背景技术
加热不燃烧卷烟产品与传统卷烟相比,其通过加热低温烘烤的技术原理,使烟叶或烟草材料既能释放出生物碱和烟草香气,又大大减少了烟草高温燃烧裂解产生的有害成分,侧流烟气和环境烟气也大幅降低。加热不燃烧卷烟因其低害、无二手烟味、环境友好等诸多优点,近几年迅速得到消费者的广泛认可。
目前市场上销售的加热不燃烧烟支主要由烟料段、降温段、过滤段等部分组成。烟料段的物料大多为薄片状物料,采用再造烟叶工艺加工而成;整个烟支采用专门的复合加工制造设备和生产加工工艺制作而成;因此其成本较高,市场售价也高。目前加热不燃烧产品尚处于市场推广初期,品牌少、产品少。
主流的加热不燃烧烟支带有过滤嘴用于消费者抽吸,尽管便于使用,但因烟支加热过程中产生的烟气温度达200-300℃,借助过滤嘴来抽吸必须采取特殊的降温设计将高温烟气降低到常温,无法采用现有的过滤材料和生产工艺,从而导致成本高、生产加工复杂、烟气感官质量下降。另外,过滤嘴段大都采用醋酸纤维等卷烟专用材料进行微颗粒截留过滤,存在不可降解的环保方面缺陷。
如何充分利用现有卷烟生产工艺、制丝设备、原料、卷接包装设备等进行加热不燃烧烟支设计,无需引入新设备、新工艺,保护环境,提高质量成为急需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种带提拉段的加热不燃烧烟支及辅具。本发明旨在提出一种新型的加热不燃烧烟支,该烟支可利用当前烟草工业现有制丝工艺、卷包工艺完成产品的生产加工,且成本低、易于生产,感官质量更接近传统卷烟。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种带提拉段的加热不燃烧烟支,包括烟料段以及与烟料段尾端连接的提拉段;在烟料段中有烟料;

3、本发明烟支空管部分的纤维段可设计为外部香精香料、薄荷等提供源,简化了烟料段的香精香料设计难度,提高了多种风格口味烟支规格设计的灵活性,更好的满足消费者多样化、个性化需求,同时保证提供源不被高温加热,通过空腔实现热隔离,通过气流流动实现降温并将提供源产生的气味带入,并实现在常温或低温环境下缓慢释放,减少了提供源的添加量,降低成本,气味随着气流贯穿整个烟支,使得气味与烟叶充分接触并被其吸收,改善烟叶的口感,避免传统烟抽食过程中,仅前几口具有添加味道,而之后的抽食没有味道或味道淡的弊端。
4、烟支所用的卷烟纸、包装成型纸不必要一定采用卷烟纸、水松纸、醋酸纤维等烟草专用材料,大大降低了烟支材料成本和生产成本。
5、整个烟支所用材料可全部采用可降解材料,且不影响烟气感官质量,摒弃了醋酸纤维等难以降解的烟草材料,提高了加热不燃烧烟支的环保性能。
6、烟支烟料段及烟支生产均可采用烟草工业现有生产加工工艺、设备、原料,大大提高了现有产业资源的利用率,极大降低了传统卷烟向加热不燃烧卷烟切换的成本。
综上,本发明设计合理、成本低廉、结构紧凑且使用方便。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本实施例的带提拉段的加热不燃烧烟支,作为基本结构,包括烟料段1以及与烟料段1尾端连接的提拉段2;在烟料段1中有烟料4,以供加热后抽食,烟料为加热可抽吸材料,不限于烟丝,可以是烟丝、烟叶、颗粒等一种或几种加热可抽吸材料的混合物,均是本发明保护范围。实际生产中,烟支总长度介于28–50mm,圆周介于18–26mm,其可以预制或采用现有传统烟支等。作为优选,烟料段由烟草物料(包括烟丝、梗丝、薄片、膨胀丝等)和卷接烟草物料的包裹纸组成。烟料段用于插入到加热器具的加热腔中加热产生烟气,烟料可由烟叶、烟丝、薄片、梗丝或颗粒状等物料一种或多种混配组成,并在生产过程中可以添加料液、药材或香精香料等加热挥发物质。烟料段长度优选介于15-30mm,圆周优选介于20-25mm。由于图纸大小所限,本发明的辅具为示意图。
在提拉段2上设置有进气通道;保证气流顺畅,保证常温空气供给。提拉段用于将烟 支从加热器具加热仓的下端插入进加热仓或从加热仓中取出。提拉段优选不进入加热仓中的加热区,提拉段不带有用于嘴部抽吸的过滤嘴。提拉段长度优选介于20-30mm,圆周优选介于20-25mm。空腔部分可穿透空管设置有不少于1个的透气孔,以便于调节吸阻并允许外界常温气体进入空腔并进入烟料段。
当通过不燃烧加热器加热仓6加热插入到加热仓6的烟料段1抽吸时,释放物料(8)的挥发性成分(例如香精等)与空气通过进气通道或封堵件进入并与烟料段1的烟料4产生的烟气混溶接触后,从加热仓6一端的吸嘴7排出。这是本发明气流的流体路径。
