Description

一种能自动点燃或加热卷烟的装置 技术领域
本发明属于烟具领域,具体涉及一种能自动点燃或加热卷烟的装置。
背景技术
近年来,新型烟草制品快速发展,尤其电加热新型卷烟迅速兴起,销售额连年增长,而炭加热新型卷烟却是所有新型烟草制品中,在所用原材料、外观及抽吸方式方面最接近传统卷烟的产品,其区别于传统端部点燃型卷之处在于在烟支条端部设置一个碳棒端,点燃该碳棒后,通过碳棒燃烧所产生的热量或热气流来对烟支条进行传导式加热或对流式加热而使发烟材料释放烟雾,供使用者抽吸。炭加热新型卷烟保持了传统卷烟外观,维持了烟民对传统卷烟的抽吸方式,符合传统烟民的抽吸习惯,携带和使用更加方便。
但是,炭加热新型卷烟与传统卷烟一样,使用时需点燃烟支的前端,方可实现抽吸,也就是说,我们需要从烟盒中取出烟支,用打火机或者火柴点燃烟支之后才能进行抽吸,同时携带烟盒、打火机或火柴,显得不方便,在明火条件下点燃烟支,存在火灾风险等安全隐患,而且打火机内的烷烃类物质及火柴燃烧,会对环境造成一定的污染。
此外,吸烟者希望能有一种可同时提供传统卷烟、碳加热卷烟和电加热卷烟三种卷烟抽吸功能的集成型烟具,以便于携带。
由此提出了本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一方面提供了一种能自动点燃或加热卷烟的装置,其包括热源系统、控制系统和可开闭式顶盖(6),其中:
所述热源系统包括电加热腔(22)和位于电加热腔(22)底部的点火器(21),所述点火器(21)具有电热元件(212),所述电加热腔(22)具有至少一对贯穿其腔壁的电加热腔通光孔(221);
所述控制系统包括控制电路板(41)、机械开关(42)、模式切换开关(43)、红外光源(44)、光感开关(45)、装置电路总开关(46);其中机械开关(42)控制顶盖(6)的开启或闭合并控制装置电路总开关(46)的连通和断开;其中模式切换开关(43)用于在点火器(21)工作或电加热腔(22)工作二者之间进 行切换;其中所述红外光源(44)、光感开关(45)和所述电加热腔通光孔(221)布置在同一条直线上;所述光感开关(45)控制所述点火器(21)或电加热腔(22)的通电工作与否。
其中所述电加热腔(22)自身就是电发热元件,或者其侧壁上自带其它电发热元件,自身就能实现电加热功能,无需借助所述点火器(21)上的电热元件(212)实现加热。
在本发明的第一方面的优选实施方案中,所述电加热腔(22)外部具有隔热层(31),在所述电加热腔(22)与所述隔热层(31)之间可选地具有空气腔(32)。其中空气腔(32)起到辅助隔热的作用。
在本发明的第一方面的优选实施方案中,所述装置还包括备用烟支容纳盒(1),其中容纳有备用烟支8。
在本发明的第一方面的优选实施方案中,所述隔热层(31)上具有至少一对隔热层通光孔(311),所述至少一对隔热层通光孔(311)与所述至少一对电加热腔通光孔(221)布置在同一直线上,以便不影响所述红外光源44发出的红光经过所述热腔通光孔(221)和所述隔热层通光孔(311)到达所述光感开关45。
在本发明的第一方面的实施方案中,还包括电池(51)和/或充电接口(52)。使用该电池(51)和/或充电接口(52)来给整个装置供电。
在本发明的第一方面的优选实施方案中,所述电加热腔(22)能相对于所述装置可滑动地伸出或回缩的方式设置。这例如可通过以下方式来实现:所述装置还包括固定在所述电加热腔外壁并伸出所述装置外部的电加热腔滑动钮(7)。通过手动推动该滑动钮7来将电加热腔(22)相对于所述装置可滑动地伸出或回缩,使电加热腔伸出一段距离是为了使插入其中的炭加热卷烟或传统卷烟的点火端部稍微离开所述电热元件(212)底部一段距离,这样更便于点燃,以及避免点火器点火时与电加热腔下底部靠太近,造成电加热腔温度升高。
本发明的第二方面涉及一种自动点燃或加热卷烟的方法,该方法使用本发明第一方面所述的装置,该方法包括如下步骤:
1)按压机械开关(42),解锁顶盖卡扣开启顶盖(6),同时,触动装置电路总开关(46),使装置总电路连通,红外光源(4)工作,发出红光,经所述电 加热腔通光孔(221)达到所述光感开关(45);然后根据待抽吸的卷烟类型,设置模式切换开关(43):若待抽吸卷烟为碳加热卷烟或端部点燃型卷烟,则设置成点燃模式,该模式下仅点火器(21)能通电工作而电加热腔(22)不能通电工作;若待抽吸卷烟为电加热型卷烟,则设置成加热模式,该模式下仅电加热腔(22)能通电工作而点火器(21)不能通电工作;此时整个装置进入待机状态;
