Claims (19)
- 一种发烟制品,其特征在于,包括:滤嘴基体,所述滤嘴基体包括第一连接件、沿抽吸方向依次设置的降温部和过滤部,所述过滤部内部具有过滤通道,所述降温部内部具有降温通道,所述过滤部和所述降温部通过所述第一连接件连接,所述过滤通道与所述降温通道相互连通;第二连接件;产香部,所述产香部通过所述第二连接件与所述滤嘴基体连接,所述产香部被配置为通过加热释放烟雾并进入所述降温通道中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发烟制品,其特征在于,在所述产香部与所述滤嘴基体之间还设置有隔离部,所述隔离部内部设置有隔离通道。
- 根据权利要求2所述的发烟制品,其特征在于,所述发烟制品还包括第三连接件,所述产香部和所述隔离部通过所述第三连接件连接;所述第三连接件、所述隔离部以及所述产香部构成烟支基体,所述烟支基体与所述滤嘴基体通过所述第二连接件连接。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发烟制品,其特征在于:所述产香部包括产香材料。
- 根据权利要求4所示的发烟制品,其特征在于:所述产香材料包括草叶、烟叶全叶、烟叶主脉、膨胀烟草以及均化烟草中的一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发烟制品,其特征在于:所述第一连接件包括成形纸,所述成形纸包裹于所述过滤部和所述降温部的外周面。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发烟制品,其特征在于:所述第二连接件包括接装纸,所述接装纸的一部分包裹于所述过滤部和所述降温部的外周面,所述接装纸的另一部分包裹于所述产香部靠近所述降温部的一端的外周面。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发烟制品,其特征在于:所述降温部的内部具有多个所述降温通道,多个所述降温通道共同连通所述过滤通道。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发烟制品,其特征在于,在所述过滤部的过滤通道中还设置有散香部件。
- 根据权利要求9所述的发烟制品,其特征在于,所述散香部件包括内置有香味液体的爆珠。
- 根据权利要求9所述的发烟制品,其特征在于,所述散香部件包括香线。
- 根据权利要求11所述的发烟制品,其特征在于,所述香线为凝胶香线,所述凝胶香线沿所述抽吸方向延伸设置。
- 根据权利要求9所述的发烟制品,其特征在于:所述散香部件包括注香填料。
- 根据权利要求2所述的发烟制品,其特征在于,所述隔离部为空心管状结构,所述隔离通道设置在所述隔离部的空心管状结构内。
- 根据权利要求14所述的发烟制品,其特征在于,所述隔离通道包括外围低压通道结构和外围沟槽,所述外围低压通道结构的截面为星芒形,所述外围沟槽设置在所述外围低压通道结构的外周。
- 根据权利要求14所述的发烟制品,其特征在于,所述隔离通道包括内部低压通道结构和内部孔道,所述内部孔道的截面为圆形,所述内部低压通道结构设置在所述内部孔道的外周。
- 一种发烟制品的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:通过第一连接件连接过滤部和降温部,并复合成型构成滤嘴基体;通过第二连接件连接产香部与所述滤嘴基体,并搓接成型。
- 根据权利要求17所述的发烟制品的制造方法,其特征在于,在所述通过第二连接件连接产香部与所滤嘴基体,并搓接成型之前,所述制造方法还包括:在产香部与滤嘴基体之间设置隔离部。
- 根据权利要求17所述的发烟制品的制造方法,其特征在于,所述在产香部与滤嘴基体之间设置隔离部之后,所述方法还包括:通过第三连接件连接所述产香部和所述隔离部。
