Description

一种推弹式洗涤剂盒及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机领域,尤其是涉及一种应用于洗衣机的推弹式洗涤剂盒,特别涉及一种便于安装的、应用于洗涤剂盒的滑轮组件。
背景技术
现有滚筒洗衣机的洗涤剂盒都是通过手动抽拉进行开合和关闭。为了方便用户抽拉洗涤剂盒,通常将洗涤剂盒上设计方便用户握持的扣手槽,然而,扣手槽会影响滚筒洗衣机的整体外观,且扣手位置容易积灰尘。
另外,洗涤剂盒的抽拉开合和关闭,需要借助与洗涤剂盒上设置的锁制倒扣等机械结构,以实现洗涤剂盒的锁制闭合。因此,需要用户进行手动操控,用户手感和体感不一,使用舒适度不高。
同时,由于现有洗涤剂盒在抽拉过程中,由于洗涤剂盒体于外部水盒之间的摩擦作用力,用户需对洗涤剂盒施加一较大的外力才可实现抽拉动作。因此,为了减小摩擦,一般需在洗涤剂盒与水盒之间加装辅助装置,以减小洗涤剂盒抽拉过程中的摩擦力。但是,现有方案中的辅助装置无法实现与洗涤剂盒的快速组装,会产生拖慢洗衣机生产节奏等问题。
为此,本发明在于提出一种用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,以解决以上问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,以对洗涤剂盒提供推弹外力后,使实现洗涤剂盒自动打开或锁制的目的;另一目的在于,减少洗涤剂盒推拉移动过程中的摩擦力,实现洗涤剂盒快速、便捷打开的目的;本发明的又一目的在于提供一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,以实现对滑轮组件进行快速组装、降低洗涤剂盒生产复杂度的目的。
为实现该目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,包括安装于洗衣机壳体上的水盒,水盒内安装有可拉出、推 入的洗涤剂盒;所述的洗涤剂盒上安装有至少一个滑轮组件,滑轮组件的安装壳与洗涤剂盒相固定安装,安装壳内安装有可绕轴旋转的滑轮,滑轮部分轮面自开口穿出安装壳、并与水盒相限位接触,以降低洗涤剂盒拉出、推入过程摩擦。
进一步,滑轮的中心设有水平设置的、向两侧凸出延伸的中心轴,中心轴与安装壳的侧壁相对应插接固定,使滑轮可产生相对安装壳的、绕中心轴的旋转;优选的,安装壳内部中空以构成供滑轮安装的、顶部敞口设置的腔室,滑轮的中心靠近敞口设置,令滑轮上部自敞口穿出并凸出于安装壳外部设置。
进一步,安装壳上设有与洗涤剂盒相固定安装的安装结构,所述安装结构与开口分别设于安装壳的相对两侧;优选的,安装壳与开口相对的一侧设有向外凸出延伸的插接部,插接部的延伸端设有向一侧水平凸出的卡扣。
进一步,所述洗涤剂盒的底壁上安装有多个轮面沿洗涤剂盒抽拉方向设置的滑轮组件,各滑轮组件的滑轮下部自安装壳开口穿出并与水盒底壁相接触。
进一步,所述水盒的左右两侧分别设有沿洗涤剂盒轴线平行方向延伸的、上端开口的滚轮导槽,所述洗涤剂盒的外壁上安装有多个轮面沿滚轮导槽轴线方向设置的滑轮组件,所述滑轮的下部自安装壳开口穿出并伸入滚轮导槽中、与滚轮导槽底壁相接触。
进一步,所述洗涤剂盒的左右侧壁分别设有向外水平凸出的折弯部,所述折弯部对应设于滚轮导槽的上方;折弯部上设有多个间隔设置的安装槽,各安装槽内分别安装有一对应设置的滑轮组件,各滑轮组件上安装的滑轮上部自安装壳敞口穿出,穿出部分的滑轮轮面伸入滚轮导槽内并与底壁相接触。
进一步,安装槽的顶部设有贯穿水盒壁的插孔,滑轮组件的安装壳上侧所设插接部对应的、自下至上的插入插孔中,插接部上端的卡扣穿过插孔并与插孔外周相对应卡接,以使安装壳与安装槽相卡接固定;优选的,安装槽的底壁与安装壳下侧相对应贴合接触,卡扣与安装壳底壁之间距离等于安装槽底壁的厚度,令安装壳经卡扣相限位抵触的卡接于安装槽上。
进一步,所述洗涤剂盒的顶壁设有多个安装槽,各安装槽内分别安装有一对应设置的滑轮组件,各滑轮组件上安装的滑轮上部自安装壳敞口穿出,穿出部分的滑轮轮面与水盒顶壁相限位抵触。
进一步,洗涤剂盒顶壁上设有至少两列滑轮组件,每列包括沿洗涤剂盒推拉运动方 向间隔排布的多个滑轮组件,两列滑轮组件分别设置于洗涤剂盒左右两侧;优选的,两列滑轮组件相对洗涤剂盒轴线对称设置。
