, 在传送带装置上依次设有灌装区域 (al) 、 口红旋壳区域, 灌装区 域 (al) 设有口红灌装机, 口红旋壳区域设有用于将灌装好的口红进 行旋壳的口红旋壳机; 所述传送带装置包括有多个依次枢接在一起的 传送钢片 (a3) , 每个传送钢片 (a3) 上设有口红置放盒 (a4) , 口 红置放盒 4) 顶面幵设有口红置放孔 (a6) , 还包括有一个设于传 送钢片 (a3) 上的夹紧气缸 (a5) , 口红置放盒 (a4) 侧面设有供夹 紧气缸 (a5) 动力输出端穿过并夹紧口红底壳的夹紧口; 冷却区域还 包括有位于灌装区域 (al) 、 口红旋壳区域之间的冷却区域 (a2) , 冷却区域 (a2) 上设有冷风机; 所述口红旋壳机包括有一个底座 (11 ) , 底座 (11) 上设有至少一组旋壳机构, 每组旋壳机构包括有一个 机架 (12) , 机架 (12) 固定有第一驱动电机 (21) , 第一驱动电机 (21) 动力输出端连接有一个循环旋转机构; 每个循环旋转机构包括 有 U形夹臂 (31) , U形夹臂 (31) 的两端向对方延伸出有导壁 (32 ) , 还包括有一个旋转板 (51) , 旋转板 (51) 的顶面和底面均幵设 有导槽 (52) , 导壁 (32) 位于对应导槽 (52) 内; 旋转板 (51) 背 面设有齿条 (53) , 还包括有一个固定在 U形夹臂 (31) 上的第二驱 动电机 (22) , 第二驱动电机 (22) 动力输出端设有与齿条 (53) 配 合的齿轮 (4) ; 旋转板 (51) 的正面的两端凸出有挂耳 (54) , 两 个挂耳 (54) 之间设有一个弹性片 (55) , 弹性片 (55) 的外侧面设 有一层防滑贴合层 (56) , 弹性片 (55) 的内侧面设有一层压电材料 层 (57) ; 所述第一驱动电机 (21) 靠近 U形夹臂 (31) 的一面上设 有两个对称设置的第一导电臂 (61) , 所述 U形夹臂 (31) 上设有两 个与第一导电臂 (61) 配合的第一导电柱 (63) , 第一导电臂 (61) 和第一导电柱 (63) 的一端接触吋抵靠在一起; 所述两个导槽 (52) 内底面贴设有第二导电臂, 两个第二导电臂分别与压电材料层 (57) 的两端连接, 所述导壁 (32) 均为导体, 两个导壁 (32) 分别与两个 第一导电柱 (63) 的另一端电性连接; 所述第一驱动电机 (21) 靠近 U形夹臂 (31) 的一面上还设有两个对称设置的第三导电臂 (62) , 所述 U形夹臂 (31) 上设有两个与第三导电臂 (62) 配合的第二导电 柱 (64) , 第三导电臂 (62) 和第二导电柱 (64) 的一端接触吋抵靠 在一起, 两个第二导电柱 (64) 的另一端分别与第二驱动电机 (22) 相连; 其特征在于: 所述底座 (11) 上设有五组旋壳机构; 防滑贴合 层 (56) 为橡胶材质。
