗涤剂盒之间还设有弹力组件,用于提供推弹出洗涤剂盒的动力。
进一步,所述的水盒与洗涤剂盒之间设有滑轨,滑轨上设有多个与洗涤剂盒相接触的滑轮,以降低洗涤剂盒拉出、推入过程摩擦。
进一步,所述洗涤剂盒的左右两侧分别设有沿洗涤剂盒轴线平行方向延伸的、下端开口的滚轮导槽,所述水盒的内壁上安装有多个轮面沿滚轮导槽轴线方向设置的滑轮,所述滑轮的上部伸入滚轮导槽中、并与滚轮导槽顶壁相接触。
进一步,所述滑轮的中心处设有中心轴,所述中心轴水平、可绕轴旋转的安装于水盒上。
进一步,所述滑轮的中心轴为独立设置,中心轴自滑轮中心水平贯穿,中心轴的两端分别穿入安装槽的左右侧壁,滑轮可相对中心轴、和/或滑轮与中心轴共同绕中心轴轴线旋转;或者,中心轴与滑轮为一体件,中心轴的左右两端超出滚轮左右侧、并可旋转的穿入安装槽的左右侧壁。
进一步,滑轮中心处与安装槽的左右侧壁相贴合接触,滑轮外周与滚轮导槽的左右侧壁相间隔分离,滑轮外周与滚轮导槽的顶壁相贴合接触。
进一步,滑轮的中心处设有沿轴向向左右两侧分别凸出的限位凸,两侧限位凸的外侧面分别为与安装槽的左右侧壁相限位接触的竖直面;滑轮的外周设有沿轴向向左右两侧分别水平折弯的折弯部,滑轮径向方向的折弯部外侧面为轴线水平设置的圆柱面,圆柱面与滚轮导槽顶壁相贴合接触。
进一步,水盒左右侧壁的折弯部水平设置于同一高度面,折弯部的外侧与竖直向上延伸的第一竖直部相连接,折弯部的内侧与竖直向下延伸的第二竖直部相连接;第一竖直部与滚轮导槽的外侧相对应设置、第二竖直部与洗涤剂盒的侧壁相对应设置。
进一步,所述洗涤剂盒的顶部设有扣合设置的上盖,所述水盒的顶壁安装有多个竖直安装的、凸出顶壁下表面设置的限位滑轮,以降低洗涤剂盒拉出、推入过程摩擦。
进一步,所述水盒的顶壁设有多个倒置的安装槽,各安装槽内分别安装有竖直设置的限位滑轮,限位滑轮的中心轴与洗涤剂盒的推拉运动方向相垂直。
进一步,所述限位滑轮的中心处设有中心轴,所述中心轴水平、可绕轴旋转的安装于水盒上。
进一步,所述限位滑轮的中心轴为独立设置,中心轴自限位滑轮中心水平贯穿,中心轴的两端分别穿入安装槽的左右侧壁,限位滑轮可相对中心轴、和/或限位滑轮与中心轴共同绕中心轴轴线旋转;或者,中心轴与限位滑轮为一体件,中心轴的左右两端超出限位滚轮左右侧、并可旋转的穿入安装槽的左右侧壁。
进一步,限位滑轮中心处与安装槽的左右侧壁相贴合接触,滑轮底部穿出安装槽的下部开口、并令滑轮外周凸出水盒顶壁,使限位滑轮与洗涤剂盒上盖相滑动接触。
进一步,限位滑轮的中心处设有沿轴向向左右两侧分别凸出的限位凸,两侧限位凸的外侧面分别为与安装槽的左右侧壁相限位接触的竖直面;限位滑轮的外周设有沿轴向向左右两侧分别水平折弯的折弯部,限位滑轮径向方向的折弯部外侧面为轴线水平设置的圆柱面,圆柱面与洗涤剂盒上盖相滑动接触。
进一步,各限位滑轮的下端分别与洗涤剂盒的上盖之间相间隔一定间隙。
进一步,水盒顶壁上设有至少两列限位滑轮,每列包括沿洗涤剂盒推拉运动方向间隔排布的多个限位滑轮,两列限位滑轮分别设置于洗涤剂盒左右两侧的对应上方;优选的,两列限位滑轮相对洗涤剂盒轴线对称设置。
进一步,所述洗涤剂盒上设有锁舌,水盒上安装有与锁舌相对应设置的推弹锁;在洗涤剂盒推入水盒、并施加推弹外力后锁舌伸入推弹锁内并锁紧;在再次施加推弹外力后锁舌与推弹锁相解锁。
进一步,所述推弹锁包括推弹锁本体,推弹锁本体内安装有凸轮,凸轮上设有与锁舌端部锁钩相配合锁制的凹槽;推弹锁本体内还安装有锁扣簧片,锁扣簧片的一端固定、另一端设有与凸轮上的锁扣滑道相配合的锁扣,以锁制或解锁凸轮旋转动作。
进一步,凸轮的外周分别设有径向凸出的第一凸起和第二凸起,所述第一凸起和第二凸起之间的间隙构成与锁舌端部锁钩相对应配合的凹槽。
进一步,所述锁舌的端部与第一凸起相限位接触,锁舌端部设有供第二凸起插入的锁钩孔,使锁舌端部的锁钩扣合于第一凸起和第二凸起之间的凹槽内。
进一步,凸轮处安装有扭簧,扭簧为凸轮提供阻止其受推杆向里推动而旋转的回复力。
进一步,所述凸轮的外周面上设有第三凸起,所述第三凸起构成限制锁扣簧片端部的锁扣产生滑动位移的锁扣滑道;所述锁扣滑道包括依次首尾相连的滑动锁制面、锁扣槽面和滑动解锁面;在推弹外力作用下,使自由状态的锁扣沿滑动锁制面移动至锁扣槽面中,使锁扣簧片端部的锁扣锁紧凸轮;在再次施加退弹外力作用后,使锁扣滑出锁扣槽面并沿滑动解锁面移动至自由状态,使凸轮呈自由旋转状态。
进一步,所述第三凸起沿凸轮的周向方向延伸,第三凸起的一端为与锁扣簧片的锁扣相脱离限制的自由端,另一端设有向内凹陷以供锁扣滑入锁定的锁制槽,锁制槽的内壁构成滑动锁制面;第三凸起的一侧面为自自由端向锁制槽方向逐渐向外倾斜的斜面,所述斜面构成滑动锁制面;第三凸起的另一侧为自锁制槽向自由端方向逐渐增高的坡面,所述坡面构成滑动解锁面。
进一步,所述锁扣簧片的一端经螺栓与推弹锁本体相固定安装,使锁扣簧片可产生相对弹性旋转和/或位移,令锁扣簧片另一端的锁扣受凸轮旋转而沿第三凸起构成的锁扣滑道产生移动。
进一步,所述锁扣簧片自下向上倾斜设置,下端经贯穿设置的、与轴线相垂直的螺栓固定安装于推弹锁本体上;上端设有向下弯折的、与轴线相垂直的锁扣。
