本实用新型提供了一种加热非燃烧烟芯,如图1和图2所示,所述加热非燃烧烟芯包括发烟段100、降温段200和过滤段300。所述发烟段100是一个位于所述加热非燃烧烟芯端部的筒状结构,内部填充有烟料。如图5所示,在实际应用中,所述发烟段100内填充的烟料可以为烟叶,香草,茶,沉香,百合,桂花等植物的根、茎、叶、花、果实等植物组织的再加工原料,使所述发烟段100在加热时产生香气,并且可以满足不同使用者的口味需求。所述发烟段100在加热时,所述发烟段100内部的烟料产生烟气但并不燃烧,因此避免了烟料燃烧产生有害物质,更有利于使用者的健康。

在一种实现方式中,构成所述降温段管壁210的多孔结构的材料可以是空心棉、珍珠棉等。在本实施例中,所述降温段管壁210的材料使用的是空心棉材料。首先,空心棉材料不仅具有良好的降温效果,而且空心棉材料与现有技术中常用的硅胶材料相比,密度较小因此重量更轻,降低了运输成本。其次,与现有技术常用的硅胶材料相比,空心棉材料的价格更低,可以节约生产成本。再次,在制作所述降温段管壁210的生产过程中,使用空心棉的生产效率更高。在实际应用中,在制做所述降温段管壁210的过程中,空心棉材料是先蓬松后抽丝塑型再裁切成段,达到80M/分钟的速度;而硅胶材料是挤出线型材料再裁切成段,速度只有10M/分钟,因此使用空心棉材料可以提高生产效率。最后,空心棉是可以降解的材料,对环境更友好,有利于环保。
如图1所示,所述第一烟通路220是由所述降温段管壁210环绕而成的通路,从所述发烟段100产生的烟气可以在所述第一烟通路220内与所述降温段管壁210发生碰撞并损失热量,降温后的烟气再从所述第一烟通路220传递到所述过滤段300。通过所述第一烟通路220,从所述发烟段100产生的温度较高的烟气有效地降温到一个适宜的温度再被使用者吸入,避免了使用者被烟气灼伤,提高了使用的安全性。