进一步,各滑轮均竖直设置,滑轮的中心轴与滚轮导槽的轴线方向相垂直;优选的,各竖直设置的滑轮穿出开口部分的轮面顶端处于同一水平面。

进一步,所述水盒的左右侧壁分别设有向内水平弯折的折弯部,所述折弯部对应设于滚轮导槽的下方;折弯部上设有多个间隔设置的安装槽,各安装槽内分别安装有一对应设置的滑轮组件,各滑轮组件上安装的滑轮上部自安装可敞口穿出,穿出部分的滑轮轮面伸入滚轮导槽内并与顶壁相接触。
进一步,安装槽的底部设有贯穿水盒壁的插孔,滑轮组件的安装壳下侧所设插接部对应的、自上至下的插入插孔中,插接部下端的卡扣穿过插孔并与插孔外周相对应卡接,以使安装壳与安装槽相卡接固定;优选的,安装槽的底壁与安装壳下侧相对应贴合接触,卡扣与安装壳底壁之间距离等于安装槽底壁的厚度,令安装壳经卡扣相限位抵触的卡接于安装槽上。

进一步,水盒顶壁上设有至少两列滑轮组件,每列包括沿洗涤剂盒推拉运动方向间隔排布的多个滑轮组件,两列滑轮组件分别设置于洗涤剂盒左右两侧的对应上方;优选的,两列滑轮组件相对洗涤剂盒轴线对称设置。
进一步,各滑轮均竖直设置,滑轮的中心轴与滚轮导槽的轴线方向相垂直;优选的,各竖直设置的滑轮穿出开口部分的轮面顶端处于同一水平面。
本发明还提供了一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机上装有如上任一所述的推弹式洗涤剂盒。

通过将洗涤剂盒与水盒之间经滑轮滑轨结构进行安装,使得洗涤剂盒水盒之间位移接触处的摩擦由滑动摩擦改为滚动摩擦,大大降低了洗涤剂盒推拉过程中的摩擦力,提高了洗涤剂盒被推弹打开过程的平顺性;
同时,通过将滑轮经安装壳对应卡接于洗涤剂盒上所设的安装槽内,令滑轮组件集成了供转轴安装的壳体,避免了需对洗涤剂盒安装槽加设安装孔、简化了洗涤剂盒的生产复杂度;
还有,将滑轮经安装壳对应插入洗涤剂盒上所设安装槽内并经卡扣相对应卡接固定,使滑轮与洗涤剂盒的装配效率大大提升,进而令洗衣机的生产速率得到显著加快。
同时,本发明结构简单,效果显著,示意推广使用。

如图1-7所示,本发明的实施例介绍了一种安装于洗衣机上的推弹式洗涤剂盒,其包括安装于洗衣机壳体300上的水盒200,水盒200内安装有可拉出、推入的洗涤剂盒100;水盒200和洗涤剂盒100之间设有推弹锁组件,以对洗涤剂盒提供推弹外力后改变弹力锁组件的锁制状态,使水盒200与洗涤剂盒100锁定或解锁;水盒200和洗涤剂盒100之间还设有弹力组件,用于提供推弹出洗涤剂盒的动力。所述的水盒200与洗涤剂盒100之间设有滑轨结构,以使洗涤剂盒沿滑轨结构推拉开闭;所述滑轨结构包括多个与洗涤剂盒100相接触的滑轮1,以降低洗涤剂盒拉出、推入过程摩擦。
本发明实施例中,用户在将洗涤剂盒100沿滑道结构推入水盒200后,向洗涤剂盒100施加一推弹外力使推弹锁组件改为锁止状态,令洗涤剂盒100被锁定在水盒200内,以使洗涤剂盒100内的洗涤剂可随洗衣机进水进行投放;在洗涤剂盒100内洗涤剂需进行补充时,用户再向水盒200内锁定安装的洗涤剂盒100施加一推弹外力,使推弹锁组件改为解锁状态,同时弹力组件向洗涤剂盒100提供一向外推出的动力,令洗涤剂盒100受推出动力的作用、沿滑轨结构并在较小摩擦力的滑轮1辅助下被推出水盒200,实现洗涤剂盒受推弹外力自动打开、锁制的目的。
通过在洗衣机上安装受推弹锁控制、弹力组件提供推出动力的洗涤剂盒,使得洗涤剂盒仅需较小的推弹外力就可实现自动锁定、推弹打开的使用目的,令洗涤剂盒具备了推弹式开闭的功能;同时,将洗涤剂盒经与滑轮相配合的滑轨结构安装于水盒中,使得洗涤剂盒的位移摩擦改为滑动摩擦,降低了洗涤剂盒被拉出过程的摩擦力,提高了洗涤剂盒被推弹打开过程的平顺性。
实施例一

本实施例中介绍了一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,包括安装于洗衣机壳体上的水盒200,水盒200内安装有可拉出、推入的洗涤剂盒100;本实施例中,所述洗涤剂盒100的顶壁设有多个安装槽9,各安装槽9内分别安装有一对应设置的滑轮组件,各滑轮组件上安装的滑轮1上部自安装壳29敞口穿出,穿出部分的滑轮1轮面与水盒200顶壁相限位抵触。
