在轿厢电梯发生故障时为能让乘客返回邮轮,在轿厢的内门侧板处的 轿顶和地板上分别设有上下位置相对应的上、下救生门,相应地在上、下救生门之间的侧板上设有爬梯,在相对应的轿厢外面的垂直连接通道的内壁上设有通向中间桥廊的长爬梯,在轿厢电梯发生故障时,轿厢的内门及侧门和相应的上、下门都能被容易打开。
同时,在靠轿厢电梯侧的座椅上方的舱顶上也设有带逃生门的垂直逃生井,垂直逃生井向上经中间过道通向中间桥廊,相应地在座椅后面和上面垂直逃生井的壁板上设有通向上部中间过道的备用爬梯,在中间桥廊内设有阻止进入中间过道的安全门。

具体实施方式 图1是这种带潜水舱的邮轮侧视图,这种邮轮包括船体2和带有玻璃窗的潜水舱16,潜水舱16形状较长,与船体2平行布置设在船体两侧。由于邮轮具有足够的长度,在邮轮的两侧可设置多个潜水舱。在图1的邮轮中,每侧设置了三个潜水舱,其中位于中间的潜水舱已被放落水中。图2是潜水舱被收回到上部位置的放大侧视图,图3是沿图2中A-A线的剖视图,图中的潜水舱处于收起状态,图4中的潜水舱被放落水中。在潜水舱的前或后端形成有出入侧,潜水舱16经摆臂机构26和收放装置14与船体2相连,并能被放入水中和收回到上部位置,图3中的潜水舱被收回到了上部位置。潜水舱16收回到上部位置后,如图3所示,可被移进相应的在船体2上高于水面位置处所形成的侧凹舱3内。潜水舱16的顶部通过其上的支撑架18分别与摆臂机构的上、下摆臂22、23的外端相铰接,上、下摆臂的内端分别与船体的侧凹舱3内的上、下支撑轴座12、13相铰接。下摆臂23是由外弯臂27、中臂28和内弯臂29构成,让潜水舱16在被收到上部的侧凹舱3内位置后,能靠在外弯臂27和内弯臂29之间(参看图3)。同时,在潜水舱16的底部靠内侧位置设有挡块90,在内弯臂29上设有被控制器控制的棘爪91,当潜水舱16被收到上部位置后,控制器带动棘爪91可经挡块90顶住已靠在侧凹舱3内侧的潜水舱。在下摆臂23上的中臂和内弯臂弯角处设有压轴30,连接在压轴上的液压油缸24的另一端与侧凹舱内侧壁上的轴座5相铰接。在潜水舱收回到上部位置时,液压油缸24的压力作用可让潜水舱靠向侧凹舱3的内侧,潜 水舱被放落水上后,如图4所示,由液压油缸24把潜水舱压入水中。
在潜水舱16的出入侧设有通向上侧的垂直连接通道37,该垂直连接通道的上部在超过潜水舱16一定高度后再向船体2方向延伸形成中间桥廊31,在中间桥廊的外侧出入端设有对位门框32,相应地在侧凹舱3的侧壁10上分别设有处于上部靠内侧布置的上出入口8和下部靠外侧布置的下出入口7。潜水舱16向上收回时,桥廊上的对位门框32与相应的上出入口8对齐,如图5所示。潜水舱16被放入水中时,桥廊上的对位门框32与相应的下出入口7对齐。在潜水舱16被压入水中后,如图4所示,潜水舱通过内侧壁上的压条35和顶部支撑架18上的垫块19压靠在船体2上。
在潜水舱出入侧的垂直连接通道37内可通过两种方式进行上下通行,一种是如图4所示,在潜水舱出入侧的垂直连接通道37内设有向上的中柱螺旋楼梯39,潜水舱的出入侧经螺旋楼梯与上部的中间桥廊31相连通。另一种如图5和图6所示,是在潜水舱16出入侧的垂直连接通道37内设有轿厢电梯。电梯的轿厢46具有可与上部中间桥廊31的上门49相对接的内门47和可与下部潜水舱16的下门61相对接的侧门62。提升轿厢46的主机89设在轿厢与垂直连接通道侧壁75之间的上部位置,并处在连接轿厢46与对重57的两钢缆60之间,以便减小垂直连接通道37顶部所占的高度。
为了在电梯发生故障时能让潜水舱内的乘客返回邮轮,在轿厢的内门侧板51处的轿顶52和地板54上分别设有上下位置相对应的上、下救生门53、55,相应地在上、下救生门之间的侧板51上设有爬梯56,在相对应的轿厢外面的垂直连接通道37的内壁38上设有通向中间桥廊的长爬梯58。这样,在轿厢电梯发生故障时,不论电梯的轿厢46停在什么位置,因轿厢46的内门47及侧门62和相应的上、下门49、61都能被容易打开,潜水舱内的乘客都可沿轿厢46的爬梯56及上、下救生门53、55和垂直连接通道37内的长爬梯58返回邮轮。
