本申请实施例提供一种信贷额度确定方法、装置、服务器及可读存储介质。服务器接收用户终端发送的贷款请求,贷款请求中包括至少两个用户各自的身份信息、信贷信息,以及至少两个用户之间的关系信息。服务器分别对身份信息、信贷信息以及关系信息进行审核,并在所有信息均审核通过时,基于信贷 信息以及关系信息确定贷款请求的信贷额度。通过上述设计,既可以提高信贷额度,以改善用户体验,又可以降低信贷平台的信贷风险。

如图1所示,是本申请实施例提供的一种服务器100与用户终端200的交互示意图。服务器100通过网络300与至少一个用户终端200(图1中示出两个)通信,以进行数据通信或交互。其中,网络300可以是有线网络或无线网络。服务器100可以是独立的服务器,也可以是由多个独立的服务器组成集成服务器。用户终端200可以是,但不限于,智能手机、个人电脑(personal computer,PC)、平板电脑、智能穿戴设备、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、移动上网设备(mobile Internet device,MID)等。
在本申请实施例中,用户终端200中安装有至少一个应用程序(APP),例如,贷款APP。该至少一个应用程序与服务器100相对应,为用户提供贷款服务,例如,存储用户个人数据、评估程序(如,信用评估模型、额度评估模型等)及对用户进行信用评估等。用户终端200用于响应用户的操作,从而生成与该操作对应的请求或指令。
如图2所示,图2是图1中所示服务器100的方框示意图。服务器100包括存储器110、处理器120及通信单元130。
存储器110、处理器120及通信单元130各元件之间直接或间接地电性连接,以实现数据的传输或交互。例如,这些元件相互之间可通过一条或多条通讯总线或信号线实现电性连接。存储器110中包括软件或固件(firmware)形式的信贷额度确定装置400。处理器120用于执行存储器110中存储的可执行模块,例如信贷额度确定装置400所包括的软件功能模块及计算机程序等。
其中,存储器110可以是,但不限于,随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM),可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-Only Memory,PROM),可擦除只读存储器(Erasable  Programmable Read-Only Memory,EPROM),电可擦除只读存储器(Electric Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)等。
处理器120可以是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。处理器120可以是通用处理器,包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称CPU)、网络处理器(Network Processor,简称NP)等。还可以是数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本申请实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
通信单元130用于通过网络300建立服务器100与用户终端200之间的通信连接,并用于通过网络300收发数据。
可以理解,图2所示结构仅为示意。服务器100还可以包括比图2所示更多或更少的组件,或具有与图2所示不同的配置。其中,图2所示的各组件可以采用硬件、软件或其组合实现。
在本申请实施例中,用户终端200所包括的组件及各组件之间的连接关系与服务器100类似,此处不再赘述。
如图3所示,图3为应用于图2所示服务器100的一种信贷额度确定方法的流程示意图,下面将对图3所示的具体流程及步骤进行详细描述。
步骤101、服务器100接收用户终端200发送的贷款请求。
其中,该贷款请求中包括至少两个用户各自的身份信息和信贷信息,以及该至少两个用户之间的关系信息。
在本申请实施例中,一个贷款请求对应的贷款用户可以有两个或多个。例 如,当一个贷款请求对应的贷款用户为两个时,该贷款请求中包括的关系信息用于描述两个贷款用户之间的关系(如父子、母子、夫妻等)。又例如,当一个贷款请求对应的贷款用户为三个时,该贷款请求中包括的关系信息用于描述三个贷款用户之间的关系(如普通亲戚关系)。
实施时,用户可通过用户终端200输入或上传至少两个用户各自的身份信息和信贷信息,以及该至少两个用户之间的关系信息。用户终端200可响应用户的操作生成包括该身份信息、该信贷信息及该关系信息的贷款请求发送至服务器100。
作为一种实施方式,用户终端200中的贷款APP可响应用户操作显示一贷款申请界面,该贷款申请界面可以包括身份信息输入框、信贷信息输入框、关系信息输入框及“确认提交申请”的标签选项等。当用户点击“确认提交申请”的标签选项时,用户终端200可自动检测用户是否输入各项信息,若存在未输入的信息项(如,未输入关系信息),用户终端200可在该贷款申请界面提示用户继续输入。若不存在未输入的信息项,用户终端200可生成包括用户输入的各项信息的贷款请求,并将该贷款请求发送至服务器100。
