一种座椅可旋转的儿童推车，其包括车架(1)、座椅(2)以及连接两者的连接机构(3)，所述连接机构(3)包括锁定件(32)、第一弹簧(34)、与座椅(2)连接的旋转座(31)、下端与车架(1)连接的连接座(33)，锁定件(32)包括隔板(321)、分别设置于所述隔板(321)上下两侧的第一齿轮(322)与第二齿轮(323)，旋转座(31)下端设有第一齿槽(311)，连接座(33)上端设有第二齿槽(331)，第一弹簧(34)置于第二齿槽(331)内，在第一弹簧(34)的作用下，两齿轮(322,323)分别与两齿槽(311,331)啮合，从而座椅(2)不能相对车架(1)旋转，往下推隔板(321)，第一齿轮(322)不再与第一齿槽(311)啮合，座椅(2)可360度旋转，松开隔板(321)，座椅(2)被定位为于该角度，即是说，该儿童推车的座椅(2)可相对车架(1)定位于多种不同角度，从而能满足孩子与妈妈不同视觉的需求。
