保险代理人在出保险单以后一般都要对投保人提供一些咨询、保全等多方面的服务,一旦其代理人离职,此保险单就暂时处于没有人服务的保险单,即孤儿单。每个月都会产生较多的孤儿单,而孤儿单客户投保的保费较低,存在保障缺口,此外,孤儿单客户的年龄主要集中在26-45岁之间,自身及家庭成员变化较大,存在较多再购机会,即孤儿单客户的增值开发需求较多。
但保险公司无法及时获取孤儿单信息,也不能及时给孤儿单分配对应的增值开发人员进行服务,容易导致客户流失。
发明内容
本申请 的主要目的在于提供一种 保险单的增值开发人员分配 方法、 装置、 设备及存储介质 ,旨在解决 在处理孤儿单过程中,保险公司无法及时给孤儿单分配增值开发人员,增值开发人员也不了解客户需求,容易导致客户流失的技术问题 。

管理服务器根据孤儿单的筛选规则从保单数据库中筛选出孤儿单,并生成孤儿单清单;
将所述孤儿单清单传输至客户评级系统,以供所述客户评级系统对所述孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户进行评级,并将客户评级结果反馈至所述管理服务器;
接收所述客户评级系统反馈的所述客户评级结果,并根据所述客户评级结果给所述孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户分配增值开发人员。
可 选地, 所述根据所述客户评级结果给所述孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户分配增值开发人员的步骤包括:
获取增值开发人员的增值开发等级和预设分配规则;
根据所述预设分配规则、所述增值开发等级和所述客户评级结果给所述孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户分配增值开发人员 。

从所述增值开发表中获取孤儿单客户的再开发成功率;

在孤儿单客户处理过程中,存在保险公司无法及时 给孤儿单 分配增值开发人员,增值开发人员也不了解客户需求,容易导致客户流失的技术问题 。
为解决上述问题, 本申请 提供一种 保险单的增值开发人员分配 方法 , 通过获取孤儿单清单,并对孤儿单 清单中的孤儿单 客户进行评级,从而能够给孤儿单客户及时的分配增值开发人员,了解孤儿单客户的需求,进行增值开发,充分挖掘客户的潜在需求,避免客户流失 。

本申请 实施例 设备 可以是PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器 、 便携计算机等具有显示功能的可移动式终端设备。
如图1所示,该 保险单的增值开发人员分配 设备 可以包括: 处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。

