环保智能发电机组电站 技术领域
本发明属于发电机组电站技术领域,特别涉及一种环保智能发电机组电站。
背景技术
正常发电机组电站所属的水箱散热器都是柴油机自身携带的,通过柴油机风扇的旋转发出的风流给水箱来散热,柴油机在正常运转的时候,机体的温度很高,一般在60°以上,这样机体周围的温度也在这个范围内,柴油机周围的空气温度与水箱中冷却液的温度差别不大,非常不利于水箱的降温,从而导致电站高温停机。另一方面,这种发电机组电站在运行过程中噪声往往很大,通常达不到环保的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述现有技术中存在的各技术问题,提供一种环保智能发电机组电站。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:环保智能发电机组电站,箱体中设有柴油机、发电机、水箱、油箱,其特征在于:水箱独立设于箱体的前箱中,前箱中设有独立的电子风扇为水箱散热,水箱通过管路与柴油机连接;箱体内侧均铺有吸音棉,进风网口背面连接导风隔音板,每个门板的后面铺有石棉板作为隔音材料,门板的周边上固定有多孔网板。
所述箱体包括顶盖、门板、底座,顶盖与底座之间通过设于四周的门板连接,箱体分为前箱与后箱。
所述前箱的前部门板上设有前进风百叶,前箱中电子风扇位于水箱的前部,水箱的前后均设有水箱隔板,前箱与后箱之间通过前隔板隔开,前隔板与水箱之间连接水箱前置斜板。
所述后箱中自带风扇的柴油机通过接口与发电机连接,后箱的后部设有电器箱,电器箱上设有位于后箱外部的紧急停车按钮,进风网口设在位于发电机后的后箱上,后箱的后部门板上设有观测门、维修板与负载输出安装板。
所述顶盖上设有加柴油口、提梁、机组固定桩、加机油口、加水口、排风口。
所述排风口的位置与水箱前置斜板对应。
所述底座通过底座隔板分为前后两个独立空间D和空间E,空间D中放置消声器,空间D的底部是用于排除雨水的带孔封板,空间E位于柴油机和发电机的下方,空间E的下方密闭,空间E的两边分别装有放水口和排污口,空间E设有用于将柴油机产生的废气引导至 机组外部的废气口。

本发明电站通过对柴油发电机组水箱和风扇的分开,采用独立的电子风扇为水箱散热,减轻机组本身风扇的压力,并通过各处不同的设计,极好的吸收和阻止噪音的排出,噪音值降低在58分贝以下,极大的降低噪声污染,达到环保的要求,并通过水箱前置斜板及其它各种设计降低了机组内部的温度,从而延长机组的使用寿命,更是降低污染物的任意排放,为环保节能打下良好的基础。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但本发明并不局限于具体实施例。
实施例1
如图1‐图3所示的环保智能发电机组电站,箱体均采用环保镀锌板制作,箱体中设有柴油机9、发电机10、水箱4、油箱11,水箱4独立设于箱体的前箱2中,前箱2中设有独立的电子风扇3为水箱4散热,水箱4通过管路与柴油机9连接;箱体内侧均铺有吸音棉,进风网口15背面连接导风隔音板,每个门板8的后面铺有厚度为30mm的石棉板作为隔音材料,门板8的周边上固定有多孔网板。
所述箱体包括顶盖7、门板8、底座17,顶盖7与底座17之间通过设于四周的门板8连接,箱体分为前箱2与后箱16。前箱2的前部门板8上设有前进风百叶13,前箱2中电子风扇3位于水箱4的前部,水箱4的前后均设有水箱隔板26,前箱2与后箱16之间通过前隔板5隔开,前隔板5与水箱4之间连接水箱前置斜板6。后箱16中自带风扇的柴油机9通过接口与发电机10连接,后箱16的后部设有电器箱12,电器箱12上设有位于后箱16 外部的紧急停车按钮14,进风网口15设在位于发电机10后的后箱16上,后箱16的后部门板8上设有观测门1、维修板27与负载输出安装板28。
如图4所示,所述顶盖7上设有加柴油口18、提梁19、机组固定桩20、加机油口21、加水口29、排风口30,排风口30的位置与水箱前置斜板6对应。
如图5所示,所述底座17通过底座隔板32分为前后两个独立空间D和空间E,空间D中放置消声器25,空间D的底部是用于排除雨水的带孔封板,空间E位于柴油机9和发电机10的下方,空间E的下方密闭,空间E的两边分别装有放水口24和排污口23,空间E设有用于将柴油机9产生的废气引导至机组外部的废气口31。
本发明中柴油机9缸体产生的热量通过管路中的液体经过水箱4,独立的电子风扇3通过前进风百叶13从外部环境中抽取冷却气体为水箱4散热。柴油机9本身的风扇只是把箱体内的热风通过通道A、B到达C和电子风扇3的风顺着水箱前置斜板6一起从排风口30排出。
柴油机9产生的热量由其自带的风扇带走并通过前隔板5单独的通道排到箱体的外部,机组的进风网口5位于机组的后端,这样进、排风通道顺畅互相不干涉,极大限度的减低了箱体内的温度,从而延长了机组的使用寿命。
所有箱体的内表面均铺吸音棉,门板内表面更是铺有厚的石棉板作为隔音材料,这一切很有效的降低了噪音,使其在原有的基础上降低了3—5分贝。
底座17通过底座隔板32分为前后两个独立空间D和空间E,空间D放置消声器25,柴油机9的风扇通道经过消声器25,机组内的温度低于消声器25表面的温度,这样柴油机9的风扇发出的风起到了给消声器25降温的作用。空间D的是带孔的封板,雨天时雨水经过C、B、A和D直接排到外部。
柴油机9和发电机10的下方是空间E,空间E的下方是密闭的,一是为了防止噪声的排出,二是防止油污、水污直接流出。空间E的两边分别装有放水阀24和排污阀23,另外配有机组废气口31,用于将柴油机9产生的废气通过管路以及废气口31引导机组的外部,使用者可以通过观察废气的颜色变化判断机组是否正常。
机组的外观特色分明,所以箱体均采用环保镀锌板制作,内外表面用棉布擦拭干净后,使用静电喷涂,使塑粉附着于表面,进入烤箱加热到指定的温度后,塑粉融化凝固于箱体内外表面。从而是里外表面色泽光亮,抗氧化,抗腐蚀,达到环保的要求。

本实施例中所述的环保智能发电机组电站的各部分结构与连接关系均与实施例1中相同,不同的技术参数为:石棉板的厚度为40mm。
