Description

一种可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷烟 技术领域
本发明涉及新型卷烟技术领域,具体是一种可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷烟。
背景技术
通过外部加热方式对烟支进行加热而非通过烟草本身燃烧的新型卷烟,能够显著的降低卷烟燃烧产生的大量有害物质,降低二手烟对非吸烟人群的危害。外部热源加热的新型卷烟中,一个重要的组成部分为被加热卷烟的烟支,该烟支在低温加热条件下释放出烟气气溶胶的烟草制品。该烟草制品在通常在200℃-400℃的条件下达到雾化温度,高温雾化烟气通过滤嘴段进入到口腔中的温度会高于普通卷烟燃烧的温度。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷烟。
一种可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷烟,包括烟草段、滤嘴段以及设置在烟草段、滤嘴段之间的烟气回流段,烟气回流段靠近烟草段处设有与烟草段连通的进气孔,烟气回流段靠近滤嘴段设有与滤嘴段连通的出气孔,烟气回流段内部由多个气流隔板上下交错排列形成来回弯折的烟气回流气路,烟气回流气路的一端与进气孔连通,另一端与出气孔连通,烟气由进气孔进入后通过烟气回流气路,在烟气回流段中增加烟气的流通距离,热气流与气流隔板及烟气回流段内壁进行热交换降低烟气的温度。
进一步的,还包括设于烟草段和烟气回流段之间的增香段。
进一步的,烟草段和烟气回流段之间也设有滤嘴段。
进一步的,所述滤嘴段可以为中空嘴棒、普通嘴棒或沉头嘴棒等。
进一步的,所述烟气回流段可为螺旋气流结构、折返气路结构等多种增加烟气在烟支中流通延长的气流结构。
进一步的,烟气回流段靠近烟草段一侧上下分别设有一个进气孔,所述烟气回流气路具有两个烟气回流支路,每一烟气回流支路的进口对应一个进气孔,所述出气孔均与两个烟气回流支路的出口连通。
进一步的,烟气回流段靠近烟草段一侧设有一个进气孔,烟气回流段靠近滤嘴段上下分别设有一个出气孔,所述烟气回流气路具有两个烟气回流支路,烟气回流支路的进口对应所述进气孔,每一烟气回流支路的出口对应一个出气孔。
进一步的,还包括设在烟草段与烟气回流段之间的增香段,所述的烟草增香段内设有烟用香精香料易碎胶囊或者吸附载体以及附着在吸附载体上的香精香料,或者在气流隔板的表层敷设吸附载体,吸附载体上附着有香精香料。
进一步的,所述吸附载体由泡沫金属、塑料材料、分子筛、聚丙烯、活性炭、涤纶、尼龙纤维、多孔陶瓷、无纺布、碳纤维、天然纤维素纤维或纤维素衍生纤维制成。
进一步的,烟草段由烟丝、烟草薄片、雾化剂、辅料、烟草提取物、烟用香精香料组成,烟丝占烟草制品总重量的40%-90%,烟草薄片占烟草制品总重量的5%-50%,雾化剂占烟草制品总重量的2%-35%,辅料占烟草制品总重量的0-10%,烟草提取物占烟草制品总重量的0.1%-20%,烟用香精香料占烟草制品总重量的0.01%-8%。
进一步的,烟丝占烟草制品总重量的:50%-80%;烟草薄片占烟草制品总重量的10%-40%;雾化剂占烟草制品总重量的5%-30%;辅料占烟草制品总重量的0.5%-8%;烟草提取物占烟草制品总重量的0.5%-15%;烟用香精香料占烟草制品总重量的0.05%-5%。
进一步的,所述进气口设计为呐叭口形状。
进一步的,所述的烟气回流段占整个新型卷烟烟支长度的1/6-2/3,适当的烟气回流段长度可以显著的降低卷烟烟气的温度,且烟支有适宜的吸阻。
进一步的,所述的新型卷烟烟支长度为35mm-100mm,烟支的外径为3mm-12mm。
采用本发明的有益效果:(1)设计的烟气回流段可改变烟气气流的流通路径,延长烟气的在烟支中的流通距离,增加烟气与烟支的热交换效率,有效降低外加热式新型烟草制品烟气气流的温度;(2)与烟草制品紧邻的增香段,充分利用烟草段的气流热量,降低烟气温度,同时提高烟气的舒适性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明中的附图,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例一
图1所示为本发明提供的一种含有增香段的新型卷烟,包括依次连接的烟草段1、增香段2、烟气回流段、滤嘴段,滤嘴段由实心过滤嘴7和空心过滤嘴8组成,其中实心过滤嘴7与烟气回流段连接, 空心过滤嘴8位于最外端。烟气回流段靠近增香段2处设有与增香段2连通的进气孔3,烟气回流段靠近滤嘴段设有与滤嘴段连通的出气孔6。烟气回流段内部由多个气流隔板5上下交错排列形成来回弯折的烟气回流气路4,烟气回流气路4的一端与进气孔3连通,另一端与出气孔6连通。如图1所示,本实施例设有四个气流隔板5,由上至下依次为第一气流隔板、第二气流隔板、第三气流隔板、第四气流隔板。
