复合面料是将一层或多层纺织材料、无纺材料及其他功能材料经粘结贴合而成的一种新型材料,适合做沙发、服装等纺织品,是人们居家生活不可缺少的面料之一。复合机主要用于各类布料、皮革、膜、纸、海绵等二层或多层的贴合生产工艺。复合机的面料在放卷的时候,在每个布卷放料完毕后需要更换放料卷,在进行放料的时候前一个料卷的尾端和后一个料卷的前端需要进行接头,现有的接头机的接头方式大多是需要人手工操作,并且大多是采用热熔胶进行压合,这样的方式会导致后续的使用时布料上残留胶水,影响后续的产品的质量。
发明内容

3、通过在压块的底端面上设置有气孔,并在压块上设置抽气机,使得气孔形成有吸引力,能够将要接头的布料吸引住,防止布料的跑偏;
4、本发明将胶带设置与压块下端面,采用压块将胶带压合在两块布料的接头处,并通过切刀机构将多余的胶带切断,其自动化程度高,能够减少人工的操作,提高了生产效率;

2、在布料的上端面进行胶带的接头,具体过程如下:(1)、前一卷布料经过放料机构放料,在放料时,储布机构动作进行储布。(2)、将工作台3下方的压块8的底面进行上胶带,通过控制按钮驱动电机13在压块8的槽体82内传动,移动到胶带放料辊18的一端,然后拉动设置在胶带放料卷18上的胶带经导向辊19连接到胶带连接片15上,胶带连接片15将胶带的一端固定住。(3)、通过控制按钮驱动电机13在压块8的槽体82内传动,移动到压块8的另一端也就是弧形连接部上,在压块8的前后两端都设置有限位装置,限位装置可以为限位开关,保证电机移动到规定的位置停下,完成压块上胶带的过程。(4)、待该卷布料的尾端移动到压块8的中间位置时,机架2上的右端的压杆4通过压杆推动气缸24驱动压下,将布料压住,此时通过储布机构动作进行放布,保证后续的生产正常进行。同时,将工作台3上方的压块8通过压合气缸7向下推进,使得工作台3上方的压块8的底面的高度略高于工作台3的上端面。(5)、前一卷布料放卷完毕后,后一卷布料开始放卷,等到后一卷布料头部移动到压块8的中间位置时,机架2上的左端的压杆4通过压杆推动气缸24驱动压下,将布料压住.(6)、开启工作台3上方的压块8上的抽气机10,使得工作台3上方的压块8上的气孔85形成有吸力,从而将两个布料都吸附在工作台3上方的压块8的底面上;(7)、然后压合气缸7推动工作台3下方的压块8向上运动,将压块8下端的胶带压在两个布料的接口处,将两块布料接起来,并通过切刀机构将多余的胶带切掉。切刀机构设置在压块8前后两端的限位装置之间,且两组切
刀机构之间的距离要大于布料的宽度。(8)、待两块布料接头后,压合气缸7驱动工作台3下方的压块8下降,同时机架2上的左右端的压杆3也抬起,布料正常放卷。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。以上所述的是本发明的基体实施方式,应当指出,对本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干的改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
- 一种复合机底料面料双用放料接头装置,包括底座(1),设置在底座(1)上的机架(2),其特征在于:在机架(2)上设置有左右两个对称的工作台(3),左右两个工作台(3)之间设置有压合空间(9);在左右两个工作台上均设置有压杆(4),所述的压杆(4)通过压杆推动气缸(24)固定在机架(2)上,在所述的工作台(3)上还设置有压杆限位架(5);在两个压杆(4)之间还设置有用于压合接头的压合机构,所述的压合机构包括两个以工作台(3)对称的上下设置的压块(8),所述的压块(8)与压合气缸(7)连接,压合气缸(7)与压合架(6)相连接,压合气缸(7)可推动两个对称的压块(8)的底面接触;在压块(8)的底面还设置有均布的气孔(85),在所述的压块(8)上还连接有抽气装置(10),抽气装置(10)启动,使得气孔(85)形成有吸力;在所述的压块(8)的左侧设置有前后贯通的槽体(82),在所述的槽体(82)内设置有齿条(20),在所述的槽体(82)的上下内壁上还设置有与槽体(82)长度一致的导向块(83),在所述的导向块(83)上设置有导向槽(84),在导向槽(84)内还设置有滑块(22),所述的滑块(22)通过导轮(21)与导向槽(84)相连接,在上下滑块(22)之间还固定有电机(13),所述的电机(13)通过齿轮(23)与齿条(20)啮合;所述电机(13)伸出所述槽体(82)的部分还通过一个挂杆(14)连接到压块(8)下方的胶带连接片(15),胶带连接片(15)为一个薄型的金属片,该金属片上设置有一个连接槽(151);在所述的压块(8)的前端还设置有胶带放料辊(18)以 及胶带导向辊(19),在所述的胶带放料辊(18)上设置有胶带卷,胶带经胶带导线辊(19)连接到胶带连接片(15);在所述的压块(8)内的前后端之间还设置有切刀机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合机底料面料双用放料接头装置,其特征在于:所述的压块(8)包括水平部和弧形连接部(81),所述的弧形连接部(81)为压块(8)的后端向上翘起形成的弧形部分;当电机(13)处于压块(8)的水平部时,胶带连接片(15)紧贴在压块(8)的下端,当电机(13)处于压块(8)的弧形连接部(81)时,胶带连接片(15)的最底端高于压块(8)的水平部的最底端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合机底料面料双用放料接头装置,其特征在于:所述的切刀机构包括切刀驱动气缸(19),所述的切刀驱动气缸(19)的活塞杆通过连接件与切刀(18)相连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合机底料面料双用放料接头装置,其特征在于:在压块(8)的前后两端都设置有限位装置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种复合机底料面料双用放料接头装置,其特征在于:所述的限位装置为限位开关。