通过在洗涤剂盒上盖与水盒顶壁之间设置多个限位滑轮,以避免洗涤剂盒上盖与水盒顶壁之间产生直接接触,令洗涤剂盒推拉过程中限位滑轮对洗涤剂盒上盖提供滑动摩擦力,实现洗涤剂盒上盖与水盒之间位移接触处的摩擦由滑动摩擦改为滚动摩擦,大大降低了洗涤剂盒推拉过程中的摩擦力。
通过将滑轮经安装壳对应卡接于洗涤剂盒上所设的安装槽内,令滑轮组件集成了供转轴安装的壳体,避免了需对洗涤剂盒安装槽加设安装孔、简化了洗涤剂盒的生产复杂度;还有,将滑轮经安装壳对应插入洗涤剂盒上所设安装槽内并经卡扣相对应卡接固定,使滑轮与洗涤剂盒的装配效率大大提升,进而令洗衣机的生产速率得到显著加快。
本实施例中,洗涤剂盒100顶壁上设有至少两列滑轮组件,每列包括沿洗涤剂盒100 推拉运动方向间隔排布的多个滑轮组件,两列滑轮组件分别设置于洗涤剂盒100左右两侧;优选的,两列滑轮组件相对洗涤剂盒100轴线对称设置。
本实施例中,各滑轮1均竖直设置,滑轮1的中心轴与滚轮导槽6的轴线方向相垂直;优选的,各竖直设置的滑轮1穿出开口部分的轮面顶端处于同一水平面。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,包括安装于洗衣机壳体上的水盒,水盒内安装有可拉出、推入的洗涤剂盒;其特征在于,所述的洗涤剂盒上安装有至少一个滑轮组件,滑轮组件的安装壳与洗涤剂盒相固定安装,安装壳内安装有可绕轴旋转的滑轮,滑轮部分轮面自开口穿出安装壳、并与水盒相限位接触,以降低洗涤剂盒拉出、推入过程摩擦。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,滑轮的中心设有水平设置的、向两侧凸出延伸的中心轴,中心轴与安装壳的侧壁相对应插接固定,使滑轮可产生相对安装壳的、绕中心轴的旋转;
    优选的,安装壳内部中空以构成供滑轮安装的、顶部敞口设置的腔室,滑轮的中心靠近敞口设置,令滑轮上部自敞口穿出并凸出于安装壳外部设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,安装壳上设有与洗涤剂盒相固定安装的安装结构,所述安装结构与开口分别设于安装壳的相对两侧;
    优选的,安装壳与开口相对的一侧设有向外凸出延伸的插接部,插接部的延伸端设有向一侧水平凸出的卡扣。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒的底壁上安装有多个轮面沿洗涤剂盒抽拉方向设置的滑轮组件,各滑轮组件的滑轮下部自安装壳开口穿出并与水盒底壁相接触;
    优选的,所述水盒的左右两侧分别设有沿洗涤剂盒轴线平行方向延伸的、上端开口的滚轮导槽,所述洗涤剂盒的外壁上安装有多个轮面沿滚轮导槽轴线方向设置的滑轮组件,所述滑轮的下部自安装壳开口穿出并伸入滚轮导槽中、与滚轮导槽底壁相接触。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒的左右侧壁分别设有向外水平凸出的折弯部,所述折弯部对应设于滚轮导槽的上方;折弯部上设有多个间隔设置的安装槽,各安装槽内分别安装有一对应设置的滑轮组件,各滑轮组件上安装的滑轮上部自安装部敞口穿出,穿出部分的滑轮轮面伸入滚轮导槽内并与底壁相接触。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,安装槽的顶部设有贯穿洗涤剂盒壁的插孔,滑轮组件的安装壳上侧所设插接部对应的、自下至上的插入插孔中,插接部上端的卡扣穿过插孔并与插孔外周相对应卡接,以使安装壳与安装槽相卡 接固定;
    优选的,安装槽的顶壁与安装壳上侧相对应贴合接触,卡扣与安装壳底壁之间距离等于安装槽顶壁的厚度,令安装壳经卡扣相限位抵触的卡接于安装槽上。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒的顶壁设有多个安装槽,各安装槽内分别安装有一对应设置的滑轮组件,各滑轮组件上安装的滑轮上部自安装壳敞口穿出,穿出部分的滑轮轮面与水盒顶壁相限位抵触。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,洗涤剂盒顶壁上设有至少两列滑轮组件,每列包括沿洗涤剂盒推拉运动方向间隔排布的多个滑轮组件,两列滑轮组件分别设置于洗涤剂盒左右两侧;
