本发明涉及一种复合机,尤其涉及一种非金属材料卷、片材通用送料机构。
背景技术
复合机在对非金属材料进行复合之前需要对非金属材料先进行送料裁剪,目前,需要复合的非金属材料一般分为片材和卷材,由于片材和卷材送料方式不一样,片材和卷材需要两台机器进行分别送料裁剪,同时与送料设备相连接的复合机也需要两台,设备投资成本高,占用空间大,适用范围小,满足不了企业的生产需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种适用范围广的非金属材料卷、片材通用送料机构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:非金属材料卷、片材通用送料机构,包括:机架,转动设置在机架上端的若干支撑辊,转动设置在机架下端的若干纠偏辊,所述支撑管和纠偏辊之间通过耐切输送带相连接,在所述机架的前端设置有片材送料台和卷材放卷装置,在所述片材送料台和卷材放卷装置后端的机架上设置有材料限位机构,在所述材料限位机构后的的机架上设置有前送料对辊,所述前送料对辊内的两个前送料辊分别位于机架上端 耐切输送带的上下两侧,在所述前送料对辊后端的机架上设置有材料检测开关,在所述材料检测开关后端的机架上设置有截断机,在所述截断机后端的机架上设置有后送料对辊,所述后送料对辊内的两个后送料辊分别位于机架上端耐切输送带的上下两侧。
本发明的优点是:上述非金属材料卷、片材通用送料机构,结构紧凑,使用方便,能够在一台机器上实现片材和卷材的送料裁剪,同时与送料设备相连接的复合机也只需要一台,设备投资成本低,占用空间小,适用范围广,满足了企业的生产需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,非金属材料卷、片材通用送料机构,包括:机架1,转动设置在机架1上端的若干支撑辊2,转动设置在机架1下端的若干纠偏辊3,所述支撑管2和纠偏辊3之间通过耐切输送带4相连接,在所述机架1的前端设置有片材送料台5和卷材放卷装置6,在所述片材送料台5和卷材放卷装置6后端的 机架1上设置有材料限位机构7,在所述材料限位机构7后的的机架1上设置有前送料对辊8,所述前送料对辊8内的两个前送料辊分别位于机架1上端耐切输送带4的上下两侧,在所述前送料对辊8后端的机架1上设置有材料检测开关9,在所述材料检测开关9后端的机架1上设置有截断机10,在所述截断机10后端的机架1上设置有后送料对辊11,所述后送料对辊11内的两个后送料辊分别位于机架1上端耐切输送带4的上下两侧。
上述非金属材料卷、片材通用送料机构输送片材时,后送料对辊11内的两个后送料辊夹紧耐切输送带4,前送料对辊8内的两个前送料辊松开耐切输送带4,通过驱动装置驱动后送料对辊11转动从而带动耐切输送带4逆时针运动,从片材送料台5处放入片材,片材在耐切输送带4的带动下向后运动,材料限位机构7可以对耐切输送带4上的片材进行限位,当片材随耐切输送带4运动至材料检测开关9处时,材料检测开关9检测到片材并将信号传递给控制装置,控制装置控制后送料对辊11内的两个后送料辊松开耐切输送带4,同时控制装置控制前送料对辊8内的两个前送料辊夹紧耐切输送带4和耐切输送带4上的片材,片材在前送料对辊8的作用下进行首次送料,把片材送入裁断机10刀模下方进行冲切,以后在前送料对辊8的作用下按设定送料长度依次冲切;控制装置程序设定,在设定冲切次数的前一刀,控制装置控制前送料对辊8打开,同时控制装置控制后送料对辊11夹紧片材进行材料的最后一次冲切;冲切完成后,耐切输送带4在后送料对辊11的作用下继续前进,直到材料检测开关9检 测到下一片材,重复上述动作。
上述非金属材料卷、片材通用送料机构输送卷材时,后送料对辊11内的两个后送料辊夹紧耐切输送带4,前送料对辊8内的两个前送料辊松开耐切输送带4,通过驱动装置驱动后送料对辊11转动从而带动耐切输送带4逆时针运动,从卷材放卷装置6处进行卷材放卷,卷材在耐切输送带4的带动下向后运动,材料限位机构7可以对耐切输送带4上的卷材进行限位,当卷材随耐切输送带4运动至材料检测开关9处时,材料检测开关9检测到卷材并将信号传递给控制装置,控制装置控制后送料对辊11内的两个后送料辊松开耐切输送带4,同时控制装置控制前送料对辊8内的两个前送料辊夹紧耐切输送带4和耐切输送带4上的卷材,卷材在前送料对辊8的作用下进行首次送料,把卷材送入裁断机10刀模下方进行冲切,以后在前送料对辊8的作用下按设定送料长度依次冲切。
