技术领域
本公开涉及烟草技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种发烟制品以及其制造方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们对被动吸烟问题的持续关注,烟草燃烧的烟气环境已成为公众关于吸烟与健康问题争论的焦点之一。传统卷烟采用明火点燃,其温度为800℃以上,此时,热裂解产生大量稠环芳烃类有害成分。研究发现在400℃以下几乎不存在热裂解过程,因此,如何降低燃烧温度成为烟草行业研究的热点,然而低燃烧温度容易引起熄火,低温加热不燃烧发烟制品也就应运而生。
该类发烟制品是不通过燃烧,通过电加热或其它加热方式进行加热,使其中的香味成分等物质释放出来,从而避免了因高温裂解产生大量的有害成分。在吸烟者获得满足感的同时减少了对人体的危害,同时降低了环境烟气的污染。
而现有的发烟制品结构复杂,需设计制造特种装备,成本费用高昂;并且现有的发烟制品结构、功能单一,难以根据设计需要,低成本的变换发烟制品结构。
发明内容
本公开提供一种发烟制品以及其制造方法,克服了现有的发烟制品结构复杂、生产成本高的问题,并且本公开的发烟制品功能多元化。
本公开的一方面,包括一种发烟制品,包括:滤嘴基体,滤嘴基体包括第一连接件、沿抽吸方向依次设置的降温部和过滤部,过滤部内部具有过滤通道,降温部内部具有降温通道,过滤部和降温部通过第一连接件连接,过滤通道与降温通道相互连通。还包括第二连接件。还包括产香部,产香部通过第二连接件与滤嘴基体连接,产香部被配置为通过加热释放烟雾并进入降温通道中。
可选的,在产香部与滤嘴基体之间还设置有隔离部,隔离部内部设置有隔离通道。
可选的,本公开的发烟制品还包括第三连接件,产香部和隔离部通过第三连接件连接。第三连接件、隔离部以及产香部构成烟支基体,烟支基体与滤嘴基体通过第二连接件连接。
可选的,产香部包括产香材料。
可选的,产香材料包括草叶、烟叶全叶、烟叶主脉、膨胀烟草以及均化烟草中的一种或多种。
可选的,第一连接件包括成形纸,成形纸包裹于过滤部和降温部的外周面。

本公开实施例提供了一种发烟制品10,其用于消费者抽吸烟雾并且不同于现有的发烟制品。
请结合图1以及图2,图1示出了本公开实施例提供的发烟制品10的具体结构,图2示出了本公开实施例提供的滤嘴基体11的具体结构。
如图1所示,发烟制品10包括滤嘴基体11、第二连接件12以及产香部13。其中,产香部13通过第二连接件12与滤嘴基体11连接,产香部13被配置为通过加热释放烟雾,产香部13为用于供消费者抽吸烟雾的释放生成结构,滤嘴基体11用于与人体接触,消费者通过滤嘴基体11抽吸产香部13释放生成的烟雾,以得到满足感以及愉悦感。如图2所示,滤嘴基体11包括第一连接件110、沿抽吸方向依次设置的降温部112和过滤部111,过滤部111内部具有过滤通道,降温部112内部具有降温通道,过滤部111和降温部112通过第一连接件110连接,过滤通道与降温通道相互连通,其中,过滤部111远离降温部112的一端用于置入人体口腔中,以供消费者抽吸烟雾。
其中,如图1所示,产香部13通过第二连接件12与滤嘴基体11连接,产香部13被配置为通过加热释放烟雾并进入降温通道中。示例的,产香部13可以由具有致香成分的材料构成,根据使用者对香气的不同喜好,可以制作多种不同的香型或多种混合香型等。本公开中对此不作具体限定。
需要说明的是,第一,如图1中箭头所示的方向即为抽吸方向,抽吸方向是指在消费者正常使用该发烟制品10时,抽吸烟雾的方向。