烟气回流段靠近增香段2一侧上下分别设有一个进气孔3,位于最上端的第一气流隔板置于上侧进气孔3的下方,其一端与增香段2接触密封,另一端与滤嘴段间隔一定距离形成开口,位于开口下方的第二气流隔板一端与滤嘴段接触密封,另一端与增香段2间隔一定距离形成开口,这样第一气流隔板和第二气流隔板交错设置,使得上第一气流隔板与烟气回流段上侧壁之间、第一气流隔板端部与滤嘴段形成的开口、第二气流隔板端部与增香段2形成的开口形成来回弯折的烟气回流气路4,烟支加热后,烟气通过进气孔3进入,通过烟气回流气路4,在烟气回流段中增加烟气的流通距离,热气流与气流隔板5及内壁进行热交换降低烟气的温度,通过出气孔6流出后,依次进入到实心过滤嘴7和空心过滤嘴8,最后烟气温度被降到45℃以下。
第三气流隔板、第四气流隔板与下侧进气孔3的设置与上述描述类似,在此不再赘述。
在本实例中,烟草段1由烟丝、烟草薄片、雾化剂、辅料、烟草提取物、烟用香精香料等组成,其中,烟丝占总重量的70%,烟草薄片占总重量的14%,雾化剂由甘油:乙二醇按照质量比3:1组成,占总重量的12%,辅料占总重量的1%,烟草提取物占总重量的2.8%,香精香料占总重量的0.2%。
在本实例中,增香段2中由无纺布做吸附介质,添加调配的烟草低沸点香料物质,添加量为烟草段总重量的0.1%。
本实例制备的新型卷烟,可明显的降低卷烟烟气的温度,添加的增香段的吸味与烟气协调。
实施例二
图2所示为本发明提供的一种不含有增香段的新型卷烟,与实例一种的结构形式基本相似,包括依次连接的烟草段1、烟气回流段和滤嘴段,滤嘴段由实心过滤嘴7和空心过滤嘴8组成,其中实心过滤嘴7与烟气回流段连接,空心过滤嘴8位于最外端。所述实心过滤嘴7和空心过滤嘴8。其中,本实例中的烟气回流段同实施例一中的烟气回流段,只是烟气回流段改为与烟草段1连接。
在本实例中,烟草段1由烟丝、烟草薄片、雾化剂、烟草提取物、烟用香精香料等组成,其中,烟丝占总重量的65%,烟草薄片占总重量的17%,雾化剂由甘油:乙二醇按照质量比4:1组成,占总重量的15%,烟草提取物占总重量的2.5%,香精香料占总重量的0.5%。由于烟支中没有增香段,在烟草制品中的香精香料的量要适度添加,以提高烟气的吸味。
较佳的,可在气流隔板5的表层敷设吸附载体,吸附载体上附着有香精香料,可达到对烟气进行增香处理的效果。
本实例制备的新型卷烟结构,可明显的降低卷烟烟气的温度,烟草香味明显。
实施例三
图3所示为一种增香段含有易碎胶囊的新型卷烟,包括依次连接的烟草段1、增香段2,烟气回流段和滤嘴段,滤嘴段由实心过滤嘴7和空心过滤嘴8组成,其中实心过滤嘴7与烟气回流段连接,空心过滤嘴8位于最外端。其中,本实例中的烟气回流段同实施例一中的烟气回流段。
在本实例中,烟草段1由烟丝、烟草薄片、雾化剂、烟草提取物、烟用香精香料等组成,其中,烟丝占总重量的60%,烟草薄片占总重量的15%,雾化剂由甘油:乙二醇:水按照质量比10:10:1组成,占总重量的20%,烟草提取物占总重量的4.9%,香精香料占总重量的0.1%。
在本实例中,增香段2中由醋酸纤维包裹的含有调配好的烟用香 精香料的易碎胶囊9,在加热烟草段1之前,将易碎胶囊9捏破,香精香料释放出来,利用烟草段1的热气流将香精香料带出来,增加烟气的香气饱满度。
本实例制备的新型卷烟结构,可明显的降低卷烟烟气的温度,胶囊中含有的香味物质明显。
实施例四
图4所示为本发明提供的一种含有增香段的新型卷烟,该烟支结构包括依次连接的烟草段1、增香段2、烟气回流段和滤嘴段,滤嘴段由空心过滤嘴10和实心过滤嘴11组成,其中空心过滤嘴10与烟气回流段连接,实心过滤嘴11位于最外端。
其中,本实例中的烟气回流段同实施例一中的烟气回流段,但是采用与实例一中反方向安排的结构形式,进气孔为12,出气孔为13,即烟气回流段靠近增香段2设有进气孔12,烟气回流段靠近滤嘴端设有出气孔13,烟气回流段内的多个气流隔板5上下交错排列形成来回弯折的烟气回流气路4,烟气回流气路4的一端与进气孔12连通,另一端与出气孔13连通。本实施例中,上下分别设有两个气流隔板5,上下两个气流隔板5分别形成一个烟气回流支路,烟气回流支路的出口分别与出气孔13连通。
进气孔12位于上下两组气流隔板之间,烟气从进气孔12进入后,从上下两组气流隔板之间的通道分别进入两个烟气回流支路,经过烟气回流支路后从出气孔13流出。
在本实例中,烟草段1由烟丝、烟草薄片、雾化剂、烟草提取物、非烟草提取物、烟用香精香料等组成,其中,烟丝占总重量的50%,烟草薄片占总重量的28%,辅料占总重量的2%,雾化剂由甘油:乙二醇:乙醇按照质量比10:10:0.5组成,占总重量的15%,烟草与非烟草提取物占总重量的4.5%,香精香料占总重量的0.5%。
在本实例中,增香段2中由无纺布做吸附介质,添加美拉德反应中间体制备的香料物质,添加量为烟草段总重量的0.1%。
