背景技术
作为一种烟草制品,烟棒在广大用户的日常生活中可称之为必不可少的一部分。
烟棒中含有烟草材料,通过加热烟棒,烟棒即可产生烟雾,以供用户吸咄、吸食。
然而,传统烟棒的结构中,其滤嘴部分即烟雾的输出部位温度不易控制,用户吸咄用力时容易被烟棒输出的高温烟雾烫伤。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种烟棒以及烟棒产品,用于降低烟棒输出的烟雾温度,防止用户吸咄时烫伤。
本申请实施例在第一方面,提供了一种烟棒,包括第一成型纸、虑棒以及发烟棒,第一成型纸包覆虑棒以及发烟棒的周壁以固定虑棒以及发烟棒,在第一成型纸的固定下,虑棒包括依次连接的第一虑棒、用于对发烟棒加热所形成的烟雾进行降温的降温棒、第二虑棒,第一虑棒还连接发烟棒;发烟棒由烟草材料制成;
当发烟棒加热后,烟雾可顺着发烟棒,经第一虑棒的过滤,再经降温棒的降温,后经第二虑棒的过滤后输出。
进一步的,降温棒或者发烟棒含有多元醇或其混合物,用于当烟雾流经时,吸收烟雾的热量,降低烟雾的温度。
进一步的,发烟棒或者降温棒由烟草材料以及纤维材料通过造纸工艺得到的烟草薄片卷制而成。
进一步的,第一虑棒或者第二虑棒为空心虑棒结构,空心棒结构具有通孔以流通空气,当烟雾通过通孔时,经空气降温。
进一步的,通孔的横截面为梅花形状。
进一步的,第一虑棒、降温棒、第二虑棒以及发烟棒的长度比例为1:1:1:1至3之间的任意数值。
进一步的,第一虑棒、降温棒、第二虑棒以及发烟棒的长度分别为10毫米、10毫米、10毫米以及10至30毫米之间的任意数值。

本申请实施例在第二方面,提供了一种烟棒产品,烟棒产品包括本申请实施例第一方面提供的烟棒,烟棒产品还包括可安装烟棒的加热装置;
当烟棒安装于加热装置时,加热装置的加热部插入烟棒的发烟棒中;
当加热部进行通电加热时,加热部加热发烟棒,以加热形成烟雾。
本申请实施例提供的技术方案中,通过烟棒中的发烟棒加热后形成的烟雾经降温棒吸收热量,实现烟雾的温度的降低,从而烟棒可输出降温后的烟雾,获得较为舒适的烟雾出口温度,便于烟棒的吸阻,用户可更加省力地吸咄出更低温、更大量的烟雾,有效防止用户吸咄时烫伤,使用户吸咄、吸食烟雾后可获得较佳的生理满足感,最终提升用户体验。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
本申请实施例提供了一种烟棒以及烟棒产品,用于降低烟棒输出的烟雾温度,防止用户吸咄时烫伤。
下面开始对本申请实施例进行详细介绍。
首先,请参阅图1及图2,图1及图2分别示出了本申请实施例提供的烟棒的结构示意图。
在本申请实施例中,烟棒包括第一成型纸1、虑棒2以及发烟棒3,可以理解,此处所说的第一成型纸1所采用的成型纸,也可称为卷烟成型纸或者香烟成型纸,第一成型纸1可设置一层或者多层,通过卷制,即沿着虑棒2以及发烟棒3的周壁卷绕,包覆虑棒2以及发烟棒3的周壁,以固定虑棒2以及发烟棒3,进而促进整个烟棒各部件的塑形以及固定。可选的,烟棒各部件的横截面设为圆形,以便组装而成的烟棒成为圆棒状,方便用户手持的夹持、贴近用户的审美观感、加工以及运输的便利等等,或者也可采用其他形状,具体在此不做限定。
在实际应用中,第一成型纸1在卷绕时还可沿一倾斜度进行卷绕,以达到如图2中第一成型纸1的具体卷绕效果,倾斜度的具体角度可随情况、需求而定,具体在此不做限定;或者也可采用顺式卷制,如在图3中示出的又一种烟 棒的结构示意图中,将上述提及的倾斜度设为了0度,此时第一成型纸1的卷绕方向与烟棒的轴线方向垂直,可更好的减少第一成型纸1完成卷绕处的接合区域,更便于美观,还可减少第一成型纸1的卷绕工艺复杂性。当然,除了上述卷制方式,在实际应用中,第一成型纸1也可形成套筒结构套装进虑棒2以及发烟棒3,或者采用其他方式组装虑棒2以及发烟棒3,具体在此不做限定。
