本申请实施例的实施方案:一种环保烟斗,香烟(15)内置于烟杆(14)中,烟杆(14)与烟斗盒(1)组合一体形成一个内部空间相对封闭的烟斗,吸烟时内置的电路控制板(8)按设定的程序控制烟丝分离器(2)工作,将香烟(15)的部分烟丝分离,再将分离出来的烟丝送至点烟 器(3)并点燃烟丝,烟丝燃烧产生的烟通过烟雾过滤装置(21)过滤后从烟嘴(11)吸出,当分离出来的烟丝燃烧完毕,预设程序控制烟灰通道阀门(5)打开使烟灰进入烟灰收容器(18),需要再次吸烟时,重复循环一次,上述循环过程每次点燃的只是分离出来的部分烟丝,香烟(15)本身并不参与燃烧。电路控制板(8)的控制程序预先设定或设置手机APP应用程序,通过手机APP智能控制软件设定。
本申请实施例的具体实施方式:设一个大小能内置香烟的烟杆(14),烟杆(14)底部装有压簧(12)和顶针(13),烟杆(14)的内部空间设有导向槽使顶针(13)只能轴向运动不能径向转动,烟杆(14)后部空间安装烟雾过滤装置(21),烟雾过滤装置(21)后面设置烟嘴(11),烟杆(14)与烟斗盒(1)配合组合成一个内部空间相对封闭的烟斗,在烟斗盒(1)内部沿香烟(15)前端轴向位置依次安装有烟丝分离器(2)、点烟器(3)、进气单向阀(4)、烟灰通道阀门(5)和烟灰收容器(18),烟丝分离器(2)与电机齿轮(16)及电机(6)联动由电路控制板(8)控制其工作,点烟器(3)由电路控制板(8)控制其启动及设定工作时间,点烟器(3)侧面装有温控传感器(19),温控传感器(19)连接电路控制板(8),当点烟器(3)工作过于频繁使烟斗盒(1)温度超过设定值时,电路控制板(8)断开点烟器(3)电路使其暂停工作,进气单向阀(4)的进气道与烟斗盒(1)的进气口(17)连通,进气单向阀(4)常态处于关闭,以免烟斗盒(1)中的烟灰外漏,当通过烟嘴(11)吸烟时会在烟斗盒内(1)内部产生一个空气负压,负压使进气单向阀(4)阀门自动打开,外界空气进入点烟器(3),协助点烟器(3)内的烟丝燃烧,烟灰通道阀门(5)为一个电磁阀结构由电路控制板(8)控制,常态是关闭使烟灰收容盒(18)内的烟灰不会倒流出来,当点烟器(3)内的烟丝燃烧完毕,电路控制板(8)控制烟灰通道阀门(5)电磁阀打开阀门,烟灰靠重力落入烟灰收容盒(18)后烟灰通道阀门(5)的阀门靠内置弹簧重新关闭,烟斗盒(1)内部装有电池(9)为电路控制板(8)和电机(6)等提供电能,充电插口(10)用于电池(9)充电,启动按钮(7)安装在烟斗盒(1)外侧配置成触发电路控制板(8)启动预设的控制程序工作。电路控制板(8)的控制程序可以在电路模块中设定或设置手机APP应用程序,通过无线或蓝牙信号由手机APP智能控制软件控制。
本申请实施例的工作原理及使用方法:使用时,先把烟杆(14)从烟斗盒(1)上拆卸出来,将香烟(15)装入烟杆(14)内,再将烟杆(14)与烟斗盒(1)重新组合,烟杆(14)与烟斗盒(1)拆卸设计是为方便香烟(15)放入以及一支烟吸用完毕后烟蒂的处理,组合方式可以用卡槽、磁吸和轴销等方法。