进一步,所述锁扣簧片的中部经复位弹簧与靠近滑动解锁面的推弹锁本体相连接,以为锁扣簧片提供复位弹力,所述复位弹力驱动锁扣簧片的锁扣产生自滑动锁制面向滑动解锁面方向的位移。
进一步,所述弹力组件包括推杆套筒,插接入推杆套筒中、并可沿轴向滑动的推杆,推杆的一端经压缩的弹簧与推杆套筒相连接、另一端可伸缩的穿过推杆套筒的对应端开口;推杆套筒与水盒或洗涤剂盒相固定连接,推杆的伸缩端与洗涤剂盒或水盒相对应贴合接触,以对洗涤剂盒产生外拉移动时提供推弹力。
进一步,推杆与推杆套筒同轴设置,推杆套筒的轴线与洗涤剂盒的推拉运动方向相平行。
进一步,推杆套筒的一端密闭设置,另一端设有供推杆伸缩端穿出的开口;推杆穿入推杆套筒的一端为穿入端,穿入端设有径向向外凸出的安装部,安装部的外周与推杆套筒的内壁相对应贴合,安装部与推杆套筒的密封段之间设有呈压缩状态的弹簧;推杆套筒的开口径向直径小于安装部的外径,以防止推杆脱落。
进一步,所述推杆套筒与推杆之间设有阻尼组件,以增大推杆与推杆套筒之间相对位移的阻尼力。

进一步,滚轮导槽伸入水盒的一端设有便于滚轮滑入滚轮导槽内的开口,所述开口为自内向外逐渐扩宽宽度的喇叭状开口。
进一步,所述开口的至少一侧设有导向筋,所述导向筋为自开口向外逐渐向远离导向槽轴线方向倾斜的弧形面。

进一步,所述洗涤剂盒上设有至少一个定位柱,所述水盒上设有与定位柱相对应设置的定位孔,以在洗涤剂盒推入水盒后定位柱插入对应的定位孔中。
进一步,洗涤剂盒上设有截面为圆形的第一定位柱和截面为非圆形的第二定位柱;水盒上设有与第一定位柱相对应设置的、截面为对应圆形的第一定位孔和与第二定位柱相对应设置的、截面为对应非圆形的第二定位孔。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
通过在洗衣机上安装受推弹锁控制、弹力组件提供推出动力的洗涤剂盒,使得洗涤剂盒仅需较小的推弹外力就可实现自动锁定、推弹打开的使用目的,令洗涤剂盒具备了推弹式开闭的功能;同时,将洗涤剂盒经与滑轮相配合的滑轨结构安装于水盒中,使得 洗涤剂盒的位移摩擦改为滑动摩擦,降低了洗涤剂盒被拉出过程的摩擦力,提高了洗涤剂盒被推弹打开过程的平顺性。还有,通过将洗涤剂盒与水盒之间经滑轮滑轨结构进行安装,使得洗涤剂盒水盒之间位移接触处的摩擦由滑动摩擦改为滚动摩擦,大大降低了洗涤剂盒推拉过程中的摩擦力。
本发明结构简单,效果显著,示意推广使用。

本发明实施例中,用户在将洗涤剂盒100沿滑道结构推入水盒200后,向洗涤剂盒 100施加一推弹外力使推弹锁组件700改为锁止状态,令洗涤剂盒100被锁定在水盒200内,以使洗涤剂盒100内的洗涤剂可随洗衣机进水进行投放;在洗涤剂盒100内洗涤剂需进行补充时,用户再向水盒200内锁定安装的洗涤剂盒100施加一推弹外力,使推弹锁组件700改为解锁状态,同时弹力组件600向洗涤剂盒100提供一向外推出的动力,令洗涤剂盒100受推出动力的作用、沿滑轨结构并在较小摩擦力的滑轮1辅助下被推出水盒200,实现洗涤剂盒受推弹外力自动打开、锁制的目的。

如图1至图12所示,本实施例中介绍了一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,包括安装于洗衣机壳体300上的水盒200,水盒200内安装有可拉出、推入的洗涤剂盒100;所述的水盒200与洗涤剂盒100之间设有滑轨结构,滑轨结构包括多个与洗涤剂盒100相接触的滑轮1,以降低洗涤剂盒100拉出、推入过程摩擦。
通过将洗涤剂盒与水盒之间经滑轮滑轨结构进行安装,使得洗涤剂盒水盒之间位移接触处的摩擦由滑动摩擦改为滚动摩擦,大大降低了洗涤剂盒推拉过程中的摩擦力。
本实施例中,所述洗涤剂盒100的左右两侧分别设有沿洗涤剂盒100轴线平行方向延伸的、下端开口的滚轮导槽6,所述水盒200的内壁上安装有多个轮面沿滚轮导槽6轴线方向设置的滑轮1,所述滑轮1的上部伸入滚轮导槽6中、并与滚轮导槽6顶壁相接触。
通过将洗涤剂盒上安装的滚轮导槽被安装于水盒上的多个滑轮进行支撑,以对洗涤剂盒提供多个支撑点,提高了洗涤剂盒推拉过程中的平稳性;同时,由于洗涤剂盒的滑轨内安装多个同向设置的滑轮,以使得滑轮与滑轨相互限位接触,防止洗涤剂盒推拉过程中产生偏移的问题,为洗涤剂盒提供一纠偏作用力进而防止洗涤剂盒脱落情况的发生。
本实施例中,所述水盒200的左右侧壁分别设有向内水平弯折的折弯部11,所述折弯部11对应设于滚轮导槽6的下方;折弯部11上设有多个间隔设置的安装槽9,各安装槽9内分别安装有竖直设置的滑轮1,滑轮1的中心轴10与滚轮导槽6的轴线方向相垂直,以使得各滑轮1安装于同一水平面上,令各竖直安装的滑轮1处于滚轮导槽6下方的同一竖直面中,达到各滑轮1对滚轮导槽6提供竖直方向支撑力和水平方向推拉过程中滑动摩擦力的目的。
本实施例中,所述滑轮1的中心处设有中心轴10,所述中心轴10水平、可绕轴旋转的安装于水盒200上,所述中心轴10与洗涤剂盒100推拉移动方向、即滚轮导槽6轴线方向相垂直,以使得滑轮1绕中心轴10旋转时滑轮1外周沿滚轮导槽6轴线方向旋转,以实现引导洗涤剂盒100产生推拉移动、降低摩擦的目的。