在第一成型纸1的固定下,虑棒2包括依次连接的第一虑棒21、降温棒22、第二虑棒23,第一虑棒21还连接发烟棒3。可以理解,一方面,第一虑棒21以及第二虑棒23所采用的虑棒材料,也可理解为卷烟滤嘴用材料、香烟滤嘴用材料,可供烟雾流通,并加以过滤;另一方面,降温棒22中采用了可吸收烟雾热量的材料,以在烟雾流经时,吸收烟雾的热量,对烟雾进行降温。
发烟棒3由烟草材料制成,所使用的烟草材料可根据不同需求,如具体烟草种类、烟草口味等等因素而定,具体在此不做限定。
当发烟棒3加热后,发烟棒3加热形成的烟雾即可根据烟棒的结构,顺着发烟棒3,到达第一虑棒21,经第一虑棒21的过滤后到达降温棒22,烟雾经降温棒22降温后,再到达第二虑棒23,经第二虑棒23的过滤后即输出过滤并降温后的烟雾,以供用户吸咄、吸食烟雾。
本申请实施例提供的烟棒,通过烟棒中的发烟棒3加热后形成的烟雾经降温棒22吸收热量,实现烟雾的温度的降低,从而烟棒可输出降温后的烟雾,获得较为舒适的烟雾出口温度,便于烟棒的吸阻,用户可更加省力地吸咄出更低温、更大量的烟雾,有效防止用户吸咄时烫伤,使用户吸咄、吸食烟雾后可获得较佳的生理满足感,最终提升用户体验。
可以理解,为进一步提升烟棒的用户体验,在本申请实施例所提供的烟棒的实际应用中,烟棒还可有进一步优化的实现方式,例如下述:
在本申请实施例的一种实现方式中,降温棒22或者发烟棒3含有多元醇或其混合物,用于当烟雾流经时,吸收烟雾的热量,降低烟雾的温度。
在实际应用中,可采用一种多元醇或者至少两种多元醇的混合物,多元醇 包括但不限于丙二醇、甘油(丙三醇)、三甘醇等等,具体在此不做限定,本申请实施例下面内容以甘油作为多元醇或其混合物的示例性说明。
可以理解,降温棒22或者发烟棒3中的甘油具有较高的烟雾通过率,方便烟雾的流通,并且可通过挥发的方式吸收烟雾中的热量,从而实现例如可在200度下的低温加热的效果,以及为烟雾降温的效果,同时,甘油为强极性,还可对烟雾中的水分进行吸附、截留,从而对烟雾起到提纯的效果,因此烟雾还可获取到较佳的烟草香气,进而提升烟棒的用户体验。
在本申请实施例的另一种实现方式中,发烟棒3或者降温棒22除了可采用条状烟叶、烟叶碎或者烟丝等方式制成,参照图4所示发烟棒3的实施例示意图,发烟棒3或者降温棒22还可由烟草材料以及纤维材料通过造纸工艺得到的烟草薄片卷制而成。
可以理解,在通过造纸工艺制作烟草薄片时,加入纤维材料成分有助于提高烟草薄片的韧性,或者也可以理解为延展性、抗张性或者耐张性等特性,以便后续将烟草薄片卷制成发烟棒3或者降温棒22后,促进发烟棒3或者降温棒22的塑形效果,使之在结构上更加的稳定、不易变形。
其中,将发烟棒3通过烟草材料以及纤维材料通过造纸工艺得到的烟草薄片卷制而成,不仅有利于发烟棒3的生产及加工,还有利于发烟棒3在烟棒中的组装,便于自动化、标准化生产,提高烟棒的生产效率。
烟草薄片具体的卷制方式与上述第一成型纸1的卷制方式类似,具体在此不再赘述。通过卷制得到的发烟棒3或者降温棒22,其形成的皱褶、缝隙可顺应烟雾在烟棒内的理想流通方向,即从发烟棒3沿第一虑棒21、降温棒22、第二虑棒23的流通方向,以便引导烟雾的流通,使烟雾在烟棒内的流通更加的顺畅,进而可实现增大烟棒烟雾量的输出效果。