本实例制备的新型卷烟结构,可明显的降低卷烟烟气的温度,烟 气有明显的美拉德反应产生的香味,增香效果明显,与烟气协调。
实施例五
图5所示为本发明提供的一种含有增香段的新型卷烟,该烟支结构包括依次连接的烟草段1、增香段2、烟气回流段和滤嘴段,滤嘴段由空心过滤嘴10和实心过滤嘴11组成,其中空心过滤嘴10与烟气回流段连接,实心过滤嘴11位于最外端。
其中,本实例中的烟气回流段同实例四中的烟气回流段,且进气口12采用喇叭口形式,可显著减少抽吸吸阻。
在本实例中,烟草段1由烟丝、烟草薄片、雾化剂、烟草提取物、非烟草提取物、烟用香精香料等组成,其中,烟丝占总重量的65%,烟草薄片占总重量的15%,辅料占总重量的1%,雾化剂由甘油:乙二醇按照质量比3:2组成,占总重量的15%,烟草与非烟草提取物占总重量的3.5%,香精香料占总重量的0.5%。
在本实例中,增香段2中由无纺布做吸附介质,添加薄荷酯类物质制备的香料物质,添加量为烟草段总重量的0.2%。
本实例制备的新型卷烟结构,可明显的降低卷烟烟气的温度,薄荷酯类的潜香物质,能够被加热分解出具有薄荷气味的香味物质,改善烟气吸味。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何属于本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷烟,包括烟草段、滤嘴段,其特征在于:包括设置在烟草段、滤嘴段之间的烟气回流段,烟气回流段靠近烟草段处设有与烟草段连通的进气孔,烟气回流段靠近滤嘴段设有与滤嘴段连通的出气孔,烟气回流段内部由多个气流隔板上下交错排列形成来回弯折的烟气回流气路,烟气回流气路的一端与进气孔连通,另一端与出气孔连通,烟气由进气孔进入后通过烟气回流气路,在烟气回流段中增加烟气的流通距离,热气流与气流隔板及烟气回流段内壁进行热交换降低烟气的温度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷烟,其特征在于:烟气回流段靠近烟草段一侧上下分别设有一个进气孔,所述烟气回流气路具有两个烟气回流支路,每一烟气回流支路的进口对应一个进气孔,所述出气孔均与两个烟气回流支路的出口连通。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷烟,其特征在于:烟气回流段靠近烟草段一侧设有一个进气孔,烟气回流段靠近滤嘴段上下分别设有一个出气孔,所述烟气回流气路具有两个烟气回流支路,烟气回流支路的进口对应所述进气孔,每一烟气回流支路的出口对应一个出气孔。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷烟,其特征在于:还包括设在烟草段与烟气回流段之间的增香段,所述的烟草增香段内设有烟用香精香料易碎胶囊或者吸附载体以及附着在吸附载体上的香精香料,或者在气流隔板的表层敷设吸附载体,吸附载体上附着有香精香料。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷烟,其特征在于:所述吸附载体由泡沫金属、塑料材料、分子筛、聚丙烯、活性炭、涤纶、尼龙纤维、多孔陶瓷、无纺布、碳纤维、天然纤维素纤维或纤维素衍生纤维制成。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷 烟,其特征在于:烟草段由烟丝、烟草薄片、雾化剂、辅料、烟草提取物、烟用香精香料组成,烟丝占烟草制品总重量的40%-90%,烟草薄片占烟草制品总重量的5%-50%,雾化剂占烟草制品总重量的2%-35%,辅料占烟草制品总重量的0-10%,烟草提取物占烟草制品总重量的0.1%-20%,烟用香精香料占烟草制品总重量的0.01%-8%。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷烟,其特征在于:烟丝占烟草制品总重量的:50%-80%;烟草薄片占烟草制品总重量的10%-40%;雾化剂占烟草制品总重量的5%-30%;辅料占烟草制品总重量的0.5%-8%;烟草提取物占烟草制品总重量的0.5%-15%;烟用香精香料占烟草制品总重量的0.05%-5%。
  8. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷烟,其特征在于:所述进气口设计为呐叭口形状。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷烟,其特征在于:所述的烟气回流段占整个新型卷烟烟支长度的1/6-2/3。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的可降低烟气温度和提高吸味的新型卷烟,其特征在于:所述的新型卷烟烟支长度为35mm-100mm,烟支的外径为3mm-12mm。
