[0025] 如图 1至 7所示, 本实用新型座椅可旋转的儿童推车包括车架 1、 座椅 2、 连接所 述车架 1与座椅 2的连接机构 3, 所述连接机构 3包括旋转座 31、 锁定件 32、 连接 座 33、 第一弹簧 34, 所述旋转座 31与所述座椅 2固定连接, 所述旋转座 31下端设 置有第一齿槽 311, 且所述第一齿槽 311的底壁中间往下延伸有上抵靠台 312; 所 述锁定件 32包括环状隔板 321、 自所述隔板 321上端面往上延伸的第一齿轮 322、 自所述隔板 321下端面往下延伸的第二齿轮 323 ; 所述连接座 33与所述车架 1车架 , 所述旋转座 31上端设置有第二齿槽 331, 且所述第二齿槽 331底壁中间往上延 伸有下抵靠台 332 ; 所述第一弹簧 34置于所述第二齿槽 331内并抵靠于所述第二 齿轮 323下端; 所述旋转座 31与连接座 33可相对旋转连接, 且所述上抵靠台 312 下端面与下抵靠台 332上端面相抵靠, 所述旋转座 31下端面与连接座 33上端面之 间设置有间隙 310, 在第一弹簧 34的作用下, 所述锁定件 32的第一齿轮 322与旋 转座 31的第一齿槽 311啮合, 同吋第二齿轮 323与连接座 33的第二齿槽 331啮合, 隔板 321外端伸出于所述间隙 310外, 且所述间隙 310的上下高度大于或等于隔板 321与第一齿轮 322的总高度。
[0026] 当锁定件 32的第一齿轮 322与旋转座 31的第一齿槽 311啮合, 同吋第二齿轮 323 与连接座 33的第二齿槽 331啮合吋, 连接机构 3处于锁定状态, 所述旋转座 31不 能相对连接座 33旋转, 即座椅 2不能相对车架 1旋转; 当要改变座椅 2相对车架 1 的角度吋, 只要往下推锁定件 32(即推隔板 321), 使得锁定件 32整体往下移动, 第一齿轮 322随着往下移动, 直到完全脱离与第一齿槽 311的啮合, 此吋, 连接 机构 3释锁, 所述旋转座 31能相对连接座 33绕 Y轴 360度旋转, 即座椅 2能相对车 架 1绕 Y轴 360度旋转, 当旋转到需要的角度吋, 松幵隔板 321, 在第一弹簧 34的 作用下, 锁定件 32整体往上移动, 第一齿轮 322再度与第一齿槽 311啮合, 座椅 2 被锁定于该相对角度而不能相对车架 1旋转, 从而本实用新型儿童推车的座椅 2 可相对车架 1定位于多种不同角度, 而且操作特别简单方便。
[0027] 在本实施例中, 所述旋转座 31固定设置于所述座椅 2下端,在其他实施例中, 所 述旋转座 31也可以固定设置于座椅 2后端或者左右两端等其他合适位置, 且所述 旋转座 31还可以与所述座椅 2—体成型。 本领域技术人员可以理解, 所述旋转 31 可以是座椅 2的一部分, 也可以不是。

[0035] 在本实施例中, 所述限位装置 4从左至右依次包括第一按钮 41、 第三齿轮 42、 第二弹簧 43、 第三弹簧 44、 第四齿轮 45、 第二按钮 46, 所述左右两枢接体 351的 相对侧分别设置有第三齿槽 352, 所述连接座 33下端左右两侧分别设置有对应的 第四齿槽 333, 所述第二弹簧 43左右两端分别抵靠第三齿轮 42与连接座 33左侧第 四齿槽 333的底壁; 所述第三弹簧 44左右两侧分别抵靠于连接座 33右侧第四齿槽 333的底壁与第四齿轮 45 ; 所述第一按钮 41包括第一按压部 411以及自所述第一 按压部 411往右侧延伸的第一弹性手指 412, 所述第一弹性手指 412与所述支撑座 35左侧枢接体 351连接并抵靠于所述第三齿轮 42的左端, 所述第二按钮 46包括第 二按压部 461以及自所述第二按压部 461往左侧延伸的第二弹性手指 462, 所述第 二弹性手指 462与所述支撑座 35右侧枢接体 351连接并抵靠于所述第四齿轮 45的 右端, 在第二弹簧 43的作用下, 所述第三齿轮 42同吋与支撑座左侧枢接体 351的 第三齿槽 352以及连接座 33左侧第四齿槽 333相啮合, 在第三弹簧 44的作用下, 所述第四齿轮 45同吋与支撑座 35右侧枢接体 351的第三齿槽 352以及连接座 33右 侧第四齿槽 333相啮合。 从而连接座 33不能相对支撑座 35上下旋转, 即座椅 2不 能相对车架 1上下旋转; 当要收合座椅 2吋, 同吋相对按压第一按钮 41、 第二按 钮 46, 使得第三齿轮 42脱离与支撑座 35左侧枢接体第四齿槽 333的啮合而只与连 接座 33左侧第三齿槽 352啮合, 使得第四齿轮 45脱离与支撑座 3右侧枢接体 351的 第四齿槽 333的啮合而只与连接座 33右侧的第三齿槽 352啮合, 此吋, 连接座 33 可相对支撑座 35上下旋转, 即座椅 2可相对车架 1上下旋转, 往下旋转即可收合 座椅 2。 在其他实施例中, 所述限位机构 4也可以采用其他公知结构。
[0036] 在其他实施例中, 也可不设置支撑座 35, 直接连接座 33下端连接于推杆 11, 其 连接方式可以根据功能需要而采用不同的结构。
[0037] 在其他实施例中, 车架 1也可以是其他任意可行的车架结构, 只要设置有连接 机构 3, 即可通过连接机构 3连接车架 1与座椅 2, 而连接座 33或支撑座 35与车架 1 连接部分的机构可以根据车架 1的具体结构设置。
