本发明涉及新型卷烟技术领域,具体是一种可方便烟支取出的电加热装置。
背景技术
通过外部热源对烟草进行加热,且加热温度远低于卷烟燃烧温度,这样通过加热低温卷烟烟支,能够显著的降低卷烟燃烧产生的大量有害物质,降低二手烟对非吸烟人群的危害。外部热源加热烟草制品的新型卷烟中,通过将烟草制品加热到雾化温度,达到产生烟雾的效果。
但是现有的电加热卷烟中,加热烟支形式电加热器消费完后,有部分烟草残留在加热腔中,导致不容易清理,给后续使用带来不便。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种可方便烟支取出的电加热装置,其可解决低温烟草制品插入消费完成后烟草的取出问题,易于加热腔中烟草残留的清理。
一种可方便烟支取出的电加热装置,包括加热组件,所述加热组件包括加热腔及位于加热腔中的加热元件,所述加热腔用于容置发烟制品,其特征在于:还包括取烟组件,所述取烟组件包括滑动部件及与滑动部件联动的推拉件,所述滑动部件在推拉件带动下可沿加热腔轴向朝远离加热元件的方向移动,从而将加热腔中的发烟制品从加热腔中移出。
进一步的,还包括外壳,加热组件和取烟组件均设于外壳中。

实施例一

外壳2与加热腔壳体11之间形成一个空腔层,该空腔层可以容纳从加热装置一端插入的加热器保护层16,加热器保护层16的长度比加热针13长,用以对加热组件进行保护。加热针13过长,在外加清洗时,使用时容易折断,当加热器保护层16长过加热针13,清洗或外来受力可以受到加热器保护层16的保护。
本实例中的含有两个推拉件6,并为双侧对称。推拉件6可将滑动部件A移动,将位于加热腔12中的烟支推出,而不用将移动整个取出装置,图2中虚线所示部分为滑动部件A移动到滑轨限位件9处时的结构示意图。

图6所示的为本发明提供的另一种双侧滑动的电加热装置,其基本结构与图1结构基本相同。
为了降低加热装置的直径,将图1中的加热腔壳体11和加热器保护层16的直径设置为相同,即加热器保护层16和加热腔壳体11整体组成所述加热腔12,加热腔壳体11与外壳2螺纹或插接连接。加热器保护层16的长度比加热针13长,即加热针13位于加热器保护层16围成的腔体内。在取下外壳2时,加热腔壳体11可随着外壳2一同与加热器保护层16分离,此时加热针13仍然全部在加热腔壳体11内,防止加热针13对消费者扎伤或烫伤。
实施例四
图7所示的为本发明提供的另一种单侧滑动的电加热装置,与实施例三相比推拉件6只有一个,其他结构与图6中的结构基本相同。
上述实施例中,所述加热元件的长度为8mm-35mm,直径为0.8mm-2.2mm,表面可采用玻璃封装处理,提高发热效率。

  3. 如权利要求2所述的可方便烟支取出的电加热装置,其特征在于:所述滑动部件(A)包括圆形推板(18)及与圆形推板(18)连接的推拉件固定件(15),圆形推板(18)位于加热腔(12)中,初始位置时圆形推板(18)位于加热腔(12)底部,推拉件固定件(15)与推拉件(6)连接,所述外壳(2)上沿轴向设有用于推拉件(6)滑动的滑轨(7),推拉件(6)沿着滑轨(7)滑动进而带动推拉件固定件(15)、圆形推板(18)移动,使得圆形推板(18)由初始位置朝远离加热元件的方向移动,直至将发烟制品移出加热腔(12)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的可方便烟支取出的电加热装置,其特征在于:所述推拉件固定件(15)为对称设于圆形推板(18)的杆状结构,对应的加热腔壳体(11)轴向设有滑槽,推拉件固定件(15)从滑槽中穿出后与推拉件(6)连接,推拉件固定件(15)在推拉件(6)带动下可沿着滑槽移动。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的可方便烟支取出的电加热装置,其特征在于:还包括设于外壳(2)中的电源组件,所述电源组件用于给加热组件的加热元件提供工作电源。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的可方便烟支取出的电加热装置,其特征在于:所述电源组件包括充电模块(1)、电池(3)、控制模块(4)及
    控制按键(5),控制按键(5)与控制模块(4)连接,设于外壳(2)侧壁,充电模块(1)、电池(3)、控制模块(4)依次连接,控制模块(4)的电源输出端与加热元件连接,用于将电池(3)的工作电源提供给加热元件。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的可方便烟支取出的电加热装置,其特征在于:所述加热腔(12)由加热腔壳体(11)围设而成,所述加热腔壳体(11)为一外端开口的中空圆柱形壳体,位于加热组件前端。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的可方便烟支取出的电加热装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(2)与所述加热腔壳体(11)之间形成一个空腔层,所述空腔层中设置有用于对加热组件进行保护的加热器保护层(16),加热器保护层(16)的长度比加热元件长。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的可方便烟支取出的电加热装置,其特征在于:所述加热腔(12)由直径相同的加热器保护层(16)和加热腔壳体(11)连接围设而成,加热元件位于加热器保护层(16)围成的腔体内。
  10. 如权利要求1或3所述的可方便烟支取出的电加热装置,其特征在于:所述推拉件(6)为一个,或者对称设有两个。
