本实施例中,茶颗粒的制备方法为:S1:茶叶干燥后,经过微波膨化干燥进行低温膨化;S2:S1所得茶叶研磨至300~500目粉末,湿法造粒得20~50目茶颗粒产品。
实施例4
将实施例1~3制得的发烟部,分别制备茶烟弹,所制得的茶烟弹由下至上的结构分别为:密封部4、发烟部1、隔离部5、净化部21、隔离部5、控温部22、隔离部5、气源部23、隔离部5、过滤部24,整个外侧茶烟弹的外侧套有定型部3。为便于理解,实施例1~3制得的发烟部所制得的茶烟弹分别命名为茶烟弹A、茶烟弹B以及茶烟弹C。
本实施例中,发烟部1产生烟雾后,首先通过茶梗净化部21进行净化,疏松多孔的茶梗可有效吸附烟雾中的有害物质,同时,净化部21的茶梗,还可以起到烟雾的增香作用,茶梗中的茶多酚,还可以起到提神的作用,因此,茶梗净化部21还具有辅助增香及提神的效果,即辅助加强发烟部1提神效果及增香的作用。在确保对于烟雾中有害物质良好的过滤净化效果的基础上,可大幅降低常规过滤材料的使用,一方面可有效降低成本,另一方面还可解决常规过滤材料难以降解、导致环境污染的问题。
在实际使用的过程中,由于茶烟弹的结构较为复杂,各结构在受到外力(如:发热片插入或抽吸)或加热后,结构容易松散,各结构之间容易相互影响而导致抽吸效果变差,此时,隔离部5可有效起到隔离各结构的作用。
为有效提升茶烟弹结构的稳定性,防止茶烟弹各部位发生松散脱落,减少粘合剂等化学成分的使用,本申请实施例提供的一种茶烟弹还包括:定型部3,定型部3套在发烟部1与烟嘴2的外部。定型部3套在发烟部1与烟嘴2的外侧,可有效维持茶烟弹的结构稳定性,在受到外界震动影响后,依然可以维持茶烟弹结构的稳定,便于茶烟弹的存放与运输;同时,由于定型部3的定型作用,在茶烟弹制备时,可使用逐个压入的方法,有效减少了粘合剂的使用,可避免在加热时粘合剂受热分解释放有害气体,进一步地提升了茶烟弹的抽吸口感,抽吸更加安全。
茶烟弹还设有密封部4结构,密封部4设置于发烟部1的下方,用于防止发烟部1的内容物掉出。密封部4的设置,可有效降低在烟丝贮存过程中卷烟结构的损坏,以及,当加热片插入发烟部1后,密封部4可有效防止发烟部1在受热以及异物插入后的松散而导致的烟丝掉落入电子烟本体中,防止电子烟本体被污染。
实施例5
本实施例为测定实施例4制得的茶烟弹1~3抽吸效果的实施例。本实施例中,将实施例4制得的茶烟弹1~3进行抽吸测评,所得测评结果请参阅表1。

从表1中可以得出,本申请提供的技术案所得到的茶烟弹产品,其单根抽吸口数、吸阻、烟气温度计口感等技术参数均与现有的电子烟烟弹产品的参数相仿,从抽吸体验的角度,可作为传统烟弹的替代品;进一步地,所制得的茶烟弹产品茶多酚带出效果良好,茶多酚具有良好的提神效果,从提神的使用需求的角度,也可以作为传统烟弹的替代品。
本申请还提供了一种电子烟,包括:加热单元、储能单元、控制单元及以上述卷烟结构。控制单元控制加热单元进行加热,储能单元为加热单元的加热过程提供能量,当加热单元插入卷烟结构中后,对卷烟结构进行加热,开始抽吸过程。
综上所述,本申请提供了一种茶烟弹,所述茶烟弹包括:发烟部及与所述发烟部上端相连的烟嘴,所述发烟部与烟嘴相连,所述烟嘴用于过滤所述发烟部产生的有毒物质和/或降低发烟部产生烟气的温度;所述发烟部包括:茶丝、茶颗粒和发烟剂。本申请还提供了一种电子烟,包括:加热单元、储能单元、控制单元及上述茶烟弹。本申请提供的技术方案中,茶丝与茶颗粒的复合设计,可以确保加热片方便插入,确保了良好的发热效果,同时复配以发烟剂,发烟剂受热携带茶丝与茶颗粒产生的提神成分随烟气充分扩散;进一步地,经品评员评吸测定,制得的茶烟弹提神效果、香气、发烟量及整体抽吸体验,均优市售茶烟弹。本申请提供的一种茶烟弹及一种电子烟,解决了现有技术中,电子烟茶烟弹存在着抽吸体验不佳的技术缺陷。
以上所述仅是本申请的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种茶烟弹,其特征在于,所述茶烟弹包括:发烟部及与所述发烟部上端相连的烟嘴,所述发烟部与烟嘴相连,所述烟嘴用于过滤所述发烟部产生的有毒物质和/或降低发烟部产生烟气的温度;
    所述发烟部包括:茶丝、茶颗粒和发烟剂。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的茶烟弹,其特征在于,以质量份计,所述发烟部包括:茶丝1~25份、茶粒65~98份和发烟剂1~25份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的茶烟弹,其特征在于,所述发烟部的密度为0.3~0.8g/cm 3
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的茶烟弹,其特征在于,所述发烟剂选自:丙二醇、丙三醇以及三醋酸甘油酯中的任意一种或多种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的茶烟弹,其特征在于,所述茶丝的制备方法为:茶叶依次经分段式干燥后,所得干燥产物制得宽度为0.5~4mm、长度为0.5~12mm、湿度为3%~10%的茶丝;
    所述分段式干燥的方法为:茶叶依次经第一次干燥至含水量降低30%、第二次干燥至含水量降低20%以及第三次干燥至含水量降低10%后,静置至室温,得所述干燥产物。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的茶烟弹,其特征在于,所述茶颗粒的制备方法为:
    S1:茶叶干燥后,经过微波膨化干燥进行低温膨化;
    S2:S1所得茶叶研磨至300~2000目粉末,湿法造粒得20~30目茶颗粒产品。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的茶烟弹,其特征在于,所述烟嘴由下至上的结构为:净化部、控温部、气源部及滤嘴;
    所述净化部控温部、气源部及滤嘴之间分别设有一隔离部,所述隔离部用于各结构之间的相互独立。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的茶烟弹,其特征在于,所述净化部为茶梗净化部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的茶烟弹,其特征在于,所述茶烟弹还包括:密封部及定型部;
    所述密封部设置于所述发烟部的下方,用于防止所述发烟部内容部露出;
    所述定型部套在所述发烟部与烟嘴的外部。
  10. 一种电子烟,包括:加热单元、储能单元及控制单元,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括:权利要求1至9任意一项所述的茶烟弹。