在上述方位描述中, 以所述前轮 13所在为前, 后轮 14所在为后, 座椅 2所在为 上下, 前、 后轮 13、 14所在为下, 以两后轮 14所在分别为左右。

权利要求书
一种座椅可旋转的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 包括车架、 座椅、 连接所 述车架与座椅的连接机构, 所述连接机构包括旋转座、 锁定件、 连接 座、 第一弹簧, 所述旋转座与所述座椅相对固定连接, 所述旋转座下 端设置有第一齿槽; 所述锁定件包括环状隔板、 自所述隔板上端面往 上延伸的第一齿轮、 自所述隔板下端面往下延伸的第二齿轮; 所述连 接座与所述车架连接, 所述旋转座上端设置有第二齿槽; 所述第一弹 簧置于所述第二齿槽内并抵靠于所述第二齿轮下端; 所述旋转座与连 接座可相对旋转连接, 所述旋转座下端面与连接座上端面之间设置有 间隙, 在第一弹簧的作用下, 所述锁定件的第一齿轮与旋转座的第一 齿槽啮合, 同吋第二齿轮与连接座的第二齿槽啮合, 隔板外端伸出于 所述间隙外, 且所述间隙的上下高度大于或等于隔板与第一齿轮的总 高度。
根据权利要求 1所述的座椅可旋转的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述第 一齿槽的底壁中间往下延伸有上抵靠台, 所述第二齿槽底壁中间往上 延伸有下抵靠台, 所述上抵靠台下端面与下抵靠台上端面相抵靠。 根据权利要求 2所述的座椅可旋转的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述锁 定件还包括自所述隔板外围往下延伸的环状延伸部, 所述延伸部围于 所述连接座上端外。
根据权利要求 3所述的座椅可旋转的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述延 伸部外壁上设置有多道凸肋。
根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的座椅可旋转的儿童推车, 其特征在于
: 所述旋转座与连接座通过一上下延伸的销钉可相对旋转连接, 所述 销钉上端与所述旋转座相对固定连接, 下端与所述连接座可旋转连接
, 或所述销钉下端与所述连接座相对固定连接, 上端与所述旋转座可 旋转连接。
根据权利要求 5所述的座椅可旋转的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述上 抵靠台与下抵靠台均设置为环状, 所述第一弹簧套于所述下抵靠台外 , 所述锁定件也套设于下抵靠台外。
根据权利要求 6所述的座椅可旋转的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述销 钉下端穿过下抵靠台后位于连接座下端内, 且所述销钉下端设置有颈 部, 一横向插销穿过所述颈部, 对应的, 所述连接座下端于对应位置 设置有左右两横向穿孔, 所述横向插销的两端分别插入该左右两横 向穿孔。
根据权利要求 7所述的座椅可旋转的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述座 椅下端与旋转座之间设置有铁片, 所述销钉上端穿过所述上抵靠台后 与所述铁片焊接在一起, 所述铁片与旋转座固定连接于座椅下端, 从 而所述销钉与旋转座相对固定连接。
根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 6或 7或 8所述的座椅可旋转的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述车架包括一推杆、 两后脚管、 连接于所述推杆下端 的前轮、 两分别连接于所述两后脚管下端的后轮, 所述两后脚管上端 枢接于所述推杆, 且两后脚管上端与推杆之间设置有用于限制所述后 脚管与推杆相对旋转的锁定机构, 所述连接座下端连接于推杆。 根据权利要求 9所述的座椅可旋转的儿童推车, 其特征在于: 所述连 接机构还包括一支撑座, 所述连接座通过该支撑座连接于推杆, 所述 支撑座下端固定连接于推杆, 上端设置有左右两相间隔的枢接体, 所 述连接座下端枢接于所述左右两枢接体之间, 且连接座下端与支撑座 之间设置有用于限制两者相对旋转的限位装置。
根据权利要求根据权利要求 10所述的座椅可旋转的儿童推车, 其特征 在于: 所述限位装置从左至右依次包括第一按钮、 第三齿轮、 第二弹 簧、 第三弹簧、 第四齿轮、 第二按钮, 所述左右两枢接体的相对侧分 别设置有第三齿槽, 所述连接座下端左右两侧分别设置有对应的第四 齿槽, 所述第二弹簧左右两端分别抵靠第三齿轮与连接座左侧第四齿 槽的底壁; 所述第三弹簧左右两侧分别抵靠于连接座右侧第四齿槽的 底壁与第四齿轮; 所述第一按钮包括第一按压部以及自所述第一按压 部往右侧延伸的第一弹性手指, 所述第一弹性手指与所述支撑座左侧 枢接体连接并抵靠于所述第三齿轮的左端, 所述第二按钮包括第二按 压部以及自所述第二按压部往左侧延伸的第二弹性手指, 所述第二弹 性手指与所述支撑座右侧枢接体连接并抵靠于所述第四齿轮的右端, 在第二弹簧的作用下, 所述第三齿轮同吋与支撑座左侧枢接体的第三 齿槽以及连接座左侧第四齿槽相啮合, 在第三弹簧的作用下, 所述第 四齿轮同吋与支撑座右侧枢接体的第三齿槽以及连接座右侧第四齿槽 相啮合。