该保险单的增值开发人员分配 方法 应用于管理服务器, 管理服务器根据孤儿单的筛选规则从核心服务器的保单数据库中筛选出孤儿单,以及对应的孤儿单 客户 ,并生成孤儿单清单,该孤儿单清单包括孤儿单客户信息、孤儿单的保单号和保单金额等。该孤儿单包括因招揽人、增值开发人员和业务员等服务人员离职产生的保险单,该筛选规则包括保单为长期保单(至少为一年),保单状态为有效、交清、自垫交清、自垫有效、减额交清,投保客户的年龄在50周岁(含)以下,投保客户的职业类别为1-4类,投保客户以标准体投保(标准体为符合条件的健康身体),无重大理赔记录,非自保件(不是保险公司内部人员购买的保单),保单不是集体交汇件,保单所属三级区域和最后一名招揽人所属三级区域相同,保单不是指定服务保单,保单不是业务员本次入司前开发的保单,投保客户不存在私密件保单等。只有满足上述筛选规则的孤儿单才会被筛选出来,生成孤儿单清单。在具体实施中,该筛选规则可根据实际情况进行设置,例如,减少筛选条件或增加筛选条件,进行孤儿单的筛选,该筛选规则还包括筛选时间,该筛选时间可以为离职月份1号至离职月份下月1号,即每隔一个月筛选一次孤儿单,该筛选时间当然也可以根据实际需要进行设置。
其中,职业类别包括七类,一类职业一般是在办公室坐着不动的人,工作环境非常安全,如出纳和会计等;二类职业是文职人员,但偶尔会因工作原因离开公司到外面办事,如业务员;三类是经常到外面办事的工作人员,如小车司机等;四类职业一般是需要进行体力的劳动者,如货车司机和一般工人;五类职业是高空作业人员或操作机械的工人等,如车工、铣工和建筑人员等;六类职业为其发生意外的情况不一定会多,但是一但发生情况会很严重的行业,如石油管道清洗工等;七类属于高危行业,是保险公司拒保的行业,如矿工和爆破工等。
步骤S20, 将所述孤儿单清单传输至客户评级系统,以供所述客户评级系统对所述孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户进行评级,并将客户评级结果反馈至所述管理服务器;
管理服务器在生成孤儿单清单后,将孤儿单清单传输至客户评级系统,客户评级系统对孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户进行评级,并将客户评级结果反馈至管理服务器。该客户评级结果为孤儿单客户的客户星级,客户星级是客户评级系统根据孤儿单客户的年龄、职业、体检情况、理赔记录,是否高危职业,购买保费类型、保费金额,联系方式是否完整、缴费是否及时等,对孤儿单客户进行大数据的建模,对孤儿单客户进行星级划分获得的,客户星级包括1星级至5星级,每个客户星级对于一个客户星级评分范围,即根据孤儿单客户的星级评分确定对应的客户星级,例如,一星级客户评分范围为1-30分,二星级客户评分范围为31-60分,三星级客户评分范围为61-90分,四星级客户评分范围为61-90分,5星级客户评分范围为91-100分,当然星级客户评分范围可按照实际情况进行设置,具体地,还可以在每个客户星级中细分对应的客户星级。其中,客户星级越高,客户越优质,收费难度越小,客户星级越低,客户收费难度越高。
步骤S30, 接收所述客户评级系统反馈的所述客户评级结果,并根据所述客户评级结果给所述孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户分配增值开发人员。
管理服务器接收客户评级系统反馈的客户评级结果,并根据客户评级结果给孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户分配增值开发人员,具体地,参照图3,图3为图2中所述步骤S30的细化流程示意图,所述步骤S30包括:
步骤S31,获取增值开发人员的增值开发等级和预设分配规则;
步骤S32,根据所述预设分配规则、所述增值开发等级和所述客户评级结果给所述孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户分配增值开发人员。
管理服务器在接收到客户评级系统反馈的客户评级结果后,获取增值开发人员的增值开发等级和预设的分配规则,然后根据反馈的客户评级结果和分配规则给孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户分配增值开发人员,增值开发等级越高,增值开发人员越优秀,再开发成功率越高。该分配规则为客户星级高的客户优先分配,且分配增值开发等级高的增值开发人员,即按照客户星级评分对孤儿单客户进行排序,同时按照增值开发等级对增值开发人员进行排序,按照对应的排序给孤儿单客户分配增值开发人员,需要说明的是,当出现相同客户星级评分时,根据孤儿单的保额进一步对孤儿单客户排序。在具体实施中,可根据增值开发人员的工作年限、职务和再开发成功率对增值开发人员进行等级评分,以确定增值开发等级,等级评分越高,增值开发等级越高。
在本实施例中 , 本申请 管理服务器根据孤儿单的筛选规则从保单数据库中筛选出孤儿单,并生成孤儿单清单,然后将该孤儿单清单传输至客户评级系统,以供该客户评级系统对孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户进行评级,并将客户评级结果反馈至管理服务器,管理服务器接收该客户评级系统反馈的客户评级结果,并根据该客户评级结果给孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户分配增值开发人员,本方案通过获取孤儿单清单,并对孤儿单清单 中的 孤儿单客户进行评级,从而能够给孤儿单客户及时的分配增值开发人员,了解孤儿单客户的需求,进行增值开发,充分挖掘客户的潜在需求,避免客户流失 。
进一步的,参照图 4 , 基于上述第一实施例,提出 本申请保险单的增值开发人员分配 方法 第二实施例 ,与前述实施例的区别在于,所述步骤S30之后, 所述 保险单的增值开发人员分配 方法 还包括:
步骤S40,查询所述增值开发人员的增值开发信息,并将查询到的增值开发信息写入增值开发表;
步骤S50,根据预设增值开发规则和所述增值开发信息判断增值开发人员是否增值开发成功;
步骤S60,在所述增值开发人员增值开发成功时,计算所述增值开发人员和对应孤儿单客户的再开发成功率,并将所述再开发成功率写入增值开发表。
管理服务器 以间隔预设时间查询增值开发人员的增值开发信息,并将查询到的增值开发信息写入增值开发表,同时根据预设增值开发规则和增值开发信息判断增值开发人员是否增值开发成功,如果增值开发人员增值开发成功,则计算增值开发人员和对应孤儿单客户的再开发成功率,并将该再开发成功率写入增值开发表。该增值开发信息包括增值开发的开始时间、增值开发项目和增值开发类型等,该增值开发表包括增值开发人员和对应孤儿单客户的再开发成功率、增值开发信息、孤儿单客户信息和孤儿单客户需求信息等。
该增值开发规则包括:向该客户售卖新契约,旧单的投保人、被保人做为新单的投保人、被保人之一,年标准保费合计>=500(一年内保费,趸(dun,三声)缴保单的保费按照10%计算);在旧单的投保人、被保人的直系亲属(父母、子女、夫妻)承保新单,新保险单的保费>=500(需做家庭关系确认);在历史保单上新增附约,年标准保费合计>=500(一年内保费,趸缴保单的保费按照10%计算);在历史保单上加保,加保保费>=500(一年内年保费,趸缴保单的保费按照10%计算,万能投连险追加保费按照10%计算);单张追加保费或增加期交保费>=500等。
在本实施例中,管理服务器查询该增值开发人员的增值开发信息,并将增值开发信息写入增值开发表,然后在增值开发人员增值开发成功时,计算,将增值开发信息增值开发人员和对应孤儿单客户的再开发成功率、并将再开发成功率写入增值开发表,便于查询增值开发人员的增值开发信息、再开发成功率,以及孤儿单客户的再开发情况。
进一步地, 参照图 5 , 基于上述第二 实施例 ,提出 本申请保险单的增值开发人员分配 方法第三 实施例,所述 步骤S60之后,所述 保险单的增值开发人员分配 方法还 包括 :
步骤S70,从所述增值开发表中获取孤儿单客户的再开发成功率;
步骤S80,当所述再开发成功率小于预设成功率时,根据所述孤儿单客户的客户评级结果重新分配增值开发人员。
管理服务器从增值开发表 中获取孤儿单客户的再开发成功率,并判断该再开发成功率是否小于预设成功率,如果再开发成功率小于预设成功率,则根据孤儿单客户的客户评级结果重新分配增值开发人员,其中,重新分配的增值开发人员的增值开发等级高于历史增值开发人员的增值开发等级。
在本实施例中, 本申请 在孤儿单客户的再开发成功率小于预设成功率时,给该孤儿单客户重新分配增值开发人员,便于提高孤儿单客户的再开发成功率。
进一步地,参照图6,基于上述第三 实施例 ,提出 本申请保险单的增值开发人员分配 方法第四 实施例,所述 步骤S70之后,所述 保险单的增值开发人员分配 方法还 包括 :
步骤S90,当所述再开发成功率大于预设成功率时,获取对应的增值开发人员的增值开发等级;
步骤S101,在所述增值开发等级小于预设增值开发等级时,提升所述增值开发人员的增值开发等级。
如果再开发成功率大于预设成功率,则管理服务器获取对应的增值开发人员的增值开发等级,并判断该增值开发等级是否小于预设增值开发等级,如果增值开发等级小于预设增值开发等级,则提升增值开发人员的增值开发等级,如果增值开发等级等于预设增值开发等级,则记录该孤儿单客户,该预设增值开发等级为增值开发人员的最高等级。在具体实施中,当提升增值开发人员的增值开发等级后,当负责的孤儿单客户已完成增值开发时,给该增值开发人员重新分配一个孤儿单客户。
本实施例中, 本申请 在再开发成功率大于预设成功率,且增值开发人员的增值开发等级不为最高等级时,提升增值开发人员的增值开发等级,能够有效提高增值开发人员的积极性。
本申请还提供一种保险单的增值开发人员分配装置。

