Abstract

一种连接器组件(100),用于连接第一电路板(1)及第二电路板(2),该连接器组件(100)包括板对板连接器(10)、卡扣压板(20)及压盖件(30),卡扣压板和板对板连接器用于固定于第二电路板上,且板对板连接器还用于连接第一电路板,卡扣压板与板对板连接器间隔设置,压盖件包括盖合部(31)和由盖合部的第一端(P1)延伸的卡扣部(32),卡扣部用于卡扣连接于卡扣压板,盖合部在卡扣部卡扣于卡扣压板后压盖板对板连接器。还提供了一种电源组件及电子装置。该技术方案使得连接器组件结构稳固,并且在连接器组件的组装过程中不易出现安全事故,提高了安全性能。

Description

连接器组件、电源组件及电子装置
本申请要求于2017-05-12在中国国家知识产局递交的申请号为“2017103455093”、申请名称为“连接器组件、电源组件及移动终端”的发明专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子设备的连接技术领域,尤其涉及一种连接器组件、电源组件及具有所述连接器组件、电源组件的电子装置。
背景技术
目前的电子装置,如手机中,通常需要将两个电路板通过板对板连接器进行连接。例如,目前的手机中,承载或连接有功能元件的电路板通常经过板对板连接器电连接于主板,然而板对板连接器经常存在不稳固的问题,使得电路板与主板容易断开连接。在一些情况下,将板对板连接器通过螺钉直接螺接主板,并将螺钉压力分担给板对板连接器来增强板对板连接器的稳固性。然而,现有的螺钉通常是在最后组装阶段上进去的,如果在螺接过程中掉落,则会由于难以取出而遗留在主板或电路板上,容易造成其他电子器件短路,引起安全事故。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种提高安全性的连接器组件、电源组件及电子装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种连接器组件,用于连接第一电路板及第二电路板,所述连接器组件包括板对板连接器、卡扣压板及压盖件,所述卡扣压板和所述板对板连接器用于固定于所述第二电路板上,且所述板对板连接器还用于连接所述第一电路板,所述卡扣压板与所述板对板连接器间隔设置,所述压盖件包括盖合部和由所述盖合部的第一端延伸的卡扣部,所述卡扣部用于卡扣连接于所述卡扣压板,所述盖合部在所述卡扣部卡扣于所述卡扣压板后压盖所述板对板连接器。
本申请还提供一种电源组件,所述电源组件包括电池、第一电路板以及连接器组件。所述连接器组件用于连接第一电路板及第二电路板,所述连接器组件包括板对板连接器、卡扣压板及压盖件,所述卡扣压板和所述板对板连接器用于固定于所述第二电路板上,且所述板对板连接器还用于连接所述第一电路板,所述卡扣压板与所述板对板连接器间隔设置,所述压盖件包括盖合部和由所述盖合部的第一端延伸的卡扣部,所述卡扣部用于卡扣连接于所述卡扣压板,所述盖合部在所述卡扣部卡扣于所述卡扣压板后压盖所述板对板连接器。所述电池通过第一电路板电连接于所述连接器组件的板对板连接器,并通过所述板对板连接器与第二电路板连接。
本申请还提供一种电子装置,所述电子装置包括电源组件及第二电路板。所述电源组件包括电池、第一电路板以及连接器组件。所述连接器组件用于连接第一电路板及第二电路板,所述连接器组件包括板对板连接器、卡扣压板及压盖件,所述卡扣压板和所述板对板连接器用于固定于所述第二电路板上,且所述板对板连接器还用于连接所述第一电路板,所述卡扣压板与所述板对板连接器间隔设置,所述压盖件包括盖合部和由所述盖合部的第一端延伸的卡扣部,所述卡扣部用于卡扣连接于所述卡扣压板,所述盖合部在所述卡扣部卡扣于所述卡扣压板后压盖所述板对板连接器。所述电池通过第一电路板电连接于所述连接器组件的板对板连接器,并通过所述板对板连接器与第二电路板连接。
本申请提供的连接器组件、电源组件及电子装置,通过所述压盖件的卡扣部与固定于第二电路板上的卡扣压板卡扣连接,使得所述压盖件的盖合部可以对所述板对板连接器稳固压合,使得所述板对板连接器结构稳固,并且在所述连接器组件的组装过程中不易出现安全事故,提高安全性能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请实施例的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“厚度”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是暗示或指示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
请一并参阅图1及图2,图1为本申请一实施例中的连接器组件100的组装示意图,图2为连接器组件100,的部分元件的分解示意图。本申请提供一种连接器组件100,所述连接器组件100用于将第一电路板1连接至第二电路板2。所述连接器组件100包括板对板连接器10、卡扣压板20及压盖件30,所述卡扣压板20和所述板对板连接器10用于固定于所述第二电路板2上,且所述板对板连接器10还用于连接所述第一电路板1,所述卡扣压板20与所述板对板连接器10间隔设置,所述压盖件30包括盖合部31和由所述盖合部31的第一端P1延伸的卡扣部32,所述卡扣部32用于卡扣连接于所述卡扣压板20,所述盖合部31在所述卡扣部32卡扣于所述卡扣压板20后压盖所述板对板连接器10。
