为解决上述问题,本申请 提供一种 保险单的分单记录查询方法 , 通过写入 在分单过程中的分单 记录 ,且提供分单 记录 查询,便于业务员在对分单 结果 存在质疑时,自主查询 分单记录 ,无需询问他人便可获取准确的分单 记录 ,提高分单透明度 。

本申请 实施例终端可以是PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、便携计算机等具有显示功能的可移动式终端设备。
如图1所示,该 保险单的分单记录查询设备 可以包括: 处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地, 保险单的分单记录查询设备 还可以包括摄像头、 RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。其中 , 用户接口可以包括显示屏( Display )、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。

步骤S10, 根据分单筛选规则从保单数据库中筛选出待分单的保险单以生成待分单的保险单清单;
管理服务器根据分单筛选规则从保单数据库中筛选出待分单的保险单以生成待分单的保险单清单,该待分单的保险单清单包括保险单信息、保单号和保单金额、投保客户和投保客户的星级评分等。该分单筛选规则包括 保单为长期保单(至少为一年),保单状态为有效、交清、自垫交清、自垫有效、减额交清,投保客户的年龄在50周岁(含)以下,投保客户的职业类别为1-4类,投保客户以标准体投保(标准体为符合条件的健康身体),无重大理赔记录,非自保件(不是保险公司内部人员购买的保单),保单不是集体交汇件,保单所属三级区域和最后一名招揽人所属三级区域相同,保单不是指定服务保单,保单不是业务员本次入司前开发的保单,投保客户不存在私密件保单等 , 只有满足上述 分单 筛选规则的 保险 单才会被筛选出来, 生成待分单的保险单清单。 在具体实施中,该 分单 筛选规则可根据实际情况进行设置,例如,减少 分单 筛选条件或增加 分单 筛选条件,进行 保险 单的筛选 ,此外,管理服务器定时获取待分单的保险单清单,即在每个月的月初筛选出待分单的保险单清单 。
其中,职业类别包括七类,一类职业一般是在办公室坐着不动的人,工作环境非常安全,如出纳和会计等;二类职业是文职人员,但偶尔会因工作原因离开公司到外面办事,如业务员;三类是经常到外面办事的工作人员,如小车司机等;四类职业一般是需要进行体力的劳动者,如货车司机和一般工人;五类职业是高空作业人员或操作机械的工人等,如车工、铣工和建筑人员等;六类职业为其发生意外的情况不一定会多,但是一但发生情况会很严重的行业,如石油管道清洗工等;七类属于高危行业,是保险公司拒保的行业,如矿工和爆破工等。
步骤S20, 获取待分单的保险单清单中每一客户的星级评分,并根据所述星级评分和预设分单规则对待分单的保险单清单中的每一保险单分配服务人员以生成分单记录,并将所述分单记录写入分单记录表;
管理服务器待分单的保险单清单中每一客户的星级评分,并根据每一客户的星级评分和预设分单规则对待分单的保险单清单中的每一保险单分配服务人员以生成分单记录,然后将生成的分单记录写入分单记录表。该分单记录表包括 分单时间、分单渠道、触发分单的条件、分单前服务人员、分单后服务人员 和 分单失败原因 等,该服务人员包括 营销员、收展员 和 运营督导 等。
该预设分单规则包括区域制分单规则、 纯孤儿单分单 规则和非收费期分单等,区域制分单规则具体包括:将保单分配给指定服务人员(保单存在指定服务人员);营销渠道为 电网销 的保单或保单为资源单,将保单分配 给运营督导 ; 银保渠道以及银行财富保障策划经理销售的 保险 单分配 给 运营督导 等。 纯孤儿单分单 规则包括:如果保单为非纯孤儿单,则根据保单金额进行排序,根据排序进行分单,具体为如果是 营销员 ,且 没有放弃 记录,同时 保单在同一 个 三级机构 ,则 分配给该营销员 ; 如果是收展员,并且和保单在同一 个 三级机构,则分配给该收展员 ;如果上述两步过后均未 分配到服务人员 ,则 优先分配给区域对应的收展员,否则分配给区域或者是营业单位对应的运营督导 ;如果保单为 纯孤儿单 ,且招揽人的离职时间为当前分单月份的上一月,则将保单 分给区域对应的保全员 ;如果该 纯孤儿单 未分配到保全员,则 优先分配给区域对应的收展员,否则分配给区域或者营业单位对应的运营督导 。该收费期分单规则包括:保单状态为免交、自垫有效、减额交清、到期终止、失效、停效或者交清状态的长险保单,或非处于缴费期的缴费有效状态且没有有效应收保单,优先按照区域制分单规则分单,分不到服务人员,则按照邮编分单。
在具体实施中,可将 待分单的保险单清单传输至客户评级系统,客户评级系统根据保险单清单中每一 客户的年龄、职业、体检情况、理赔记录,是否高危职业,购买保费类型、保费金额,联系方式是否完整、缴费是否及时等,对 每一 客户进行大数据的建模,对 每一 客户进行星级 评分,根据星级评分可将客户的星级分为 1星级至5星级 , 每个客户星级对于一个客户星级评分范围,即根据 每一 客户的星级评分确定对应的客户星级,例如,一星级客户评分范围为1-30分,二星级客户评分范围为31-60分,三星级客户评分范围为61-90分,四星级客户评分范围为61-90分,5星级客户评分范围为91-100分,当然星级客户评分范围可按照实际情况进行设置,具体地,还可以在每个客户星级中细分对应的客户星级。其中,客户星级越高,客户越优质,收费难度越小,客户星级越低,客户收费难度越高。
