两件式组合积木 技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合积木, 尤其涉及一种不需以特定材质制作的两件式组 合积木。 背景技术

由于上述组合积木的插楔柱是紧配合插固在座体的固定槽道中, 为避免座 体底部的开口在收纳或拼组把玩时受到挤压变形, 造成固定槽道无法紧配合固 定插楔柱的情形, 现有的组合积木除了要加厚该座体壁面的厚度以外, 也要选 用少数特定硬度、 密度高的材质制作, 如 ABS塑料, 材料的选择性少, 且材料 成本高, 也会进而转嫁到消费者身上, 因此, 上述组合积木需有所改良。 发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种两件式组合积木, 不需以特定的高硬度、 高密 度材质制作, 仍可具有底部开口不易变形且保持有原本组合积木的组合功能。
为实现上述目的, 本发明所采用的技术手段是提供一种两件式组合积木, 包括:
一中空座体, 所述中空座体的外顶部形成复数插楔柱, 所述中空座体的底 部形成一开口, 所述中空座体的内侧壁形成复数凸肋条;
一内底座, 设置于所述中空座体底部开口处, 并形成匹配所述中空座体底 部开口的形状且所述内底座周边 设形成复数分别对应复数插楔柱的固定槽, 所述中空座体的复数凸肋条分别对应所述复数固定槽, 且各固定槽的孔径与插 楔柱外径匹配, 所述内底座的相邻的固定槽之间形成一支撑板, 各支撑板支撑 于所述中空座体内壁面上同一侧的二相邻凸肋条之间。
与现有技术相比, 上述两件式组合积木主要在所述中空座体底部的开口处 设置所述内底座, 以支撑所述中空座体的开口, 防止所述中空座体底部的开口 受挤压而变形; 所述内底座为使另一组合积木的中空座体插楔柱顺利卡合至本 组合积木上, 所述内底座对应所述复数插楔柱形成有固定槽, 使另一组合积木 的中空座体插楔柱顺利卡合至本组合积本的内底座的固定槽上; 如此, 组合积 木的中空座体即可不限定要用高硬度且高密度的材质制作, 且可减少厚度; 制 作材质的选择度广泛, 制造商可选择用低价位的材质以降低制作成本, 对于消 费者而言可节约金钱; 或可选择用高分解度、 低污染度的材质以减少环境污染。

一中空座体 10, 请配合参阅图 2, 所述中空座体 10的外顶部形成复数插楔 柱 11 , 所述中空座体 10的底部形成一开口 12, 所述中空座体 10的内侧壁形成 复数凸肋条 13;
一内底座 20, 请进一步配合参阅图 3, 设置于该中空座体 10底部开口 12 处, 并形成匹配该中空座体 10底部开口 12的形状, 且内底座 20周边 设形成 复数分别对应复数插楔柱 11的固定槽 21 ,该中空座体 10的复数凸肋条 13则分 别对准该复数固定槽 21 , 且各固定槽 21的孔径与插楔柱 11外径匹配, 插楔柱 11插入固定槽 21时, 由固定槽 21及对应的凸肋条 13将插楔柱 11固定; 且该 内底座 20在相邻的固定槽 21之间形成一支撑板 22,各支撑板 22支撑于中空座 体 10内壁面上同一侧的二相邻凸肋条 13之间。
上述中空座体 10可在二相邻的凸肋条 13之间的内壁面上形成有一固定插 孔 14, 且内底座 20的各支撑板 22对应中空座体 10的固定插孔 14形成一插柱 23, 并以插柱 23插固于固定插孔 14中。
请进一步配合参阅图 4及图 5, 两组合积木组合时, 将其中一组合积木的复 数插楔柱 11分别插入另一组合积木的复数固定槽 21 中, 此时, 该复数固定槽 21及凸肋条 13则分别抵靠在对应的插楔柱 11周边并形成至少多点接触, 使该 复数插楔柱 11紧配合固定于对应固定槽 21中。
本发明是以该内底座 20设置在中空座体 10的底部开口 12, 并设有支撑板 22以支撑该中空座体 10的开口 12的内侧壁面, 防止中空座体 10底部开口 12 受到外力向内挤压变形; 且内底座 20形成有复数固定槽 21可供另一组合积木 的插楔柱 11顺利组合到本组合积木内底座 20的固定槽 21内。
上述两件式组合积木是以正方形为例, 在中空座体 10顶部形成四个插楔柱 11 , 而该内底座 20形成有四个固定槽 21 , 再请进一步参阅图 6及图 7, 上述组 合积木也可制作成长矩形, 并在中空座体 10顶部形成六个插楔柱 11 , 而该内底 座 20形成有六个固定槽 21。
上述两件式组合积木的各插楔柱 11可为圓形, 且各固定槽 21 亦为圓形, 或可如图 8所示, 各插楔柱 11为方形, 且各固定槽 21亦为方形。
本发明主要是以内底座 20支撑于中空座体 10底部开口 12的内侧壁面, 使 中空座体 10开口侧壁受外力挤压时不易变形, 即可不限定要用高硬度、 高密度 的材质来制作组合积木, 材料的选择度广泛, 制造厂商可考虑各种因素来选用 制作材料, 例如, 可选用低成本的材料以降低卖价, 或者选用分解度高、 低污 染的材料, 以降低对环境的污染, 故本发明确实可改良现有组合积木要以特定 材质制作的缺陷。
以上结合最佳实施例对本发明进行了描述, 但本发明并不局限于以上揭示 的实施例, 而应当涵盖各种根据本发明的本质进行的修改、 等效组合。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种两件式组合积木, 包括:
一中空座体, 所述中空座体的外顶部形成复数插楔柱, 所述中空座体的底 部形成一开口, 所述中空座体的内侧壁形成复数凸肋条;
一内底座, 设置于所述中空座体底部开口处, 并形成匹配所述中空座体底 部开口的形状, 且所述内底座周边 设形成复数分别对应复数插楔柱的固定槽, 所述中空座体的复数凸肋条分别对应所述复数固定槽, 所述内底座的相邻的固 定槽之间形成一支撑板, 各支撑板支撑于所述中空座体内壁面上同一侧的二相 邻凸肋条之间。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的两件式组合积木, 其特征在于: 所述中空座体的二 相邻的凸肋条之间的内壁面上形成有一固定插孔, 且所述内底座的各支撑板对 应所述中空座体的固定插孔形成一插柱, 且所述插柱插固于所述固定插孔中。
3. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的两件式组合积木, 其特征在于: 所述中空座体 为正方形, 所述中空座体的外顶部形成四个插楔柱, 所述内底座形成四个固定 槽。
4. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的两件式组合积木, 其特征在于: 所述中空座体 为长矩形, 所述中空座体的外顶部形成六个插楔柱, 所述内底座形成六个固定 槽。
5. 如权利要求 3所述的两件式组合积木, 其特征在于: 各插楔柱和各固定 槽均为圓形。
6. 如权利要求 4所述的两件式组合积木, 其特征在于: 各插楔柱和各固定 槽均为圆形。
7. 如权利要求 3所述的两件式组合积木, 其特征在于: 各插楔柱和各固定 槽均为方形。
8. 如权利要求 4所述的两件式组合积木, 其特征在于: 各插楔柱和各固定 槽均为方形。
