一种电动平移转盘车,包括车架(1)和设置在地面上的两根滑轨(2),在车架(1)的下端前后两侧分别通过第一轴承座(3)转动设置有驱动轴(4),在驱动轴(4)伸出第一轴承座(3)的两端上分别设置有驱动滚轮(5),驱动滚轮(5)分别滑动设置在滑轨(2)上,在前侧的驱动轴(4)上设置有刹车盘(6),在车架(1)的左右两侧对称设置有二次刹车装置。采用两种不同的方式对同一车架(1)进行刹车,保证电动平移转盘车能够实现快速刹车,满足了使用要求。

Description

电动平移转盘车 技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂装辅助设备,尤其涉及一种电动平移转盘车。
背景技术
在涂装行业经常需要使用输送小车将工件运送至喷漆房内,现有的输送小车将工件运送至喷漆房内时只能通过驱动轴上的刹车片进行刹车,如果输送小车上的工件比较重,单单依靠驱动轴上的刹车盘很难将输送小车刹住,在惯性的作用下输送小车还会继续运动一段距离,所以很难控制输送小车在喷漆房内的位置,一旦控制不好还容易使输送小车与喷漆房发生碰撞,导致工件损坏,安全性能差,满足不了使用要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种刹车效果好的电动平移转盘车。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:电动平移转盘车,包括:车架和设置在地面上的两根滑轨,在所述车架的下端前后两侧分别通过第一轴承座转动设置有驱动轴,在所述驱动轴伸出第一轴承座的两端上分别设置有驱动滚轮,所述驱动滚轮分别滑动设置在滑轨上,在前侧的驱动轴上设置有刹车盘,在所述车架的下端还设置有第一伺服减速电机,在所述第一伺服减速电机的电机轴上设置有主动链轮,在后侧的驱动轴上设置有从动链轮,所述主 动链轮通过链条与从动链轮相连接,在所述车架的上端设置有回转轴承内圈,回转轴承外圈通过滚动体转动设置在回转轴承内圈上,在所述回转轴承外圈的上端设置有转盘,在所述回转轴承外圈的外侧设置有从动大齿轮,在所述车架上设置有第二伺服减速电机,在所述第二伺服减速电机的电机轴上设置有与从动大齿轮相互啮合的主动小齿轮,在所述车架的左右两侧对称设置有二次刹车装置,所述二次刹车装置的结构包括:设置在车架下端的支撑座,在所述支撑座的下端两侧对称设置有油缸和支架,连杆的一端通过第一销轴与油缸的活塞杆活动连接,所述连杆的中部通过第二销轴与支架活动连接,在所述连杆的另一端上设置有刹车片,两个刹车片位于滑轨的两侧,在所述刹车片上分别设置有金刚砂喷砂层。
本发明的优点是:上述电动平移转盘车,在到达喷涂室内时可以通过刹车盘和二次刹车装置进行同时刹车,刹车盘对驱动轴进行刹车,二次刹车装置通过挤压滑轨进行刹车,同时在二次刹车装置内的刹车片上喷涂金刚砂喷砂层能够有效增大刹车片的粗糙度,增大刹车摩擦力,采用两种不同的方式对同一车架进行刹车,保证转盘车能够实现快速刹车,刹车效果好,大大缩小在惯性作用下转盘车继续移动的距离,能够更好地控制转盘车在喷漆房内的位置,防止输送小车与喷漆房发生碰撞,安全性能好,满足了使用要求。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示,电动平移转盘车,包括:车架1和设置在地面上的两根滑轨2,在所述车架1的下端前后两侧分别通过第一轴承座3转动设置有驱动轴4,在所述驱动轴4伸出第一轴承座3的两端上分别设置有驱动滚轮5,所述驱动滚轮5分别滑动设置在滑轨2上,在前侧的驱动轴4上设置有刹车盘6,在所述车架1的下端还设置有第一伺服减速电机7,在所述第一伺服减速电机7的电机轴8上设置有主动链轮9,在后侧的驱动轴4上设置有从动链轮10,所述主动链轮9通过链条11与从动链轮10相连接,在所述车架1的上端设置有回转轴承内圈12,回转轴承外圈13通过滚动体14转动设置在回转轴承内圈12上,在所述回转轴承外圈13的上端设置有转盘15,在所述回转轴承外圈13的外侧设置有从动大齿轮16,在所述车架1上设置有第二伺服减速电机17,在所述第 二伺服减速电机17的电机轴18上设置有与从动大齿轮16相互啮合的主动小齿轮19,在所述车架1的左右两侧对称设置有二次刹车装置,所述二次刹车装置的结构包括:设置在车架1下端的支撑座20,在所述支撑座20的下端两侧对称设置有油缸21和支架22,连杆23的一端通过第一销轴24与油缸21的活塞杆25活动连接,所述连杆23的中部通过第二销轴26与支架22活动连接,在所述连杆23的另一端上设置有刹车片27,两个刹车片27位于滑轨2的两侧,在所述刹车片27上分别设置有金刚砂喷砂层28。
上述电动平移转盘车使用时,待喷漆的工件由厂房天车吊运至转盘15上,通过控制器启动第一伺服减速电机7,第一伺服减速电机7的电机轴8带动主动链轮9转动,主动链轮9通过链条11带动从动链轮10转动,从动链轮10带动后侧的驱动轴4在第一轴承座3内转动,后侧的驱动轴4带动驱动滚轮5转动,从而带动车架1在滑轨2上向前滑动至喷漆房内,当车架1到达喷漆房内时,同时通过控制器启动刹车盘6和二次刹车装置内支撑座20两侧的油缸21,刹车盘6对前侧驱动轴4进行刹车,两个油缸21的活塞杆25分别推动滑轨2两侧的连杆23的一端向下运动,连杆23同时通过第一销轴24在活塞杆25上实现转动,连杆23的中部通过第二销轴26在支架22上转动,连杆23的另一端带动刹车片27与滑轨2的两侧相抵,金刚砂喷砂层28可以增大刹车片27的粗糙度,增大摩擦力,从而提高刹车效果,实现二次刹车,同时在喷漆的过程中能有效防止车架发生跑动;进行喷漆时,可以启动第二伺服减速电机17,第二伺 服减速电机17的电机轴18带动主动小齿轮19转动,主动小齿轮19带动与其相互啮合的从动大齿轮16转动,从动大齿轮16带动回转轴承外圈13转动,回转轴承外圈13通过滚动体14在回转轴承内圈12上转动,回转轴承外圈13带动转盘15上的工件实现360度旋转,便于喷漆。