第二,产香部13加热释放出烟雾,该烟雾类似于传统燃吸式香烟通过燃烧产生的烟雾,如图2所示,过滤部111的作用是对产香部13加热产生的烟雾进行过滤和吸附,过滤部111 直接与人体接触,在提升吸烟体验同时去除较大的烟雾颗粒和水溶性化合物如醛类和酚类,降温部112位于过滤部111沿抽吸方向的上游,其作用是对产香部13加热产生的烟雾降温,使得烟雾进入消费者口腔时温度适宜,不会太烫而影响感官体验。
第三,过滤部111由空气可渗透过滤的材料制成,同常规的燃吸式香烟的过滤嘴功能相同。在本实施中示例的,过滤部111由醋纤滤棒制作而成,但是,本公开中对过滤部111的材质不作具体限定,过滤部111可以为各种过滤材料制作,只要满足能使空气透过且能过滤杂质即可。
第四,降温部112用于降温烟雾,提升口感,降温部112由大的比表面积且具有较好吸热功能的材料制作,当烟雾由产香部13释放后,抽吸进入降温通道,烟雾在降温通道中导热通过并消耗一定的热量,从而降低了烟雾的温度,并且降温部112的材料不产生有毒有害成分且不产生异味,因此不会影响抽吸烟雾的观感品质。
参考图1以及图2,示例的,第一连接件110和第二连接件12均是通过外周面包裹的方式对其他部件进行固定连接。其中,第一连接件110包裹于过滤部111和降温部112的外周面,实现过滤部111和降温部112的连接,并且结合构成了一整体,即,滤嘴基体11。第二连接件12的一部分包裹于过滤部111和降温部112的外周面,即,包裹整个滤嘴基体11的外周面,第二连接件12的另一部分包裹于产香部13靠近降温部112的一端的外周面,即第二连接件12包裹产香部13的部分。
可选的,如图5所示,在产香部13与滤嘴基体11之间还设置有隔离部22,隔离部22内部设置有隔离通道。
这样一来,隔离部22能够将产香部13与降温部112之间进行隔离,产香部13加热释放的烟雾首先通过隔离部22的隔离通道后才能够进入将稳步112,隔离部22对产香部13加热释放的烟雾起到预降温的作用,并且通过隔离通道的设置,降低使用者在抽吸时遇到的抽吸阻力,产生较佳的抽吸体验,提高使用口感。
可选的,如图5所示,本公开的发烟制品还包括第三连接件21,产香部13和隔离部22通过第三连接件21连接,第三连接件21、隔离部22以及产香部13构成烟支基体20,烟支基体20与滤嘴基体11通过第二连接件12连接。同样的,图5中箭头所示的方向即为本公开的发烟制品在使用中的抽吸方向。
首先通过第三连接件21将产香部13和隔离部22连接为一个整体,即为烟支基体20,然后再通过第二连接件12将烟支基体20这一整体与滤嘴基体11这一整体之间连接,这样一来,能够进一步优化本公开的发烟制品10的制作流程,提高发烟制品10整体的良品率和加工制作效率。
具体地,在本实施例中,产香部13包括产香材料,示例的,产香部13可以为涂布了 烟草提取物和香料的产香材料。
可选的,产香材料可以包括如下的一种或者多种:草叶、烟叶全叶、烟叶主脉、膨胀烟草以及均化烟草。
此外,产香部13还可以包含一个或者多个封壳,该封壳包含有烟草易挥发调味化合物或者无烟草易挥发调味化合物,将上述化合物材料加入封壳内,使其在使用者抽吸使用中缓慢均匀的由封壳中释放,混合共同形成供消费者吸抽的香型烟雾。
可选的,如图1所示,第一连接件110包括成形纸,成形纸包裹于过滤部111和降温部112的外周面。
成形纸为行业中较为常用的材料且造价低廉,采用成形纸作为第一连接件110,制作时,通过将成形纸包裹于过滤部111和降温部112的外周面,以对过滤部111和降温部112进行整体的连接固定,形成滤嘴基体11,制作工艺简单易行。
可选的,如图1所示,第二连接件12包括接装纸,接装纸的一部分包裹于过滤部111和降温部112的外周面,接装纸的另一部分包裹于产香部13靠近降温部112的一端的外周面。