步骤102、服务器100响应贷款请求,分别对身份信息、信贷信息以及关系信息进行审核。
在本实施例中,用户的身份信息可以包括该用户的身份证信息、该用户持身份证的照片等。作为一种实施方式,用户的身份信息可通过以下方式进行审核。
服务器100可从公安系统等的数据库获取用户的身份信息,并将获取到的身份信息与该用户输入或上传的身份信息进行对比,若两者相匹配,则确定该用户的身份信息审核通过。
作为一种实施方式,用户的信贷信息可通过以下方式进行审核。
服务器100可根据用户的身份信息直接从外部数据库(如银行数据库、信用信息数据库等)获取该用户的实际信贷信息,并将获取到的实际信贷信息与该用户输入或上传的信贷信息进行对比,若两者相匹配,则可确定该用户的信贷信息审核通过。
作为另一种实施方式,服务器100也可在获取用户授权的情况下,从用户授权的数据库获取该用户的实际信贷信息,并将获取到的实际信贷信息与该用户输入或上传的信贷信息进行对比,若两者匹配,则可确定该用户的信贷信息审核通过。
此外,用户也可通过用户终端200输入自己的信贷信息,或输入信贷信息获取途径(如联系方式、账户信息等),以便信贷平台进行核查。
通过上述设计,可以确保申请贷款的至少两个用户身份信息及信贷信息的可靠性,从而降低信贷平台的信贷风险。
在本实施例中,至少两个用户之间的关系信息可包括该至少两个用户之间的关系证明信息。步骤102中,对关系信息进行审核,可以通过如下方式实现。
服务器100判断关系信息中的关系证明信息是否可识别。若不可识别,则确定该关系信息审核不通过。若可识别,则验证该关系信息中的关系证明信息,并在该关系证明信息验证通过的情况下,确定该关系信息审核通过。
在本实施例中,关系信息的类型可以包括婚姻关系、亲子关系(如,父子关系、母子关系等)、旁系亲属关系(如,叔伯关系等)等。关系证明信息可以包括户口簿信息和/或至少两个用户持结婚证的合照等。
对关系证明信息进行验证的方式可以有多种。
例如,服务器100可从相应的外部数据库中获取至少两个用户的户口簿信 息,将获取到的户口簿信息与用户输入或上传的户口簿信息进行对比,若两者相匹配,则确定该至少两个用户的关系证明信息验证通过。
又例如,服务器100可从相应的外部数据库中获取至少两个用户的户口簿信息,并根据该至少两个用户的户口簿信息从外部数据库中获取每个用户的身份信息。然后,将从外部数据库中获取的户口簿信息与用户输入或上传的户口簿信息进行第一比对,将获取到的每个用户的身份信息与该用户输入或上传的身份信息进行第二比对,若第一比对及每个第二比对均成功,则确定该至少两个用户的关系证明信息验证通过。
又例如,当关系证明信息中包括至少两个用户持结婚证的合照时,关系证明信息可通过如下方式进行验证。
首先,服务器100识别合照中的结婚证区域和非结婚证区域,并分别获取该结婚证区域内的第一图像及该非结婚证区域内的第二图像。
其中,第一图像为两个用户在结婚证区域内的头像,第二图像为两个用户在非结婚证区域内的头像。
然后,服务器100确定获取到的第一图像与第二图像的相似度,并在该相似度达到相似度阈值的情况下,确定关系证明信息验证通过。
其中,在确定第一图像与第二图像的相似度时,应当分别确定每个用户在结婚证区域内的头像与该用户在非结婚证区域内的头像之间的相似度。在每个相似度都达到相似度阈值(如,85%、90%等)的情况下,确定关系证明信息验证通过。
若存在未达到相似度阈值的相似度,或存在处于预设相似度区间(如,60%~85%)的相似度,可确定关系证明信息验证未通过,进而确定包括该关系证明信息的关系信息审核不通过。
在本申请实施例中,贷款APP提供的贷款申请界面上可包括一关系类型选项,用户可直接选取对应的关系类型。实施时,服务器100可检测用户选择的关系类型选项进而确定关系信息的类型。当检测到关系信息的类型为婚姻关系时,服务器100可按照上述方法对关系证明信息中的合照进行识别处理,进而对该关系证明信息进行验证。
在实际应用中,如果至少两个用户的关系信息存在虚假,则该至少两个用户共同承担债务的可靠性较低,若信贷平台仍旧基于该关系信息确定信贷额度会承担较大风险。通过上述设计,可以确保至少两个用户之间关系的真实性,进而降低信贷平台的信贷风险。
在本实施例中,当至少两个用户之间的关系信息审核不通过时,服务器100可提示用户提供新的关系信息或提示用户提供新的关系信息获取途径。
例如,当关系信息审核不通过时,服务器100可发送一页面文件(如,HTML文件)至用户终端200进行显示。该页面文件可包括“请重新提交关系信息”等提示信息,以及“重新提交”、“其他核查方式”等选项标签。当用户可自行提供新的关系信息时,可直接选择“重新提交”的选项标签并重新上传。当用户无法自行提供新的关系信息时,可选取“其他核查方式”的选项标签。当用户选取“其他核查方式”的选项标签时,服务器100可弹出一显示页面以提示用户输入相应联系方式或账户信息,以便后续进行核查。