步骤S30, 在接收到服务人员触发的分单信息查询请求时,根据所述分单信息查询请求,从所述分单记录表中查询分单记录,并显示查询获得的分单记录。
服务人员根据服务人员工号和密码登录管理服务器,此时服务人员可在管理服务器中查询或修改分单记录表,具体为,服务人员触发分单记录查询请求,使得管理服务器接收该分单记录查询请求,然后管理服务器根据该分单记录查询请求,从存储的分单记录表中查询对应的分单记录,并显示查询获得的分单记录。具体地,参照图 3,图3为2中所述步骤S30的细化流程示意图,所述步骤S30包括:
步骤S31, 获取所述分单信息查询请求中的服务人员工号;
步骤S32, 从所述分单记录表中查询与所述服务人员工号关联的分单记录;
步骤S33, 显示查询获得的与所述服务人员工号关联的分单记录。
管理服务器获取该 分单信息查询请求中的服务人员工号,并从存储的分单记录表中查询与该服务人员工号关联的分单记录,然后显示查询获得的与该服务人员工号关联的分单记录,即根据服务人员工号查询对应的分单记录。该分单信息查询请求包括服务人员工号和服务人员的查询权限。在具体实施中,根据服务人员的职务划分不同的查询权限,且不同的查询权限对应不同的查询界面。
在本实施例中 , 本申请 根据分单筛选规则从保单数据库中筛选出待分单的保险单以生成待分单的保险单清单 ,并 获取待分单的保险单清单中每一客户的星级评分, 然后 根据 每一客户的 星级评分和预设分单规则对待分单的保险单清单中的每一保险单分配服务人员以生成分单记录,并将 生成的 分单记录写入分单记录表 ,最后 在接收到服务人员触发的分单信息查询请求时,根据 该 分单信息查询请求,从分单记录表中查询分单记录,并显示查询获得的分单记录 ,本方案通过写入 在分单过程中的分单 记录 ,且提供分单 记录 查询,便于业务员在对分单 结果 存在质疑时,自主查询 分单记录 ,无需询问他人便可获取准确的分单 记录 ,提高分单透明度 。
进一步的,参照图 4 , 基于上述第一实施例,提出 本申请保险单的分单记录查询方法 第二实施例, 与前述实施例的区别在于,该保险单的分单记录查询方法还包括 :
步骤 S40, 在接收到管理人员触发的人工分单请求时,根据所述人工分单请求显示人工分单界面;
步骤 S50, 接收所述管理人员基于所述人工分单界面选择的待分配保险单和待分配服务人员;
步骤 S60, 将所述待分配保险单分配至对应的待分配服务人员以生成分单记录,并将生成的分单记录写入分单记录表。
管理服务器在接收到管理人员触发的人工分单请求时,根据所述人工分单请求显示人工分单界面,该人工分单界面显示有待分配保险单清单和服务人员清单,管理人员可在人工分单界面选择待分配保险单,以及待分配服务人员,然后管理服务器将待分配保险单分配至对应的待分配服务人员以生成分单记录,并将生成的分单记录写入分单记录表。在具体实施中,可对管理人员设置分单权限,不同的分单权限对应不同的保单类型,保单类型可根据保单状态、保单金额或保单渠道等进行划分。
在本实施例中 ,本申请在管理服务器中增加人工分单功能,便于在管理服务器无法自动完成分单时,可进行人工分单,同时将分单记录写入分单记录表,便于后续服务人员查询。
进一步地, 参照图 5 , 基于上述第一或第二实施例,提出本申请保险单的分单记录查询方法 第 三 实施例 ,与前述实施例的区别在于,该保险单的分单记录查询方法还 包括 :
步骤S70,在接收到管理人员触发的 分单记录表的修改请求时,显示分单记录表的修改界面;
步骤S80, 接收所述 管理人员基于 修改界面触发的分单记录表的修改指令;
步骤S90, 根据所述修改指令修改所述分单记录表,并保存修改后的分单记录表。
管理人员通过登录管理服务器,进入管理服务器的分单记录表的查询界面,管理人员基于该查询界面查询分单记录表,并显示分单记录表,如果此时管理人员触发分单记录表的修改请求,管理服务器显示分单记录表的修改界面,该修改界面显示有分单记录表的筛选条件,即管理人员可通过选择筛选条件,确定需要修改的分单记录,并在修改界面中显示待修改的分单记录。然后在接收到 管理人员触发的修改指令时,根据该修改指令对应修改 待修改的分单记录,并保存修改后的分单记录表。在具体实施中,可对管理人员设置修改权限,即并不是每个管理人员都具备分单记录表的修改权限,同时,在管理人员修改分单记录表时,记录修改前后的分单记录,以及修改分单记录的管理人员,能够有效的追溯分单记录。
在本实施例中,本申请在管理服务器中增加分单记录表的修改功能,便于管理人员修改分单记录表。
进一步地,参照图 6,基于上述第一、第二或第三实施例,提出本申请 保险单的分单记录查询方法第四实施例,与前述实施例的区别在于,所述步骤 30之后, 该保险单的分单记录查询方法还包括:
步骤 S101,在接收到所述服务人员触发的分单记录的下载指令时,根据所述下载指令下载所述分单记录。
管理服务器在显示查询获得的分单记录后,如果服务人员触发该分单记录的下载指令,则根据该下载指令下载该分单记录。在具体实施中,服务人员还可以触发打印指令,从而打印该分单记录。
在本实施例中,本申请在管理服务器中增加下载或打印功能,使得服务人员能够下载或打印对应的分单记录。