同样的,接装纸也为行业中较为常用的材料且造价低廉,采用接装纸作为第二连接件12制作时,通过将接装纸的一部分包裹于过滤部111和降温部112的外周面、另一部分包裹于产香部13靠近降温部112的一端的外周面,以进行连接,制作工艺简单易行。
可选的,如图2所示,为提高导热的效率,在降温部112的内部设置有多个降温通道,多个降温通道共同连通形成过滤通道。设置多个降温通道连通形成的过滤通道,多个降温通道能够共同散热以降低通过的烟雾的温度,并且吸附有害颗粒的效果也较好。
可选的,在过滤部111的过滤通道中还设置有散香部件。
这样一来,使用者在抽吸使用本公开的发烟制品时,产香部13加热释放的烟雾在通过滤嘴基体11的过程中,设置在过滤部111的过滤通道中的散香部件也能够进一步的散发香气并与产香部的烟雾相混合进入使用者口中,散香部件可以根据使用者的喜好,设置各种不同的香型以供选择,从而提高用户体验和使用口感。
可选的,如图1所示,散香部件包括内置有香味液体的爆珠31。内置有香味液体的爆珠31设置于过滤通道中,使用中,通过升温或其他方式使爆珠31破碎,爆珠31内的香味液体会发并与产香部13的烟雾混合,得到不同的味道,增强了感官品质。
可选的,散香部件包括香线。
示例的,如图3所示,香线为凝胶香线41,凝胶香线41沿抽吸方向延伸设置。
如图3所示,凝胶香线41沿抽吸方向延伸设置于过滤通道中,凝胶香线41也可为通过加热或其他方式缓释散发香气。通过凝胶香线41,使得在使用发烟制品10时,在降低 烟雾有害成分的同时,得到不同的味道,增强了感官品质。
可选的,如图4所示,散香部件包括注香填料51。
如图4所示,散香部件还可以包括设置在过滤部50中的注香填料51,注香填料51均布设置在过滤部50的过滤通道内,这种方式设置的注香填料51的香气散发的缓释作用较强,使用体验较好。
可选的,隔离部22为空心管状结构,隔离通道设置在隔离部22的空心管状结构内。
这样一来,在保证隔离部22的隔离和预降温效果的同时,管状结构的隔离部22具有硬质的外壁,较为便于整个发烟制品的制作。
可选的,如图6所示,隔离通道包括外围低压通道结构611(例如通沟槽滤棒)和外围沟槽612,外围低压通道结构611的截面为星芒形,所外围沟槽612设置在外围低压通道结构611的外周。
可选的,如图7所示,隔离通道包括内部低压通道结构711(例如中空滤棒)和内部孔道712,内部孔道712的截面为圆形,内部低压通道结构711设置在内部孔道712的外周。
以上为示例的两种隔离通道的结构,本公开不限于上述结构,只要能够在保证隔离部22的隔离和预降温效果的同时,提供隔离通道以便气体通过即可。
本公开的实施例还提供一种发烟制品的制造方法,如图8所示,包括:
S101、通过第一连接件110连接过滤部111和降温部112,并复合成型构成滤嘴基体11。
S102、通过第二连接件12连接产香部13与滤嘴基体11,并搓接成型。
如图8所示,首先,通过第一连接件110连接过滤部111和降温部112,并通过滤棒成型机复合成型构成滤嘴基体11,然后,通过第二连接件12连接产香部13与滤嘴基体11,并通过卷接机搓接成型制成发烟制品的成品。
上述的制作方法可通过烟草制造商已拥有的滤棒成型机或卷接机制造,使用方便,无需重新购置特种装备。
可选的,如图9所示,在步骤S102之前,本公开的发烟制品的制造方法还包括:
S1011、在产香部13与滤嘴基体11之间设置隔离部22。
如图9所示,在复合成型构成滤嘴基体11后,在产香部13与滤嘴基体11之间设置隔离部22,将产香部13与滤嘴基体11相隔离,以使通过加热产香部13释放的烟雾通过隔离部22的隔离和预降温后,再进入滤嘴基体11。
可选的,如图10所示,在步骤S1011之后,本公开的发烟制品的制造方法还包括:
S1012、通过第三连接件21连接产香部13和隔离部22。