提拉段2包括与烟料段1连接的支管件5,优选,端部与烟料段1尾端烟料抵接,从而实现防止烟料外漏的问题,支管件5实现短的烟料段抽食与更换的方便性。在支管件5中设置有与烟料段1末端对应的空腔部11;在空腔部11存放有释放物料8,从而使得物料在常温或低温环境下,缓慢释放并与加热产生的烟气混溶,提高抽吸品质。当通过不燃烧加热器加热仓6加热插入到加热仓6的烟料段1时,释放物料8进入加热仓6并与烟料段1的烟料4产生的烟气混溶后,从加热仓6一端的吸嘴7排出。
本发明还包括至少以下方案之一,可以是其合理组合使用:
a),当通过不燃烧加热器加热仓6加热插入到加热仓6的烟料段1时,烟料段1至少部分内置于加热仓6;从而方便用手抽取或插入,避免支管件加热。
b),在烟料4外层包裹有包装纸3。
c),烟料段1端部与提拉段2端部连接有成型纸10;烟料段和提拉段由包装成型纸卷接粘合在一起,起到连接成型与密封作用;并可在包装成型纸表面进行印刷商品Logo等信息。
d),提拉段2的支管件5为空管结构,在空管中设置有阻挡释放物料8外露或作为载体的封堵件9;从而减少挥发性物料向空气中释放而浪费。
e),进气通道设计的孔为阻尼孔,大小与数量可以根据实际需求与市场需要进行调整;从而实现节流,减少烟气与挥发性物料向外释放,提高吸烟的舒适感。
f),释放物料8包括带有挥发物质的载体。
h),烟料段1可短于30mm;可以根据所需进行裁切或预制均可。
j),支管件5材质为纸浆、植物纤维等;支管件5外径等同于或略大于烟料段外径。通过支管还可以调节伸入到加热仓的长度,实现调节每次加热量。支管件优选空管,空管内部填充有封堵件,封堵件的上端与烟料段形成一定空腔,空腔与烟料段末端对接在一起,可以支撑和阻挡烟料散开。空管为纸质空管,空管材料由麻浆、木浆等纸浆或植物纤维等制作而成。空管厚度介于0.5-2mm,圆周等同于或略大于烟料段圆周。
如图1,封堵件9密封设置或进气通道在封堵件9上或封堵件9内置有爆珠,通过挤压爆珠将爆炸内的释放物料排出,在气流与加热作用下,实现释放并与烟料混溶,材料可为植物纤维段、塑胶件、陶瓷颗粒件、醋酸纤维或丙酸纤维等。封堵件长度介于5~10mm,直径为空管内径加0.1~0.3mm。封堵件或释放物料可以部分或全部采用纤维材料可设计为含香精香料爆珠或喷涂香精香料,如薄荷、蓝莓、坚果等口味的香精香料,用于增香、补香,调节烟气感官质量以及多样化口味的烟支规格设计。当然,可以将封堵件与释放物料两者为一体或分体,当释放是气体或液体优选为一体设计,利用封堵件实现对其附着。
如图1,在空腔部11上设置有作为进气通道的透气孔12。
作为并列方案,但是可以合理组合使用。
a),沿着空腔部11深度方向,透气孔12与释放物料8在同一深度或不再同一深度;
b),烟料段所用于包裹烟料的包装纸3可以为具有透气度的卷烟纸、带有铝箔层的复合铝箔纸、用麻浆/木浆或草浆等制成的盘纸或带有防油特性的防油纸等。
如图2,封堵件9包括植物纤维、塑料、纸浆、陶瓷、活性炭或囊包等;
如图1,本实施例的带提拉段的加热不燃烧烟支的辅具,包括不燃烧加热器以及设置在不燃烧加热器上的加热仓6与吸嘴7;加热仓6与吸嘴7连通;
当抽食时,烟料段1插入到加热仓6中,空气通过进气通道进入并与烟料段1的烟料4接触后,从吸嘴7排出。吸嘴7外层为食品级硅胶材料。作为具体应用,本发明烟支通过尾部插入加热不燃烧器具,采用带金属滤芯降温性能的固定烟嘴进行抽吸,烟料段用于从加热仓下端插入到加热仓中加热抽吸,提拉段用于将加热不燃烧烟支从加热仓中插入或移除。
烟支在加热抽吸时,设计气流通道为从提拉段的空管下部进入并穿过带有透气度的封堵件,然后进入到烟料段;或由提拉段空管的空腔部位打通的透气孔进入空气再进入到烟料段。气流通道一方面调节抽吸时的吸阻,并提供常温空气用于调节加热烟料段产生的高温烟气。
作为具体实施例1
一种加热不燃烧烟支,其长度为45mm,其中烟料段25mm,提拉段为20mm;烟支圆周为24mm。烟支成型纸长度为27mm,将烟料段与提拉段复合成型为烟支。
烟料段物料采用传统卷烟烟丝,并进行加料处理,烟丝填充量为0.35g;烟料段包装纸采用常规卷烟盘纸。提拉段采用纸质空管,长度为20mm,圆周为24mm,壁厚1mm;封堵件采用纸浆纤维材料,长度为10mm,直径为6mm,由空管段下部插入空管,封堵件尾端与空管下端平齐。空管上端空腔为10mm,空腔外部穿透空管进行激光打孔,打孔排数为 围绕1排,个数为8个,孔径为0.1mm。
采用周边环形管状加热仓方式的加热器具进行加热,带有金属滤芯降温设计的固定烟嘴进行抽吸。
本实施例烟支烟气饱满丰富、烟气温感舒适、烟草本香突出、生理满足感强、吸阻适中、使用便利。
作为具体实施例2:
一种加热不燃烧烟支,其长度为35mm,其中烟料段20mm,提拉段为15mm;烟支圆周为24mm。烟支成型纸长度为20mm,将烟料段与提拉段复合成型为烟支。