本实施例中,所述滑轮1的中心轴可以为独立设置,中心轴10自滑轮1中心水平贯穿,中心轴10的两端分别穿入安装槽9的左右侧壁,滑轮1可相对中心轴10绕中心轴10轴线旋转、和/或滑轮1与中心轴10共同绕中心轴10轴线旋转,以实现滑轮外周产生相对水盒旋转、降低滑轮与滑轨接触处摩擦的目的。
或者,本实施例中,也可以将中心轴10与滑轮1设置为一体件,中心轴10的左右两端超出滑轮1左右侧、并可旋转的穿入安装槽9的左右侧壁,同样可实现滑轮1外周产生相对水盒200旋转、降低滑轮1与滚轮导槽6接触处摩擦的目的。
本实施例中,滑轮1中心处与安装槽9的左右侧壁相贴合接触,以使得滑轮1被安 装槽9左右侧壁进行水平方向的限位,防止滑轮1产生水平方向移动,进而提高滑轮1外周与滚轮导槽6之间接触平稳性;滑轮1外周与滚轮导槽6的左右侧壁相间隔分离,以避免滑轮1与滚轮导槽6侧壁产生接触,降低滑轮1与滚轮导槽6在水平方向的接触度,进而降低摩擦力、提高滑轮1在滚轮导槽6内转动的顺畅性;同时,滑轮1外周与滚轮导槽6的顶壁相贴合接触,以使得滑轮1外周与滚轮导槽6顶壁之间为贴合接触,保证滑轮1对滚轮导槽6支撑的可靠度。
如图4和图5所示,本实施例中,滑轮1的中心处设有沿轴向向左右两侧分别凸出的限位凸,两侧限位凸的外侧面分别为与安装槽9的左右侧壁相限位接触的竖直面,以使得滑轮1左右两侧分别与安装槽9左右侧壁为相互贴合的面接触,保证二者之间的限位、防止滑轮产生轴向方向的偏移。
如图4和图5所示,本实施例中,滑轮1的外周设有沿轴向向左右两侧分别水平折弯的折弯部,滑轮1径向方向的折弯部外侧面为沿滑轮1轴线水平设置的圆柱面,圆柱面与滚轮导槽6顶壁相贴合接触,以使得滑轮1外周与滚轮导槽6顶壁之间为相互贴合的面接触,保证滑轮1旋转过程中与滚轮导槽6之间传动的平稳性、和滑轮1与滚轮导槽6之间接触支撑的可靠度。
优选的,本实施例中,水盒200左右侧壁的折弯部11水平设置于同一高度面,以保证洗涤剂盒100左右两侧支撑平面处于同一水平面中,进而有效防止洗涤剂盒100产生左右方向倾斜情况的发生。
本实施例中,折弯部11的外侧与竖直向上延伸的第一竖直部12相连接,折弯部11的内侧与竖直向下延伸的第二竖直部13相连接;第一竖直部12与滚轮导槽6的外侧相对应设置、第二竖直部13与洗涤剂盒100的侧壁相对应设置,以使得水盒200内壁与洗涤剂盒100外壁尽量贴合接触,令水盒200对洗涤剂盒100提供水平方向限位,避免洗涤剂盒100推拉过程中产生偏移情况发生。
实施例二
如图1至图12所示,本实施例中介绍了一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,包括安装于洗衣机壳体上的水盒200,水盒200内安装有可拉出、推入的洗涤剂盒100;所述洗涤剂盒100的顶部设有扣合设置的上盖500,所述水盒200的顶壁安装有多个竖直安装的、凸出顶壁下表面设置的限位滑轮14,以降低洗涤剂盒100拉出、推入过程摩擦。
通过在洗涤剂盒上盖与水盒顶壁之间设置多个限位滑轮,以避免洗涤剂盒上盖与水盒顶壁之间产生直接接触,令洗涤剂盒推拉过程中限位滑轮对洗涤剂盒上盖提供滑动摩擦力,实现洗涤剂盒上盖与水盒之间位移接触处的摩擦由滑动摩擦改为滚动摩擦,大大降低了洗涤剂盒推拉过程中的摩擦力。
本实施例中,所述水盒200的顶壁设有多个倒置的安装槽9,各安装槽9内分别安装有竖直设置的限位滑轮14,限位滑轮14的中心轴10与洗涤剂盒100的推拉运动方向相垂直,以使限位滑轮14可产生外周沿推拉方向的绕轴旋转,令洗涤剂盒100推拉过程中限位滑轮14被带动旋转,实现洗涤剂盒100的上盖500被滚动限位滑轮14提供滑动摩擦、降低推拉过程中摩擦力的目的。
本实施例中,所述限位滑轮14的中心处设有中心轴10,所述中心轴10水平、可绕轴旋转的安装于水盒200上。
本实施例中,所述限位滑轮14的中心轴10可以为独立设置,中心轴10自限位滑轮14中心水平贯穿,中心轴10的两端分别穿入安装槽9的左右侧壁,限位滑轮14可相对中心轴10绕中心轴轴线旋转、和/或限位滑轮14与中心轴10共同绕中心轴10轴线旋转,以实现限位滑轮14外周产生相对水盒200旋转、降低限位滑轮14与洗涤剂盒100上盖接触处摩擦的目的。
或者,本实施例中,也可以将中心轴10与限位滑轮14设置为一体件,中心轴10 的左右两端超出限位滑轮14左右侧、并可旋转的穿入安装槽9的左右侧壁,同样可实现限位滑轮14外周产生相对水盒200旋转、降低限位滑轮14与洗涤剂盒100上盖接触处摩擦的目的。
本实施例中,限位滑轮14中心处与安装槽9的左右侧壁相贴合接触,限位滑轮14底部穿出倒置的安装槽9下部开口、并令限位滑轮14外周凸出水盒200顶壁,使限位滑轮14与洗涤剂盒100上盖相滑动接触,并在凸出设置的限位滑轮14作用下,有效避免洗涤剂盒100上盖与水盒200顶壁直接接触情况的发生,使洗涤剂盒100上盖与水盒200顶壁之间接触处的摩擦方式为限位滑轮提供的滑动摩擦。
本实施例中,限位滑轮14的中心处设有沿轴向向左右两侧分别凸出的限位凸,两侧限位凸的外侧面分别为与安装槽9的左右侧壁相限位接触的竖直面,以使得限位滑轮14左右两侧分别与安装槽9左右侧壁为相互贴合的面接触,保证二者之间的限位、防止限位滑轮产生轴向方向的偏移。