步骤103、若身份信息、信贷信息以及关系信息均审核通过,则服务器100基于信贷信息以及关系信息确定贷款请求的信贷额度。
在身份信息、信贷信息以及关系信息均审核通过之后,信贷额度确定方法还可以包括以下步骤。
服务器100基于信贷信息以及关系信息判断贷款请求是否通过,并在该贷 款请求通过的情况下,执行基于信贷信息以及关系信息确定该贷款请求的信贷额度的操作。
服务器100基于信贷信息以及关系信息判断贷款请求是否通过可通过如下方式实现。
首先,服务器100基于信贷信息分别确定至少两个用户各自的个人信用评分。
在本实施例中,用户的信贷信息可包括该用户的信用信息、收入信息及负债信息等,其中,信用信息可包括社保公积金缴纳信息、信用卡信息、负债还款信息以及是否为黑名单用户等。作为一种实施方式,用户的个人信用评分可通过以下计算式计算:
个人信用评分=F[f1(收入)+f2(负债)]+f3(信用)
其中,F、f1、f2及f3表示信用评分函数,可根据实际需求进行设定。
然后,服务器100基于关系信息以及至少两个用户的个人信用评分确定该至少两个用户的联名信用评分。
在本实施例中,确定联名信用评分的方式可以有多种。例如,可以选取至少两个用户的个人信用评分中的最小值作为该至少两个用户的联名信用评分。又例如,可以将至少两个用户的个人信用评分的平均值作为该至少两个用户的联名信用评分。
最后,服务器100判断联名信用评分是否达到预设评分,若达到预设评分,则确定贷款请求通过。
其中,预设评分可根据实际需求进行灵活设置。当至少两个用户的联名信用评分未达到预设评分时,表明该至少两个用户的信用未到达信贷平台设定的信用标准,可不予贷款。
步骤103中,基于信贷信息以及关系信息确定贷款请求的信贷额度,可通过以下方式实现。
服务器100基于信贷信息以及联名信用评分,并按照至少两个用户之间的关系信息的类型对应的信贷额度确定规则确定贷款请求的信贷额度。
服务器100中可记录有不同类型的关系信息与不同的信贷额度确定规则之间的关系。
作为一种实施方式,贷款请求的信贷额度可通过基于信贷信息以及联名信用评分的计算式计算得到。服务器100可将该计算式中的运算函数调整为至少两个用户之间的关系信息的类型对应的运算函数。
例如,服务器100可根据以下计算式计算得到贷款请求的信贷额度。
联名信贷额度=q1*p1(收入和-负债和)+p2(联名信用评分)
其中,收入和为至少两个用户的收入之和,负债和为至少两个用户的负债之和。p1、p2及q1为运算函数。本实施例中,运算函数可以是一个运算表达式,也可以是一个预设的具体数值,如q1可以为80%。其中,p1、p2及q1可根据至少两个用户之间的关系信息的类型确定。也即,服务器100可根据至少两个用户之间的关系信息的类型查找出对应的p1、p2及q1的表达式或比例值,并将p1、p2及q1对应调整为查找出的表达式或比例值。
在本实施例中,至少两个用户的关系信息还可以包括该至少两个用户的关系年限(如,结婚年限等)、共有资产数量等。服务器100也可以根据至少两个用户的关系类型、关系年限及有共有资产数量选择信贷额度确定规则。
如此,服务器100可基于至少两个用户的信贷信息(如,收入和、负债和、联名信用评分等)确定该至少两个用户的联名信贷额度。通过上述方法确定的信贷额度通常会大于个人用户能够申请到的信贷额度,进而改善用户体验。
此外,用户之间的关系类型不同,共同承担债务的可靠性也有所不同。通过上述设计,服务器100可根据至少两个用户之间的关系类型确定该至少两个用户的信贷额度,也即,信贷平台提供给至少两个用户的信贷额度与该至少两个用户共同承担债务的可靠性相匹配。如此,能够降低信贷平台的信贷风险。
如图4所示,本申请实施例还提供一种信贷额度确定装置400,应用于图2所示的服务器100。信贷额度确定装置400包括接收模块410、第一审核模块420以及确定模块430。
其中,接收模块410用于接收用户终端200发送的贷款请求。
在本实施例中,该贷款请求中包括至少两个用户各自的身份信息和信贷信息,以及该至少两个用户之间的关系信息。关于接收模块410的描述具体可参考对图3中所示步骤101的详细描述,也即,步骤101可以由接收模块410执行。
第一审核模块420用于响应贷款请求,分别对身份信息、信贷信息以及关系信息进行审核。
在本实施例中,关于第一审核模块420的描述具体可参考对图3中所示步骤102的详细描述,也即,步骤102可由第一审核模块420执行。
第一审核模块420对关系信息进行审核的具体方式为:
判断关系信息中的关系证明信息是否可识别,若不可识别,则确定该关系信息审核不通过,若可识别,则验证该关系证明信息,并在该关系信息验证通过的情况下,确定该关系信息审核通过。
在本实施例中,关系信息的类型可以包括婚姻关系,关系证明信息可以包括至少两个用户持结婚证的合照。第一审核模块420验证关系证明信息的具体方式为:
识别合照中的结婚证区域和非结婚证区域,并分别获取该结婚证区域内的第一图像和该非结婚证区域内的第二图像。确定该第一图像和该第二图像的相似度,并在该相似度达到相似度阈值的情况下,确定该关系证明信息验证通过。
确定模块430用于在身份信息、信贷信息以及关系信息均审核通过时,基于信贷信息以及关系信息确定贷款请求的信贷额度。