还值得一提的,降温棒22由烟草材料以及纤维材料通过造纸工艺得到的烟草薄片卷制而成,还可具有一定的赋香载体功能,烟雾经过降温棒22时,其烟草香气还可结合降温棒22即烟草薄片中的烟草成分所具有的烟草香气,得到进一步的提升,进而使得最后烟棒输出的烟雾可释放更加的烟草香气,烟雾的口感更加的香醇,用户体验更佳。
此外,若降温棒22和发烟棒3同样由烟草材料以及纤维材料通过造纸工 艺得到的烟草薄片卷制而成,还可进一步减少对应的生产成本,进而减少烟棒的生产成本,便于自动化、标准化生产。
在本申请实施例的又一种实现方式中,第一虑棒21或者第二虑棒23除了可为实心虑棒等结构外,也还可以为空心虑棒结构,如图2或者图3中所示的第二虑棒23,空心棒结构具有通孔231以流通空气,当烟雾通过通孔231时,经空气降温。
可选的,通孔设于第一虑棒21或者第二虑棒23的中心,以便实现通孔231对空气均衡的降温效果。
可以理解,通过调整空心虑棒结构中通孔231的大小,不仅可以调整烟棒外空气进入第一虑棒21或者第二虑棒23的流通效率,还可调整第一虑棒21或者第二虑棒23烟雾的流通效率,例如,若通孔231越大,环境温度下的空气越容易在通孔231处流通,从而越容易与高温的烟雾接触、混合,对烟雾所起到的降温效果越佳,同时,烟雾也越容易从通孔231处流通,从而提高烟雾输出量。因此,该空心虑棒结构可方便调节烟雾在烟棒中的吸阻,用户可更加省力地吸咄出更低温、更大量的烟雾。
进一步的,在本申请实施例的又一种实现方式中,如图5示出的第二虑棒23的截面示意图,空心虑棒结构中通孔231的横截面可以设为梅花形状,通孔231的梅花形状具体由多段的曲线S1连接、闭合形成,梅花形状的设置相比如图2中圆形的设置,第一虑棒21或者第二虑棒23的通孔可获得与空气更大的接触面积,从而更有利于第一虑棒21或者第二虑棒23中的烟雾与通孔231中的空气接触、混合,从而获得更佳的降温效果。
可选的,该梅花形状以5段的曲线S1连接、闭合形成,即图5中所示具体形状,在该设置下,不仅可取得通孔231与空气较大的接触面,进而取得较佳的降温效果,且还可有利于加固第一虑棒21或者第二虑棒23在结构上的稳定性,以及通孔231在工艺上的加工,此外,该设置的梅花形状还更符合用户的审美观,比如在第三虑棒23上实现该设置,还可有利于提高用户的视觉体验。当然,在实际应用中,该梅花形状还可由多段的不同曲线形成,具体在此不做限定。
可以理解,空心虑棒结构中通孔231的横截面除了上述提及的圆形、梅花 形状,在实际应用中,也还可以为椭圆形、方形等形状,具体在此不做限定。此外,第一虑棒21以及第二虑棒23可同时采用空心虑棒结构,或者也可择一采用空心虑棒结构,具体在此不做限定。
在本申请实施例的又一种实现方式中,第一虑棒21、降温棒22、第二虑棒23以及发烟棒3的具体长度比例为1:1:1:1至3之间的任意数值,在该长度比例下,不仅可在烟棒输出烟雾的烟雾量、烟雾温度、烟雾口感上取得较佳的平衡,还可有利于第一虑棒21、降温棒22、第二虑棒23以及发烟棒3的生产及组装。
具体的,以一实际参数为例,第一虑棒21、降温棒22、第二虑棒23以及发烟棒3的长度可分别为10毫米、10毫米、10毫米以及10至30毫米之间的任意数值,在上述1:1:1:1至3之间的任意数值的长度比例基础下,该组实际参数更符合人工体学,从而便于用户手指的夹持以及吸咄。需要理解的是,上述提及1至3之间的任意数值,包括了1以及3的两个端点取值,对应的,上述提及的10至30毫米之间的任意数值,也包括了10毫米以及30毫米的两个端点取值。此外,在实际应用中,发烟棒3的具体取值还可设为12毫米,在该12毫米的长度下,更便于用户手指的夹持以及吸咄,用户体验较佳。当然,在实际应用中,第一虑棒21、降温棒22、第二虑棒23以及发烟棒3的具体长度可随需求、情况而定,具体在此不做限定。