烟丝分离器(2)在本实施例图3中的图示结构是旋转刀片的工作方式,由于香烟(15)的后面设有顶针(13),顶针(13)后面设有压簧(12),所以香烟(15)始终有一个向烟丝分离器(2)方向运动与旋转刀片接触的力,顶针(13)的作用是靠弹簧(12)的压力将部分顶针尖头压入香烟(15)后部过滤海绵内与香烟(15)连成一体,使香烟(15)与顶针(13)一样只能轴向运动不会跟着烟丝分离器(2)旋转,利用旋转刀片将烟丝从香烟(15)中切割分离出来,每次烟 丝分离的量由电机(6)工作时间来设定,假设电机旋转一秒能切割出0.1克的烟丝,二秒就是0.2克以此类推,切割出来的烟丝利用旋转刀片安装角度产生的轴向推力及烟丝本身的重力向下落向点烟器(3),点烟器(3)由陶瓷等耐高温材料制作,点烟器(3)内空间装有电热丝配置成点燃烟丝,点火时间的长短由控制电路板根据需要设定,点烟器(3)的电热丝工作及烟丝燃烧会在烟斗盒(1)内部产生局部高温,所以与点烟器(3)直接接触的部件需要用金属材料制作便于储热散热。烟斗盒(1)在点烟器(3)的周边设有散热孔(20)配置成对外散热,由于电热丝每次工作时间很短,烟丝每次燃烧的量很少,每次产生的热量并不多,以及吸烟都是间歇行为,所以烟丝在烟斗盒(1)内部短暂的燃烧是可行的,如果点烟器(3)工作过于频繁,使烟斗盒(1)温度超过温控传感器(19)设定值的范围,电路控制板(8)预设的程序断开点烟器(3)的工作电路起到保护作用,等温度正常再恢复点烟器(3)工作。单向进气阀(4)用金属材料制作与点烟器(3)合排安装,一是烟丝燃烧时提供空气通道,二是起到散热片的作用,三是平时封闭进气口(17)防止内部烟灰外漏,单向进气(4)与点烟器(3)在实际应用中可以合并设计。烟灰通道阀门(5)与点烟器(3)配合安装,也需要用金属材料制作,平时处于常闭状态,其阀门闭合时起到点烟器(3)烟丝燃烧室托底作用,以免烟丝分离器(2)切割出来的烟丝还没燃烧就落入烟灰收容器(18)内,当烟丝一次性燃烧完毕,由电路控制板(8)预设程序控制烟灰通道阀门(5)附带的电磁阀工作打开阀门,使烟丝燃烧后产生的烟灰下落至烟灰收容器(18)内。烟灰收容器(18)与烟斗盒(1)活动配合,可以是卡槽、卡销和磁吸等方式,方便其拆卸出来处理收容的烟灰。启动按钮(7)配置成触发电路控制板(8)预设的控制程序启动工作,电路控制板(8)的控制程序设定为:启动按钮(7)→电机(6)带动烟丝分离器(2)定时工作2秒→点烟器(3)定时工作3秒→烟灰通道阀门(5)延时5秒后打开阀门1秒后关闭→一个工作流程结束,控制时间数值是理论上假设,实际应用要根据电机转速和电磁阀功率大小按需要设定,也可以在需要控制的部位设传感器,根据传感器检测信号启动控制程序,电路控制程序可以通过电路控制模块预设也可以在电路控制板(8)中设置手机APP应用程序,通过手机APP智能软件控制,手机APP智能控制软件可以通过控制烟丝分离器(2)的工作时间来控制每次烟丝分离量大小,就能间接控制单次点烟的出烟量大小;通过电路模块检测点烟器(3)的点火工作次数就能统计每日吸烟次数;通过设置电路控制板(8)检测烟斗盒(1)与烟杆(14)的拆卸次数就能统计每日吸烟支数;通过设置电路控制(8)检测顶针(13)在烟杆(14)中的位置就能计算出环保烟斗内香烟(15)的余量;通过手机APP智能控制环保烟斗每次点烟量大小等工作程序,环保烟斗每日吸烟次数、显示剩余烟量和剩余电量等工作状态信息在手机上显示,使环保烟斗具备智能控制功能。烟雾过滤装置(21)常规情况下可采用过滤绵、过滤纸、活性炭和纳米微粒等材料,过滤材料作为耗材使用一段时间需要清洗或更新,在本实施例图2中烟雾过滤装置(21)设置在烟杆(14)的外壳边缘方便需要更新时抽出,在对烟雾净化要求较 高不计成本的场合,过滤装置也可采用风机离心、负离子和光触媒等方式,也可多种方式叠加应用,本申请提供一种对烟雾进行二次过滤的解决方案,具体的过滤材料和过滤方法可根据不同的应用场合对过滤级别的要求、选择过滤装置的实施方案。
