总之,本发明结构简单巧妙,容易生产,成本低,创造性地用几乎最简单的、最安全可靠、最具兼容性的设计解决了积木领域一直以来未解决的难题,其使用起来非常方便,几乎可以“随心所欲” 地进行拼装和简易拆卸,大大提供了积木玩具的可玩性。正如一些普遍为人们所接受和称赞的发明创造一样,本发明巧妙地用几乎最简单、最可靠、最低成本的方案解决了前人一直未能解决的问题,该发明势必得到广泛的推广。

具体实施方式
下结合附图和实例对本发明的具体实施作进一步说明,但本发明的实施和保护不限于此。
如图1a~图1c所示,作为一种积木拼图装配结构的实例,一整块搭建底座1上组装了多个活动积木搭建块2,所述活动积木搭建块与搭建底座之间是多对一的装配关系,搭建底座为一体化成型结构,搭建底座可根据不同需求做成不同大小。每个活动积木搭建块都各自独立通过所述弹性部件支撑在搭建底座上,且每个活动积木搭建块在外部压力作用下能相对搭建底座靠近移动;多个所述的活动积木搭建块等高地排布在所述一个搭建底座上方,多个所述的活动积木搭建块的顶面排布形成能用于与积木块通过插接完成拼图的结构;所述活动积木搭建块的顶面结构为能与一个积木块底部插接的结构(如设置积木孔柱);作为一种实例,顶面结构可采用与现有拼图积木底板一样的结构,如图1a~图1c所示设置积木孔柱201用于安装现有积木块。
如图2~图4,活动积木搭建块2通过弹性部件支撑在搭建底座1上,弹性部件可以是任何压缩后能弹起的部件,如弹簧、弹簧片等,本实施方式选用弹簧3,弹性部件在作用于活动积木搭建块和搭建底座上的外部压力作用下实现压缩进而使活动积木搭建块和搭建底座相对移动靠近,当外部压力消失时,弹性部件通过预压力支撑活动积木搭建块。
作为一种实例,所述活动积木搭建块设有上限位部件4,用于与搭建底座设有的下限位部件5配合实现卡扣连接和限位作用,使活动积木搭建块与搭建底座扣合后能相对运动又能在弹性部件预压力作用下回弹而不相互脱离。所述上限位部件可以是设在活动积木搭建块的侧壁上(外侧壁或内侧壁),也可以是设在活动积木搭建块内(如图2、图3),所述下限位部件可以是设在搭建底座的侧壁上(内侧壁或外侧壁),也可以是设在搭建底座内。如图2所示,所述下限位部件是设置在搭建底座的内侧壁。
所述上限位部件可以是在活动积木搭建块外侧面的凸起(凸起可以为勾状),所述下限位部件可以是设在搭建底座内侧面的凸起(凸起可以为勾状),作用于活动积木搭建块与搭建底座的外部压力使两个凸起相互挤压后跨越后实现扣合,并在弹性部件反弹时阻止限制活动积木搭建块与搭建底座之间的脱离(如图3)。
作为一种实例,所述活动积木搭建块的所述上限位部件与活动积木搭建块侧壁之间留有间隙,即上限位部件是独立设在活动积木搭建块内顶面上的(如图2、图3);同理,搭建底座的所述下限位部件与搭建底座侧壁之间留有间隙,即下限位部件是独立设在搭建底座内底面上的,两种方式可以进行交替组合。
如图2、图3,所述活动积木搭建块的内侧设有的上限位部件为设在活动积木搭建块内独立于侧壁的矩形侧壁。同理,搭建底座内侧设有的下限位部件也可以为独立于侧壁的矩形侧壁,活动积木搭建块内部设有的所述矩形侧壁能嵌入搭建底座内部设有的所述矩形侧壁时,活动积木搭建块设有的所述矩形侧壁和搭建底座设有的所述矩形侧壁至少有一个凸起用于嵌入时实现卡扣连接并限制活动积木搭建块和搭建底座相互脱离。作为实例,例如可以是活动积木搭建块设有的所述矩形侧壁设凸起,而搭建底座设有的所述矩形侧壁上在相应位置设有凸起或者凹槽,用于配合实现卡扣连接和限位。所述活动积木搭建块设有的上限位部件与搭建底座设有的下限位部件相互挤压跨越实现扣合(如图3)后,活动积木搭建块和搭建底座之间在与搭建底座底面平行的方向上的移动受到活动积木搭建块侧壁、搭建底座侧壁的限制、上限位部件和下限位部件中一种以上的限制,本实例,如图采用上限位部件和搭建底座侧壁来限制所述平行方向的移动,使在该平行方向无法移动或者只能作不影响积木搭建块和搭建底座连接和正常工作的小距离移动,为了拼接时尽可能稳定,应该尽量减小该平行方向的移动)。
进一步实施地,活动积木搭建块与搭建底座相对移动最靠近时的距离由各自的侧壁、上限为部件、下限位部件中的一种以上限制,或者由另外设置的按压限位部件限制,所述按压限位部件设置在活动积木搭建块的内部和搭建底座的内部两者至少其中之一。如图3,本实例采用上限为部件来限制所述最靠近时的距离。
如图2、图3,所述所述活动积木搭建块的内部和搭建底座的内部两者至少其中之一设有高度小于弹簧长度的用于限制弹簧在非伸缩方向移位的弹簧限位部件6(可以是位于弹簧外侧或者内侧的空心柱,本实例采用前者),或者由所述活动积木搭建块的侧壁和搭建底座的侧壁两者至少其中之一限制弹簧在非伸缩方向移位(此种情况弹簧直径较大)。因为活动积木搭建块和搭建底座的外形一般为矩形状,所以通常采用位于弹簧外侧或者内侧的空心柱来作为弹簧限位部件6。
图4为插上积木块401后的效果图。传统的积木块安插座,由于积木拼图片搭建好后四周都是紧密的,所以想要取出中间或者其他位置的任意一片积木拼图片都没有抓手位置,因此想要拆卸其中任意一个积木块,需要借助特别工具。但是采用本发明的技术方案后,如图5所示,是拆卸位于中间位置的积木块时的按压方式和方向示意图,只要按下两侧相邻的积木块,即可很方便的从待拆卸的积木块两侧夹住拔出待拆卸的积木块。本实例的弹簧力度可以足够柔和,满足支撑积木块和活动积木搭建块即可,积木块与活动积木搭建块组合轻松方便,即使幼儿也可轻松使用。
