香料和发烟剂的添加可以在纸质片基制备过程中喷涂到纸质片基表面,也可以在压纹起皱之后、烟支定型之前再喷涂香料和/或发烟剂,也可以在烟支定型之后以注射方式向烟支中添加香料和/或发烟剂。

实施例1
请参阅图1,一种加热不燃烧烟支,包括发烟段1、烟气通过段2和包裹元件3,发烟段1设置有气溶胶发生基质,气溶胶发生基质为颗粒状的加热不燃烧再造烟叶;烟气通过段2包括第一功能段4和第二功能段5;第一功能段4为纸质嘴棒,设置在发烟段1和第二功能段5之间,纸质嘴棒的长度为7mm,直径为6mm;包裹元件3为纸管,周向包覆发烟段1和烟气通过段2。发烟段1远离第一功能段4的一端设置有封口纸6。
在一个可选地实施例中,第二功能段5采用醋纤棒,且设置有一个沿其长度方向的通孔7;通孔7的沿其径向方向的截面为圆形,通孔7的直径为 6mm。
在其他的实施例中,通孔7的截面可以是异形的,例如五角星形或其他的规则或不规则的多边形。
在另外一个可选地实施方式中,包裹元件3的外表面还设置有一层水松纸(图中未示出)。
纸质嘴棒使用纸质片基经压纹起皱经过成型机形成纸质嘴棒,纸质嘴棒具有大比例的载香和吸附能力,加载香料的质量为纸质片基的质量的300%。香精香料为烟草提取物、丙二醇和香精的混合物。
在一个可选地实施方式中,纸质片基的制备方法包括:将木浆纤维经过无水疏解成单根纤维,经过风送并成型得到一层纤维薄层,在纤维薄层两面依次喷涂胶粘剂,干燥后形成纸质滤棒纸;在纸质滤棒纸的两面喷涂香料,干燥后经过压光定型,形成纸质片基。纸质片基的克重为60g/m 2,厚度为0.3mm,在纸质基片被卷成过滤嘴棒之前将其宽度裁剪为140mm,然后压纹起皱。
需要说明的是,香料的加载、喷涂可以在制备纸质嘴棒的时候进行,也可以在加热不燃烧烟支最后装填时再加香。烟支罐装时,可用针式注射方式在滤嘴处(第二功能段尾端)插入到纸质嘴棒段注射加香。
进行加热不燃烧烟支试样加工,得到的加热不燃烧烟支总长为45mm,首先在纸管的一端利用高透气度的封口纸进行封口处理,采用烟支装填机进行颗粒的气溶胶罐装,罐装至10mm,然后罐装7mm的纸质嘴棒,再次罐装28mm的中空棒,最后在纸管表面包裹水松纸,完成烟支的加工。
对比例1
以现有市场销售的万宝路heets薄片气溶胶的加热不燃烧烟支进行对比。利用IQOS2.4型加热器进行感官评吸对比,结果如下表1所示:

实施例2
请参阅图2,一种加热不燃烧烟支,包括发烟段1、烟气通过段2和包裹元件3,发烟段1设置有气溶胶发生基质,气溶胶发生基质为片状的加热不燃烧再造烟叶;烟气通过段2包括第一功能段4和第二功能段5;第一功能段4由降温颗粒装填得到,设置在发烟段1和第二功能段5之间;包裹元件3为纸管,周向包覆发烟段1和烟气通过段2。发烟段1远离第一功能段4的一端设置有封口纸6。包裹元件3的外表面还设置有一层水松纸。
如图2、图3所示,在一个可选地实施例中,第二功能段5采用丙纤棒,且沿其长度方向均匀对称的设置有4个通孔7;每一个通孔7的沿其径向方向的截面为圆形,每个通孔7的直径为1.5mm。
降温颗粒是将烟梗进行微波膨胀,促使梗组织的细胞腔变大,然后经过回潮、造粒,造粒后的颗粒进行二次微波膨胀,筛分出粒径为20-60mm的颗粒进行喷涂加香,加香的量为筛分得到的颗粒的质量的10%;香料为薄荷提取物、丙三醇和香精的混合物。获得的降温颗粒的内部具有多孔结构。
进行加热不燃烧烟支试样加工,烟支总长为45mm,首先将降温颗粒装入纸管,在纸管的两端采用网状的封口纸进行封口,形成一个颗粒降温段,长度为26mm。然后在纸管的一端利用高透气度的封口纸进行封口处理,采用烟支装填机进行薄片状加热不燃烧再造烟叶罐装,罐装至12mm,再次罐装封好的第一功能段,最后罐装四孔丙纤棒,罐装结束后在纸管表面包裹水松纸,完成烟支的加工。
在一个可选地实施例中,可以选择将第一功能段和第二功能段先进行复合,然后再与发烟段装填在一起。
对比例2
以对比例1提供的加热不燃烧烟支进行对比。
利用IQOS2.4型加热器进行感官评吸对比,结果如下表2所示:

纸质片基的制备方法同实施例1。纸质片基的克重为50g/m 2,厚度为0.2mm,在纸质基片被卷成过滤嘴棒之前将其宽度裁剪为120mm。
按照上述规格制造加热不燃烧烟支试样,将发烟段、第一功能段及第二功能段利用三元复合机进行复合,一次完成烟支的加工,降低生产成本和加工工序,提高产品的效率。
对比例3
以对比例1提供的加热不燃烧烟支进行对比。
利用IQOS2.4型加热器进行感官评吸对比,结果如下表3所示:

通过表1-表3感官评价统计可知,本公开提供的加热不燃烧烟支,有别于现有的四元结构,烟支结构趋于简单,降低生产加工成本;同时,在降低烟气温度的情况下,避免四元结构导致的烟气量不足、香气减弱等问题,提升了烟气量、芳香度,最终提升吸烟者的抽吸体验。
为了进一步说明纸质嘴棒的长度对烟支的相关性能的影响,在实施例1的基础上,分别选择第一功能段4的长度为5mm、7mm、9mm、11mm时,评价烟支的烟气量、吸阻、烟气温度等性能,结果如下表4所示:

由上表4可知,第一功能段4的长度在达到11mm时,各项指标较差,在7mm时各项指标均较好。故纸质嘴棒的长度优选5-10mm,以7mm最佳。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种加热不燃烧烟支,其特征在于,包括发烟段、烟气通过段和包裹元件,所述发烟段设置有气溶胶发生基质,所述烟气通过段包括构造成降温和/或承载物料的第一功能段以及构造成聚集烟气的第二功能段;
    所述第一功能段设置在所述发烟段和所述第二功能段之间;
    所述包裹元件周向包覆所述发烟段和所述烟气通过段。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧烟支,其特征在于,所述发烟段远离所述第一功能段的一端设置有封口纸。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的加热不燃烧烟支,其特征在于,所述第二功能段设置有一个或多个沿其长度方向的通孔;
    优选地,所述通孔的沿其径向方向的截面为圆形、多边形或不规则形状;
    优选地所述通孔的沿其径向方向的截面为圆形。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的加热不燃烧烟支,其特征在于,当设置一个所述通孔时,所述通孔的直径为2.0mm、2.5mm、3.0mm、3.5mm、4.0mm、4.5mm、5.0mm、5.5mm、6.0mm、6.5mm、7.0mm、7.5mm以及2.0-7.5mm之间的任一值;当设置多个所述通孔时,每一个所述通孔的直径独立的为0.5mm、0.6mm、0.7mm、0.8mm、0.9mm、1.0mm、1.1mm、1.2mm、1.3mm、1.4mm、1.5mm以及0.5-1.5mm之间的任一值。