首先通过第三连接件21将产香部13和隔离部22连接为一个整体,即为烟支基体 20,然后再进行步骤S102,通过第二连接件12将烟支基体20这一整体中包括到产香部13的位置处与滤嘴基体11这一整体之间连接,这样一来,能够进一步优化本公开的发烟制品10的制作流程,提高发烟制品10整体的良品率和加工制作效率。
本公开的发烟制品在使用时,使用者的口部接触滤嘴基体11的过滤部111,滤嘴基体11用于烟雾的吸抽,产香部13用于烟雾的生成。当对产香部13进行加热时,产香部13释放出烟雾,该烟雾类似于传统燃吸式香烟通过燃烧产生的烟雾,通过滤嘴基体11对该烟雾进行抽吸,从而使用者可得到类似抽吸传统燃吸式香烟的满足感或愉悦感。其中,滤嘴基体11包括第一连接件110、沿抽吸方向依次设置的降温部112和过滤部111,过滤部111的作用是对产香部13加热产生的烟雾进行过滤和吸附,其直接与人体接触,在提升吸烟体验同时去除较大的烟雾颗粒和水溶性化合物如醛类和酚类,降温部112位于过滤部111沿抽吸方向的上游,其作用是对产香部13加热产生的烟雾降温,使得烟雾进入消费者口腔时温度适宜,不会太烫而影响感官体验。

  1. 一种发烟制品,其特征在于,包括:
    滤嘴基体,所述滤嘴基体包括第一连接件、沿抽吸方向依次设置的降温部和过滤部,所述过滤部内部具有过滤通道,所述降温部内部具有降温通道,所述过滤部和所述降温部通过所述第一连接件连接,所述过滤通道与所述降温通道相互连通;
    第二连接件;
    产香部,所述产香部通过所述第二连接件与所述滤嘴基体连接,所述产香部被配置为通过加热释放烟雾并进入所述降温通道中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发烟制品,其特征在于,在所述产香部与所述滤嘴基体之间还设置有隔离部,所述隔离部内部设置有隔离通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发烟制品,其特征在于,所述发烟制品还包括第三连接件,所述产香部和所述隔离部通过所述第三连接件连接;
    所述第三连接件、所述隔离部以及所述产香部构成烟支基体,所述烟支基体与所述滤嘴基体通过所述第二连接件连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的发烟制品,其特征在于:

  15. 根据权利要求14所述的发烟制品,其特征在于,所述隔离通道包括外围低压通道结构和外围沟槽,所述外围低压通道结构的截面为星芒形,所述外围沟槽设置在所述外围低压通道结构的外周。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的发烟制品,其特征在于,所述隔离通道包括内部低压通道结构和内部孔道,所述内部孔道的截面为圆形,所述内部低压通道结构设置在所述内部孔道的外周。
  17. 一种发烟制品的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过第一连接件连接过滤部和降温部,并复合成型构成滤嘴基体;
    通过第二连接件连接产香部与所述滤嘴基体,并搓接成型。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的发烟制品的制造方法,其特征在于,在所述通过第二连接件连接产香部与所滤嘴基体,并搓接成型之前,所述制造方法还包括:在产香部与滤嘴基体之间设置隔离部。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的发烟制品的制造方法,其特征在于,所述在产香部与滤嘴基体之间设置隔离部之后,所述方法还包括:
    通过第三连接件连接所述产香部和所述隔离部。