作为另一种典型的实例,如图6所示,所述活动积木搭建块与搭建底座之间是一对一的装配关系,一个搭建底座的大小只满足支撑一个活动积木搭建块,此时活动积木搭建块与搭建底座组成一个模块,且搭建底座的最底端表面结构101与积木块底部一样,使所述模块具有积木块的功能;所述活动积木搭建块的顶面为积木图案或者具有能与积木块底部插接的结构(可采用与现有拼图积木底板一样的结构,如设置积木孔柱用于安装积木块)。此种结构可以随意跟普通积木搭建底板或者积木相关产品使用。单个模块的搭建底座底部可以为标准积木孔结构,既可以拥有可活动搭建底板的优点,又可以跟传统积木底板搭配使用,且大小不受限制,用户可以随意发挥将拼图做成自己想要的大小,给了产品更多的使用可能性。
根据本申请公开的方案,本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改,如限位部件的位置调整等。因此,本发明的保护并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明作无需付出创造性劳动的置换或简单增减的方案也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种积木拼图装配结构,其特征在于包括活动积木搭建块和搭建底座,活动积木搭建块通过弹性部件支撑在搭建底座上,弹性部件在作用于活动积木搭建块和搭建底座上的外部压力作用下实现压缩进而使活动积木搭建块和搭建底座相对移动靠近,当外部压力消失时,弹性部件通过预压力支撑活动积木搭建块恢复原位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种积木拼图装配结构,其特征在于 所述活动积木搭建块与搭建底座之间是一对一的装配关系,一个搭建底座的大小只满足支撑一个活动积木搭建块,此时活动积木搭建块与搭建底座组成一个模块,且搭建底座的最底端表面结构与积木块一样,使所述模块具有积木块的功能;所述活动积木搭建块的顶面为积木图案或者具有能与积木块底部插接的结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种积木拼图装配结构,其特征在于所述活动积木搭建块与搭建底座之间是多对一的装配关系,即多个所述的活动积木搭建块装配在一个搭建底座上,搭建底座为一体化成型结构,每个活动积木搭建块都各自独立通过所述弹性部件支撑在搭建底座上,且每个活动积木搭建块在外部压力作用下能相对搭建底座靠近移动;多个所述的活动积木搭建块等高地排布在所述一个搭建底座上方,所述活动积木搭建块的顶面结构为能与一个积木块底部插接的结构,多个所述的活动积木搭建块的顶面排布形成能用于与多个积木块通过插接完成拼图的结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种积木拼图装配结构,其特征在于所述活动积木搭建块设有上限位部件,用于与搭建底座设有的下限位部件配合实现卡扣连接和限位作用,使活动积木搭建块与搭建底座扣合后能相对运动又能在弹性部件预压力作用下复位时不相互脱离;所述上限位部件设在活动积木搭建块的侧壁上或设在活动积木搭建块内,所述下限位部件设在搭建底座的侧壁上或设在搭建底座内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种积木拼图装配结构,其特征在于所述活动积木搭建块的所述上限位部件与活动积木搭建块侧壁之间留有间隙,即上限位部件是独立设在活动积木搭建块内顶面上的;搭建底座的所述下限位部件与搭建底座侧壁之间留有间隙,即下限位部件是独立设在搭建底座内底面上的。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种积木拼图装配结构,其特征在于所述上限位部件为设在活动积木搭建块内独立于侧壁的矩形侧壁;所述下限位部件为独立于侧壁的矩形侧壁,活动积木搭建块内部设有的所述矩形侧壁能嵌入搭建底座内部设有的所述矩形侧壁时,活动积木搭建块设有的所述矩形侧壁和搭建底座设有的所述矩形侧壁上至少有一个凸起用于嵌入时实现卡扣连接并限制活动积木搭建块和搭建底座相互脱离。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种积木拼图装配结构,其特征在于所述上限位部件与下限位部件相互挤压跨越实现扣合后,活动积木搭建块和搭建底座之间在与搭建底座底面平行的方向上的移动受到活动积木搭建块侧壁、搭建底座侧壁、上限位部件和下限位部件中一种以上的限制。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种积木拼图装配结构,其特征在于进一步地,活动积木搭建块与搭建底座相对移动最靠近时的距离由各自的侧壁、上限为部件、下限位部件中的一种以上限制,或者由另外设置的按压限位部件限制,所述按压限位部件设置在活动积木搭建块的内部和搭建底座的内部两者至少其中之一。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种积木拼图装配结构,其特征在于所述弹性部件为弹簧,所述活动积木搭建块的内部和搭建底座的内部两者至少其中之一设有高度小于弹簧长度的用于限制弹簧在非伸缩方向移位的部件,或者由所述活动积木搭建块的侧壁和搭建底座的侧壁两者至少其中之一限制弹簧在非伸缩方向移位。
  10. 一种具有权利要求1~9任一项所述积木拼图装配结构的积木玩具,其特征在于包括所述积木拼图装配结构和积木块,积木块能通过安插方式装配在所述所述积木拼图装配结构的活动积木搭建块上。