为了在轿厢电梯发生故障时更容易返回邮轮,如图5和图6所示,在靠轿厢电梯侧的座椅36上方的舱顶上还设有带逃生门63的垂直逃生井64,垂直逃生井向上经中间过道68通向中间桥廊31。相应地在座椅36后面和上面垂直逃生井64的壁板59上也设有通向上部中间过道68的备用爬梯66。为防止乘客误入垂直逃生井,在中间桥廊内设有阻止进入中间过道68的安全门67。
当潜水舱在较大的风浪下被放入水中时,为形成防止海水进入门缝的 对接结构,如图7所示,在潜水舱的中间桥廊31外侧的对位门框32上设有带外挡边70的外折板69,在对位门框32的环槽71内设有环绕四周的橡胶环带72,该橡胶环带经连通管路与被控制的充气源相连通。在侧凹舱侧壁10的上出入口8和下出入口7上分别设有对接框板76,在对接框板76的内侧设有带内挡边80的内折板79。当潜水舱16向上收回或被压入水中后,中间桥廊上的对位门框32与相应的上或下出入口8、7对齐时,向对位门框上的环槽71中的橡胶环带72内充进压缩气体,便可让橡胶环带膨胀,用其上的环条紧贴在相应的对接框板76的外端面上。同时,中间桥廊的对位门框32的外挡边70卡在对接框板76的外竖框上,对位门框32上的内竖框卡在对接框板76上的内挡边80上,形成有效的防水卡紧结构。在上、下出入口8、7内还设有防水门73,在潜水舱16离开后关闭,以防海浪进入。
为应对在轿厢电梯发生故障,同时也因意外潜水舱玻璃破碎快速进水,在潜水舱16内的每个座位上方的的顶箱83内(参看图4)还应设有救生供气管和救生供气包。在潜水舱发生快速漏水时可用救生供气管在座位上等待离开,在撤离过程中可使用救生供气包供气。
为了能清洁潜水舱的玻璃窗,如图4所示,在潜水舱16外面的顶部设有工作围栏77,在垂直连接通道37的上部靠潜水舱侧设有出入门50,相应地在垂直连接通道37的外壁面上设有工作爬梯78。另外,工作人员也可以通过这个出入门50到潜水舱16上面,在鲨鱼海域投放鱼饵等,以吸引鲨鱼到潜水舱周围供游客观赏。潜水舱16上不仅设有水下玻璃窗82,还可在玻璃窗82的上侧设有带遮光板的水面观察窗87,这样,在游客坐下时观看水下景色,站起来后还可从最低位置看到海面

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带潜水舱的邮轮,包括船体(2)和装有玻璃窗(82)的潜水舱(16),潜水舱(16)形状较长,与船体(2)平行布置设在船体两侧,在潜水舱的前或后端形成有出入侧,潜水舱(16)经摆臂机构(26)和收放装置(14)与船体(2)相连,并能被放入水中和收回到上部位置,潜水舱(16)收回到上部位置后,可被移进相应的在船体(2)上高于水面位置处所形成的侧凹舱(3)内,其特征在于:潜水舱(16)的顶部通过其上的支撑架(18)分别与摆臂机构的上、下摆臂(22、23)的外端相铰接,上、下摆臂的内端分别与船体的侧凹舱(3)内的上、下支撑轴座(12、13)相铰接,下摆臂(23)是由外弯臂(27)、中臂(28)和内弯臂(29)构成,让潜水舱(16)在被收到上部的侧凹舱(3)内位置后,能靠在外弯臂(27)和内弯臂(29)之间,在下摆臂(23)上的中臂和内弯臂弯角处设有压轴(30),连接在压轴上的液压油缸(24)的另一端与侧凹舱内侧壁上的轴座(5)相铰接,在潜水舱(16)的出入侧设有通向上侧的垂直连接通道(37),该垂直连接通道的上部在超过潜水舱(16)一定高度后再向船体(2)方向延伸形成中间桥廊(31),在中间桥廊的外侧出入端设有对位门框(32),相应地在侧凹舱(3)的侧壁(10)上分别设有处于上部靠内侧布置的上出入口(8)和下部靠外侧布置的下出入口(7),潜水舱(16)向上收回时,桥廊上的对位门框(32)与相应的上出入口(8)对齐,潜水舱(16)被放入水中时,桥廊上的对位门框(32)与相应的下出入口(7)对齐,在潜水舱(16)被压入水中后,潜水舱通过内侧壁(34)上的压条(35)和顶部支撑架(18)上的垫块(19)压靠在船体(2)上。