在本申请实施例的又一种实现方式中,降温棒22由第二成型纸卷制而成。
可以理解,第二成型纸与上述的第一成型纸类似,卷制方式与上述由烟草材料以及纤维材料通过造纸工艺得到的烟草薄片的卷制方式类似,具体在此不再赘述。
降温棒22若采用第二成型纸制成,由于第二成型纸便于加工且成本低廉,从而大大有利于烟棒的自动化、标准化生产,提高烟棒的生产效率。
而且,若降温棒22中含有甘油,则采用第二成型纸卷制而成的降温棒22则可对甘油取得良好的吸附效果,从而可以提升甘油的降温、提纯效果。
在本申请实施例的又一种实现方式中,烟棒还包括第三成型纸,第三成型纸包覆降温棒22的周壁以固定降温棒22,第三成型纸处于第一成型纸1与降温棒22之间;
和/或,
烟棒还包括第四成型纸,第四成型纸包覆发烟棒3的周壁以固定发烟棒3,第四成型纸处于第一成型纸1与发烟棒3之间。
可以理解,第三成型纸以及第四成型纸与上述提及的第一成型纸1的设置类似,具体在此不再赘述。在本实现方式中,通过第三成型纸或者第四成型纸的设置,可有助于降温棒22或者发烟棒3的固定、塑形,还有助于烟棒在生产过程中的运输以及组装。
在本申请实施例的又一种实现方式中,第一成型纸1、第二成型纸、第三成型纸或者第四成型纸由硬壳成型纸制成。
可以理解,在实际应用中,第一成型纸1、第二成型纸、第三成型纸或者第四成型纸采用的成型纸具体可采用如0cu到6000cu的透气度,克重20g/m2到30g/m2的成型纸。值得一提的是,成型纸还可采用软壳成型纸或者硬壳成型纸,其中,优选的,采用相较软壳成型纸,挺度、紧度更高的硬壳成型纸,对应克重可达25g/m2到75g/m2之间,以便提高烟棒、降温棒22或者发烟棒3的硬度,从而有利于烟棒、降温棒22或者发烟棒3的组装及固定,其中,值得一提的是,降温棒22若采用硬壳成型纸的第二成型纸卷制而成,还有利于降温棒22与第一虑棒21、第二虑棒23在硬度上相接近、或者保持一致,从而方便在组装烟棒时的卷接、固定;于此同时,采用硬壳成型纸,还有助于提高用户的手感,例如用户的手指夹持烟棒时,可更加的有触感,且不易受力变形。
在本申请实施例的又一种实现方式中,可以理解,第一成型纸1、第二成型纸、第三成型纸以及第四成型纸所采用的成型纸由纤维材料制成,与上述由制得烟草薄片所采用的纤维材料类似,成型纸所采用的纤维材料具体可以包括亚麻、竹纤维、棉纤维以及针叶木纤维中的至少一种,亚麻、竹纤维、棉纤维以及针叶木纤维均为成本较为低廉且固定、塑形效果优异且具有可靠安全性的材料,且易于成产及加工,具有可靠安全性以及较佳的性价比。当然,在实际应用中,纤维材料具体也还可以包括其他类似的材料,具体在此不做限定。
值得一提的是,纤维材料在实际应用中,还可起到吸收、减少或者消除烟雾异味的效果,其中,以上述所提及的亚麻以及竹纤维所起到的效果为最佳, 且亚麻以及竹纤维的成本较低,也有利于纤维材料在成本上的控制。
在本申请实施例的又一种实现方式中,降温棒22所使用的材料具体可以包括植物纤维制造的纸质材料、醋酸纤维、丙纤纤维、聚乳酸纤维、植物颗粒以及高分子合成颗粒中的至少一种。
可以理解,在实际应用中,降温棒22可以以成本较低、且易于成产及加工、具有可靠安全性的通过植物纤维制造的纸质材料、醋酸纤维、丙纤纤维、聚乳酸纤维、植物颗粒以及高分子合成颗粒中的至少一种制作而成,这些材料不仅便于烟雾的流通,而且对甘油借具有良好的吸附效果,从而在降温棒22含有甘油时可以提升其降温、提纯效果,当然,这些材料的具体成分或者成分比例可随情况、需求而定,具体在此不做限定。当然,在实际应用中,降温棒22具体也还可以由其他材料制作而成,具体在此不做限定。