本实施例中,限位滑轮14的外周设有沿轴向向左右两侧分别水平折弯的折弯部,限位滑轮14外周径向方向的折弯部外侧面为沿限位滑轮14轴线水平设置的圆柱面,圆柱面与洗涤剂盒的上盖500相滑动接触,以使得限位滑轮14外周与洗涤剂盒的上盖500之间可能产生的接触为相互贴合的面接触,保证限位滑轮14旋转过程中与洗涤剂盒100上盖之间传动的平稳性、和限位滑轮14与洗涤剂盒100上盖之间接触支撑的可靠度。
优选的,本实施例中,各限位滑轮14的下端分别与洗涤剂盒的上盖500之间相间隔一定间隙,以有效避免洗涤剂盒上盖500与其他部件之间产生相互接触、防止洗涤剂盒100推拉过程中上盖500处产生摩擦情况的发生;同时,在洗涤剂盒100产生竖直方向位移,而导致洗涤剂盒上盖500与其他部件(主要为水盒200的顶壁)接触时,由于水盒200顶壁向下凸出设置的限位滑轮14作用,令洗涤剂盒上盖500仅能与限位滑轮14之间产生相互接触,使洗涤剂盒上盖500处仅产生滑动摩擦,有效降低了洗涤剂盒100推拉过程中的摩擦阻力。
本实施例中,水盒200的顶壁上设有至少两列限位滑轮14,每列包括沿洗涤剂盒100推拉运动方向间隔排布的多个限位滑轮14,两列限位滑轮14分别设置于洗涤剂盒100左右两侧的对应上方;优选的,两列限位滑轮14相对洗涤剂盒100轴线对称设置。
通过在靠近洗涤剂盒左右两侧处分别设置两列限位滑轮,以在洗涤剂盒上盖的左右两侧分别经限位滑轮进行滑动限位,进而对洗涤剂盒上盖左右两侧处进行有效限位支撑,避免洗涤剂盒左右两侧产生竖直方向偏斜情况的发生;同时,在左右两列处分别设置多个间隔排布的限位滑轮,以对洗涤剂盒的各处进行有效限位,对洗涤剂盒进行全方位的有效滑动摩擦,提高洗涤剂盒推拉开闭过程的平稳性。
实施例三
如图1至图3和图13至图18所示,本实施例中介绍了一种应用于本发明推弹式洗涤剂盒的推弹锁,其包括锁舌4和推弹锁本体5,锁舌4可活动的插入推弹锁本体5内,推弹锁本体5内安装有凸轮7,凸轮7上设有与锁舌4端部锁钩21相配合锁制的凹槽;推弹锁本体5内还安装有锁扣簧片8,锁扣簧片8的一端与推弹锁本体5相固定、另一端设有与凸轮7上的锁扣滑道相配合的锁扣24,以锁制或解锁凸轮7的旋转动作。
本实施例中,凸轮7的外周分别设有径向凸出的第一凸起19和第二凸起20,所述第一凸起19和第二凸起20之间的间隙构成与锁舌4端部锁钩21相对应配合的凹槽。
如图14所示,本实施例中,所述锁舌4的端部与第一凸起19相限位接触,锁舌4端部设有供第二凸起20插入的锁钩孔22,以在锁舌4受推弹外力作用向推弹锁本体5内移动时,锁舌推动第一凸起19令凸轮7产生旋转,使第二凸起20插入锁舌4端部的锁钩孔22中、锁舌4端部的锁钩21扣合于第一凸起19和第二凸起20之间的凹槽内,并令锁扣24与凸轮7相锁制、避免凸轮7产生再转动,推弹锁组件700处于锁制状态;
如图13所示,本实施例中,在锁舌4再次受推弹外力作用而向推弹锁本体5内移动时,锁舌4推动第一凸起19令凸轮7再产生旋转,使锁扣24与凸轮7相解锁,令凸轮7处于自由状态,在回复力(优选的,回复力由凸轮处安装的扭簧提供,以驱动凸轮向将锁舌推出方向运动)作用下驱动锁舌向推弹锁本体外移动,凸轮反向旋转,使第二凸起20与锁舌4端部的锁钩孔22相脱离、锁舌4端部的锁钩21自第一凸起19和第二凸起20之间的凹槽滑出,推弹锁组件处于解锁状态。
本实施例中,锁舌4和/或凸轮7处设有复位驱动结构,复位驱动结构对锁舌4和/或凸轮7提供推动锁舌4向推弹锁本体5外部方向移动的回复力。优选的,凸轮7处设有扭簧,在凸轮7与锁扣24相锁紧时扭簧处于张进状态,对凸轮7提供反向旋转的、推动锁舌4向推弹锁本体5外部移动的回复力;在凸轮7与锁扣24相脱离时,扭簧处于自由状态。
在第二凸起20插入锁舌4端部的锁钩孔22中、锁舌4端部的锁钩21扣合于第一凸起19和第二凸起20之间的凹槽内时,锁扣24锁制凸轮7、令凸轮7无法产生旋转,此时扭簧所提供的回复力无法克服锁扣24的锁制力,令推弹锁本体5与锁舌4相互锁制无法脱离;而在锁扣24解锁凸轮7、凸轮7可自由旋转时,扭簧提供的回复力驱动凸轮7反向旋转,以推动锁舌4向脱离推弹锁本体5方向移动,实现锁舌4与推弹锁本体5相互脱离。
本实施例中,所述凸轮7的外周面上设有第三凸起23,所述第三凸起23构成限制锁扣簧片8端部的锁扣24产生滑动位移的锁扣滑道;所述锁扣滑道包括依次首尾相连的滑动锁制面a、锁扣槽面b和滑动解锁面c;
在凸轮7处于自由旋转的初始状态时(如图15所示),向锁舌4施加一推弹外力后,驱动凸轮7旋转,使自由状态的锁扣24沿滑动锁制面a移动并自第一端滑入锁扣槽面b中(如图16所示),使锁扣簧片8端部的锁扣24锁紧凸轮7;在再次施加退弹外力作用后,驱动凸轮7再次旋转,使锁扣24自第二端滑出锁扣槽面b(如图17所示),并在回复力作用下驱动凸轮7反向旋转一定角度,令锁扣24沿滑动解锁面c移动至自由状态(如图18所示),使凸轮7回位至可自由旋转的初始状态。
