Description

转向架及具有其的悬挂式列车 技术领域
本发明涉及悬挂式列车技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种转向架及具有其的悬挂式列车。
背景技术
随着城市交通拥堵问题日趋严重,为了有效缓解城市地面交通压力,悬挂式轨道交通作为新生的轨道交通系统被很多城市青睐。
相较于常规地面轨道列车系统而言,由于悬挂式列车的轨道位于列车车体上方,列车被吊在半空中行驶,因此,悬挂式轨道列车车体的转向架位于车体上方。现有技术中转向架无法适用于悬挂式列车。
发明内容
本发明提供一种转向架及具有其的悬挂式列车,以解决现有技术中的转向架无法适用于悬挂式列车的问题。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种转向架,转向架包括:构架,构架包括第一安装梁、第二安装梁以及第三安装梁,第三安装梁沿竖直方向设置,第一安装梁和第二安装梁对称设置在第三安装梁的两侧,第三安装梁用于与车厢的车顶连接;行走机构,分别设置在第一安装梁和第二安装梁上,行走机构用于在车轨上行走。
进一步地,行走机构包括:驱动部,设置在构架上;车轮,驱动部与车轮驱动连接,车轮分别设置在第一安装梁和第二安装梁上。
进一步地,驱动部包括电机和齿轮箱,电机与齿轮箱驱动连接,齿轮箱与车轮驱动连接。
进一步地,转向架还包括:导向轮,设置在构架上。
进一步地,导向轮为多个,第一安装梁的两侧和第二安装梁的两侧均设置有导向轮。
进一步地,行走机构设置在第一安装梁的底部以及第二安装梁的底部。
进一步地,转向架还包括:摇枕,设置在第三安装梁的端部,摇枕用于与车厢的顶部连接。
进一步地,构架由低碳合金材料制成。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种悬挂式列车,包括转向架,转向架为如上所述的转向架。
应用本发明的技术方案,通过提供一种包括构架和行走机构的转向架,构架包括第一安装梁、第二安装梁以及第三安装梁,第三安装梁沿竖直方向设置,第一安装梁和第二安装梁对称设置在第三安装梁的两侧,第三安装梁用于与车厢的车顶连接,行走机构分别设置在第一安装梁和第二安装梁上,行走机构用于在车轨上行走,应用此种配置方式,能够实现悬挂式列车沿车体上方轨道的正常行驶。

如图1至图2所示,本发明实施例提供一种转向架,该转向架包括构架10和行走机构,其中,构架10包括第一安装梁11、第二安装梁12以及第三安装梁13,第三安装梁13沿竖直方向设置,第一安装梁11和第二安装梁12对称设置在第三安装梁13的两侧,第三安装梁13用于与车厢的车顶连接;行走机构分别设置在第一安装梁11和第二安装梁12上,行走机构用于在车轨上行走。
应用此种配置方式,通过提供一种包括构架和行走机构的转向架,构架包括第一安装梁11、第二安装梁12以及第三安装梁13,第三安装梁13沿竖直方向设置,第一安装梁11和第二安装梁12对称设置在第三安装梁13的两侧,第三安装梁13用于与车厢的车顶连接,行走机构分别设置在第一安装梁11和第二安装梁12上,行走机构用于在车轨上行走,从而能够使悬挂式列车正常行驶在沿车体上方设置的轨道上。
具体地,在本发明中,为了实现悬挂式列车在位于车顶轨道上的行走,可将行走机构配置为包括驱动部和车轮20,驱动部设置在构架10上,驱动部与车轮20驱动连接,车轮20分别设置在第一安装梁11和第二安装梁12上。如图1所示,当悬挂式列车启动时,通过驱动部驱动车轮20,从而能够实现悬挂式列车在轨道上的行走。
为了实现对车轮的驱动,可将驱动部配置为包括电机和齿轮箱,电机与齿轮箱驱动连接,齿轮箱与车轮20驱动连接。应用此种配置方式,通过电机动作,以带动齿轮箱动作,从而实现动力的传递,进而驱动车轮20沿着悬挂式列车的轨道运行。
进一步地,在本发明中,为了实现对悬挂式列车的导向,可将转向架配置为还包括导向轮30,导向轮30设置在构架10上。
具体地,如图1所示,导向轮30为多个,第一安装梁11的两侧和第二安装梁12的两侧均设置有导向轮30。通过分别位于第一安装梁11的两侧和第二安装梁12的两侧的导向轮30,从而使得悬挂式列车在沿轨道行进时,通过导向轮30的导向,能够按照预定轨迹行进。
由于悬挂式列车的轨道位于列车轨道上方,因此,如图3所示,行走机构设置在第一安装梁11的底部以及第二安装梁12的底部。
进一步地,为了实现与车体的连接,转向架还包括摇枕,摇枕设置在第三安装梁13的端部,摇枕用于与车厢的顶部连接。
由于悬挂式列车被吊在半空中行驶,因此需要保证悬挂式列车车体的强度。在本发明中,可将构架10配置为由低碳合金材料构成,第一安装梁11、第二安装梁12以及第三安装梁13通过焊接而形成“Y”字型结构的转向架。
对于悬挂式列车,考虑成本及载客量,如图3至图4所示,可将悬挂式列车配置为包括多节车厢,每节车厢的两端均设置有转向架。由此,通过在每节车厢的两端均设置转向架,从而能够实现悬挂式列车的整体沿车体上方轨道的正常行驶。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种转向架,其特征在于,所述转向架包括:
    构架(10),所述构架(10)包括第一安装梁(11)、第二安装梁(12)以及第三安装梁(13),所述第三安装梁(13)沿竖直方向设置,所述第一安装梁(11)和所述第二安装梁(12)对称设置在所述第三安装梁(13)的两侧,所述第三安装梁(13)用于与车厢的车顶连接;
    行走机构,分别设置在所述第一安装梁(11)和所述第二安装梁(12)上,所述行走机构用于在车轨上行走。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述行走机构包括:
    驱动部,设置在所述构架(10)上;
    车轮(20),所述驱动部与所述车轮(20)驱动连接,所述车轮(20)分别设置在所述第一安装梁(11)和所述第二安装梁(12)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述驱动部包括电机和齿轮箱,所述电机与所述齿轮箱驱动连接,所述齿轮箱与所述车轮(20)驱动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述转向架还包括:
    导向轮(30),设置在所述构架(10)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述导向轮(30)为多个,所述第一安装梁(11)的两侧和所述第二安装梁(12)的两侧均设置有所述导向轮(30)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述行走机构设置在所述第一安装梁(11)的底部以及所述第二安装梁(12)的底部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述转向架还包括:
    摇枕,设置在所述第三安装梁(13)的端部,所述摇枕用于与所述车厢的顶部连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述构架(10)由低碳合金材料制成。
  9. 一种悬挂式列车,包括转向架,其特征在于,所述转向架为权利要求1至8中任一项所述的转向架。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的悬挂式列车,其特征在于,所述悬挂式列车包括多节车厢,每节所述车厢的两端均设置有所述转向架。