在本申请实施例的又一种实现方式中,第一虑棒21或者第二虑棒23的材料具体可以包括醋酸纤维以及过滤棉等高比热容材料中的至少一种。
可以理解,醋酸纤维以及过滤棉均为在成本以及烟雾过滤效果上取得较佳平衡的材料,且成本较为低廉,具有可靠安全性,易于成产及加工,因此,第一虑棒21或者第二虑棒23的材料具体可以采用醋酸纤维以及过滤棉中的至少一种制成,当然,在实际应用中,第一虑棒21或者第二虑棒23的材料具体也还可以包括其他类似的材料,具体在此不做限定。
请参阅图6,图6示出了本申请实施例还提供的烟棒产品的结构示意图。
在本申请实施例中,烟棒产品包括图1至图5对应任一实施例提供的烟棒,烟棒产品还包括可安装烟棒的加热装置4,加热装置4包括壳体41,壳体41形成一半封闭的容纳腔体以安装烟棒,烟棒可从发烟棒3这端通过插拔或者旋转等方式安装于该容纳腔体,该容纳腔体还可与烟棒的发烟棒3的形状相贴合,以便加强烟棒的安装、固定效果。
加热装置4设有加热部42,加热部42伸入上述的容纳腔体中,当烟棒安装于加热装置时,加热部42即可插入烟棒的发烟棒3中。加热部42可设为扁形,当烟棒安装进加热装置4、加热部42插入发烟棒3中时,发烟棒3即可不易发生转动,进而可提高发烟棒3在安装上的稳定性,当然,加热部42的底部也可设为可转动的活动结构;或者,加热部42也可设为圆柱形,当烟棒 安装进加热装置4,加热部42插入发烟棒3时,发烟棒3可不受限制,旋转插入,方便施力,在实际应用中,加热部42的形状还可以设为其他方式,如方条形等等,具体在此不做限定。加热部42的端部还可形成一尖角形状,以便加热部42更为省力的插入发烟棒3中。
加热部42设有加热电路,加热电路经通电后即可实现加热装置4的加热功能。加热装置4可安装电池,例如图6所示的具体结构,加热装置4的端部可安装电池,电池安装后,可通过电极43经相关连接电路,可将电能送达加热部42的加热电路,以进行加热部42的加热通电。当加热部42进行通电加热时,加热部42即可加热发烟棒3,以加热形成烟雾。
当发烟棒3加热后,发烟棒3加热形成的烟雾即可根据烟棒的结构,顺着发烟棒3,到达第一虑棒21,经第一虑棒21的过滤后到达降温棒22,烟雾经降温棒22降温后,再到达第二虑棒23,经第二虑棒23的过滤后即输出过滤并降温后的烟雾,以供用户吸咄、吸食烟雾。
当然,加热装置4还可设有电源开关,以便用户对加热装置4的加热功能进行手动控制,进一步的,加热装置4还可设有功率调节档位,以便调节加热装置4的加热功率。
可以理解的,在实际应用中,加热装置4还可以根据不同需求设置其他的部件,如用于指示电池电量的电源指示灯、定时启动、关闭加热装置4的加热功能的定时按键等等,具体在此不做限定。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的烟棒,通过烟棒中的发烟棒3加热后形成的烟雾经降温棒22吸收热量,实现烟雾的温度的降低,从而烟棒可输出降温后的烟雾,获得较为舒适的烟雾出口温度,便于烟棒的吸阻,用户可更加省力地吸咄出更低温、更大量的烟雾,有效防止用户吸咄时烫伤,使用户吸咄、吸食烟雾后可获得较佳的生理满足感,最终提升用户体验。

  1. 一种烟棒,其特征在于,所述烟棒包括第一成型纸、虑棒以及发烟棒,所述第一成型纸包覆所述虑棒以及所述发烟棒的周壁以固定所述虑棒以及所述发烟棒,在所述第一成型纸的固定下,所述虑棒包括依次连接的第一虑棒、用于对所述发烟棒加热所形成的烟雾进行降温的降温棒、第二虑棒,所述第一虑棒还连接所述发烟棒,所述发烟棒由烟草材料制成;