本实施例中,所述第三凸起23沿凸轮7的周向方向延伸,第三凸起23的一端为与锁扣簧片的锁扣相脱离限制的自由端,另一端设有向内凹陷以供锁扣24滑入锁定的锁制槽,锁制槽的内壁构成滑动锁制面b;第三凸起23的一侧面为自自由端向锁制槽方向逐渐向外倾斜的斜面,所述斜面构成滑动锁制面a;第三凸起的另一侧为自锁制槽向自由端方向逐渐增高的坡面,所述坡面构成滑动解锁面c。
本实施例中,所述锁扣簧片8的中部经复位弹簧18与靠近滑动解锁面c的推弹锁本体5一侧相连接,以为锁扣簧片8提供复位弹力,所述复位弹力驱动锁扣簧片8的锁扣24产生自滑动锁制面a向滑动解锁面c方向的位移。
本实施例中,所述锁制槽包括轴向段和周向段构成的“L”形通道,轴向段沿滑轮轴向平行方向延伸,轴向段开口端与滑动锁制面a相连、另一端与周向段一端相连;周向段自轴向段向远离第三凸起23自由端的方向延伸,轴向段开口端与滑动锁制面b相连。优选的,轴向段的开口端设有引导挡筋,引导挡筋的一端与轴向段开口端的上侧相连、另一端弯折后沿凸轮径向延伸并与轴向段开口端另一侧之间相距一定间隙,以保证锁扣自间隙经轴向段开口端滑入锁制槽内、而无法反向滑出。进一步优选的,周向段的一侧直接由滑动解锁面c构成,以对挡筋提供限位阻挡,令挡筋沿锁制槽周向段滑动并自周向段开口端滑出。
优选的,锁制槽的径向段一侧为自中部向两端分别向锁制槽内倾斜的斜面,以便于锁扣滑入、滑出锁制槽。
优选的,本实施例中,凸轮上设有第四凸起25,所述第四凸起25设于第二凸起20 和第三凸起23之间,第四凸轮25与锁舌4在竖直面上至少部分干涉重合,使锁舌4推动凸轮7旋转至一定角度后第四凸起25与锁舌4相互干涉接触,防止凸轮7转动角度过大,以避免锁舌4推动力过大,导致凸轮7旋转过多造成脱落情况的发生。
本实施例中,所述锁扣簧片8的一端经安装螺栓26与推弹锁本体5相固定安装,使锁扣簧片8可产生相对弹性旋转和/或位移,令锁扣簧片8另一端的锁扣24受凸轮7旋转而沿锁扣滑道产生移动。
本实施例中,所述锁扣簧片8自下向上倾斜设置,下端经贯穿设置的、与轴线相垂直的安装螺栓26固定安装于推弹锁本体5上;上端设有向下弯折的、与轴线相垂直的锁扣24。
通过将锁扣簧片端部经一安装螺栓安装于推弹锁本体上,使锁扣簧片可产生绕螺栓轴线方向旋转,以使得簧片另一端锁扣可产生绕螺栓轴方向旋转、和沿螺栓轴方向弹力跳动位移,以便于弹力簧片端部的锁扣沿第三凸起构成的限位滑道产生位移移动。
推弹锁的具体工作过程如下:
初始状态为推弹锁解锁状态,此时,锁扣24处于第三凸轮自由端,凸轮处于自由状态;
如图15所示,向锁舌4提供一推弹外力,锁舌4推动凸轮7产生逆时针方向旋转,锁扣24自第三凸起23上端的自由状态处沿斜面构成的滑动锁制面a向第三凸起23下端方向移动,直至锁扣24移动至滑动锁制面a下端,并在复位弹簧18的作用下,使锁扣24移动至第三凸起23下端;
如图16所示,锁扣24自锁制槽轴向段开口端滑入锁制槽中,令锁扣24处于锁制槽内壁构成的锁扣槽面b处,此时锁舌4端部的锁钩21处于第一凸起19和第二凸起20之间的凹槽中、第二凸起20插入锁钩孔22中,推弹锁处于锁制状态,就实现锁扣24与凸轮7之间的锁制配合,以克服弹力组件600对弹力锁本体500施加的回复力,避免凸轮7再产生顺时针回位旋转,防止弹力锁本体5产生向锁舌4脱离方向的移动;
如图17所示,向锁舌4再次施加一推弹外力时,锁舌4推动凸轮7再产生逆时针方向旋转,锁扣24沿锁制槽的周向段向周向段开口端移动;
如图18所示,锁扣24自锁制槽周向段开口端滑出,并在复位弹簧18的作用下,将锁扣24拉向滑动解锁面c的下端,凸轮7在扭簧提供的回复里作用下产生顺时针方向移动,锁扣24沿滑动解锁面c向第三凸起23上端移动,直至锁扣24回位至初始状态。
实施例四
如图1至图18所示,本实施例中介绍了一种推弹式洗涤剂盒100,包括安装于洗衣机壳体300上的水盒200,水盒200内安装有可拉出、推入的洗涤剂盒100;水盒200和洗涤剂盒100之间还设有推弹锁组件700,以对洗涤剂盒100提供推弹外力后改变推弹锁组件700的锁制状态,使水盒200与洗涤剂盒100锁定或解锁。
通过在洗衣机上安装受推弹锁控制、弹力组件提供推出动力的洗涤剂盒,使得洗涤剂盒仅需较小的推弹外力就可实现自动锁定、推弹打开的使用目的,令洗涤剂盒具备了推弹式开闭的功能。
本实施例中,所述洗涤剂盒100上设有锁舌4,水盒200上安装有与锁舌4相对应设置的推弹锁本体5;在洗涤剂盒100推入水盒200、并施加推弹外力后锁舌4伸入推弹锁本体5内并锁紧;在再次施加推弹外力后锁舌4与推弹锁本体5相解锁,以实现仅需对洗涤剂盒100施加一推弹外力就可控制洗涤剂盒100锁制、或解锁的目的。
本实施例中,所述洗涤剂盒100的前端设有把手400,所述把手400上安装有向水盒200方向水平延伸的锁舌4,所述水盒200上安装有推弹锁本体5,推弹锁本体5的锁孔与锁舌4相对应设置,以在洗涤剂盒100推入水盒200后使锁舌4自锁孔伸入推弹 锁本体5内,并在推弹外力作用下使锁舌4与推弹锁本体5内锁制机构相锁紧或解锁。