  2. 根椐权利要求1所述的带潜水舱的邮轮,其特征在于:在潜水舱(16)出入侧的垂直连接通道(37)内设有向上的中柱螺旋楼梯(39),潜水舱的出入侧经螺旋楼梯与上部的中间桥廊(31)相连通。
  3. 根椐权利要求1所述的带潜水舱的邮轮,其特征在于:在潜水舱(16)出入侧的垂直连接通道(37)内设有轿厢电梯(45),电梯的轿厢(46)具有可与上部中间桥廊(31)的上门(49)相对接的内门(47)和可与下部潜水舱(16)的下门(61)相对接的侧门(49)。
  4. 根椐权利要求3所述的带潜水舱的邮轮,其特征在于:提升轿厢(46)的主机(89)设在轿厢与垂直连接通道侧壁(75)之间的上部位置, 并处在连接轿厢(46)与对重(57)的两钢缆(60)之间。
  5. 根椐权利要求3所述的带潜水舱的邮轮,其特征在于:在轿厢的内门侧板(51)处的轿顶(52)和地板(54)上分别设有上下位置相对应的上、下救生门(52、55),相应地在上、下救生门之间的侧板(51)上设有爬梯(56),在相对应的轿厢外面的垂直连接通道(37)的内壁(38)上设有通向中间桥廊的长爬梯(58),在轿厢电梯发生故障时,轿厢(46)的内门(47)及侧门(49)和相应的上、下门(60、61)都能被容易打开。
  6. 根椐权利要求3所述的带潜水舱的邮轮,其特征在于:在靠轿厢电梯侧的座椅(36)上方的舱顶(62)上设有带逃生门(63)的垂直逃生井(64),垂直逃生井向上经中间过道(68)通向中间桥廊(31),相应地在座椅(36)后面和上面垂直逃生井(64)的壁板(59)上设有通向上部中间过道(68)的备用爬梯(66),在中间桥廊内设有阻止进入中间过道(68)的安全门(68)。
  7. 根椐权利要求2或3所述的带潜水舱的邮轮,其特征在于:在潜水舱的中间桥廊(31)外侧的对位门框(32)上设有带外挡边(70)的外折板(69),在对位门框(32)的外环槽(71)内设有环绕四周的橡胶环带(72),该橡胶环带经连通管路与被控制的充气源相连通,在侧凹舱侧壁(10)的上出入口(8)和下出入口(7)上分别设有对接框板(76),在对接框板(76)的内侧设有带内挡边(80)的内折板(79),当潜水舱(16)向上收回或被压入水中后,中间桥廊上的对位门框(32)与相应的上或下出入口(8、7)对齐时,向对位门框上的外环槽(71)中的橡胶环带(72)内充进压缩气体,可让橡胶环带膨胀用其上的环条紧贴在相应的对接框板(76)的外端面上,同时,中间桥廊的对位门框(32)的外挡边(70)卡在对接框板(76)的外竖框(81)上,对位门框(32)上的内竖框(33)卡在对接框板(76)上的内挡边(80)上。
  8. 根椐权利要求2或3所述的带潜水舱的邮轮,其特征在于:在潜水舱(16)的底部靠内侧位置设有挡块(90),在内弯臂(29)上设有被控制器控制的棘爪(91),当潜水舱(16)被收到上部位置后,控制器带动棘爪(91)可经挡块(90)顶住已靠在侧凹舱(3)内侧的潜水舱。
  9. 根椐权利要求2或3所述的带潜水舱的邮轮,其特征在于:在潜水舱(16)内的每个座位上方的的顶箱(83)内设有救生供气管和救生供气包,在潜水舱(16)发生快速漏水时可用救生供气管在座位上等待离开, 在撤离过程中可使用救生供气包供气。
  10. 根椐权利要求2或3所述的带潜水舱的邮轮,其特征在于:在潜水舱(16)外面的顶部设有工作围栏(77),在垂直连接通道(37)的上部靠潜水舱侧设有出入门(50),相应地在垂直连接通道(37)的外壁面上设有工作爬梯(78)。
