一种带有增香降温过滤模块的烟具 技术领域
本申请涉及一种带有增香降温过滤模块的烟具,尤其涉及一种带有增香降温过滤模块的低成本电子烟/低温加热不燃烧卷烟。
背景技术
电子烟工作时,烟油在雾化系统的电加热元件上受热气化成高温蒸汽,蒸汽在大气中膨胀冷凝成烟状的微小液滴,从而形成类似传统卷烟的烟雾供使用者吸食。低温加热不燃烧卷烟,具有“加热(<500℃)烟丝或烟草提取物而非燃烧烟丝”的特点,在满足消费者烟草特征感受的同时,它大大减少了烟草高温燃烧热裂解和热合成产生的有害成分。
目前,电子烟的口味主要由电子烟烟液中的香精香料、萃取物等决定;低温加热不燃烧卷烟口味主要取决于低温加热不燃烧卷烟烟草配方。消费者要想品吸不同口味的电子烟或低温加热不燃烧卷烟需要更换不同口味的电子烟烟液或者烟弹(雾化器),或者是通过调配不同的烟草配方,使用过程极为不便且变更口味成本较高。
此外,不管是电子烟产品还是低温加热不燃烧卷烟,对于烟气的降温是方便使用的关键。电子烟产品主要采用较长的烟气通道或者其他结构实现电子烟烟气降温的目的,避免烟气温度过高烫伤使用者,并没有专有的降温结构;低温加热不燃烧卷烟产品目前主要通过烟支上的降温结构实现降低烟气温度,避免烟气温度过高烫伤使用者,但是目前常见的降温结构与烟支相连,烟支工艺较为复杂、成本较高。
另外,针对烟气的过滤,.电子烟产品尚无专有过滤结构技术;低温加热不燃烧卷烟产品主要采用滤棒过滤,结构形式相对单一,过滤效果较差。
发明内容
为了解决目前电子烟产品以及低温加热不燃烧卷烟所存在的不易口味变更、降温装置以及过滤工艺繁琐、产品成本高的问题,本发明提供了一种低成本的增香降温过滤模块,该模块可以与电子烟产品或低温加热不燃烧卷烟配套使用,在提高用户体验的同时,可以降低生产成本。
一方面,本发明提供了一种带有增香降温过滤模块的烟具,所述烟具包括增香降温过滤模块1和发烟模块2,所述增香降温过滤模块1包括增香过滤段101、降温段103以及过滤段104,所述增香过滤段101中含有增香介质;
所述发烟模块2为电子烟和/或低温加热不燃烧卷烟;
所述增香降温过滤模块1和发烟模块2可拆卸的连接。
在一个实施方式中,所述增香降温过滤模块1和发烟模块2通过接口105连接;在其他的实施方式中,所述增香降温过滤模块1置于发烟模块2的烟气通道中。
所述增香过滤段101、降温段103以及过滤段(104)的长度比例为(0.5-1):(1-2):(0.5-1),优选1:2:1,使得增香降温过滤模块美观协调、便于生产加工,同时,满足使用者的抽吸口感需求。
所述增香过滤段101中含有增香介质。在一个实施方式中,所述增香介质为爆珠,烟气经过捏爆的爆珠时,可实现对烟气增香的效果;在其他的实施方式中,增香介质可以为香囊或柱状的香料,当烟气经过增香介质时,可以是实现对烟气增香的效果;在其他的实施方式中,增香介质可以为食品安全、具有吸附性能的纤维材料,可以在纤维材料上附着香精香料。所述增香过滤段101的材质也可以采用醋酸纤维以及活性炭或聚丙烯纤维等其他材质。
所述降温段103采用可以对烟气进行降温的材料或结构。在一个实施方式中,可以采用PLA材料褶皱成型,使得烟气经过该段时接触面积更大、路径更长以及气流压力的变化实现烟气降温的目的;在其他的实施方式中,降温段还可以为对烟气味道影响较小的,可以增加烟气通过实践的折叠状薄片,可形 成大小、形状不规则的烟气通道,降低烟气温度。
所述过滤段104采用可以对烟气进行过滤的材料或结构。在一个实施方式中,可以采用醋酸纤维材质;在其他的实施方式中,还可以采用活性炭、聚丙烯纤维等其他材质。
本发明的有益效果:采用增香降温过滤模块实现在电子烟与低温加热不燃烧卷烟使用过程中变更口味、降低烟气温度、过滤烟气大颗粒/有害物质。
增香降温过滤模块与电子烟/低温加热不燃烧卷烟气道连接,其内的致香成分通过电子烟雾化烟气/低温加热不燃烧卷烟烟气经抽吸作用进入使用者口腔,实现改善电子烟烟气口味的目的。
电子烟雾化烟气/低温加热不燃烧卷烟烟气在经过增香降温过滤模块后,温度能够降低,避免烟气温度过高烫伤使用者。
增香降温过滤模块可以过滤电子烟雾化烟气/低温加热不燃烧卷烟烟气中的大颗粒物质及焦油等有害物质,有助于使用者健康安全。

如图1所示,本申请的增香降温过滤模块1包括增香过滤段101、降温段103以及过滤段104。
其中,增香过滤段101中含有增香介质102,在本实施方式中,增香介质102为爆珠,烟气经过捏爆的爆珠或者含有其他增香介质时,可实现对烟气增香的效果。
降温段103采用PLA材料褶皱成型,使得烟气经过该段时接触面积更大、路径更长以及气流压力的变化实现烟气降温的目的;在实际使用过程中能够防止烟气温度过高,烫伤使用者。
过滤段104采用醋酸纤维材质,可以有效降低电子烟烟气中的其他杂质或者低温烟烟气中的焦油等有害物质,有助于提高烟具的健康、安全性。另外,增香过滤段101也采用了醋酸纤维材质,也能够实现烟气过滤的效果。
图2示出了本申请增香降温过滤模块1与发烟模块2配套使用的烟具,所述发烟模块2为电子烟或低温加热不燃烧卷烟,将增香降温过滤模块1直接安装在电子烟或低温加热不燃烧卷烟专用接口105之上,使用者直接抽吸增香降温过滤模块,方便拆卸。
本申请带有增香降温过滤模块的烟具还可以包括控制模块3,电池模块4,指示组件5。
在其他的实施方式中,也可将增香降温过滤模块1置于电子烟或低温加热不燃烧卷烟气道之中。
本申请将发烟模块(电子烟或低温加热不燃烧卷烟)与增香降温过滤模块分离,可以降低该类型烟支的生产工艺难度、降低烟支的生产成本,提高其生产效率;特别的,本方案将增香功能独立于烟草配方之外,可便于使用者随时更换口味,降低使用成本。

  1. 一种带有增香降温过滤模块的烟具,所述烟具包括增香降温过滤模块(1)和发烟模块(2),其特征在于,
    所述增香降温过滤模块(1)包括增香过滤段(101)、降温段(103)以及过滤段(104),所述增香过滤段(101)中含有增香介质;
    所述发烟模块(2)为电子烟和/或低温加热不燃烧卷烟;
    所述增香降温过滤模块(1)和发烟模块(2)可拆卸的连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述增香降温过滤模块(1)和发烟模块(2)通过接口(105)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述增香降温过滤模块(1)置于发烟模块(2)的烟气通道中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述增香过滤段(101)、降温段(103)以及过滤段(104)的长度比例为(0.5-1):(1-2):(0.5-1)。