从而,通过所述压盖件30的压盖作用,可以将板对板连接器10紧密固定于第二电路板2上,且压盖件30最后与在第二电路板2上的卡扣压板20通过 卡扣连接,避免使用螺丝造成的风险。
其中,所述对板连接器10分别与所述第一电路板1及第二电路板2电连接,从而使得所述第一电路板1与第二电路板2可通过板对板连接器10电连接。
可以理解的是,所述连接器组件100可以应用于电子装置300(如图4所示)中,所述第二电路板2为电子装置300的主板,所述第一电路板1为承载或连接功能元件(如图3或4所示)的柔性电路板或印刷电路板,通过该连接器组件100,可将所述承载或连接于第一电路板1上的功能元件电连接至作为主板的第二电路板2。该电子装置300可以是手机、平板电脑或笔记本电脑等。
如图2所示,所述卡扣压板20包括压板部21,所述卡扣压板20通过所述压板部21固定连接于所述第二电路板2上。
所述卡扣压板20还包括从所述压板部21的边缘弯折形成的第一卡勾22。所述压盖件30的卡扣部32上设有第一卡槽S1,所述卡扣部30通过第一卡槽S1与所述卡扣压板20的第一卡勾22卡扣连接。
从而,本申请中,可先将卡扣压板20固定于第二电路板2上,然后装配板对板连接器10后,再通过压盖件30的卡扣部32与所述卡扣压板20进行卡扣连接,而将压盖件30扣压在所述板对板连接器10上,对板对板连接器10进行固定,同时由于是通过卡扣连接的方式,避免了螺丝固定时螺丝可能脱落而导致短路等问题。
其中,如图2所示,所述压板部21通过螺丝锁固的方式固定连接于所述第二电路板2上。例如,如图2所示,所述压板部21通过螺丝C1固定于所述第二电路板2上。由于对压板部21的螺丝锁固可在装配板对板连接器10之前进行,发生螺丝脱落时,可以方便地取出来,压板部21以螺丝锁固的方式进行固定并不会存在安全隐患。显然,在其他实施例中,所述压板部21可通过焊接、粘接等方式固定于所述第二电路板2上。
所述第一卡勾22为从所述压板部21的靠近所述板对板连接器10的第一边B1的边缘朝着远离所述第二电路板2的第一方向延伸,并在朝着第一方向延伸到预设距离后朝着远离板对板连接器10的第二方向弯折延伸形成的。即,从图2所示的观看角度看,所述第一卡勾22形成一“7”字形卡勾。
所述压盖件30的卡扣部32为从所述盖合部31的第一端P1朝着所述第二电路板2的方向延伸,所述卡扣部32的所述第一卡槽S1设置于所述卡扣部32上的与所述压盖件31连接的部位。即,所述第一卡槽S1设置于所述压盖件30的折弯处。
在一些实施例中,所述第一卡勾22具有弹性回复力,在将卡扣部32卡扣于所述卡扣压板20的第一卡勾22上时,卡扣部32向下运动而推动第一卡勾22朝着板对板连接器10的方向运动,当卡扣部32向下运动到使得卡扣部32的第一卡槽S1与第一卡勾22对齐时,所述第一卡勾22由于弹性回复力朝着第一卡槽S运动而收容于第一卡槽S1中。从而,卡扣部32与第一卡勾22实现卡扣连接。
如图2所示,所述压盖件30还包括由所述盖合部31的第二端P2延伸出的固定部33。所述连接器组件100还包括固定于所述第二电路板2上的固定件50。所述固定件50与所述卡扣压板20分设于板对板连接器10的两侧。所述压盖件30的所述固定部33与固定件50扣接而将所述压盖件30/盖合部31的第二端P2也固定于所述第二电路板2。其中,所述第二端P2与所述第一端P1为所述盖合部31的相对的两端。
其中,所述固定部33上设有第二卡槽S2,所述固定件50包括从所述固定件50的边缘弯折形成的第二卡勾51,所述固定部33通过第二卡槽S2与所述固定件50的第二卡勾51卡扣连接。
其中,所述第二卡勾51也可为从所述固定件50的边缘朝着远离第二电路板的方向延伸到预设距离后,朝着远离板对板连接器10的方向弯折延伸形成的。即,从图2所示的观看角度看,所述第二卡勾51形成一倒“L”形卡勾。
所述第二卡槽S2也可开设于固定部33上的与压盖件31连接的部位。
如图2所示,所述固定件50还包括连接部52,所述连接部52固定于所述第二电路板2上,从而所述固定件50通过所述连接部52固定连接于所述第二电路板2上。其中,所述连接部52也可通过螺丝锁固的方式固定于所述第二电路板2上。
在一些实施例中,所述卡扣压板20与所述固定件50的结构可相同,且对称设置在压盖件30的两端。在其他实施例中,所述固定件50可与所述固定部 33通过其他的方式固定连接,本申请中,仅需要保证压盖件30的卡扣部32与卡扣压板20通过卡扣连接即可。
在装配过程中,可以先将压盖件30的固定部33与所述固定件50固定连接,然后将板对板连接器10装配于第二电路板2上,然后再将压盖件30的卡扣部32与所述卡扣压板20卡扣连接,如此,通过压盖件的30的盖合部31压合于所述板对板连接器10上对板对板连接器10进行紧固,同时,在最后的装配步骤是通过卡扣实现的,不会出现螺丝掉落的风险。