    当所述再开发成功率小于预设成功率时,根据所述孤儿单客户的客户评级结果重新分配增值开发人员。

    当所述再开发成功率大于预设成功率时,获取对应的增值开发人员的增值开发等级;
    在所述增值开发等级小于预设增值开发等级时,提升所述增值开发人员的增值开发等级。
  6. 一种 保险单的增值开发人员分配装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
    筛选模块,用于 根据孤儿单的筛选规则从保单数据库中筛选出孤儿单,并生成孤儿单清单;
    传输模块,用于 将所述孤儿单清单传输至客户评级系统,以供所述客户评级系统对所述孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户进行评级,并将客户评级结果反馈至管理服务器;
    分配模块,用于 接收所述客户评级系统反馈的所述客户评级结果,并根据所述客户评级结果给所述孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户分配增值开发人员。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的 保险单的增值开发人员分配装置, 其特征在于, 所述分配模块,还用于:
    获取增值开发人员的增值开发等级和预设分配规则;
    根据所述预设分配规则、所述增值开发等级和所述客户评级结果给所述孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户分配增值开发人员。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的 保险单的增值开发人员分配装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
    查询模块,用于 查询所述增值开发人员的增值开发信息,并将查询到的增值开发信息写入增值开发表;
    判断模块,用于 根据预设增值开发规则和所述增值开发信息判断增值开发人员是否增值开发成功;
    计算模块,用于 在所述增值开发人员增值开发成功时,计算所述增值开发人员和对应孤儿单客户的再开发成功率,并将所述再开发成功率写入增值开发表。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的 保险单的增值开发人员分配装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
    获取模块,用于 从所述增值开发表中获取孤儿单客户的再开发成功率;
    所述分配模块,还用于 当所述再开发成功率小于预设成功率时,根据所述孤儿单客户的客户评级结果重新分配增值开发人员。

    根据孤儿单的筛选规则从保单数据库中筛选出孤儿单,并生成孤儿单清单;
    将所述孤儿单清单传输至客户评级系统,以供所述客户评级系统对所述孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户进行评级,并将客户评级结果反馈至管理服务器;
    接收所述客户评级系统反馈的所述客户评级结果,并根据所述客户评级结果给所述孤儿单清单中的孤儿单客户分配增值开发人员。