    当所述发烟棒加热后,所述烟雾可顺着所述发烟棒,经所述第一虑棒的过滤,再经所述降温棒的降温,后经所述第二虑棒的过滤后输出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟棒,其特征在于,所述降温棒或者所述发烟棒含有多元醇或其混合物,用于当所述烟雾流经时,吸收所述烟雾的热量,降低所述烟雾的温度。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的烟棒,其特征在于,所述发烟棒或者所述降温棒由所述烟草材料以及纤维材料通过造纸工艺得到的烟草薄片卷制而成。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的烟棒,其特征在于,所述第一虑棒或者所述第二虑棒为空心虑棒结构,所述空心棒结构具有通孔以流通空气,当所述烟雾通过所述通孔时,经所述空气降温。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烟棒,其特征在于,所述通孔的横截面为梅花形状。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的烟棒,其特征在于,所述第一虑棒、所述降温棒、所述第二虑棒以及所述发烟棒的长度比例为1:1:1:1至3之间的任意数值。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烟棒,其特征在于,所述第一虑棒、所述降温棒、所述第二虑棒以及所述发烟棒的长度分别为10毫米、10毫米、10毫米以及10至30毫米之间的任意数值。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的烟棒,其特征在于,所述降温棒由第二成型纸卷制而成。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烟棒,其特征在于,所述烟棒还包括第三成型纸,所述第三成型纸包覆所述降温棒的周壁以固定所述降温棒,所述第三成型纸处于所述第一成型纸与所述降温棒之间;
    和/或,
    所述烟棒还包括第四成型纸,所述第四成型纸包覆所述发烟棒的周壁以固定所述发烟棒,所述第四成型纸处于所述第一成型纸与所述发烟棒之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的烟棒,其特征在于,所述第一成型纸、所述第二成型纸、所述第三成型纸或者所述第四成型纸由硬壳成型纸制成。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的烟棒,其特征在于,所述纤维材料包括亚麻、竹纤维、棉纤维以及针叶木纤维中的至少一种。
  12. 根据权利要求1或2所述的烟棒,其特征在于,所述降温棒的材料包括植物纤维制造的纸质材料、醋酸纤维、丙纤纤维、聚乳酸纤维、植物颗粒以及高分子合成颗粒中的至少一种。
  13. 根据权利要求1或2所述的烟棒,其特征在于,所述第一虑棒或者所述第二虑棒的材料包括醋酸纤维以及过滤棉中的至少一种。
  14. 一种烟棒产品,其特征在于,所述烟棒产品包括权利要求1至13中任一项所述的烟棒,所述烟棒产品还包括可安装所述烟棒的加热装置;
    当所述烟棒安装于所述加热装置时,所述加热装置的加热部插入所述烟棒的发烟棒中;
    当所述加热部进行通电加热时,所述加热部加热所述发烟棒,以加热形成烟雾。
