本发明实施例所述的“气溶胶生成装置”是指用于为气溶胶生成制品提供热能或电能的装置,例如烟具。本发明实施例所述的“气溶胶生成制品”是指包含烟料,能够通过加热产生气溶胶,例如烟气或雾气的产品,例如加热不燃烧烟、烟弹或烟支,优选为一次性使用的制品。
请参阅图1,所述气溶胶生成装置200可开设有用于容纳所述气溶胶生成制品的烟支容纳腔210。所述烟支容纳腔210在其长度方向X上可设置有一开口端212。当所述气溶胶生成制品通过所述开口端212容纳于所述烟支容纳腔210中时,所述气溶胶生成装置200能够为所述气溶胶生成制品提供热能或电能。在一实施例中,所述烟支容纳腔210内壁上可设置有能够与所述气溶胶生成制品的外表面贴合的加热器,或者所述烟支容纳腔210中可设置有能够插入所述气溶胶生成制品内部的长条状加热器。在另一实施例中,所述气溶胶生成制品本身含有通电加热元件,例如所述通电加热元件可包覆烟料、被烟料包覆和/或置于烟料中,所述烟支容纳腔210内部可设置有能够与所述通电加热元件电连接的电极。
请一并参阅图2至图4,本发明实施例提供一种清洁工具300,用于清洁所述气溶胶生成制品在所述气溶胶生成装置200的烟支容纳腔210中加热时残留在所述烟支容纳腔210内壁和/或加热器上的沉积物。本发明将在气溶胶生成制品加热时可能会残留有沉积物的烟支容纳腔210内壁和/或加热器的表面定义为待清洁面。
所述清洁工具300可包括清洁单元310和驱动单元320。所述清洁单元310可具有沿其长度方向相对设置的第一端和第二端,所述第一端用于从所述烟支容纳腔210的开口端212伸入所述烟支容纳腔内210内对所述烟支容纳腔210的待清洁面进行清洁。所述驱动单元320与所述清洁单元310的第二端连接,用于带动所述清洁单元310运动。在一实施例中,当所述清洁单元310插入所述气溶胶生成装置200的烟支容纳腔210内时,所述驱动单元320可带动所述清洁单元310相对于所述烟支容纳腔210转动,从而与所述烟支容纳腔210的待清洁面(例如烟支容纳腔的内壁或设置于烟支容纳腔内的加热器的表面)发生摩擦,实现对所述烟支容纳腔210内残留的沉积物的清洁。
所述驱动单元320可设置靠近所述清洁单元310的第二端的抵接面3242。所述烟支容纳腔210的开口端212能够沿所述烟支容纳腔210的长度方向X抵接在所述抵接面3242上。所述驱动单元320可通过所述烟支容纳腔的开口端与所述抵接面的抵接而启动。在将清洁单元310插入烟支容纳腔210的过程中,清洁单元310与烟支容纳腔210之间可能存在一定的夹角,如果此时驱动单元320被误启动,特别是在清洁单元310完全插入烟支容纳腔210之前驱动单元320被误启动,会使清洁单元310与烟支容纳腔210之间发生剧烈摩擦或者发生碰撞而造成清洁工具300和/或气溶胶生成装置200的损坏。本发明通过使得清洁单元310完全插入所述烟支容纳腔210时,能够使烟支容纳腔210的开口端212抵接于抵接面3242,通过该抵接来启动驱动单元320,避免了清洁单元310未完全插入烟支容纳腔210时,清洁单元310的旋转轴与烟支容纳腔210的中轴线之间还存在夹角时,驱动单元320被误启动而使清洁单元310与烟支容纳腔210之间发生剧烈摩擦或者发生碰撞。
进一步地,当所述烟支容纳腔210的开口端沿所述烟支容纳腔210的长度方向X抵接在所述抵接面上3242时,所述清洁单元310的第一端能够与所述烟支容纳腔210的底端接触,从而在所述驱动单元320开启时,所述清洁单元310能够对所述烟支容纳腔210的周壁和底壁进行全面彻底的清洁。
在一实施例中,所述清洁单元310可包括支撑部312和被所述支撑部312支撑的清洁部314。所述清洁单元310可通过所述支撑部312与所述驱动单元320连接。所述清洁部314可包括刷毛、清洁布、吸附材料(例如发泡塑料、发泡橡胶、天然纤维、人造纤维、纺织品等)等具有清洁功能的材料。所述清洁部314可设置在所述支撑部312上,例如可缠绕或者包覆在所述支撑部312上。当所述清洁单元310完全插入所述烟支容纳腔210时,使所述清洁单元310的旋转轴与所述烟支容纳腔210的中轴线平行,从而使所述清洁单元310相对于所述烟支容纳腔210转动时,所述清洁部314只与所述烟支容纳腔210的待清洁面发生适度摩擦而不会与所述烟支容纳腔210发生碰撞。
在一实施例中,所述驱动单元320可包括驱动装置322和支架324。所述驱动装置322可与所述清洁单元310连接并带动所述清洁单元310运动。在一实施例中,所述驱动装置322是电机。所述电机的转动轴可与所述支撑部312连接。所述支架324用于支撑所述驱动装置322。所述支架324在清洁工具300的清洁过程中,相对于所述气溶胶生成装置200的位置固定。在一实施例中,所述支架324设置于所述驱动装置322的外围并支撑所述驱动装置322。例如,所述支架324可形成有用于容纳所述驱动装置322的第一容纳腔。所述驱动装置322可固定设置于所述第一容纳腔内。所述清洁单元210的端部可进入所述第一容纳腔内与所述驱动装置322连接。