    获取所述分单信息查询请求中的服务人员工号;
    从所述分单记录表中查询与所述服务人员工号关联的分单记录;
    显示查询获得的与所述服务人员工号关联的分单记录。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的 保险单的分单记录查询设备, 其特征在于,所述 保险单的分单记录查询 程序被所述处理器执行时 ,还 实现 以下 步骤 :
    在接收到管理人员触发的人工分单请求时,根据所述人工分单请求显示人工分单界面;
    接收所述管理人员基于所述人工分单界面选择的待分配保险单和待分配服务人员;
    将所述待分配保险单分配至对应的待分配服务人员以生成分单记录,并将生成的分单记录写入分单记录表。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的 保险单的分单记录查询设备, 其特征在于,所述 保险单的分单记录查询 程序被所述处理器执行时 ,还 实现 以下 步骤 :
    在接收到管理人员触发的 分单记录表的修改请求时,显示分单记录表的修改界面;
    接收所述 管理人员基于 修改界面触发的分单记录表的修改指令;
    根据所述修改指令修改所述分单记录表,并保存修改后的分单记录表。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的 保险单的分单记录查询设备, 其特征在于,所述 保险单的分单记录查询 程序被所述处理器执行时 ,还 实现 以下 步骤 :
    在接收到所述服务人员触发的分单记录的下载指令时,根据所述下载指令下载所述分单记录。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有 保险单的分单记录查询 程序,所述 保险单的分单记录查询 程序被处理器执行时实现 以下 步骤 :
    根据分单筛选规则从保单数据库中筛选出待分单的保险单以生成待分单的保险单清单;
    获取待分单的保险单清单中每一客户的星级评分,并根据所述星级评分和预设分单规则对待分单的保险单清单中的每一保险单分配服务人员以生成分单记录,并将所述分单记录写入分单记录表;
    在接收到服务人员触发的分单信息查询请求时,根据所述分单信息查询请求,从所述分单记录表中查询分单记录,并显示查询获得的分单记录。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的 计算机可读存储介质 , 其特征在于, 所述保险单的分单记录查询 程序被处理器执行时 还 实现 以下 步骤 :
    获取所述分单信息查询请求中的服务人员工号;
    从所述分单记录表中查询与所述服务人员工号关联的分单记录;
    显示查询获得的与所述服务人员工号关联的分单记录。

    将所述待分配保险单分配至对应的待分配服务人员以生成分单记录,并将生成的分单记录写入分单记录表。

    根据所述修改指令修改所述分单记录表,并保存修改后的分单记录表。