以上是本申请的较佳实施例,具体实施细节根据需要有多种选择:烟斗盒(1)与烟杆(14)组合成一个烟斗,在本实施例是一个盒状外型,只要能内置香烟,外形可以根据需要设计成各种形状;烟丝分离器(2)用于烟丝分离,方式上也可以采用如锯齿切割等各种机械装置;点烟器(3)在本实施例中图示的是电热丝形式,也可以采用如电弧和激光等各种能将烟丝点燃的装置;单向进气阀(4)主要配置成防止内部烟灰外漏,如果对产品要求不高的场合,也可以省略单向阀,直接用小口径进气孔代替;烟灰通道阀门(5)在实施例中是电磁阀形式,也可以用微电机驱动等方式;启动按钮(7)配置成触发电路的控制程序工作,可以用按键型、也可以是触摸型和感应型等方式;电路控制板(8)配置成控制烟丝分离器(2)、点烟器(3)和烟灰通道阀门(5)等按预设程序工作,是比较简单的开关电路,一般自动控制专业工程师都能实施,在本实施例中省略电路图,电路控制程序可以在电路控制板(8)的电路模块上预设或通过在环保烟斗外壳表面设置显示屏控制与显示,但产品体积不大设置显示屏不是较佳方案也会增加较多成本,在智能手机普及的情况下,应用手机APP智能软件控制是一种较佳实施方案,电子产品通过手机APP智能控制已经是较为成熟的技术,如市场上很多风扇、空调和电饭煲等电子产品都带有手机APP智能控制功能,该专业一般工程技术人员都能理解及实施这项技术,本申请只提出智能控制的解决方案,省略手机APP控制的实施细节;烟丝分离器(2)、点烟器(3)、进气单向阀(4)、烟灰通道阀门(5)和烟灰收容器(18)的安装位置,在本实施例中为方便图示沿香烟(15)轴向安装,实际应用中可以根据烟斗盒(1)的形状变通位置;散热孔(20)用于散热,在散热要求较高的场合也可以设置由电路控制板(8)控制的微电机散热风扇,增强散热效果。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种环保烟斗,用于吸烟的烟具;其特征在于:香烟内置烟斗中,吸烟时将香烟部分烟丝分离,然后将分离出来的烟丝点燃。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保烟斗,其特征在于:所述环保烟斗内设有烟丝分离器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保烟斗,其特征在于:所述环保烟斗内设有点烟器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保烟斗,其特征在于:所述环保烟斗内设有烟灰收容器。
  5. 一种实施权利要求1的附加过滤装置;其特征在于:环保烟斗内设烟雾过滤装置,烟丝燃烧产生的烟经烟蒂过滤后再由烟雾过滤装置对有害成份进行二次过滤。
  6. 一种实施权利要求1的控制方案;其特征在于:在环保烟斗内设电路控制板,烟丝分离、点烟和烟灰处理由电路控制板按设定控制程序自动完成。
  7. 一种实施权利要求1或权利要求6的智能控制方案;其特征在于:电路控制板设置手机APP应用程序,连接手机APP软件,由手机控制环保烟斗工作程序,环保烟斗工作状态通过手机APP显示。