2)向所述电加热腔(22)中插入待抽吸的卷烟,当卷烟挡住所述红光时,光感开关(45)根据模式切换开关(43)的模式设置启动所述点火器(21)通电工作以将待抽吸卷烟的插入端点燃或启动所述电加热腔(22)通电工作以对待抽吸卷烟进行周边加热;整个装置进入工作模式。
在本发明的第二方面的优选实施方案中,还包括如下步骤:
3)当将待抽吸卷烟从所述电加热腔(22)拔出后,所述光感开关(46)感应到所述红光并将所述装置恢复至所述待机状态。
在本发明的第二方面的优选实施方案中,还包括如下步骤:
4)当将所述顶盖(6)关闭后,则所述装置总电路开关(46)切断整个装置的总电路,整个装置进入关闭状态。
本发明的优点如下:
本发明为消费者提供一种能自动点燃或加热卷烟的装置,利用独特的光感应结构和控制系统设计,可感应消费者插拔烟支的动作而自动加热外周加热型电加热新型卷烟或自动点燃炭加热新型卷烟和传统端部点燃型卷烟,是一种“三合一”型集成烟具。该自动点燃或加热卷烟的装置在安全电压通电情况下,利用电热元件发热,可在隐藏式、无明火的情况下方便地点燃或加热卷烟,避免了传统打火机和火柴在明火条件下点燃卷烟存在的火灾风险等不安全情况,以及打火机中的烷烃类物质和火柴燃烧时对环境造成污染,而且该装置还能容纳一定数量的烟支,实现了烟支容纳、烟支点火或加热工具、隐藏式无明火点火或加热功能一体化,携带、使用方便。此外,通过控制系统安全性设计,还能在消费者拔出卷烟且在规定时间范围内不插入新的卷烟时,自动关闭电源,以确保安全和节能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本附图1,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本发明的能自动点燃或加热卷烟的装置,主要包括热源系统、控制系统和可开闭式顶盖6,并任选地包括电源系统和隔热系统以及备用烟支容纳盒1。
所述热源系统包括点火器21和电加热腔22,点火器21包括基座211和电热元件212,电加热腔22包括外层和内层,外层由耐高温的绝热材料制成,内层由耐高温的高热导率材料制成,电加热腔长度等于电加热新型卷烟烟支的烟草段长度(电加热新型卷烟烟支的烟草段长度小于炭加热新型卷烟烟支和传统卷烟烟支的烟草段长度),电加热腔下部开有两个相对的电加热腔通光孔221,两个通光孔中心与红外光源44的发光点和光感开关45的光接收点在一条直线上,点火器21的核心部件为电热元件212,电加热腔22在通电时可发热,在通电状态下,点火器的电热元件温度快速升高呈红热状态对炭加热新型卷烟或传统卷烟烟支点火端进行点火,或电加热腔22产生热量对电加热新型卷烟烟支烟草段从外周向进行加热。
所述隔热系统3,主要由隔热层31和可选的空气腔32构成,隔热层的下部开有两个相对的通光孔311,两个通光孔中心与红外光源发光点和光感开关的光接收点在一条直线上。
必须指出,电加热腔22下部和隔热材料31下部各开有两个与红外光源和光感开关接收点在一条直线上的通光孔221和311,为在图中直观地展示通光孔及光传播路径,将通光孔处画成如图所示,实际上电加热腔22和隔热层31并未断 开,只是在相应位置各开了两个通光孔而已。
所述控制系统包括控制电路板41(后文中以PCBA控制中心为例)、机械开关42、模式切换开关43、红外光源44、光感开关45和装置总电路开关46。PCBA控制中心是控制系统的中枢,PCBA控制中心对机械开关的动作做出相应的响应,控制装置总电路的连通或断开;PCBA控制中心对模式切换开关的动作做出相应的响应,使装置处于点火模式(热源系统的点火器21可工作,但电加热腔22不会工作)或加热模式(热源系统的电加热腔22可工作,但点火器21不会工作);PCBA控制中心对光感开关的反馈做出相应的响应,控制热源系统电路的连通或断开;PCBA控制中心还调控着整个装置电路的安全保护功能(短路、过充、低压、超时保护等),外部对装置充电时,若出现短路或过充时,控制系统会自动断开装置电路;装置放电时,若出现短路或过放(低压)时,控制系统会自动断开装置电路;当按下机械开关,装置顶盖开启,装置总电路接通后30秒内,热源系统还未启动,则控制系统会自动断开装置总电路,关闭装置;当装置总电路和热源系统电路接通,热源系统的点火器启动达到10秒或热源系统的电加热腔启动达到330秒,控制系统会自动断开热源系统电路,但装置总电路会保持连通,若热源系统的点火器启动达到10秒或热源系统的电加热腔启动达到330秒,自动断开热源系统电路后的30秒内插入另一支烟支,则控制系统会让热源系统电路再次连通,热源系统再次工作(实现连续点燃或加热多支卷烟的功能),若热源系统的点火器启动达到10秒或热源系统的电加热腔启动达到330秒,自动断开热源系统电路后的30秒内未再插入烟支(即热源系统电路未再连通),则控制系统会自动断开装置总电路,关闭装置。每次按下机械开关开启装置顶盖的同时连通装置总电路;每次合上装置顶盖,会断开热源系统电路和装置总电路,关闭装置。