本实施例中,推弹式洗涤剂盒100结构中所安装的推弹锁为上述实施例三所述的推弹锁,上述实施例三所述推弹锁本体4安装于水盒200上,上述实施例三所述锁舌3对应安装于洗涤剂盒100前端锁舌把手400上,以使锁舌4对应插入推弹锁本体5内,实现锁舌4与推弹锁本体5之间的相互锁制、或解锁的目的。优选的,把手外周凸出洗涤剂盒设置,把手下侧凸出部安装有锁舌,所述推弹锁本体5对应安装于水盒200的下侧壁下方,以在洗涤剂盒100全部对应推入水盒200后,洗涤剂盒100前端的锁舌4才对应插入推弹锁本体5内,实现二者之间的锁制。
实施例五
如图1至图12所示,本实施例介绍了一种推弹式洗涤剂盒100,包括安装于洗衣机壳体300上的水盒200,水盒200内安装有可拉出、推入的洗涤剂盒100;水盒200和洗涤剂盒100之间设有弹力组件600,用于提供推弹出洗涤剂盒100的动力。
通过在洗涤剂盒与水盒之间设置弹力组件,以对洗涤剂盒施加一推弹力,驱动洗涤剂盒向水盒外部方向移动,以在推弹式洗涤剂盒上所设推弹锁解锁后,令洗涤剂盒被弹力组件所施加推弹力带动自动弹出水盒,实现洗涤剂盒被自动推弹打开的目的。
如图10和图11所示,本实施例中,所述弹力组件600包括推杆套筒15,插接入推杆套筒15中、并可沿轴向滑动的推杆16,推杆16的一端经压缩的弹簧17与推杆套筒15相连接、另一端可伸缩的穿过推杆套筒15的对应端开口。
本实施例中可以如下设置,推杆套筒15与洗涤剂盒100相固定连接,推杆16的伸缩端穿出推杆套筒15并与水盒200内壁相限位接触。
本实施例中也可以如下设置,如图10和图11所示,推杆套筒15与水盒200相固定连接,推杆16的伸缩端穿出推杆套筒15并与洗涤剂盒100外壁相限位接触。
通过将推杆套筒对应安装于洗涤剂盒或水盒上、推杆伸缩端与水盒或洗涤剂盒对应接触,以在压缩弹簧对推杆施加弹力后,驱动洗涤剂盒向推出水盒方向移动,以实现洗涤剂盒被弹力组件所提供弹力自动推开的目的。
本实施例中,推杆16与推杆套筒15同轴设置,推杆套筒15、推杆16的轴线均与洗涤剂盒100的推拉运动方向相平行;优选的,推杆套筒15、推杆16的轴线相重合设置。
本实施例中,推杆套筒15的一端密闭设置,另一端设有供推杆16伸缩端穿出的开口;推杆16穿入推杆套筒15的一端为穿入端,穿入端设有径向向外凸出的安装部,安装部的外周与推杆套筒15的内壁相对应贴合,安装部与推杆套筒15的密封端之间设有呈压缩状态的弹簧17;推杆套筒15的开口径向直径小于安装部的外径,以防止推杆16脱落。
本实施例中,所述推杆套筒15与推杆16之间设有阻尼组件,以增大推杆15与推杆套筒16之间相对位移的阻尼力,进而实现对洗涤剂盒推弹打开时速度进行对应调节。
本实施例中,洗涤剂盒100后端的左右两侧分别安装有至少一个弹力组件600,以保证洗涤剂盒100左右两侧推拉移动过程中受力均匀度,避免洗涤剂盒100推出过程中产生位置偏移情况的发生。
本实施例中,所述弹力组件600安装于洗涤剂盒100后端与水盒200之间的间隙处,所述弹力套筒15沿洗涤剂盒100推拉移动方向延伸,推杆套筒15的一端与洗涤剂盒100后端相固定连接,推杆16的伸缩端自推杆套筒15的另一端伸出、并与水盒200内壁相限位接触;推杆套筒15的轴向长度小于等于洗涤剂盒100与水盒200之间间隙距离;在弹簧17处于自由状态时,推杆16伸缩端探出长度与推杆套筒15轴向长度之和大于水盒200与洗涤剂盒100后壁之间间隙距离,以实现洗涤剂盒100推入水盒200内安装、被弹力组件自动推弹处水盒200的目的。
实施例六
如图1至图12和图19、图20所示,本实施例介绍了一种推弹式洗涤剂盒100,包括安装于洗衣机壳体300上的水盒200,水盒200内安装有可拉出、推入的洗涤剂盒100;所述洗涤剂盒100的左右两侧分别设有沿洗涤剂盒100轴线平行方向延伸的、下端开口的滚轮导槽6,所述水盒200的内壁上安装有多个轮面沿滚轮导槽6轴线方向设置的滑轮1,所述滑轮1的上部伸入滚轮导槽6中、并与滚轮导槽6顶壁相接触;所述滚轮导槽6的末端设有供滑轮1进入滚轮导槽6的开口27。
本实施例中,滚轮导槽伸入水盒200的一端设有便于滑轮1滑入滚轮导槽6内的开口27,所述开口27为自内向外逐渐扩宽宽度的喇叭状开口27,以引导滑轮1自喇叭状开口27处进入滚轮导槽6内,并通过设置逐渐向外扩款的喇叭状开口27使滑轮1快速、便捷的滑入滚轮导槽6内部。
本实施例中,所述开口27的至少一侧设有导向筋28,所述导向筋28为自开口27向外逐渐向远离滚轮导槽6轴线方向倾斜的弧形面。优选的,洗涤剂盒100左右两侧分别设有滚轮导槽6,左右滚轮导槽6的开口27靠近洗涤剂盒100轴线方向一侧分别设有向外弯曲延伸的导向筋28,导向筋28分别自开口27相外逐渐远离洗涤剂盒100轴线方向;滚轮导槽6的开口27另一侧的导向筋28的端面为自外向内逐渐向开口内部倾斜的斜面,以进一步引导滑轮方便的滑入滚轮导槽内。
本实施例中,导向筋28的端面为自外向内逐渐向开口内部倾斜的斜面,以使得滚轮导槽6的开口端面为逐渐向开口27内部倾斜的斜面,进而引导滑轮1进入开口27、并自开口27进入滚轮导槽6内。
本实施例中,所述洗涤剂盒100的左右两侧分别设有沿洗涤剂盒100轴线平行方向延伸的、下端开口的滚轮导槽6,所述水盒200的内壁上安装有多个轮面沿滚轮导槽6轴线方向设置的滑轮1,所述滑轮1的上部伸入滚轮导槽6中、并与滚轮导槽6顶壁相接触。
