Le mécanisme de convergence automatique (10), le mécanisme de préhension et d'enveloppement automatique (30), et la machine de scellement de carton (50) sont électriquement raccordés à un dispositif de commande programmable; le mécanisme de convergence automatique (10) saisit et fait converger des vêtements de différentes tailles selon une proportion prédéfinie et transporte les vêtements vers le mécanisme de préhension et d'enveloppement automatique (30) au moyen d'une bande transporteuse; le mécanisme de préhension et d'enveloppement automatique (30) saisit et enferme les vêtements dans des cartons selon la proportion de taille prédéfinie; et les cartons sont transportés vers la machine de scellement de carton (50) au moyen de la bande transporteuse. Le système d'emballage de vêtements intelligent entièrement automatique réalise une opération intégrée automatique de préhension des vêtements selon la proportion de taille, saisissant et enveloppant les vêtements dans des cartons et scellant les cartons, réduit la zone occupée, la participation manuelle, le coût de production, le taux d'erreur et le rapport de rejet de vêtements, et améliore considérablement le rendement de travail.