所述电源系统包括电池51和/或充电接口52。电源系统5对整个装置提供电能,具有较大电容量。充电接口52能利用外部电源对装置电源系统快速充电。
所述备用烟支容纳盒1为低热传导系数的耐高温绝热材料制成的盒式腔体,可存放若干备用烟支8。
本发明的装置工作过程如下:
初始状态下,未按下机械开关42,装置顶盖6未开启时,整个装置总电路 处于断开状态,红外光源44不工作,不会发射出光;当按下机械开关42时,装置顶盖6开启,同时机械开关触动装置总电路开关46,整个装置总电路连通,红外光源44工作,并正常发射出光,由于未插入烟支,光感开关45接收到红外光源发射出的光,热源系统电路处于断开状态,热源系统不会启动;当装置总电路连通,且烟支插入到位时,烟支下部位于红外光源44与光感开关45之间,挡住了电加热腔下部开设的两个相对的通光孔221之间的光传播路径,阻断了红外光源发射出的光,光感开关45不能正常接收到光,此时,热源系统电路连通,热源系统开始工作(根据模式切换开关43所处的模式,要么热源系统的点火器21工作,点火器温度迅速升高并处于红热状态,实现对炭加热新型卷烟或传统卷烟烟支点火端点火;要么热源系统的电加热腔22工作,电加热腔迅速发热,实现对电加热新型卷烟烟支烟草段从外周进行加热),热源系统对烟支点火或加热抽吸结束(外周电加热新型卷烟烟支需置于电加热腔内边加热边抽吸),取出烟支,当烟支取出到烟支下部离开电加热腔下部开设的两个相对的通光孔221不再挡住这两个通光孔之间的光传播路径时,烟支不再阻断红外光源发射出的光,光感开关恢复接收到红外光源发射出的光,热源系统电路断开,热源系统停止工作,但装置总电路依然处于连通状态,若再次插入烟支,热源系统电路会再次连通,热源系统会再次工作。合上装置顶盖,机械开关再次触动装置总电路开关,则会同时断开热源系统电路和装置总电路,关闭装置。
优选地,可增设一个电加热腔滑动钮7,将电加热腔设计为可向上滑动一定距离的腔体(通过电加热腔滑动钮7,可使电加热腔22向上滑动一定距离及恢复原始位置),电加热腔下部和电加热腔外周隔热材料下部的在一条直线上且中心相对的四个通光孔设置在距离电加热腔底端8mm位置(这样可清楚地识别烟支是否已插入或是否已拔出),通光孔直径≤2mm,滑动距离优选3mm—6mm(保证电加热腔向上滑动最大距离之后,电加热腔底端部分仍可完全阻断红外光源与光感开关之间的光传播路径,确保红外光源发射出的光不被光感开关所接收到)。这样设计的优点是,当抽吸炭加热新型卷烟或传统卷烟烟支时(装置模式切换开关处于点火模式),由于电加热腔往上移动一段距离,电加热腔底端与烟支点火端端部不再对齐,即烟支点火端不再被电加热腔下部所包围,而是裸露在电加热腔的外部,使得点火器能更加方便、快速地点燃烟支点火端,而且点火器与电加 热腔底端有一定距离,使得点火器不会直接加热到电加热腔底部,造成电加热腔温度升高(由于使用炭加热新型卷烟或传统卷烟烟支,模式切换开关处于点火模式,电加热腔不会工作,此时的电加热腔只起到容纳和定位待点火烟支的作用)。当抽吸外周电加热新型卷烟烟支,模式切换开关处于加热模式时,电加热腔位于初始位置不往上移动;当抽吸炭加热新型卷烟或传统卷烟,模式切换开关处于点火模式时,在插入炭加热新型卷烟烟支或传统卷烟烟支的同时,将电加热腔往上移动设定距离(务必在装置模式切换开关处于点火模式,且炭加热新型卷烟或传统卷烟烟支插入的同时或插入之后,方可将电加热腔往上移动,优选插入烟支的同时,将电加热腔往上移动),否则电加热腔往上移动会阻断红外光源和光感开关之间的光传播路径,光感开关接收不到红外光源发射出的光,PCBA控制中心会默认已经插入烟支而连通热源系统电路启动热源系统),电加热腔往上移动距离优选设定3mm-6mm。当点火器对炭加热新型卷烟或传统卷烟烟支点火结束后,应及时将电加热腔往下移动恢复到初始位置,随后即刻取出炭加热新型卷烟或传统卷烟烟支(若直接将点火后的烟支取出,电加热腔此刻处在往上移动后的位置,电加热腔下部阻断了红外光源与光感开关之间的光传播路径,即点火后的烟支取出后,因光感开关不能接收到红外光源发射出的光,热源系统的点火器启动未达到10秒的情况下点火器会继续工作,造成能源浪费和产生不必要的热量,所以,理想情况是,在取出点火后的炭加热新型卷烟烟支和传统卷烟烟支之前或同时,将电加热腔往下移动恢复原位,然后将炭加热新型卷烟或传统卷烟烟支取出电加热腔)。