本实施例中,所述洗涤剂盒100的前端设有把手400,滚轮导槽6的前端被把手400密封设置,滚轮导槽6的后端设有供滑轮1进入滚轮导槽6的开口27,在洗涤剂盒100安装和拆卸时,仅需将洗涤剂盒100滚轮导槽6后端所设开口27对准对应侧滑轮1,就可实现洗涤剂盒100的快速组装和拆卸。
实施例七
如图1至图12所示,本实施例介绍了一种推弹式洗涤剂盒100,包括安装于洗衣机壳体上的水盒200,水盒200内安装有可拉出、推入的洗涤剂盒100;所述洗涤剂盒100上设有至少一个定位柱,所述水盒200上设有与定位柱相对应设置的定位孔,以在洗涤剂盒100推入水盒200后定位柱插入对应的定位孔中。
通过在洗涤剂盒100与水盒200之间设置设置对应插接的定位柱和定位孔,以在定位柱作用下使洗涤剂盒100推入水盒200的对应位置,进而保证洗涤剂盒100外周缝隙的均匀度,提高洗涤剂盒100外侧的美观度。
本实施例中,洗涤剂盒100上设有截面为圆形的第一定位柱2和截面为非圆形的第二定位柱2;水盒200上设有与第一定位柱2相对应设置的、截面为对应圆形的第一定位孔和与第二定位柱3相对应设置的、截面为对应非圆形的第二定位孔。优选的,第二定位柱3为截面时方形的柱状结构,第二定位孔为截面时对应方形的孔状结构。
通过在洗涤剂盒与水盒之间设置截面不同的两个定位柱,令截面为圆形的第一定位柱为洗涤剂盒插入提供引导作用,并使截面为方形的第二定位柱为洗涤剂盒提供洗涤剂盒推拉方向相垂直面上的定位,避免洗涤剂盒在竖直方向上产生偏移。
本实施例中,各定位柱均沿洗涤剂盒100推拉方向延伸,以便于引导洗涤剂盒100推入。
本实施例中,定位柱的端部为逐渐收窄直径的锥形面;优选的,定位孔的底面为与定位柱端部相贴合设置的对应锥形面,以利于引导定位柱插入定位孔中。
本实施例中,所述洗涤剂盒100的端部设有把手400,把手400与水盒200相贴合的一侧安装有向水盒200方向延伸的定位柱,水盒200外端面设有与定位柱相插接的对应定位孔。
本实施例中,把手400外周凸出洗涤剂盒100外周设置,把手400外周凸出洗涤剂盒100的左右两侧分别设置有第一定位柱2和第二定位柱3。
本实施例中,水盒200的前端设有与把手400相对应设置的安装部,安装部与洗衣机壳体300一体设置;安装部设有与第一定位柱2和第二定位柱3分别相同轴、同截面对应设置的第一定位孔和第二定位孔。
通过将定位柱安装于洗涤剂盒前端的把手后侧,使定位柱被隐藏于洗涤剂盒与水盒相接触面之间;并令两个定位柱分别设置于洗涤剂盒左右两侧,使洗涤剂盒左右两侧间隙分别被对应调整,避免洗涤剂盒作用方向偏移情况的发生,进一步保证洗涤剂盒外周间隙的均匀度。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,包括安装于洗衣机壳体上的水盒,水盒内安装有可拉出、推入的洗涤剂盒;其特征在于:水盒和洗涤剂盒之间设有推弹锁组件,以对洗涤剂盒提供推弹外力后改变锁组件的锁制状态,使水盒与洗涤剂盒锁定或解锁;水盒和洗涤剂盒之间还设有弹力组件,用于提供推弹出洗涤剂盒的动力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述的水盒与洗涤剂盒之间设有滑轨,滑轨上设有多个与洗涤剂盒相接触的滑轮,以降低洗涤剂盒拉出、推入过程摩擦。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒的左右两侧分别设有沿洗涤剂盒轴线平行方向延伸的、下端开口的滚轮导槽,所述水盒的内壁上安装有多个轮面沿滚轮导槽轴线方向设置的滑轮,所述滑轮的上部伸入滚轮导槽中、并与滚轮导槽顶壁相接触。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述滑轮的中心处设有中心轴,所述中心轴水平、可绕轴旋转的安装于水盒上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述滑轮的中心轴为独立设置,中心轴自滑轮中心水平贯穿,中心轴的两端分别穿入安装槽的左右侧壁,滑轮可相对中心轴、和/或滑轮与中心轴共同绕中心轴轴线旋转;或者,中心轴与滑轮为一体件,中心轴的左右两端超出滚轮左右侧、并可旋转的穿入安装槽的左右侧壁。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,滑轮中心处与安装槽的左右侧壁相贴合接触,滑轮外周与滚轮导槽的左右侧壁相间隔分离,滑轮外周与滚轮导槽的顶壁相贴合接触。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,滑轮的中心处设有沿轴向向左右两侧分别凸出的限位凸,两侧限位凸的外侧面分别为与安装槽的左右侧壁相限位接触的竖直面;滑轮的外周设有沿轴向向左右两侧分别水平折弯的折弯部,滑轮径向方向的折弯部外侧面为轴线水平设置的圆柱面,圆柱面与滚轮导槽顶壁相贴合接触。