Description

一种水箱式铜线拉丝机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种拉丝机,具体是一种水箱式铜线拉丝机。
背景技术
铜线拉丝机属于标准件等金属制品生产预加工设备,目的是为了把由钢材生产厂家生产运输至标准件等金属制品生产企业的线材或棒材经过拉丝机的拉拔处理,使线材或棒材的直径、圆度、内部金相结构、表面光洁度和矫直度都达到标准件等金属制品生产需要的原料处理要求。
水箱式铜线拉丝机是一种常见的拉丝机,在收放线的过程中对铜线产生的张力的大小会影响到铜线的质量,由于收放线过程中拉丝的不均匀,容易造成拉丝过紧导致拉丝断裂,对拉丝的质量和拉丝的效率造成非常严重的影响,同时水箱式拉丝机拉丝完成后需要进行干燥,现代一般通过电热丝进行加热干燥,干燥非常不均匀,而且电热丝暴露在空气中,容易造成电能的大量浪费。
为此,针对上述背景技术中提出的问题,本领域技术人员提出了一种新型的铜线拉丝机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水箱式铜线拉丝机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种水箱式铜线拉丝机,包括底座、箱体、水箱和干燥箱,所述底座的上端通过第一支撑柱固定连接有箱体,箱体内部固定连接有第一支撑架,第一支撑架的下端在箱体的内部固定连接有第二支撑架;所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架上从左至右均匀设置有多个支撑轴,支撑轴与第一支撑架和第二支撑架固定连接,支撑轴上转动连接有凹槽轮;所述箱体的左侧和右侧分别连通有第一进线管和第一出线管,箱体的上端通过第二支撑柱固定连接有水箱,水箱的顶部通过回水管与箱体的底部连通;所述箱体的右侧设置有干燥箱,干燥箱通过第三支撑柱与底座固定连接,干燥箱的左右两侧分别连通有第二进线管和第二出线 管;所述干燥箱的上端设置有干燥管,干燥管的两端分别与干燥箱的左右两侧连通,干燥管上依次固定连接有风机、加热装置和干燥装置,干燥装置包括干燥筒,干燥筒内部固定连接有两层透气网布;所述底座的左右两侧固定连接有立杆,立杆的顶端转动连接有导向轮,立杆远离底座中部的一端设置有套管;所述套管与底座固定连接,套管的上端套设有升降杆,升降杆的顶端固定连接有升降盘;所述升降盘的一侧上端固定连接有支杆,支杆的顶端转动连接有导线轮,升降盘的中部设置有转轴,转轴通过轴承与升降盘转动连接,转轴的底端连接有电机的输出轴,转轴的上端固定连接有线辊。

与现有技术相比,本发明通过箱体内的凹槽轮对铜线进行拉拔,使得铜线的线径发生变化,拉丝过程之中,通过水箱内的水对铜丝进行降温,保证拉丝的质量,拉丝完成后,铜线进入到干燥箱内,干燥管可以向干燥箱内输入循环的热风,不仅干燥效果非常优秀,而且极大的节约了能源,在拉丝过程中,升降盘可以通过升降杆进行升降,通过导线轮和导向轮的配合,能够有效控制收放线时铜线所受到的拉力,防止铜线在拉丝的过程中发生断裂,提高收放线铜线受力的均匀性。

本发明的工作原理是:铜线通过箱体3内的凹槽轮30进行拉拔,使得铜线的线径发 生变化,拉丝过程之中,通过水箱8内的水对铜丝进行降温,保证拉丝的质量,拉丝完成后,铜线进入到干燥箱25内,干燥管13可以向干燥箱25内输入循环的热风,不仅干燥效果非常优秀,而且极大的节约了能源,在拉丝过程中,升降盘2可以通过升降杆18进行升降,通过导线轮4和导向轮22的配合,能够有效控制收放线时铜线所受到的拉力,防止铜线在拉丝的过程中发生断裂,提高收放线铜线受力的均匀性。