优选地,装置烟支容纳腔1的空间尺寸,可根据炭加热新型卷烟、传统卷烟或外周电加热新型卷烟烟支包装烟盒的外观尺寸进行设计,即可将一盒由包装烟盒封装好的烟支直接连同烟盒一起盛放于烟支容纳腔中,这样可实现在装置顶盖开启期间(如装置正在点燃和加热卷烟期间),能够很好地保证烟支容纳腔中盛放的烟支的清洁卫生。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种能自动点燃或加热卷烟的装置,其包括热源系统、控制系统和可开闭式顶盖(6),其特征在于:
    所述热源系统包括电加热腔(22)和位于电加热腔(22)底部的点火器(21),所述点火器(21)具有电热元件(212),所述电加热腔(22)具有至少一对贯穿其腔壁的电加热腔通光孔(221);
    所述控制系统包括控制电路板(41)、机械开关(42)、模式切换开关(43)、红外光源(44)、光感开关(45)、装置电路总开关(46);其中机械开关(42)控制顶盖(6)的开启或闭合并控制装置电路总开关(46)的连通和断开;其中模式切换开关(43)用于在点火器(21)工作或电加热腔(22)工作二者之间进行切换;其中所述红外光源(44)、光感开关(45)和所述电加热腔通光孔(221)布置在同一条直线上;所述光感开关(45)控制所述点火器(21)或电加热腔(22)的通电工作与否。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的能自动点燃或加热卷烟的装置,其特征在于:所述电加热腔(22)外部具有隔热层(31),在所述电加热腔(22)与所述隔热层(31)之间可选地具有空气腔(32)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的能自动点燃或加热卷烟的装置,其特征在于:所述装置还包括备用烟支容纳盒(1)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的能自动点燃或加热卷烟的装置,其特征在于:所述隔热层(31)上具有至少一对隔热层通光孔(311),所述至少一对隔热层通光孔(311)与所述至少一对电加热腔通光孔(221)布置在同一直线上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的能自动点燃或加热卷烟的装置,其特征在于:还包括电池(51)和/或充电接口(52)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的能自动点燃或加热卷烟的装置,其特征在于:所述电加热腔(22)能相对于所述装置可滑动地伸出或回缩的方式设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的能自动点燃或加热卷烟的装置,其特征在于:还包括固定在所述电加热腔外壁并伸出所述装置外部的电加热腔滑动钮(7)。
  8. 一种自动点燃或加热卷烟的方法,该方法使用根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    1)按压机械开关(42),解锁顶盖卡扣开启顶盖(6),同时,触动装置电 路总开关(46),使装置总电路连通,红外光源(4)工作,发出红光,经所述电加热腔通光孔(221)达到所述光感开关(45);然后根据待抽吸的卷烟类型,设置模式切换开关(43):若待抽吸卷烟为碳加热卷烟或端部点燃型卷烟,则设置成点燃模式,该模式下仅点火器(21)能通电工作而电加热腔(22)不能通电工作;若待抽吸卷烟为电加热型卷烟,则设置成加热模式,该模式下仅电加热腔(22)能通电工作而点火器(21)不能通电工作;此时整个装置进入待机状态;
    2)向所述电加热腔(22)中插入待抽吸的卷烟,当卷烟挡住所述红光时,光感开关(45)根据模式切换开关(43)的模式设置启动所述点火器(21)通电工作以将待抽吸卷烟的插入端点燃或启动所述电加热腔(22)通电工作以对待抽吸卷烟进行周边加热;整个装置进入工作模式。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:
    3)当将待抽吸卷烟从所述电加热腔(22)拔出后,所述光感开关(46)感应到所述红光并将所述装置恢复至所述待机状态。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:
    4)当将所述顶盖(6)关闭后,则所述装置总电路开关(46)切断整个装置的总电路,整个装置进入关闭状态。