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,水盒左右侧壁的折弯部水平设置于同一高度面,折弯部的外侧与竖直向上延伸的第一竖直部相连接,折弯部的内侧与竖直向下延伸的第二竖直部相连接;第一竖直部与滚轮导槽的外侧相对应设置、第二竖直部与洗涤剂盒的侧壁相对应设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒的顶部设有扣合设置的上盖,所述水盒的顶壁安装有多个竖直安装的、凸出顶壁下表面设置的限位滑轮,以降低洗涤剂盒拉出、推入过程摩擦。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述水盒的顶壁设有多个倒置的安装槽,各安装槽内分别安装有竖直设置的限位滑轮,限位滑轮的中心轴与洗涤剂盒的推拉运动方向相垂直。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,各限位滑轮的下端分别与洗涤剂盒的上盖之间相间隔一定间隙。
  12. 根据权利要求9至11任一所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,水盒顶壁上设有至少两列限位滑轮,每列包括沿洗涤剂盒推拉运动方向间隔排布的多个限位滑轮,两列限位滑轮分别设置于洗涤剂盒左右两侧的对应上方;优选的,两列限位滑轮相对洗涤剂盒轴线对称设置。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12任一所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒上设有锁舌,水盒上安装有与锁舌相对应设置的推弹锁;在洗涤剂盒推入水盒、并施加推弹外力后锁舌伸入推弹锁内并锁紧;在再次施加推弹外力后锁舌与推弹锁相解 锁。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述推弹锁包括推弹锁本体,推弹锁本体内安装有凸轮,凸轮上设有与锁舌端部锁钩相配合锁制的凹槽;推弹锁本体内还安装有锁扣簧片,锁扣簧片的一端固定、另一端设有与凸轮上的锁扣滑道相配合的锁扣,以锁制或解锁凸轮旋转动作。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种推弹锁,其特征在于,凸轮的外周分别设有径向凸出的第一凸起和第二凸起,所述第一凸起和第二凸起之间的间隙构成与锁舌端部锁钩相对应配合的凹槽;所述锁舌的端部与第一凸起相限位接触,锁舌端部设有供第二凸起插入的锁钩孔,使锁舌端部的锁钩扣合于第一凸起和第二凸起之间的凹槽内;优选的,凸轮处安装有扭簧,扭簧为凸轮提供阻止其受推杆向里推动而旋转的回复力。
  16. 根据权利要求13至15任一所述的一种推弹锁,其特征在于,所述凸轮的外周面上设有第三凸起,所述第三凸起构成限制锁扣簧片端部的锁扣产生滑动位移的锁扣滑道;所述锁扣滑道包括依次首尾相连的滑动锁制面、锁扣槽面和滑动解锁面;在推弹外力作用下,使自由状态的锁扣沿滑动锁制面移动至锁扣槽面中,使锁扣簧片端部的锁扣锁紧凸轮;在再次施加退弹外力作用后,使锁扣滑出锁扣槽面并沿滑动解锁面移动至自由状态,使凸轮呈自由旋转状态。
  17. 根据权利要求13至16任一所述的一种推弹锁,其特征在于,所述锁扣簧片的一端经螺栓与推弹锁本体相固定安装,使锁扣簧片可产生相对弹性旋转和/或位移,令锁扣簧片另一端的锁扣受凸轮旋转而沿第三凸起构成的锁扣滑道产生移动。
  18. 根据权利要求1至17任一所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述弹力组件包括推杆套筒,插接入推杆套筒中、并可沿轴向滑动的推杆,推杆的一端经压缩的弹簧与推杆套筒相连接、另一端可伸缩的穿过推杆套筒的对应端开口;推杆套筒与水盒或洗涤剂盒相固定连接,推杆的伸缩端与洗涤剂盒或水盒相对应贴合接触,以对洗涤剂盒产生外拉移动时提供推弹力。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,洗涤剂盒后端的左右两侧分别安装有至少一个弹力组件。
  20. 根据权利要求1至19任一所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,滚轮导槽伸入水盒的一端设有便于滚轮滑入滚轮导槽内的开口,所述开口为自内向外逐渐扩宽宽度的喇叭状开口。
  21. 根据权利要求1至20任一所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒上设有至少一个定位柱,所述水盒上设有与定位柱相对应设置的定位孔,以在洗涤剂盒推入水盒后定位柱插入对应的定位孔中。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,洗涤剂盒上设有截面为圆形的第一定位柱和截面为非圆形的第二定位柱;水盒上设有与第一定位柱相对应设置的、截面为对应圆形的第一定位孔和与第二定位柱相对应设置的、截面为对应非圆形的第二定位孔。
  23. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于:安装有上述权利要求1至22任一所述的推弹式洗涤剂盒。