所述抵接面3242可设置在所述支架324上。当所述清洁单元310完全插入所述烟支容纳腔210时,所述烟支容纳腔210的开口端212可抵接在所述抵接面3242上,从而使所述支架324与所述气溶胶生成装置200的相对位置固定。所述抵接面3242的形状可以与所述烟支容纳腔210的开口端212的形状相匹配。在一实施例中,所述抵接面3242可以是环形面。所述抵接面3242可设置在所述第一容纳腔的内壁上。例如,所述第一容纳腔的内壁可形成阶梯,所述抵接面3242可以为阶梯的一个台阶面。
请参阅图4,在一实施例中,所述驱动单元320还包括用于控制所述驱动装置322开闭的按压启动键323。所述按压启动键323可设置在所述抵接面3242上,当所述气溶胶生成装置200抵接在所述抵接面3242上时,对所述按压启动键323进行按压而启动所述驱动装置322。
所述按压启动键的设置方式不限,只要能够通过所述按压启动键323控制所述驱动装置322的开闭即可。在一实施例中,所述清洁工具300可进一步包括电源330。所述电源330与所述驱动装置322之间设置有启动开关(图未示),可通过所述按压启动键323来控制所述启动开关的开闭,从而接通或断开所述电源330与所述驱动装置322之间的电连接。例如,所述启动开关可以是启动电容,所述按压启动键323可改变所述启动电容两个极板之间的距离;或者所述启动开关可以是包含有压力传感器的压气开关,所述按压启动键323的按压可被所述压力传感器检测到,进而控制压气开关的开闭。
在一实施例中,所述按压启动键323包括至少两个子按压启动键3232,只有当所述至少两个子按压启动键3232全部被按下时,所述驱动装置322才能被启动。通过这样设置,可以进一步保证当所述气溶胶生成装置200完全抵接在所述抵接面3242上时,所述驱动装置322才能被启动。所述至少两个子按压启动键3232可以均匀地设置在所述抵接面3242上。
在另一实施例中,所述按压启动键323可为弧形启动键,所述弧形启动键的周长可大于所述环形抵接面3242内周长的1/2,所述驱动单元320通过按压全部所述弧形启动键来启动,从而保证当所述清洁单元310与所述烟支容纳腔210之间没有夹角,且所述气溶胶生成装置200完全抵接在所述抵接面3242上时,所述驱动装置322才能被启动。
在一实施例中,所述驱动单元320与所述电源330相对设置。所述驱动单元320与所述电源330之间可使用第一弹性元件326隔开一定距离,在所述驱动装置322的电源接口连接导电片328。当所述抵接面3242上没有承受压力时,所述导电片328通过所述第一弹性元件326与所述电源330的正极和/或负极间隔设置。当所述气溶胶生成装置200抵接在所述抵接面3242上并向所述抵接面3242施加压力时,所述第一弹性元件326被压缩,使得所述导电片328与所述电源330的正极和/或负极接触,从而实现所述电源330与所述驱动装置322的电连接。所述第一弹性元件326可以是压簧、弹性柱等。所述导电片328可以是能够导电的弹片等。
所述清洁工具300还可包括用于容纳所述驱动单元320和所述电源330的外壳342。在一实施例中,所述驱动单元320可在所述外壳342中滑动,所述电源330可固定在所述外壳342中,当所述驱动单元320被外力推向所述电源330时,所述第一弹性元件326被压缩,使得所述导电片328与所述电源330的正极和/或负极接触,从而实现所述电源330与所述驱动装置322的电连接。
所述清洁工具300还可包括用于保护所述清洁单元310的保护盖348。所述保护盖348具有一两端开口的第二容纳腔,所述第二容纳腔用于容置所述清洁单元310。所述保护盖348可以防止所述清洁单元310碰触到其他物品而发生损坏。所述保护盖348可固定在所述外壳342上。所述保护盖348可与所述外壳342可拆卸地固定连接。在一实施例中,所述保护盖348设置有外螺纹,所述外壳342设置有内螺纹,所述保护盖348可以与所述外壳342螺纹连接。当需要对所述清洁单元310进行更换时,可先将所述保护盖348取下,以方便地更换所述清洁单元310。气溶胶生成装置200可穿过所述保护盖348的第二容纳腔并抵接在所述抵接面3424上。将所述保护盖348固定在所述外壳342而非所述支架324上,所述保护盖348的内壁起到引导气溶胶生成装置200插入的作用,在所述气溶胶生成装置200穿过所述保护盖348的第二容纳腔时,即使所述气溶胶生成装置200不小心碰触到所述保护盖348,也不会使所述支架324相对于所述电源330运动而使所述驱动装置322被误启动,气溶胶生成装置200的烟支容纳腔210的开口端212穿过所述保护盖348的第二容纳腔,并抵接在所述抵接面3424上,所述驱动装置322才会启动。
所述清洁工具300还可包括设置在所述外壳342远离所述驱动单元320一端的底盖346。在一实施例中,所述底盖346与所述外壳342可拆卸连接。当需要更换所述电源330,例如电池时,可将所述底盖346拆下进行电池的更换。所述清洁工具300还可包括用于容纳所述清洁单元310的上盖344。所述上盖344可与所述外壳342可拆卸连接。在一实施例中,所述上盖344设置有内螺纹,所述外壳342上设置有外螺纹,所述上盖344可与所述外壳342螺纹连接。当需要清洁气溶胶生成装置200时,可将所述上盖344取下,并使所述气溶胶生成装置200穿过所述保护盖348的第二容纳腔中并抵接在所述抵接面3424上。