如图2所示,所述板对板连接器10包括第一连接件11和与所述第一连接件11相插接的第二连接件12,所述第一连接件11固定于所述第二电路板2,所述盖合部31压盖所述第二连接件12,所述第二连接件12连接所述第一电路板1。
所述第一连接件11并与所述第二电路板2电连接,所述第二连接件12并与电路板60电连接。所述第一连接件11与所述第二连接件12相插接并相互导通,使得所述第一电路板1通过所述板对板连接器10电连接。所述第一电路板1与功能器件电连接,从而使得与第一电路板1电连接的功能器件与所述第二电路板2电连接。利用所述第一连接件11与所述第二连接件12相互可拆卸连接,方便所述第一连接件11与所述第二连接件12分离,方便对功能器件维护。所述盖合部31对所述第二连接件12施加压力,使得所述第二连接件12插接所述第一连接件11更加稳固,因此,所述第二电路板2不易与功能器件断开连接,提高了所述连接器组件100的稳固性。如前所述,所述第一电路板1可以是用于承载或连接功能器件的柔性电路板、印刷电路板,所述第二电路板2可为主板。
请参阅图3,为电源组件200的示意图,所述电源组件200包括电池3、前述的第一电路板1及所述连接器组件100。
所述电池3与所述第一电路板1电连接或安装于所述第一电路板1上。
所述电池3通过所述第一电路板连接所述连接器组件100,并通过所述连接器组件100电连接所述第二电路板2,从而,使得电池3可与所述第二电路板2电连接。
如图4所示,本申请的实施例还提供一种电子装置300,所述电子装置300 包括所述连接器组件100、所述电源组件200、所述第二电路板2以及壳体60。所述连接器组件100和所述电源组件200均固定收容于于所述壳体60内。所述壳体60包括前盖61和与所述前盖61相盖合的后盖62。所述连接器组件100和所述电源组件200固定收容于所述前盖61和所述后盖62形成的壳体空间之内。所述电源组件200的电池3固定于所述壳体60的过程中,需要先将所述电池3与所述第一电路板1电连接,所述第一电路板1再与所述板对板连接器10的第二连接件12电连接。所述第二连接件12与所述第一连接件11插接后,再将所述压盖件30压盖于所述第二连接件12上,使得电源组件200及其电池3的安装过程简便,安全性提高。
如图1所示,本实施方式中,所述第二电路板2还包括第一固定区Z1、第二固定区Z2及导电区Z3。所述板对板连接器10设置于所述导电区Z3上,并通过所述导电区Z3与所述第二电路板2电连接。所述第一固定区Z1、第二固定区Z2分别位于所述导电区Z3的两侧。所述卡扣压板20固定设置于所述第一固定区Z1,所述固定件50固定设置于所述第二固定区Z2。
在本实例中,所述压盖件30为条形板件。
所述电池3可为锂电池、镍氢电池等。所述电子装置300可为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、照相机等终端产品。
本申请提供的连接器组件100、电源组件200及电子装置300,通过所述压盖件30的卡扣部32卡扣连接于所述卡扣压板20,使得所述压盖件30的盖合部32可以对所述板对板连接器10稳固压合,使得所述板对板连接器10结构稳固,且避免了使用螺丝对板对板连接器10进行固定时带来的风险,提高安全性能。
以上所述是本申请的优选实施例,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种连接器组件,用于连接第一电路板及第二电路板,其特征在于,所述连接器组件包括板对板连接器、卡扣压板及压盖件,所述卡扣压板和所述板对板连接器用于固定于所述第二电路板上,且所述板对板连接器还用于连接所述第一电路板,所述卡扣压板与所述板对板连接器间隔设置,所述压盖件包括盖合部和由所述盖合部的第一端延伸的卡扣部,所述卡扣部用于卡扣连接于所述卡扣压板,所述盖合部在所述卡扣部卡扣于所述卡扣压板后压盖所述板对板连接器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣压板包括压板部,所述卡扣压板通过所述压板部固定连接于所述第二电路板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣压板还包括从所述压板部的边缘弯折形成的第一卡勾,所述卡扣部上设有第一卡槽,所述卡扣部通过第一卡槽与所述卡扣压板的第一卡勾卡扣连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述压板部通过螺丝锁固的方式固定连接于所述第二电路板上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡勾为从所述压板部的靠近所述板对板连接器的第一边的边缘朝着远离所述第二电路板的第一方向延伸,并在朝着第一方向延伸到预设距离后朝着远离板对板连接器的第二方向弯折延伸形成的。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣部为从所述盖合部的第一端朝着所述第二电路板的方向延伸,所述卡扣部的所述第一卡槽设置于所述卡扣部上的与所述压盖件连接的部位。