背景技术

申请号为CN201610246284.1的中国专利,公开了一种通过烟气在烟支中回流的方式降低烟气的温度,但是该种烟支结构不适应外围加热,外围加热由于烟草对烟气的节流,烟支中烟丝的长度基本与受热区域一致,也就会导致靠近烟丝端的嘴棒在受热过程中容易产生热塌陷,导致嘴棒变形,也不易降低烟支的温度。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟烟支。

一种可降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,包括依次连接的过滤嘴1、耐温中空段和烟草段2,其中耐温中空段由耐温空心段外壳3、吸热层9、耐温空心段中空层4和组成,耐温中空层4为空心结构,且耐温空心段外壳3内层可涂布一层相变吸热材料(例如 聚乳酸)的吸热层9,或者在耐温空心段中空层4中包裹该相变吸热材料。耐温中空段的耐温空心段外壳3可由耐高温材料制成,例如耐高温的纤维材料、陶瓷材料、无纺布、纸,其中纤维材料可为耐受一定高温的天然纤维、人造纤维等多种纤维材料。所述耐温空心段中空层为疏松多孔的结构或中空结构,其中疏松多孔通气方向最佳为与烟气流通方向一致,即不改变烟气的气流方向,不影响烟支的抽吸阻力。本实施例中耐温空心段外壳3由空心纸卷制为空心棒状结构,空心纸棒的壁厚(即耐温空心段外壳3的厚度)为0.6mm。

实施例三
图3所示为本发明提供的一种可降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,包括依次连接的过滤嘴1、耐温中空段及烟草段2,其中耐温中空段由耐温空心段外壳3、吸热层9和耐温空心段中空层4组成,在耐温空心段外壳3一定的位置上进行打孔处理,即形成气孔5。在该种烟支外围加热消费时,受热烟草段2中的热气流顺着烟支的方向流经到耐温空心段中空层4中,与耐温空心段中空层4的冷空气混合。从气孔5进入的外部冷空气一起与烟草段2中的热气流混合,同时,耐温空心段外壳3内层涂布一层相变吸热材料(例如聚乳酸)的吸热层9,相变材料通过相变,吸收热气流中的热量,共同降低烟气中的温度。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,其特征在于:所述的烟草段由如下组分按照质量百分比组成:烟丝5%-77%、烟草薄片20%-92%、雾化剂2%-40%、辅料0-10%、烟草提取物0.1%-20%、烟用香精香料0.01%-6%、热敏胶囊0-5%,热敏胶囊中包裹有香料水或水,所述的热敏胶囊受热温度超过210℃后,释放所含的香料水或水,通过水或香料的吸热,降低卷烟烟气温度。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的具有降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,其特征在于:所述过滤嘴段(1)中添加有易碎香料胶囊(8)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的具有降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,其特征在于:耐温空心段中空层(4)为疏松多孔的结构或中空结构,其中疏松多孔的结构的通气方向与烟气流通方向一致。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的具有降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,其特征在于:所述中空结构的截面形状为圆形、正方形、长方形或三角形。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的具有降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,其特征在于:所述相变吸热材料包括羟基丙烯酸树脂和聚乳酸中的一种或其混合。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的具有降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的 低温卷烟,其特征在于:所述耐高温材料为耐高温的纤维材料、陶瓷材料、无纺布、或纸。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的具有降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,其特征在于:所述耐温空心段外壳(3)的壁厚为0.5-1.1mm。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的具有降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,其特征在于:所述过滤嘴(1)靠近或远离耐管控温中空段设有一中空段。
  10. 如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的具有降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,其特征在于:所述耐温空心段外壁(3)上形成有与耐温空心段中空层(4)连通的气孔(5)。
  11. 一种具有降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,包括过滤嘴(1)、烟草段(2),其特征在于:还包括设于过滤嘴(1)和烟草段(2)之间的耐温中空段,所述耐温中空段由耐温空心段外壳(3)和耐温空心段中空层(4)组成,所述耐温中空段由耐高温材料制备成空心棒状结构,耐高温材料即形成耐温空心段外壳(3),耐温空心段外壳(3)围成的腔体结构即为耐温空心段中空层(4),耐温空心段外壳(3)内层附有吸热材料或者在耐温空心段中空层(4)中填充有吸热材料。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的具有降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,其特征在于:所述吸热材料包括羟基丙烯酸树脂、聚乳酸、聚乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酸酯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、陶瓷、金属中的一种或其混合。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的具有降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,其特征在于:所述耐温中空段与所述烟草段(2)之间设有空心段,所述空心段由不具有吸热性质的外壳围设形成。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的具有降低烟气温度和防止嘴棒热塌陷的低温卷烟,其特征在于:过滤嘴(1)段的外壁上径向设有气孔。