    优选的,两列滑轮组件相对洗涤剂盒轴线对称设置。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8任一所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,各滑轮均竖直设置,滑轮的中心轴与滚轮导槽的轴线方向相垂直;
    优选的,各竖直设置的滑轮穿出开口部分的轮面顶端处于同一水平面。
  10. 一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,包括安装于洗衣机壳体上的水盒,水盒内安装有可拉出、推入的洗涤剂盒;其特征在于,所述的水盒上安装有至少一个滑轮组件,滑轮组件的安装壳与水盒相固定安装,安装壳内安装有可绕轴旋转的滑轮,滑轮部分轮面自开口穿出安装壳、并与洗涤剂盒相限位接触,以降低洗涤剂盒拉出、推入过程摩擦。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,滑轮的中心设有水平设置的、向两侧凸出延伸的中心轴,中心轴与安装壳的侧壁相对应插接固定,使滑轮可产生相对安装壳的、绕中心轴的旋转;
    优选的,安装壳内部中空以构成供滑轮安装的、顶部敞口设置的腔室,滑轮的中心靠近敞口设置,令滑轮上部自敞口穿出并凸出于安装壳外部设置。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,安装壳上设有与水盒相固定安装的安装结构,所述安装结构与开口分别设于安装壳的相对两侧;
    优选的,安装壳与开口相对的一侧设有向外凸出延伸的插接部,插接部的延伸端设有向一侧水平凸出的卡扣。
  13. 根据权利要求10至12任一所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述洗 涤剂盒的左右两侧分别设有沿洗涤剂盒轴线平行方向延伸的、下端开口的滚轮导槽,所述水盒的内壁上安装有多个轮面沿滚轮导槽轴线方向设置的滑轮组件,所述滑轮的上部自安装壳开口穿出并伸入滚轮导槽中、与滚轮导槽顶壁相接触。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述水盒的左右侧壁分别设有向内水平弯折的折弯部,所述折弯部对应设于滚轮导槽的下方;折弯部上设有多个间隔设置的安装槽,各安装槽内分别安装有一对应设置的滑轮组件,各滑轮组件上安装的滑轮上部自安装可敞口穿出,穿出部分的滑轮轮面伸入滚轮导槽内并与顶壁相接触。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,安装槽的底部设有贯穿水盒壁的插孔,滑轮组件的安装壳下侧所设插接部对应的、自上至下的插入插孔中,插接部下端的卡扣穿过插孔并与插孔外周相对应卡接,以使安装壳与安装槽相卡接固定;
    优选的,安装槽的底壁与安装壳下侧相对应贴合接触,卡扣与安装壳底壁之间距离等于安装槽底壁的厚度,令安装壳经卡扣相限位抵触的卡接于安装槽上。
  16. 根据权利要求10至12任一所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述水盒的顶壁设有多个倒置的安装槽,各安装槽内分别安装有一对应设置的滑轮组件,各滑轮组件上安装的滑轮下部自安装壳敞口穿出,穿出部分的滑轮轮面与洗涤剂盒顶壁相限位抵触。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,水盒顶壁上设有至少两列滑轮组件,每列包括沿洗涤剂盒推拉运动方向间隔排布的多个滑轮组件,两列滑轮组件分别设置于洗涤剂盒左右两侧的对应上方;
    优选的,两列滑轮组件相对洗涤剂盒轴线对称设置。
  18. 根据权利要求15至17任一所述的一种推弹式洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,各滑轮均竖直设置,滑轮的中心轴与滚轮导槽的轴线方向相垂直;
    优选的,各竖直设置的滑轮穿出开口部分的轮面顶端处于同一水平面。
  19. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于:安装有上述权利要求1至18任一所述的推弹式洗涤剂盒。