在本实施例中,确定模块430基于信贷信息以及关系信息确定贷款请求的信贷额度的具体方式为:
基于信贷信息以及联名信用评分,并按照至少两个用户之间的关系信息的类型对应的信贷额度确定规则确定贷款请求的信贷额度。

可以替换的,可以全部或部分地通过软件、硬件、固件或者其任意组合来实现。当使用软件实现时,可以全部或部分地以计算机程序产品的形式实现。所述计算机程序产品包括一个或多个计算机指令。在计算机上加载和执行所述计算机程序指令时,全部或部分地产生按照本申请实施例所述的流程或功能。所述计算机可以是通用计算机、专用计算机、计算机网络、或者其它可编程装置。所述计算机指令可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,或者从一个计算机可读存储介质向另一个计算机可读存储介质传输,例如,所述计算机指令可以从一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心通过有线(例如同轴电缆、光纤、数字用户线(DSL))或无线(例如红外、无线、微波等)方式向另一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心进行传输。所述计算机可读存储介质可以是计算机能够存取的任何可用介质或者是包含一个或多个可用介质集成的电子设备、服务器、数据中心等数据存储设备。所述可用介质可以是磁性介质,(例如,软盘、硬盘、磁带)、光介质(例如,DVD)、或者半导体介质(例如固态硬盘Solid State Disk(SSD))等。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。
工业实用性:通过应用本申请的技术方案,服务器接收用户终端发送的贷款请求,贷款请求中包括至少两个用户各自的身份信息、信贷信息,以及至少两个用户之间的关系信息。服务器分别对身份信息、信贷信息以及关系信息进行审核,并在所有信息均审核通过时,基于信贷信息以及关系信息确定贷款请求的信贷额度。通过上述设计,既可以提高信贷额度,以改善用户体验,又可以降低信贷平台的信贷风险。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种信贷额度确定方法,其特征在于,应用于服务器,所述方法包括:
    接收用户终端发送的贷款请求,所述贷款请求包括至少两个用户各自的身份信息和信贷信息,以及所述至少两个用户之间的关系信息;
    响应所述贷款请求,分别对所述身份信息、所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息进行审核;
    若所述身份信息、所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息均审核通过,则基于所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息确定所述贷款请求的信贷额度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若所述身份信息、所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息审核通过之后,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息判断所述贷款请求是否通过,并在所述贷款请求通过的情况下,执行所述基于所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息确定所述贷款请求的信贷额度的操作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息判断所述贷款请求是否通过,包括:
    基于所述信贷信息分别确定所述至少两个用户各自的个人信用评分;
    基于所述关系信息以及所述至少两个用户的个人信用评分确定所述至少两个用户的联名信用评分;
    判断所述联名信用评分是否达到预设评分,若达到预设评分,则确定所述贷款请求通过。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息确定所述贷款请求的信贷额度,包括:
    基于所述信贷信息以及所述联名信用评分,并按照所述至少两个用户之间的关系信息的类型对应的信贷额度确定规则确定所述贷款请求的信贷额度。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述关系信息包 括所述至少两个用户的关系证明信息;对所述关系信息进行审核,包括:
    判断所述关系信息中的关系证明信息是否可识别;
    若不可识别,则确定所述关系信息审核不通过;
    若可识别,则验证所述关系证明信息,并在所述关系证明信息验证通过的情况下,确定所述关系信息审核通过。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述关系信息的类型包括婚姻关系,所述关系证明信息包括所述至少两个用户持结婚证的合照;所述验证所述关系证明信息,包括:
