- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据调整后的绩效值,进行绩效分配处理包括:获取针对所述目标项目中的项目成员给出的互评分数;获取给出各个所述互评分数的项目成员的标识所对应的职位等级和项目参与时长;根据所对应的职位等级和项目参与时长,确定给出各个所述互评分数的项目成员的标识所对应的评分权重;将针对各项目成员给出的互评分数,按照相应给出评价的项目成员的标识所对应的评分权重进行加权求和,得到各项目成员的标识所对应的总评分数;及根据所对应的总评价分数,确定与各所述项目成员的标识对应的分配率,并按照所述分配率,对所述调整后的绩效值进行分配处理。
- 一种数据处理装置,包括:接收模块,用于接收针对目标项目的绩效值分配请求;获取模块,用于从数据库中获取所述目标项目所对应的初始的绩效值;获取与所述目标项目对应的绩效值调整因子;调整系数确定模块,用于根据所述绩效值调整因子,确定绩效值调整系数;绩效值调整模块,用于根据所述绩效值调整系数,调整所述初始的绩效值;及绩效分配模块,用于根据调整后的绩效值,进行绩效分配处理。

- 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行如下步骤:接收针对目标项目的绩效值分配请求;从数据库中获取所述目标项目所对应的初始的绩效值;获取与所述目标项目对应的绩效值调整因子;根据所述绩效值调整因子,确定绩效值调整系数;根据所述绩效值调整系数,调整所述初始的绩效值;及根据调整后的绩效值,进行绩效分配处理。
- 根据权利要求16所述的非易失性存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器所执行的获取与所述目标项目对应的绩效值调整因子包括:从数据库中查找与所述目标项目对应的技术点标识;从数据库中分别获取与各技术点标识对应的技术分值;及根据各技术点标识所对应的技术分值,确定所述目标项目所对应的技术等级,将所述技术等级作为所述绩效值调整因子;所述处理器所执行的根据所述绩效值调整因子,确定绩效值调整系数包括:根据所述技术等级,确定绩效值调整系数。