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述压盖件还包括由所述盖合部的第二端延伸出的固定部,所述连接器组件还包括固定于所述第二电路板上的固定件,所述固定件与所述固定部扣接而将所述固定部固定连接所述第二电路板,其中,所述第二端与所述第一端为所述盖合部的相 对的两端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述固定部上设有第二卡槽,所述固定件包括从所述固定件的边缘弯折形成的第二卡勾,所述固定部通过第二卡槽与所述固定件的第二卡勾卡扣连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的连接器组件,其特征在于,所述板对板连接器包括第一连接件和与所述第一连接件相插接的第二连接件,所述第一连接件固定于所述第二电路板,所述盖合部压盖所述第二连接件,所述第二连接件连接所述第一电路板,所述第一电路板通过所述板对板连接器电连接所述第二电路板。
  10. 一种电源组件,其特征在于,所述电源组件包括电池、第一电路板以及连接器组件,所述连接器组件用于连接第一电路板及第二电路板;所述连接器组件包括板对板连接器、卡扣压板及压盖件,所述卡扣压板和所述板对板连接器用于固定于第二电路板上,且所述板对板连接器还用于连接所述第一电路板,所述卡扣压板与所述板对板连接器间隔设置,所述压盖件包括盖合部和由所述盖合部的第一端延伸的卡扣部,所述卡扣部用于卡扣连接于所述卡扣压板,所述盖合部在所述卡扣部卡扣于所述卡扣压板后压盖所述板对板连接器;所述电池通过第一电路板电连接于所述连接器组件的板对板连接器,并通过所述板对板连接器与第二电路板连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电源组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣压板包括压板部,所述卡扣压板通过所述压板部固定连接于所述第二电路板上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电源组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣压板还包括从所述压板部的边缘弯折形成的第一卡勾,所述卡扣部上设有第一卡槽,所述卡扣部通过第一卡槽与所述卡扣压板的第一卡勾卡扣连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电源组件,其特征在于,所述压板部通过螺丝锁固的方式固定连接于所述第二电路板上。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的电源组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡勾为从所述压板部的靠近所述板对板连接器的第一边的边缘朝着远离所述第二电路 板的第一方向延伸,并在朝着第一方向延伸到预设距离后朝着远离板对板连接器的第二方向弯折延伸形成的。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电源组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣部为从所述盖合部的第一端朝着所述第二电路板的方向延伸,所述卡扣部的所述第一卡槽设置于所述卡扣部上的与所述压盖件连接的部位。
  16. 根据权利要求10-15任一项所述的电源组件,其特征在于,所述压盖件还包括由所述盖合部的第二端延伸出的固定部,所述连接器组件还包括固定于所述第二电路板上的固定件,所述固定件与所述固定部扣接而将所述固定部固定连接所述第二电路板,其中,所述第二端与所述第一端为所述盖合部的相对的两端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电源组件,其特征在于,所述固定部上设有第二卡槽,所述固定件包括从所述固定件的边缘弯折形成的第二卡勾,所述固定部通过第二卡槽与所述固定件的第二卡勾卡扣连接。
  18. 根据权利要求10-15任一项所述的电源组件,其特征在于,所述板对板连接器包括第一连接件和与所述第一连接件相插接的第二连接件,所述第一连接件固定于所述第二电路板,所述盖合部压盖所述第二连接件,所述第二连接件连接所述第一电路板,所述第一电路板通过所述板对板连接器电连接所述第二电路板
  19. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括权利要求10-18任一项所述的电源组件,所述电子装置还包括第二电路板,所述电源组件与所述第二电路板电连接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置还包括壳体,所述电源组件及所述第二电路板均收容于所述壳体内。