    识别所述合照中的结婚证区域和非结婚证区域;
    分别获取所述结婚证区域内的第一图像及所述非结婚证区域内的第二图像;
    确定所述第一图像与所述第二图像的相似度;
    在所述相似度达到相似度阈值的情况下,确定所述关系证明信息验证通过。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一图像为两个用户在结婚证区域内的头像,第二图像为两个用户在非结婚证区域内的头像。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述相似度阈值设置为85%以上。
  9. 一种信贷额度确定装置,其特征在于,应用于服务器,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,配置成接收用户终端发送的贷款请求,所述贷款请求中包括至少两个用户各自的身份信息和信贷信息,以及所述至少两个用户之间的关系信息;
    第一审核模块,配置成响应所述贷款请求,分别对所述身份信息、所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息进行审核;
    确定模块,配置成在所述身份信息、所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息均审核通过时,基于所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息确定所述贷款请求的信贷额 度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二审核模块,配置成基于所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息判断所述贷款请求是否通过,并在所述贷款请求通过的情况下,触发所述确定模块执行所述基于所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息确定所述贷款请求的信贷额度的操作。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二审核模块包括:
    评估子模块,配置成基于所述信贷信息分别确定所述至少两个用户各自的个人信用评分;
    所述评估子模块,还配置成基于所述关系信息以及所述至少两个用户的个人信用评分确定所述至少两个用户的联名信用评分;
    判断子模块,配置成判断所述联名信用评分是否达到预设评分,若达到预设评分,则确定所述贷款请求通过。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块基于所述信贷信息以及所述关系信息确定所述贷款请求的信贷额度的具体方式为:
    基于所述信贷信息以及所述联名信用评分,并按照所述至少两个用户之间的关系信息的类型对应的信贷额度确定规则确定所述贷款请求的信贷额度。
  13. 根据权利要求9~12任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述关系信息包括所述至少两个用户的关系证明信息;所述第一审核模块对所述关系信息进行审核的具体方式为:
    判断所述关系信息中的关系证明信息是否可识别,若不可识别,则确定所述关系信息审核不通过,若可识别,则验证所述关系证明信息,并在所述关系证明信息验证通过的情况下,确定所述关系信息审核通过。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述关系信息的类型包括婚姻关系,所述关系证明信息包括所述至少两个用户持结婚证的合照;所述第一审核模块验证所述关系证明信息的具体方式为:
    识别所述合照中的结婚证区域和非结婚证区域;
    分别获取所述结婚证区域内的第一图像及所述非结婚证区域内的第二图像;
    确定所述第一图像与所述第二图像的相似度;
    在所述相似度达到相似度阈值的情况下,确定所述关系证明信息验证通过。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一图像为两个用户在结婚证区域内的头像,第二图像为两个用户在非结婚证区域内的头像。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述相似度阈值设置为85%以上。
  17. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的信贷额度确定方法。
  18. 一种可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述可读存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被执行时实现权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的信贷额度确定方法。