在一实施例中,所述外壳342沿其长度方向靠近所述驱动单元320的一端可设置有第一内螺纹和第二外螺纹。所述上盖344可设置有与所述第一内螺纹相配合的第一外螺纹。所述保护盖348可设置有与所述第二外螺纹相配合的第二内螺纹。所述保护盖348可通过所述第二内螺纹和所述第二外螺纹固定设置在所述外壳342的一端。所述上盖344可通过所述第一内螺纹和所述第一外螺纹固定设置在所述外壳342上,并将所述保护盖348容纳于其中。在对所述气溶胶生成装置200进行清洁时,可仅将所述上盖344取下,并将所述气溶胶生成装置200的烟支容纳腔210的开口端212从所述保护盖348第二容纳腔中穿过并抵接在所述抵接面3424上。
本发明提供的清洁工具,只有当所述清洁单元完全插入到所述烟支容纳腔后,才能够启动所述驱动装置,避免在所述清洁单元的插入过程中所述驱动装置被误启动,而使没有对准的清洁单元与烟支容纳腔发生碰撞造成损坏。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种清洁工具,用于对气溶胶生成装置的烟支容纳腔进行清洁,其特征在于,包括:
    清洁单元,用于对所述烟支容纳腔的待清洁面进行清洁,所述清洁单元具有沿其长度方向相对设置的第一端和第二端,所述第一端用于从所述烟支容纳腔的开口端伸入所述烟支容纳腔内;以及
    驱动单元,与所述清洁单元的第二端连接,用于带动所述清洁单元运动,其中,所述驱动单元设置有靠近所述清洁单元的第二端的抵接面,所述烟支容纳腔的开口端能够沿所述烟支容纳腔的长度方向抵接在所述抵接面上;
    其中,所述驱动单元通过所述烟支容纳腔的开口端与所述抵接面的抵接而启动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁工具,其特征在于,当所述烟支容纳腔的开口端沿所述烟支容纳腔的长度方向抵接在所述抵接面上时,所述清洁单元的第一端能够与所述烟支容纳腔的底端接触。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述驱动单元包括:
    驱动装置,与所述清洁单元的第二端连接,用于带动所述清洁单元运动;以及
    支架,用于支撑所述驱动装置,其中,所述抵接面设置在所述支架上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述支架形成第一容纳腔,所述驱动单元固定于所述第一容纳腔内,所述抵接面设置于所述第一容纳腔的内壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述抵接面的形状与所述烟支容纳腔的所述开口端的形状相匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述抵接面上设置有用于启动所述驱动单元的按压启动键。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述按压启动键包括至少两个子按压启动键,所述驱动单元通过同时按压所述至少两个子按压启动键来启动。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的清洁工具,其特征在于,所述抵接面为环形抵接面,所述按压启动键为弧形启动键,所述弧形启动键的周长大于所述环形抵接面内周长的1/2,所述驱动单元通过按压全部所述弧形启动键来启动。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的清洁工具,其特征在于,还包括电源,所述电源通过启动开关与所述驱动单元电连接,所述按压启动键用于控制所述启动开关的开闭。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁工具,其特征在于,还包括电源,所述驱动单元与所述电源相对设置,所述驱动单元与所述电源之间通过第一弹性元件隔开,所述驱动单元的电源接口连接导电片;
    当所述抵接面没有承受压力时,所述导电片通过所述第一弹性元件与所述电源的正极和/或负极间隔设置;当所述气溶胶生成装置抵接在所述抵接面上并向所述抵接面施加压力时,所述第一弹性元件被压缩,使得所述导电片与所述电源的正极和/或负极接触。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的清洁工具,其特征在于,还包括用于容纳所述电源和所述驱动单元的外壳,所述驱动单元能够在所述外壳中沿所述外壳的长度方向滑动,所述电源在所述外壳中位置固定。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁工具,其特征在于,还包括保护盖,所述保护盖两端开口并具有第二容纳腔,所述保护盖的一端与所述外壳固定连接,所述清洁单元容纳于所述第二容纳腔中,所述烟支容纳腔的开口端能够穿过所述第二容纳腔抵接在所述抵接面上。