烟料段物料采用传统卷烟烟丝,并进行加料处理,烟丝填充量为0.3g;烟料段包装纸采用复合铝箔纸。提拉段采用纸质空管,长度为15mm,圆周为24mm,壁厚1mm。封堵件采用小麦秸秆纤维材料,长度为7mm,直径为6mm;纤维喷涂薄荷型香精香料。纤维材料由空管段下部插入空管,插入深度为12mm,封堵件尾端与空管下端距离5mm。空管上端空腔为3mm,空腔外部不打孔。
采用周边环形管状加热仓方式的加热器具进行加热,带有金属滤芯降温设计的固定烟嘴进行抽吸。
本实施例烟支烟气量大、薄荷香味徐徐产生、烟草烘烤香明显、烟气温感舒适清凉、劲头适中、吸阻舒适、无异味。
本发明充分描述是为了更加清楚的公开,而对于现有技术就不再一一列举。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;作为本领域技术人员对本发明的多个技术方案进行组合是显而易见的。而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种带提拉段的加热不燃烧烟支,其特征在于:包括烟料段(1)以及与烟料段(1)尾端连接的提拉段(2);在烟料段(1)中有烟料(4);
    提拉段(2)包括端部与烟料段(1)尾端烟料(4)抵接的支管件(5)和/或在提拉段(2)上设置进气通道;
    当通过不燃烧加热器加热仓(6)加热插入到加热仓(6)的烟料段(1)时,空气通过进气通道进入并与烟料段(1)的烟料(4)产生的烟气混溶后,从加热仓(6)一端的吸嘴(7)排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带提拉段的加热不燃烧烟支,其特征在于:在支管件(5)中设置有与烟料段(1)末端对应的空腔部(11);在空腔部(11)存放有释放物料(8);
    当通过不燃烧加热器加热仓(6)加热插入到加热仓(6)的烟料段(1)抽吸时,释放物料(8)的挥发性成分进入加热仓(6)并与烟料段(1)的烟料(4)产生的烟气混溶后,从加热仓(6)一端的吸嘴(7)排出。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的带提拉段的加热不燃烧烟支,其特征在于:还包括至少以下方案之一,
    a),当通过不燃烧加热器加热仓(6)加热插入到加热仓(6)的烟料段(1)时,烟料段(1)至少部分内置于加热仓(6);
    b),在烟料(4)外层包裹有包装纸(3);
    c),烟料段(1)端部外壁与提拉段(2)外壁之间连接有成型纸(10);
    d),提拉段(2)的支管件(5)为空管结构,在空管中设置有作为释放物料(8)载体的封堵件(9);
    e),进气通道设计的孔为阻尼孔;
    f),释放物料(8)包括香料、香精、调味料或药材;
    h),烟料段(1)短于30mm;
    j),支管件(5)材质为纸浆或植物纤维;
    k),支管件(5)外径等同于或略大于烟料段外径。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带提拉段的加热不燃烧烟支,其特征在于:封堵件(9)密封设置或进气通道在封堵件(9)上或封堵件(9)内置有爆珠。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带提拉段的加热不燃烧烟支,其特征在于:在空腔部(11)上设置有作为进气通道的透气孔(12)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的带提拉段的加热不燃烧烟支,其特征在于:作为并列方案
    a),沿着空腔部(11)深度方向,透气孔(12)与释放物料(8)在同一深度或不在同一深度;
    b),包装纸(3)包括透气度的卷烟纸、带有铝箔层的复合铝箔纸、包装盘纸或防油纸。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的带提拉段的加热不燃烧烟支,其特征在于:封堵件(9)包括植物纤维、塑料、纸浆、陶瓷、活性炭或囊包。
  8. 一种权利要求1-7任一项所述的带提拉段的加热不燃烧烟支的辅具,其特征在于:包括不燃烧加热器以及设置在不燃烧加热器上的加热仓(6)与吸嘴(7);加热仓(6)与吸嘴(7)连通;
    当抽食时,烟料段(1)插入到加热仓(6)中,空气通过进气通道进入并与烟料段(1)的烟料(4)接触后,从吸嘴(7)排出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的带提拉段的加热不燃烧烟支及辅具,其特征在于:吸嘴(7)带有金属滤芯。
